Very nice nail salon. The people are very friendly and I loved the outcome of our pedicures. I made an appointment for me and my girls and we arrived early and they started us right away. We all left very satisfied.

My first and my last time here. I will never get back to this place. I had a such a negative experience. They guy who did my pedicure was in such a hurry, as if there was a line of people waiting. I had an appointment for Spa pedi at 1 pm on Monday! What’s the rush is about?!He used force to move my legs, pushing and grabbing very unpleasant and forceful. I never had such a bad experience. Now, the worst part - tools they use are laying in the dirty baskets and don’t think the sterile from customer to customer. Ugh...

It was my 1st time here & on a Sunday.. they got me in before closing & I needed a full set! The ladies are very sweet & the vibe is so relaxing I almost fell asleep. T he prices are reasonable & they did a really great job! I definitely will be back.

Extremely satisfied customer. I would highly recommend for acrylic. Both time I visited this salon I found the nail artist to have a light touch and easy application. She did exactly what I asked for and even took the time to reshape one nail for me on my crooked finger. Although I was pleased with the art, as it was an exact duplicate of the photo I showed her, I wanted a snowflake, when she was done with this beautiful paint job she did a freehand snowflake on her nail and I have to say next time, no photo will be presented. The nail artist is amazing! I will go nowhere else!

They happily took me, late in the day for a full set of nails. I dont remember the womans name, but she stayed late for I r me and did a great job.

I only come here...I have gotten my nails done all over the world and frankly this place is my favorite. I drive from the capital hill just to get my nails did twice a month here. Plus the nail techs are so nice and friendly! Thanks Bothell nails!

Had such a great experience here - I came back from a long few weeks of backpacking and this spot was right around the corner from my hotel. I came mainly to get my sore legs massaged and get the dirt out from under my nails and the callouses off my feet. I got the Thai foot and hand pkgs that included hot stone massage. It was *exactly* what my muscles needed. They were very thorough, super polite, and were generous enough to stay late in order to finish me up without ever making me feel rushed or shorted. It was the best nail salon experience I’ve had. I will make it this my new summer ritual after guiding. Treat yo’self!

I recently got a pedicure here and I left feeling horrible. The “massage” was extremely hard. The lady dug her fingers into my legs and it hurt so badly. She was pounding my shins with her first like a punching bag. I winced but she only paused and kept going. She also left polish all around my nail bed on my skin. I couldn’t leave fast enough.

Absolutley amazing service!!! Came in an hour before close, hoping they could do a full set of acrylics. I would have understood if they had said there was not enough time, but to my surprise they were overjoyed to do them and in under an hour too! Amazing service and amazing work!! Will definitely be coming back!!

One of the best pedicures and waxes Ive ever had. The massage was so relaxing. The basic includes an exfoliating scrub and a lotion massage plus a hot stone massage as well. All that for only $23. The employees were extremely nice and friendly. I have pretty thick eyebrows and the lady who waxed them did a perfect job. I also stated I hated plucking so she was able to do very little plucking w/ tweezers. I highly recommend this place.

Im going to give this place a very good rating because they did a very good job on my acrylics! They made sure they looked the way I wanted them. I am very impressed and I am definitely coming back! Its been a week and my nails havent even chipped and the polish hasnt even came off!

If I could give them a negative star I would. The owner threw a toilet in our trash compactor and packed it with cardboard. When I asked questions he started yelling at me that he is the owner I need to mind my own business I need to leave but I was standing there for a different company right next to them trying to take their garbage out couldnt take it out because he was doing things with the trash compactor that hes not supposed to as he was walking away he turned around and acted like he was going to run after to attack me and his friend held him. When I called the cops they couldnt do anything because he didnt physically get to hit me. I will never walk into this business ever knowing what I know about the manager.

Never again will I go here... way over priced and I’ve had nails for years and never paid the price they were demanding.. along with forcing tips on customers ... never again highly reccomend the nail salon on Thrasher’s corner over this place

Best nail salon in Bothell! They are so polite and helpful, you can truly tell that they try to do their best every time! I have never had such amazing service anywhere else! I feel really bad because the guy that did my pedicure was nice but this place is very dirty. They dont use clean utensils, they do use the plastic in the bowls but other than that it was very obvious everything had been used on other people before me and had not been steralized. The bucket of location and scrub he brought out was filthy and The file they used was especially dirty and looked pretty old... I honestly just wanted to get up and walk out when he started but I just felt bad. The quality was very low and all the employees seemed to just rush to get back to their card game and phones...

