The first question I asked him when I sat down was there anyway you can make my tips a little longer without putting tips on. He told me that if I did dip nails he could add a little bit of a longer tip to make them even which he did not do. I expressed my concerns . And the lady at the front desk Had the nerve to tell me to work on my communication skills. When the very first thing I asked him I said I have a question about the making them look more even . He I can do more of an even tip with the dip mail he should have said no and I would have gotten a set . He was rushing . And that’s not good service . She didn’t offer to give me my money back she quite frankly did not care. She told me that if I wanted to Soak them and get them off I had to pay extra . There was nail polish around my finger that was not taken off their bubbled definitely not smooth . I definitely do not recommend this place. It might look pretty inside but there performance is no good . May I add I called to make an appointment and they told me to just come in . The people who had appointments seem to get better care.

Got these done LAST WEEK! They did this super fast which is why I assume they have already popped off. The first one popped off after 2 days. I paid 65$ for them. Would not recommend.

I came to get a pedicure this am and I’ve never been so rushed in my life. I was in here a total of maybe 20 minutes. The lady ended up cutting me and cutting almost every single one of my toe nails off and she cut my skin 😳😳😳 too! I know accidents happen but I kept telling her she was cutting all of my toenails and my skin to which she continued on. When she asked me what color I wanted, I told her the number that I wanted and that I would like to have just the regular Polish instead of the gel, however she ended up doing gel which was $15 more! This is the reason I gave the score that I did.

This gel manicure is 2 DAYS old. Very rushed and in a hurry. I think the pics speak for my review. Do not recommend.

The woman that done my nails was very rude and rough on my hands. She would grab my hands and yank them toward her instead of just asking me to move. Same thing if she wanted the other hand, she would just yank my arm. She did not speak the entire time, which I don’t particularly mind, but once I was fed up with all the arm yanking and torture from her poor cuticle work, my friend told me the color would look good with my wedding dress. Once she found out it was for my wedding tryout she acted a lot nicer and more talkative, but the damage had already been done. The nails look like they’ve been growing for a week and I just got them today. I don’t know about this place.

This is my favorite nail salon that I have ever visited. The staff is so friendly and they are very talented. Each time I go, I am surprised by the skill level that goes into my manicure. My acrylics look natural and I leave without any hang nails or dead skin around my nails. Along with the incredible service, the environment is so pretty and always clean. I love love love this place.

The service I received today was absolutely terrible. I got there as soon as they opened and still had to wait an hour to be seen while there were people without appointments getting their nails done before me. Then when the owner decided to finally start working on my nails she couldn’t be bothered to answer questions I had about a polish color and was in a hurry to get me out of her chair so she could get to other clients. This left me with crooked, misshapen nails and polish all over my hands. Not to mention, I now have hang nails on almost every finger. I have never received such poor service at this place. Normally the older gentlemen do my nails and they are great. I will not be going back and I would advise not to waste your money here.

Got my toes and nails done yesterday and my thumb polish is coming off and I’m already missing the polish off one toe I paid 135 for both I am so disappointed and mad I called today and they said to come back but as someone who works 6 days a week I can’t do that and I asked for a refund and they told me to call tomorrow when the manager is there super un happy won’t be going again and my nails don’t even look that good

My bonus daughter and I went here to get our nails done. First the price 😩 all I got was a gel pedicure and gel and clear Mani not gel it was ALMOST 100 FOR JUST MYSELF also it was mid pandemic and so they were not serving the wine while u wait. I would not care to pay those prices IF the other complimentarn services that made the price worth it could be there.

Waste of money and time. My nails came out terrible and not at all what I asked for. He rushed through the entire process, my nails came out thick and there was acrylic all over my hands that he didn’t even try to get off. I asked for French tips and on almost every single nail the paint is crooked, as is the shape. Please do not waste $55 here like I did!!!!

My nails aren’t fully painted, the edges aren’t smoothed out all the way, the gel polish is on my fingers, and my cuticles are very rough. No cuticle oil was used in the process. The pedicure was fine, it’s just the manicure. So, for what I got, I was overpriced.

