Very prompt on pick up they took the wheels off my vehicle for me also but at an extra cost which was absolutely fine when I seen they didnt stack them and actually had them separate which my wheels are a very expensive aftermarket set up. I seen they were handled with care even had my lugs and hub centric rings to go with it as a asked ( past experiences that always got forgotten)Honest hard working people over there would definitely recommend and use in the future (hopefully not though) lol

I called Grones this morning and spoke to Eric asking about having my vehicle towed from Keasbey to Brick. I explained it was at a lot up there and needed it at my mechanic. Eric was very nice and professional and asked me if I contacted the lot it was at to have it towed to Brick. I told him no but he advised me I should as it would probably be less expensive since the vehicle was already there. He didnt have to do this, steer me in the right direction, and I feel it was amazing that he did. Thank you Eric, I did what you suggested and yes they can do it for a nominal fee. THANK YOU!!

Eric and jimmy hit it out of the park with great service. I had a truck 15 miles away at 5:15 PM and limped in to their shop. I was out and on my way back to my yard in an hour, and the bill was more than fair! thanks again I will definitely use this as my go to shop when Im in the area.

My company has a number of trucks and we have had a few occasions when in the area to use Grones. All I can say is WOW!! These guys have outstanding customer service. The tow bills have been more than reasonable and their mechanical bills have usually come in well under the estimate. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Having your car break down on the GSP is a stressful situation. The experience we had when Ted, the driver of the flatbed truck, came made things a lot less stressful. His professional customer service was outstanding.

Had a flat tire on the Garden State Parkway on our way down to AC. The gentleman from Grones came and was very professional. Took us to a Pep Boys and got a replacement tire. Was surprised to see the bill. It was very reasonable even without having AAA. Thank you!!
