I had a 20 min. Pedicure! The tech was a Rude woman who was texting on her cell phone instead of giving me a 25 dollar pedicure. Rushed and lazy. Will never use them again. They bought a name and reputation from the previous owner. They fall miserably short! Go somewhere else if you want what you pay for.

This was the worst pedicure I have had. I asked for the deluxe and she did not ask me a smell and immediately starts using chocolate...which is such a gross smell. The girl that was sat next to me got a choice and obviously picked lavender bc I have never known anyone to pick chocolate. The air was on 80 and it was so HOT! No water was offered. Then when I checked out and asked for change she pocketed my money. What kind of person does that!

I went in for a wax & walked out looking exactly how I went in. It was as if she put the wax on the entire outer edge of my eyebrows then tried to fix it by plucking them I had to tell her to stop & I went somewhere else so they could fix them. The first picture is how I left. Don’t go here for your eyebrows

I called prior to going in to get a fill. They said there was someone available and two minutes later I arrived. They said they were too busy.It was my first time going to the salon and it will certainly be the last.

I got a full set of gel acrylics and they are uneven and crooked and the paint is bubbly and uneven and there are air bubbles in the paint and the nail shape... I just had a really bad experience and the cost of them is absolutely atrocious for the quality of my nails.

We moved here recently and I had the same awesome nail tech for 10 yrs in Maryland. Our daughter goes to Soho and recommended them. My first pedicure was rushed. She left nail polish on the skin around a few toes and there needed to be some touch up done. She left me to go do another customers manicure. I had to ask a random nail tech if she could touch up my nails! She didnt get it all off so I had to ask yet another tech to help me out. In Maryland, my tech stayed with me until the pedicure was complete and done correctly. Thats why she always got a 25-30% tip.My daughter had a good tech do her gel nails and pedicure recently, so I am calling today to make an appt with her. If this one doesnt work out I, will find another salon. With COVID-19 devastating small businesses, Im sure there are many other salons that would appreciate my patronage.

I used to enjoy getting pedicures here but not any longer. The staff is not friendly and I actually felt as if I was a bother. The girl who did my pedi barely answered my questions and certainly did not act interested in me or my pedicure. There are too many other salons around for people to be rude to their customers.

Staff is very rude. Wanted a Fill and Pedicure. Lady never asked me anything. Barely acknowledged me. Was rough on my feet. Then it was sit under the dryer. Than a man comes up you want the full. In a annoying tone. He sounded annoyed.

I have been here many times over the past 10+ years. My girls used to love coming with the Hello Kitty chairs and it was fun for us to go together. I had one negative experience where we were rushed and hadn’t been back until recently when my daughter, now driving, started coming here on her own. She likes Soho, so I decided to try it again. The girls were very friendly, fixed my nails when asked and my 2nd time I had Jen who was excellent. She was very attentive to detail, took her time and did a terrific job. I will be coming back.

I was a first time walk in today. I’m VERY PLEASED! They were super accommodating. The girl that did my nails was very nice! I even had conversations with 3 other women there and they all loved it there too!! I’m on vacation and when I return I will go back to Soho in Stuart!!

Had a great experience here, beautiful, very clean, professional, and my nail technician was meticulous. Can’t wait to go again. Would recommend highly.

I will never go back! I felt so uncomfortable in this place. Wondered if they knew i was there even though i was in clear view. When i was taken back the guy took a glass bowl from back room filled it with nail polish remover. Stuck both my hands in it and told me to remove my own polish. When i said no they made me leave my hands in this stuff for 15 min. The guy went on to take care of two other girls. Another guy FINALLY came to remove my nail polish (think he is the owner) then he sent me to a girl whom was ruff and hurt me. Left me with an infection around my nail. The whole time they talked to each other laughing. Very uncomfortable! Do NOT recommend this place at all.

Literally used to love going here but I just had the worst manicure ever. I was incredibly uncomfortable. The man was not friendly what so ever. He didnt even take my previously sns off correctly. So now my natural nails are messed because he just scraped off the old stuff, didnt bother soaking it. You can see my old color and the new color. He didnt put lotion on my hands or cut my cuticles either. Honestly worst mani Ive ever received

I had originally rated Daniel as a great nail tech until I went into Soho 4x in one week because my nails kept breaking. My nails kept breaking without heavy force on them, which means they were put on with weak effort. I have never had such weak nails done before in my life! I couldnt believe how many times I had gone to the same salon within a week due to poor nail installment! The salon itself looks classy, but a full acrylic set is overpriced for what my results were...

Went in wanting a pedicure and acrylic nails. Apparently they forgot about me wanting a pedicure so I just shrugged it off and decided not to get it since they were busy... I wanted to do my eyebrows and I mentioned it to the girl doing my eyebrows. Upon paying the lady who was charging me, made it a big deal about asking someone else there to do my eyebrows. Well the lady who did my eyebrows never mentioned she would do them.. she made it a big deal about me asking... I was thinking about leaving a tip but after being pretty much attacked on why I asked someone to do my eyebrows then yeah I didn’t... glad i don’t live here because I won’t be coming back. You shouldn’t be rude to your customers about who they asked when you don’t offer to do it.

Pedicure was so short... 20 minutes . Place wasn’t that busy. Felt very rushed and all they did was talk to each other the whole time. I even asked for a deluxe! Don’t waste your money going to this nail salon.

I had my first visit to soho nails today. I called ahead and made an appointment for 2pm. I arrived a few minutes early.. & was promptly greeted by friendly staff only a few seconds after walking inside. The place seemed very clean & organized. They had a wide selection of colors to choose from for healthy nails which was amazing! I found a great unique color that i love! The lady who did my nails was very nice & gentle. She took her time & was very accomidating to my needs & wants. I wish I would have asked her name.Overall experience for a dip nail manicure at soho nails was very nice! Especially compared to most of the other nail places Ive been to around the area. Very happy with my nails:) looking forward to go back!

Worst ever! Used to love this nail salon, however the last two times have sealed it I will never go back. Today was a busy day and it reflected in service. They did take me right away but the pedicure took 14 minutes, she never asked if I wanted the upgraded service that I ususly get. I also showed her a picture of a design I wanted. She simply shook her head no and did it without. So sad because it truly is a beautiful spot:(. I told man at desk when I was paying because I could never not tip someone and he didnt even offer an apology.

Absolutely love soho nails!!!!!! Been going for a while now and I am never disappointed!!! They take time to talk to you.... They are so good with smaller children as well my daughter loves it there!!! This is my go to place for sure!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - RUDE - If I could give a zero I would. Worst experience TWICE!! I am all about maybe you had a bad day or you were busy and give a second chance but that is all you will get from me. THE WORST MANI AND PEDI EVER. No greeting, no talking, very uncomfortable, wouldnt talk to me when I asked questions, and they didnt use lotion in the pedicure! The guy used a squeeze bottle with thin purple liquid that I think was Acetone but i wouldnt know because no one would speak to me in the salon!

Walked in and waited about 45 minutes with nail polish remover on while she started on another customer and then charged me 10$ to remove. I should never have paid that much. Left very frustrated!

I had a bad first time experience... but it was NOT at Soho...i like the work most of the staff does I only wish they would not make you feel like your an inconvenience to them,but all that aside They do good healthy nail....and will continue to go there,they are friendly and so far, Kat and Helen are my faves....

NEVER GO HERE! After a long day of work i just wanted to relax, the staff was very rude to me and two days after my visit I now I have bad infection and have to be on antibiotics. NEVER GO! Terrible service, nasty staff.

My feet were not happy after going here. Took a long time to heal.