I asked for powder ombré and it’s gel nail polish they were so so rushed and rude a guy did my forms and stuff but pinched my fingers so bad my shapes on all my nails are so uneven and the girl who painted them wouldn’t listen on where I wanted my glitter nail and I will NOT go back again

I love coming here. I only get pedicures and I use the same person (Kim) every time. She does a fantastic job and I’ve never had a bad experience with her. I always get the pedicure that has the hot paraffin wax for your feet and the hot stone massage for your calves. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years or maybe a little longer.

A friend and I were rushed through our appointment (in and out in less than an hour) and different people doing our nails at multiple times. They were cheap compared to what I usually pay, but you get what you pay for. I was very disappointed with my nails. They are not the shape I asked for and are very crooked. I had to ask to have my friends re done because he left them thick and uneven with bumps everywhere, the paint was not dry, and left acrylic all over our fingers and hands. I would not recommend this place for acrylic nails.

She left previous nail polish on my nails an painted over it an cut half my nails crooked. Needless to say, after arriving back home, I had to redo nails all over. Absolutely DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed here. It looked alright at the end but she used the SAME STICK from whoever she used it before and still used it to apply the wax on mine and my friends face 🤢 disgusting. The waxing room was located in a little back room what looked to be beside a kitchen that was dirty and used for a living area. You could also tell she did not put down fresh liners on the bed and it was oblivious someone had had laid there.

First time going, I asked for an acrylic full set which was 30 with gel which was an extra 10 and with coffin shape which was an extra 5. The lady who did my nails tried to charge me 55 instead of 45 cuz she used “gel powder”😂what the heck is gel powder? The guy fixed it though. She did an ok job on my nails, the gel nail polish is starting to come off the day after though so 3 out of 5 rating for me,

Friendly staff, reasonable prices. I go between pink&white ombre and regular gel polish. The women tend to do better with filing and shaping but always happy with the outcome.

When I say I NEVER write reviews of places it really means a lot that I spent my time writing this one. I went to get a dip manicure on a Saturday. They were busy, but I was fine with waiting. One of the employees started on my nails before he was even finished with someone else because I’m guessing he was in a hurry. Okay no big deal, but he didn’t even change his gloves out between the other client and me. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic that’s gross. I can assure you if the health department saw how that business was being run it would be highly investigated.When he started doing my nails there was someone else next to me and he was so worried she was going to leave because of the wait that he kept talking to her and trying to get her to stay. He rushed through my whole manicure and when it came time to put my hands under the curing lights he only did it for 30 seconds each hand. Now I religiously get my nails done and I have NEVER had it only done once for 30 seconds on each hand. When I brought up my concerns and how I thought it was ridiculous how rushed my manicure was he assured me I could come back if they messed up in the next couple of days. WHO WANTS TO DO THAT? AND WHY WOULD I COME BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN AFTER SPENDING $50 ON A RUSHED JOB? This place was highly disappointing and I will not be returning.

The lady rushed through doing my acrylic nails, she cut me with the drill, and was really rough filing (I am a regular getting my nails done at another shop). The whole time was insisting I do gel after I politely said no several times, when I asked for her to do a matte finish she refused to do it because I didn’t do gel. I left feeling un satisfied. My nails all popped and broke off three days later due to her rushing through gluing my tips on. Will not recommend to anyone.

They threw me out because they didnt shaoe my nail as an oval instead he wanted to do stilleto he said he didnt care he was gonna do what he wanted to do after he soaked my nail almost 2 hours this is what i got he didnt shape them or file them or buff them he just clipped them and was ready to paint. He told me to get the eff out of his shop and there wasnt any social distancing or spacing between stations. Place was crawling with coronavirus

I went to get my nails dipped. First time going. My regular salon was closed (Labor Day). The service was rushed and even painful and the tech seem frustrated that she had to do them. Less than a week later the dip started breaking off of my nails!! The cost of dipped nails isn’t cheap! Never again will I go there. I didn’t even want to give them one star 😡

Asked for the $35 pedicure and Gel fill for my nails. I even brought my own polish to use for my toes and nails. They charged my $85!!!! So over this place. Never coming back.

