Rude and unprofessional to my wife today. When she requested FedEx receipt for the mail she was sending he tossed over the envelope and told to write it down. Very poor service. Suggest you avoid this place at all costs.

Ive been using LF P&S as my primary mailing address for over 7 years and always know that my packages and mail are secure. Also ship all my packages from here...never had a problem. Michael is always helpful and friendly!

Drop off packages there all the time and never had a problem. Package taken with a smile even though I dont think they make much for doing that. Saves me time versus waiting in line at USPS or driving to Fedex.

Was trying to drop off a FedEx package with a preprinted label and I was asking for a receipt. Could not provide a receipt. Have to go to a similar store in West Lake Forest by Waukegan Road. There, a receipt is provided.
