Its my first visit to this Smart Style Salon but have been to ones in Sw Virginia, Florida, & Gulf Shores, Akabama. Amber did a wonderful job on the cut & color, & is a super sweet, friendly stylist. Ill be back, & thanks so much!

Cheyanne is the best! I get my hair done here regularly and she always does an amazing job! I know they have struggled since the shutdown with the new rules and what not but they continue to handle things professionally and keep doing amazing work.

Cheyenne did my hair. She is patient, and really listens. She took my bottle black hair and turned it into a medium chestnut brown that complemented my skin and eyes. She is a very talented hair stylist. I highly recommend her.

I have always used this Salon amd the Manager Cheyenne always makes sure that I am taken care of.

Been walking into this place for years. Sat 20minutes today and was first one through the door. Only to be told to come back later today when I asked them did they not takes walk ins the response was yes but we have appointments this morning. Im only asking for a 10min haircut not a 2 hour perm and no one was standing there for an appointment. Shame on you smartstyle. Sorry but will never be back and wont tell recommend anyone to use you. To bad as there are so good stylists working there.

My hair was super long and I left with uneven layers!! The man couldnt cut hair without calling the manager over for advice. I should have gotten up and left,but,he had cut a big hunk out of my hair. Should have known better! NEVER again!!!!

There was only one hair dresser, and she cut my hair in a hurry so she could get to the next customer. I had to go to another salon immediately after I left her because my hair was so messed up.