It is super expensive and the quality is not in line with the prices if you ask me. But overall they do a good job and are super nice. They provide you drinks and a it is a very relaxing environment.

They got is in rather quickly. But once in they rushed through mine and my daughters nails they arent the best looking and were super thick.also paid 30 extra dollar for their manicure they slapped some lotion on my hand and sent me on our way but saying that Ive had worse nails done at other places.

So this was a first time visit and new experience for my 6 yr old daughter and my 13 yr old niece, I asked if they could do my daughters nails and they replied with saying polish as if they dont do anything else at age 6. Then we proceeded to tell them we wanted acrylics yet both my niece and I got VERY poorly done gel. Then my girl who I thought would feel like a princess got painted and left across the room by herself. I spent over $100 for this bum experience and will never go back. All our nails look HORRIBLE

I would give them -10 stars if I could. I went for a dip powder manicure and the guy was working one me and the girl beside me at the same time just going back and forth. I did not get the shape I requested. My nails were bumpy and uneven. When I mentioned that after he was finished he said I would have to come back to get them fixed. They were done on a Saturday, by Monday they had all fallen off. I called and said I wanted a refund and they told me I could come in and they would fix them. Why would I want them done there again after such a bad experience?

Very inconsistent. I want to like this place because its in a very convenient location for me but Ive gone there quite a few times and most of the time I am unhappy with how my nails look. And a side note, I was just charged $35 for a fill in....ill definitely be going someplace else next time I need that done.

After waiting nearly an hour to receive the worst manicure of my life, I was repeatedly ignored by the nail tech when I said I did not want gel on my nails. He did not cut my cuticles down, the gel is literally on my skin and the French tips are all blotchy, wavy and chipped. There was no lotion or massage, which I paid for. The staff at Elife are pleasant and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and the work they do is exceptional. The atmosphere is surpassed by no other salon. I went last Saturday to get a gel manicure because it was close to my work. I’ve been getting a gel manicure every two weeks for a few months now and this was my first time at this salon. I was charged $55 for a gel manicure. At first I thought it was just the salon till I did some research. Now, one week later. I was putting my hair up and the gel (polish) not my nail the polish came completely off!! This is not the place to go if you need a manicure by any means. I will never return

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 2:30 p.m. got there 10 minutes early and had to sit for over 30 minutes for a pedicure. Another person walked in and was seated immediately and they started on her feet. And then comes time for mine and the woman missed a piece of my toenail when painting, barely scrubbed the bottom of my foot so that I still have callus buildup, did not rub my legs or my feet very long according to my $60 package that I purchased I should have had more done. My cousin got the same service and was started 10 minutes before me and I literally ended like 2 minutes after her finishing up which means they definitely shorted me time. I also have a run in my toe nail polish. Im very disappointed as the overall service was poor and I felt like it was rushed. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

I went to get my eyelashes done here and the lady kept asking me if it hurt. When I said no, she kept going and asking if it hurt. It seemed almost like she was trying to get it in my eyes. My eyes were glued shut after the procedure and they were glued on incorrectly. When it came time for me to take them off, I tried coconut oil and castor oil and nothing worked. After ripping them out because they were so irritating, I had NO eyelashes left. Thank God they grew back with coconut oil. I will NEVER go back to this salon for my eyelashes. The nails aren’t bad but the experience sucked. 0/10 experience.

Horrible!!! I wish Id read these reviews before.I asked for a full set. I very plainly told them I wanted the $30 acrylic set. Using language barrier, they tricked me into continuing with the most expensive nails, presenting gel colors without my knowledge, switching techs often and speaking in Vietnamese, even with me telling each time what I had wanted. I had told them I had a gift certificate and I think thats why I was treated poorly & rudely. I was charged 40 plus an additional 10 for gel color. I will NEVER go back - and vowed I would share my experience so others will know how awful it was. On top of the price gouge, my nails were uneven, poorly done, and the polish chipped off in 3 days. :(

Terrible job at ombré nails. not blended at all and didn’t even paint them all the way down my fingers. The top coat isn’t covering all the polish either. The lady dropped the polish on my expensive shoes and feet. They overcharged as well. $80 for sloppy gel nails. Not a good experience.

