I was treated like royalty. It was relaxing and they really took time on me. Also they are only happy if you are 100% happy!! I am a mom of three so quality time away is priceless. I feel spoiled.

First time coming here and not coming back. Older lady with glasses cut me TWICE when shaping my nails with a used nailer file. I read the other posts below and I guess this isn’t the first time she’s done it. When she cut me she put a green solution on my cut. Don’t know what it was but it stung very bad. She then tried to press the blood out of my finger and didn’t think about telling me to wash my hands. All of this could of been prevented if she took her time in her work instead of rushing through to see the next customer.Good thing Bartell Drugs is around the corner so I could buy some antibiotic ointment for my cuts.And not she did not throw away the nail filer she cut me with. And no my nail shapes are not symmetrical.

I have been going to Pro Nails for well over two years. In all that time never once have I had a broken nail, and I work in construction and Im very hard on my hands and nails. When I call they always have time to get me in on my schedule. Its always clean and all the staff is very friendly.

My brother had bought me a gift card for 35 dollars for my birthday about a year ago, and then I misplaced it and I brought it in when I got my nails done recently. They only gave me 18 dollars for the gift card even though they already had the cash paid to them and had already made the 35. I was very annoyed because they are not losing any money and we spent a lot of money there.

Prices are decent, place is clean, staff is friendly, not the greatest at painting designs but always willing to try. I wouldnt go here on my own but this is my friends favorite so will continue going when she visits. I just wont get designs anymore.

Very polite and friendly. Im very happy with my shellac manicure. The lady that did my nails was thorough, gentle and did a great job!

Love them. Quality work. Kind. I go here to get my eyebrows dyed and waxed as well as a monthly mani/pedi. I see white customers come in and treat them with such disrespect because of their accents. Speaking REALLY LOUDLY or speaking with an attitude of superiority and annoyance and they always just let it roll off of their backs. I couldnt imagine being treated like this on a daily basis. Be kind.

I moved close by in September, I tried a few other places and then tried Pro Nails, and now I will never go anywhere else! First off, all of the employees are very nice and you can tell they are all friends and enjoy each others company. At first they were pretty quiet towards me but great customer service, but after a few times of me coming there we now all talk the entire time with each other and other people getting their nails done do as well, its really great! Everything is very clean, they have amazing color options, but the one thing they are really great at is their Acrylic nails! Its hard to find people that know current trends, listen to what you want, and are also really good at it! I have had several different staff members do my fills and every single one of them did exactly what I wanted and they look amazing every time. The only thing I will say is that when I first started going there, I could always just walk in and be seen pretty quickly, but I think people have discovered how great this place is so now I always make an appointment before hand, which Im happy to do because they deserve the business!

Very clean and professional. She did a amazing job on my nails. I had to rip off my previous set because I was driving back from Chicago and had no time to stop and she was very gentle since they were so brittle. Highly recommend!

These ladies went above and beyond! They squeezed me in last minute and did an amazing job! The salon is very clean and organized, you can tell they care about hygiene. Love my nails.

Don’t go here, zero stars. Had a no chip manicure and the lady with glasses cut my me in two spots. Once when trimming cuticles and another when cutting the gel off because of her sloppy job. Ridiculous how places like this remain in business. Nail shops are a dime a dozen. Go somewhere else.

2 stars foreffort, may be 3 stars for the manicure. Owner is always rushing to finish the job n move to the next client. Wont be going here again.