This place is a scam. I asked for a Thai pedicure which has additional foot n leg mask, lavender lotion, mandarin massage oil with lemon n ginger. The guy who did it, did normal leg massage with scrub, n then put parrafin wax, and hot stones, he never put the mask or did the oil massage. When I asked, he said he mixed everything in sugar scrum and that massage included all that. How can a mask be mixed in sugar scrub, it’s supposed to be applied for a few mins until dry. This is the first time, I’ve heard someone say they mix everything in one go and did all in one step. And the guy had long dirty nails, while massaging it was feeling as if he was frequently poking my skin with nails. I paid $45 for a pedicure that costed only $30.

Great salon, nice people responsible prices. But if you have an ingrown toe nail these are the people to see!!!! They have spared me a lot of pain through the years.

This is one of my favorite finds,the people are so attentive too service,the guy who does my nails always has done fabulous work,he even massages each hand with warm lotion and uour forearm them wipes clean with warm heated towel.Last time he did my hands i left feeling absolutely no pain in any of my fingers or wrists, as i have a mixed connective tissue disease that can be painful when hands get affected by this.this is my new salon that i dont mind driving the 35 miles out of my town too go get this kind of service.

Been here before but this visit was by far the best massage ever at any pedicure. We had an appointment but several walked in and were treated kindly even at closing time.

I really enjoy the staff they are very nice and do a good job on nails. I was disappointed today when I went in for shellac on my feet that costed $23 and to get shellac off my nails which ended up costing me $30... Im not sure why they charge $30 to take shellac off my nails but that is not normal and I feel like they overcharged me on purpose. I noticed they kept trying to upsell everybody in the chairs next to me and it didnt feel right. as much as I enjoy my previous experience I will not be coming back to this nail salon. I gave a $5 tip and walked out spending $53.. not happy about it but they must have needed the money..

I recently went for a mani/pedi because it is in the right location for work. They far exceeded my expectations start to finish, nail to toe. The options were great, the massages and detailed cleanup work on my feet and hands were top notch. I could go at lunch for both and be back at my desk no problem. Almost a week later still looks great. Ill be going back.

I took my little sister there and we both got our nails done. Beforehand We called and they said it was $25 for an acrylic set for each of us.We got our nails done and the lady told us that the total was $90. I gave her 100 and she even had the audacity to ask if I wanted change back and when I said yes she glared at me. And it hasn’t even been three days and one of my little sisters nails already broke off. My little sister even asked her to put a white bass than a clear coat on top and the girl only did a clear coat. The guy that did mine did an amazing job. But over all I got screwed out of 90$

Went today for a shellac mani. I was seated promptly then had a lady who was mad and rushed. When asking her opinion about colors she told me “no I need to work-you pick”. I’ve been growing my nails for several weeks now I have a very short ring finger nail bc the lady was rushing so much she filed way too much off. When I politely voiced two nails on each hand were crooked she told me they weren’t that’s just how my nails are (just like the YouTube comedian clip) then she asked if I wanted the lady next to her to do them. As if I was being unreasonable for pointing out the uneven nails prior to painting. How uncomfortable. I then struggled to find an opaque pink/nude that they actually had in stock and now have a sheer pink that is see through. They knew the color I was looking for. The lady doing my nails left as I picked out another color bc another lady walked in for a mani. She told me to take my time no rush. Of course because you have another customer. The lady that took over my mani voiced I think her dissatisfaction in my mani to the first manicurist so far as it was uneven and had fuzz on the part she started to paint with the base coat. This lady had made/received around 4-5 FaceTime calls that the boss lady told me “sorry her husband is out getting supplies so he has to call”. Since they apologized I hate to mention it but the more I think about my experience it upsets me. IWork and would not answer a call let alone FaceTime while with a customer. Ever. I was never felt like I was a valued customer just a person to get a quick service and pay. As I went to pay, the boss lady asked me to pay in cash. I’m certain lots of places prefer this but to ask for it I feel is tacky. I then felt rough edeges all around my nail and went back in (hadn’t even gotten into my car) for a smoothing of them which the boss lady gladly did. I think she knew I was upset as she was asking my name and very friendly.Save your money, time, and frustrations by getting a pretty mani somewhere else.I went here for the first time a few weeks prior for a pedi which was good hence why I came back. I’ll driver a little further next time and go to a cleaner place that has people who aren’t so rushed and make sure their customers are happy.I do not recommend this location.