Everything about this place is awesome !! From the time I first got there everyone was very nice and polite. I came on a Sunday at about 5 pm not thinking about the time and how long it takes to get a mani/pedi and the lady that did my mani/ pedi was SO NICE! She stayed way after closing time finishing my gel nails and even when I mentioned I wanted them longer after she had already cut and fixed them she redid the one that was shorter and started it all over !!! I can’t even explain how BEAUTIFUL they are! A picture couldn’t do them justice! And not to mention everyone else there was either with a customer or CLEANING something !! I couldn’t be any happier with my manicure and my pedicure!! Very nice place !! Very professional!! AND I AM GOING BACK TOMORROW TO HAVE MY EYELASHES DONE !!! VERY AWESOME PLACE!! I will definitely be referring friends and family !!

Tried out this salon after moving back to the area and not knowing where to go. Got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Was there for under an hour and it was fairly busy. Extremely rushed service and poor quality. I got a light pink color on both my toes and fingernails. Asked if I could get one more coat on my toenails as it was too sheer and was told it would be extra. I already was getting the $40 pedicure which is supposed to be two steps above the basic one they offer. Also, I have been getting gel manicures for the past two years and they have always lasted me two weeks at the very least. Today is one week since I got them and they are already peeling on the edges on multiple fingers. I paid $70 total and I’m going to have to go get redone elsewhere way sooner than expected. Don’t waste your money when you don’t get time spent on you and it’s poor quality.

Five stars for the quality and service I was given by Henry. Amazing job and absolutely very sweet and professional! The only small negative I felt was it was more expensive than I’m used to, but again the quality and service nearly made up for the price. Beautiful facility, too

Selected a deluxe pedicure which is advertised for 40 mins and it was less than 20. No massage which is needed and why I went because having an autoimmune disease hurts. Plus they didn’t even turn on the chair and continuously to pressure me into gel as if they weren’t about to get enough money out of me for nothing. I’ll stick to US Nails on the parkway. I always go there and decided to come here to get something extra and was severely ripped off and disappointed. As soon as the tech was done he threw his stuff to the side and plopped down beside me on his phone. They also didn’t honor their advertised special. 😡 I tried to leave a review and it wouldn’t go thru 🤔Currently in my car trying not to cry. That $40 was for pain management.

I am giving a 3 star rating because I had decent service. The lady who serviced me was very sweet, but it wasnt what I expected. I waited with my friend for a while and they were very busy so its expected and I completely understand. I had the spiral notebook with pricing in front of me and she asked which one I wanted and I told her I wanted the $20 manicure with sugar scrub regular polish and a massage (its all included). My friend was getting gel polish and I was helping her pick her color. My manicurist tells me to pick a gel color and I told her I only had enough for my package with normal polish. She told me it would be the same price so I picked one of those. She did my nails with that and then put oil on my cuticles and said thank you, go wash your hands... I was thinking I would come back and she would finish, but she had moved on to something else.. So I walk up to pay and I notice there is still excess polish on the skin around my nails and two of them seem to have fuzz underneath and have bubbled up. I usually do my own and I will go back to only doing it myself.. Again, very nice lady, but not what I went in for...

I went In as a walk In and knew I was going to have to wait which I was totally fine with. When it was finally my turn to get acrylic nails she literally did them in 10 mins maybe! She didn’t cut my actual nail so after 5 days the nails are already starting to peel off. Waste of $50!

Techs were very friendly and service was priced very inexpensive, plus there was a wide variety of services to choose from so you could choose based on how much you wanted to spend.BUT when I looked back at my bank account I noticed I was charged $100 for mine and my daughters $25 pedicures! I usually don’t look at the receipts very closely, but from now on I definitely will!!

