Heard so much about this place but turns out, the nail polish did not hold for 3 days. Place is really small. The pedicure chair/message chair did not even work. You’re not allowed to talk ? Other places charge 50% less for the same service. I really don’t understand the hype.

THE BEST gel manicure I’ve ever had in my life. Hands down. Liz was meticulous with every detail and got my gel manicure done quick. And the ambiance was super relaxing 🤩

Where do I even begin? From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with the scent of Lemongrass and Eucalyptus.My friend and I opted for the Versailles spa pedicure and it did not disappoint. The Versailles is focused around Rose, but included many other natural ingredients.After you pick out your nail color, of which there are vegan and organic options, (added cost) you are brought over to one of the zero gravity chairs (incredibly comfortable, but not zero gravity at this point in the service.) You are then draped in a warm blanket, and offered a choice of beverages. We went for Green Tea.Then they bring over the stunning basins in which they dip your feet. These looked like a fine china display. They are also incredibly hygienic as they have the removable guards to change in between clients.The attention to detail here is absolutely immaculate. They came out with beautiful trays full of fresh ingredients and told us what each one was and how it would help with our body. We received a personalized exfoliating scrub, a leg mask, plenty of warm towels and blankets, lotion massage, hot stone massage, regular massage and an essential oil treatment. ( I believe there was the paraffin wax treatment as well.)After the initial nail cutting in cuticle trimming, they focus on the exfoliating scrub and mask treatment. After the mask treatment is when zero gravity comes in. They lay a mask over your eyes and off you drift into one of the most luxurious treatments of your life.The only thing that upset me about this visit was the fact that it came to an end.The Versailles is $70, and worth every penny. They do have more affordable and standard options that Im sure are just as luxurious. However if you are looking to treat yourself definitely go with the Versailles.If you are looking for a spa experience this is where you want to go. If you are just looking for a quick nail touch up you probably want to go somewhere different. They truly take their time here which is something that can be appreciated. Because of that they are appointment only so make sure that you call ahead to book.They have four zero gravity chairs and there are two nail stations towards the front. It is a very quiet and soothing atmosphere. They play lovely, gentle music and dim the lights in the pedicure space so you can fully enjoy the experience.There is not a single other place I would go to have this experience. The people that work here are so pleasant and truly make you feel like royalty. They even used some reflexology techniques during the leg and foot massage.I almost didnt want to write this glowing review, because appointments will be harder to book when everyone finds out how magical this place for truly is.Do yourself a favor and go here. It is an experience that you will never forget in the best of ways.

I had my first appointment here today (my first outing since Covid began) and I cannot express how wonderful it was. I was greeted warmly, had my temperature taken, and was directed to wash my hands. The space, though small, was not at all crowded and I felt very safe. The pedicure itself was incredible and relaxing. Secret Garden really has a peaceful, spa-like feel, and as soon as I was in the chair I was able to close my eyes and just enjoy the experience. Katie very graciously explained every product they were using and why before they put them in the water or on my skin. She gave me an incredible leg and foot massage, and painted my toenails to perfection. I am sad I didnt know about them sooner, but cannot wait to visit again. I cant remember the last time I felt so truly relaxed. Thanks to everyone at Secret Garden for such a lovely and positive experience!

This was by far the best nail experience I’ve ever had. I had the Versailles and it was well worth the price tag. I am sure their other treatments are perfect as well, but if you’re looking to treat yourself, I would do it here with the Versailles. It’s been 5 days and I got the “healthier gel” polish on my fingernails and they look just as perfect as they did on day one, and I am HARD on my nails. I’ve had a problem with bubbles in gel manicures in the past, but definitely not here. I also don’t know why people in the other reviews had a problem with the “no talking” atmosphere. They talked to me quietly to explain what was happening and I responded also quietly; it really helps create a relaxing atmosphere. As long as you are taking quietly and respectfully no one will shush you. 10/10 experience.

Absolutely amazing pedicure! So relaxing - if you want to be pampered this is the place. My legs and feet are now so very soft :) All items used (except polish) were organic. Spa is neat and sanitary - a plus given the whole virus thing.

I love getting pedicures and wearing polish on my nails but I stopped for quite awhile when I learned how many toxins are in the lotions, scrubs and treatments they do/use at most nail salons. Not to mention whats in the nail polish!Since being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I gave up doing my much loved beauty and relaxation treatments - things that made me feel good about myself and provided stress relief, because I no longer wanted to put anything on my body that could possibly make me worse.Then I found Secret Garden Nails. They use all organic products - for real. All of their lotions, scrubs and treatments are 100% natural. They used Olive oil and Coconut oil on my legs. The kind I can also put on my salad. And while no nail polish is organic, the nail polish brands they use are rated in the top brands for the least amount of toxins (I did my research).Secret Garden Nails is the real deal. Believe me, I asked all of the pertinent questions to ensure that I wasnt putting anything toxic on my body. This is the only nail salon I will go to in Washington. Liz is the woman that does my pedicures and waxing. Shes fantastic! I highly recommend her.

Lots of COVID precautions and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely more of a spa-type feel. I will definitely be visiting monthly.

This nail salon is unlike all the others in the best ways. They provide a quiet, relaxing environment and take the time to do a good job. I have been here twice now and both experiences were positive from beginning to end. The staff are professional and friendly. Appointment times are respected. Highly recommend!

I think its priced similar to other pedicures, but its leaps and bounds ahead of anything in the area. We actually moved and still go in for monthly pedicures.They use really nice organic ingredients and do a great job from start to finish!

Bothells best secret. A delicious spa experience with such personal care. Sophia, Liz, and Steven make every customer feel like their only customer. I love the fresh ingredients and organic products. A true escape, so close to home.

Where do I start- I have been so almost every nail salon in Bothell, Kirkland, woodinville and the surrounding areas. With that being said, I’ve been tossed around, shoved aside, rushed through when busy, my appointment times not being honored. Not at this place. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment I felt welcomed. The salon smelt good of different oils and lotions, NOT harsh acrylic chemicals. The salon is decorated beautifully with a section for manicures and pedicures. There is a quiet no talking policy which I enjoy, I go there to close my eyes and relax. There is soft music playing and ocean documentaries playing on the TVs which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. My nail techs name is Julie and she was beyond polite and professional. She’s been in the industry for 8 years and takes great care and pride into her work. I highly recommend going for the full packages. Versailles with the acupressure add on. It’s a bit pricey but it’s a small price to pay for the treatment you receive. They custom blend the masks for your hands and feet- and Julie was able to tell me things about my body based off of the acupressure service- dehydration, right shoulder tension and thyroid irregularities, which are all true for me. She is no way able to fully diagnose of course but I found that to be helpful to bring it to my attention Incase I need to schedule a further appointment with my general practitioner. In any case, your money will be well spent here. I cannot recommend this place enough to people that are tired of being tossed around at traditional nail salons. They have earned a customer for life and I look forward to my appointments with Julie. Thank you!

I had an appointment here and came in expecting a great experience due to recommendations. This place refused service to me due to my physical handicap. This is the worst feeling ever to be called outside of the estsbilshment and told by the manager that they did not want me here.They made sure to pull me outside so the Other patrons in side didnt hear them speak to me. Other people in my party were discriminated against as well. For other reasons. We all 4 left feeling degraded and embarrassed. Will never recommend. Went to another salon and had a wonderful experience.