I visited Bothell Nails for the first time ever. It was the best mani-ped experience because they (Lina - Manager & Kathy) treated me like royalty! They are very gentle (unlike some other salons Id visited in the past), incredibly generous and refreshingly friendly. I will refer &/or bring my family and friends here soon.

Ive been going to this salon for quite a long time. Their service has drastically gone downhill. The last time I was in, a woman became unconscious in her chair. The owner didnt seem all that concerned. In fact, It was one of the patrons that called 911!!!! Sheesh, great customer service! My shellac manicure barely lasted 2 days & it was 30 bucks!! Theres WAY too many other salons out there to put up with this kind of crappy service & lousy product wearability! Dont waste your $$$

This was a horrible expierience . They basically beg for your money and charge an insane amount ! They charged me $25 just to add a powder color on top of the $45 for the nail acrylic . She kept saying I did this for you blah blah then ended up arguing with me and said if I didn’t want to pay she would shave my acrylic down and repaint with shellac ! And then the manager said the same thing !!!!! I ended up paying $100 and sitting through the awkwardness, also I came in around 7:30 and said I would be back tomorrow since they were busy and it was late, then she said no come back at 8 then the entire time she kept saying I stayed late for you and other stuff trying to get more money out of me . Her name is Kim the pregnant lady on the other hand was AMAZING and she did a great job on my pedicure.

I went here often after work and at first everything was great. Both the manicures and pedicures we relaxing and the color lasted a long time. It was the perfect stop after a long day at work....Now the service is very poor. The last 3 times I came in the girls were rushed even though there was no one else in the salon. I was cut twice and she put the sugar rub on my dry skin scraping and scratching my skin like sandpaper. She then put menthalated cream over so it began to burn. This last time the woman who worked on me had very long nails that were pointed so they were poking and scraping my skin. My pedicure only lasted 10 minutes and I felt like I was burdening them for coming in. I think they are getting too money hungry and the customer service is not the same. Im sad about it because its very convenient location and I didnt mind the high prices but I cannot come back.

I have come to this nail salon several times and when ever you get a manicure and pedicure they are always in a rush to get to the next customer doing both in the pedicure chair which means the massage chair is off. I went in today and put a stop to this and told them nicely that I will not be rushed out the door and I want to enjoy my experience. Also a older lady in her 70s was sitting next to me in the manicure stations she kept on telling the lady doing her nails she was feeling like she was getting a headache,hot and didnt feel right the manicureist just ignored the situation, I new something terrible was about to happen and the older lady lost consciousness. I said call 911 and after a few minutes the older lady was consious. Now this is were I lost it !!!! After she became concious the lady doing her nails was asking her to pay so the older lady handed her card to her and then came back and said you need to get up and sign which meant walking to the front of the salon . I said no do not let her out of the chair and the manicureist asked her if she had cash at this point it became apparent that she could careless about her customers its all about that $$$$$$$ . Piss poor customer service.

Went there for the first time, asked for a almond shape nail, and she made super short, and tried to fix it adding more mix acrylic powder, and looked crooked, horrible. She hurt my fingers. Even tho from the beginning I was telling exactly how I wanted my nail to look like, showed a picture, she kept showing me attitude saying I do this for 15 years huh-ney, I am professional bla bla bla. Well apparently you are not . After I showed my discontentment, she never apologized and kept talking about me in Vietanamese to her coworker. I will never go back there, and so as my friends.

I have to say, I wasnt impressed with Bothell Nails. I was off work early, and thought Id treat myself to nice mani/pedi. I read the reviews and decided this would be a nice place to try. When I arrived, I was greeted by the nice, friendly staff. There was only one other client at the time (though it picked up as I was there). They decided to do both the mani (shellac) and pedi at the same time, which is totally fine by me. However, both were done in less than 20 minutes! I feel like I got the express version of their services, though I paid full price. If youre looking for a quick in-and-out experience, this would be a great place to go. But if youre looking to get pampered, your $45 will probably go further elsewhere.

They are friendly and get the job done right. I will never go elsewhere.