I have been here multiple times over the past few months. I had been fairly pleased, but yesterday I went to get a fill before a very important vacation. They were busy and he rushed through. My nails look absolutely awful. Last night the entire corner of my thumb nail peeled off. There was no time for me to go have it fixed. I could have done a better job on these nails myself. I may return for a girl’s day pedicure, but never again for nails.

I love this nail salon! I have visited many nail salons over the years and out of all of them this place is absolutely amazing! They may be a little pricey, however the service they render cannot be matched anywhere else. They know how to take care of their customers. I will never visit another nail place as long as they are in business.

Dont go here. Went in for a dip and the tech used a process Ive never seen before. There was no base dip, he held my nails in the dip for 10 seconds, finished with a gel top coat, didnt trim my nails or cuticles until AFTER the dip was on and the way my nails were trimmed, they now look like bubbles sitting on the tips of my fingers. I got my nails done 2 days ago and now Im in Wisconsin for work and parts of my nails are chipping off. Paid $50 after tip for a manicure that didnt even last a full 24 hours. I plan on asking for a refund but Im not getting my hopes up.

Very disappointed! Ive been here several times before. This was the worst. Lady doing my toenails did a poor job & charged me $48.00. My daughter had 2 toenails cut into the quick, her big toe was awful, it wouldnt stop bleeding. The dude then put acetone on it & said it will be good in 2 days. She made him stop.

I should have listened to the reviews and found another salon, but my friends and I were going to the movies after and this was the closest nail salon. We made an appointment for 3 people for pedicures. We spend a total of an hour here, but only around 20 minutes each actually receiving services, and it was basic. I could have done the same pedicure at home. My favorite part is the massage...she literally spent less than a minute on each leg/foot. :(

Best set of acrylics Ive ever gotten. Such care given to detail that I was amazed. The nails feel like mine and have not popped off with normal activities as has happened many times previously from other venues. I enjoyed the professional attitude from the shop owner and I sire hope I tipped enough!

***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!***. I went with a friend and wanted a simple matte black set, they were able to do it but it was overpriced for just black and they are bumpy, have glue on skin and are not painted on all the sides sadly I didn’t notice this until a day later when I really looked. My friend also had issues she picked a design out that was off google reviews saying that they did the design but when we got there they couldn’t do it and when they tried he smudged it and tried to leave it but she went back and just got him to make them all a solid color.

Worse manicure I ever had done. Service was rushed and poor quality. Polish is not smooth. Polish on skin on sides of nails. A two year could paint nails better than this. Duaghters pedicure is awful. Daughters pedicure is same way paint all over toes. Will be going to our regular place to had this hot mess fix tomorrow. Will never be back to this place. Beware of his place unless you want to threw your money down the toilet.

I had eyelash extensions applied. My lashes were too short for a complete set. I was told to come back in a few weeks and the technician would add more for free. Covid-19 happened and I was not able to return for 2 monghs. When I returned, the technician remembered me and applied a full set. On my first visit I paid $120.00 for services. Expecting to receive the full set for free when I returned. I was again charged 120.00. Arguing with the tech, she gave me a $10discount. Reluctantly I paid. 3 days later I returned, as the lashed on my right eye were falling off. I expected the salon to remedy the situation. They refused to do it and after arguing with them they gave me a $55 refund. Ill never go there again or refer anyone to have any services at this salon.

I think they have a little bar with gallons of cheap wine hoping you will get drunk and not notice how awful your nails look and how much you are being overcharged!!! When I brought it to the managers attention, who was also my nail tech, that my hands were covered in glue and the gel polish was all over my cuticles and under my nails I was told that it was my fault because I must have not held my hand under the light to dry them in the correct way. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I am a local restaurant manager that comes in contact with 100s of people everyday and if given the opportunity I will discourage anyone else from going there.

I love this place. I have been here a few times now and I absolutely thank the world for most of the manicurists. I have had one bad experience here with one lady who done my nails. But the others Ive had are absolutely amazing and down to earth. The prices are not bad. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT waste your time here. Horrible Customer service. It was my first and last time. I had gotten my nails done and wanted a pedicure. So while getting my nails done I was repeatedly asked if I would like a full body massage and I kept saying no. The one guy even made the comment that we would go to the back room. I was extremely offended especially after I said no the first time. That man was a nasty pervert and wouldnt take no for an answer. Then I had a pedicure or what I thought was a pedicure I even pointed it out on the menu just a simple pedicure. By the time I made it up to the front desk to pay the heal of my foot was on fire and I looked down and it was bleeding. They said it will be $180 😨 ????? I told them I didnt think I should have to pay the whole price for the pedicure because my foot was really starting to hurt more so the longer I stood on it. Asked also what in the world they think they are charging me for? They straight up said No thats what you asked for. Wait, what? Exscuse me? I came in here in no pain was perfectly fine and now you expect me to leave here and pay you for doing that to my foot. And I made it clear I would pay for the nails but wasnt gonna pay for the whole pedicure. So I asked to speak to the person in charge and I was told she was too busy to deal with me. Never again!! And when someone mentions going there I tell them NO dont do it.

A great place for fan of acrylic nails in city. Staff did my acrylics nails very beautiful and I couldnt be happier. The place is brand new and very clean. I give them 5 solid stars.

They rushed my pedicure, They cut skin that was supposed to be there.I would not recommend this salon it is overpriced and for something my boyfriend who knows nothing about nails could have done a better job. It was 100 plus tax and I could buy gel paint and do a better job than them. The workers were rude and they watched tv while doing my nails and did a sloppy job.😤

I just moved to the Bristol area this past October, so it’s a struggle finding a good nail place to want to keep going to.. well I went here and they told me I needed to replace all my acrylic nails because they were on to long... never once have I ever had to do that. The second time the lady that was doing my nails was yelling at me not to touch them because the oils from my hands will mess up the polish going on.. but yet she was touching them? And she kept asking me to clean up my cuticles.. I asked if there was a fee she said yes $8 like what? Yeah no. Third time I went the wait was way to long they didn’t have enough workers for how many people they had coming in. Literally had 15 people in pedicure chairs and maybe 6 people getting their nails done. Once I got in the chair was almost an hour.. he kept getting up to do the counter..answer the phone.. grab stuff for other people. And he rushed my nails. I’m the customer at the time I expect good service. It’s to expensive for the quality of the work. The top coat looks dull after the next day.. and my hands had acrylic all over them after. Never going back again!

I will never be back! Rude workers, rushed service and insane pricing. My nail techwas cleaning while doing my nails taking out trash, answering the phone, and running to help other people while gluing on my acrylics. I spent 4 hours here to sit in a chair with no water for 30 minutes before going to put on my socks and only then anything was done for me then they over flowed the water EVERYWHERE and did not even apologize to me or anyone else. They nickel and dime every thing and then when I went to complain because they also turned my mothers nails yellow. They accused me of not knowing what I was talking about and that my nails being not cleaned up would be extra. Gosh I wish I could do that at my job, and tell the customers I work with Im only going to do what I want and the rest would be extra. Poor excuse for a business and I REFUSE to ever go there myself or have any of my family or friends visit this place. Looking for a new nail salon.

Was told 28$ Tech would not take no for 7$ up grade then total price 55$Im done letting people rob me.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was shopping the pinnacle and decided to get my nails done, well I should’ve just kept my money and went to my usual nail place instead. I went in there to get a basic full set with white tips....not too hard right? So the guy starts off by giving me normal acrylic tips which I repeatedly told him I wanted the white tips. He said he would make them white with gel. Fine, I accepted that and was fine with that because I’ve had them done like that before. He completely rushed through everything...This guy did a horrible job...my 6 year old daughter can paint them better than he did. They ended up looking horrible and worse than that, he completely butchered my cuticles and left them bleeding and hurting. I have never had such a horrible nail tech in my life!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Helped a man who worked there jump his broken down car running the parking lot one day and he offered me a free mani/pedi which I thought was a very kind gesture and was cool showing my kods karma at work. So a+++ in my book!

Wonderful ladys. Its a great way to relax.

If I could give a negative star I would! My message to the ownerYou have terrible service. I paid $50 To have a pedicure and your staff was on their cell phone every 5 minutes, cut my toe so bad I had to get antibiotics AND the gel polish came off 3 toes two days later! I’ve never in my life had such terrible service! Now I know why you Took down your Facebook page...too many complaints.Of course, no response.

I highly recommend Jenni, she does a fantastic job and is so friendly. What a cool new nail spa!!The staff is great and your nails look beautiful when you leave.

Worse experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had!! First time I went the lady was nice and did a good job, but barely we barely understood a word each other said. The second time the technician was extremely rude. He kept answering the phone and seating other clients while working on my nails. He kept stoping and starting, stopping and starting. Just getting up and walking off. He had to redo several of the nails because of this, then acted like it was my fault. He even started working on the next client before finishing my nails and was doing the same thing to her. He was extremely unprofessional. After everything they still turned out bad and I had to return and have them fixed.

Hate to even leave 1 star. I loved how my nails looked here but with that said I got a toe infection from them pulling out an ingrown toenail. Also one trip actually the LAST TRIP I will ever make to this place they gave my name out to a customer off of my visa card receipt because the other customer had left a ring there on their sink and she left and came back and when she did they pulled the camera and saw a worker of theirs at the same sink where her ring was but instead of asking the worker they blamed me cause I went back to wash my hands at a different sink! Very unprofessional and very rude about the entire situation! Avoid this place

Classy. Beautiful spa. And they do serve you beverages. And if you are old enough the wine is free. Drink it. The bill may shock you if you dont stick to basic

My nail technician was very, very rude and she smacked my hand away at one point when I all I was doing was holding my hand up near the light! She grunted at me when she had gotten my finger nail polish on her hand acting like it was my fault. She was actually rude also to the woman beside me who had just wanted a top coat and she replied to her there is nothing wrong with what I did at all you do not need it so that goes to show you I will never go there again unless I get someone who is nice and actually enjoys their job or at least pretends to.

Have had several pedicures here that were fine to good depending on service provider but had powder nails/polish and did not like the service. Was told the polish would be soaked off when nails grew out but when needed, it was ripped off by Jay with a nail tip, then sanded with a drill although I told him I didn’t want the drill used. I am not sure if he didn’t understand or just ignored me. He kept saying, “drill not hurt”. Ripped off layers of my nails with powder!! It has been several weeks and my nails are so thin that they break off as soon as they grow out of the quick. Will take months to recover! Also had a pedicure by Jay and he was so rough that it was painful, not enjoyable. Need someone there to communicate with customers in English. Will not be going back!

Last time Ill ever give this business my money. After waiting 45 minutes, the guy rushed through my gel manicure to help someone else. Im not one to complain but this was the worst manicure Ive ever had and seen. I told him my concerns and he proceeded to fix it by filing down his horrendous work. After I told him I didnt want him to fix it because I didnt have time, he rudely waved his arms and told me I didnt have to pay as he walked away. The manager was also sitting right there ignoring the commotion and didnt have the courtesy to engage in the situation. I still ended up paying some portion. Worst service Ive ever received. I highly recommend not coming to this place when its busy or even at all.

I havent been here but I have heard terrible things about this place. Im a cosmetology student and a lady came to my school to get a pedicure. She said she had recently went there and asked for a regular pedi. They gave her a gel and charged her for it and she said they were rude, forcefully upselling, and argued with each other the whole time. She asked me to take off the gel polish. What would normally take 10 minutes of soaking in acetone took 30 minutes of soaking, then buffing, and scraping with a cuticle pusher. It probably took an hour just to get it off. It looked like they had put about 15 layers of polish on there which is way too many. I also heard a little girl got acrylics done and they filed her nails until they bled and they refused to stop filing them. She was supposed to pay $35 and they charged her $85 because she got glitter. This place sounds ridiculous.
