We drove 3 hours to look at a place managed by this company. We arrived right when they opened. Went inside and said we were interested in a property they had listed. The lady behind the counter RUDELY asked which property? We filled out the application and went to hand it to her and she asked us what she was supposed to do with it? UHHHH take it.We then asked to see the property and she told us to go it was unlocked. WHAT!!!!!???? So just anybody could be living there when we get there because it isnt even locked up? Anyways we drive the 45 minutes to look at the property and the neighboring house had stray kittens walking all over the road, the actual property had overgrown grass, dog hair covering the floors, the bathroom doorknob broke off in my hand, the dishwasher wasnt even mounted it was just loose in a hole under the counter, and half the kitchen drawers wouldnt even open because they were broken. The whole place was just dirty and would have had to be cleaned by whoever rents it before they can even move in. Im glad she refused to take the application because you would have to be stupid or extremely desperate to rent from these people who could care less that you were interested in one of their properties.

A bunch of crooks! They took a bunch of money from daughter after they were told the were approved on two occasions. And then made up some bogus about dogs, and didn’t let them move in. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. And the house conditions aren’t really worth the headache of dealing with them. They deserve No Stars! But that wasn’t a option.

They work with you if youre late but only because they know the illegal houses theyre renting. I know if the health department was called, a good 80% wouldnt pass inspection. Definitely only rent from them if its your last option.

During January 2019 I rented a trailer that this company managed... they dodged almost every phone call of mine after the first 2 days of me being in the home. After I paid my deposits I lost my job. I made them aware of this. They offered to work with me through my troubling times. I called an left several voicemails to keep them in the loop finally in April I began receiving calls back. Then April 15th I get a call from the neighbor asking why we moved so soon??? We hadn’t the landlord packed my things and my children’s things and my sisters things on a trailer. The next day when I called to resolve the issue all of my things were supposedly in the dump. I never received an eviction notice and they never fixed the shower heads the thermostat or the hole in the wall as was described. Now I find out they somehow took me to court and I was never served notice if that either. Shady back door company.

If i could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE doesn’t care about there tenants. Also they love to hang up on you when you try to complain !!

They are very unprofessional, they allow tenants to stock pile trash, junk cars, appliances, furniture and dump sewage!They hurt property taxes and property values!

The office staff is rude, they do not take care of their properties AT ALL...After I said I was going to contact the health department, they sent me a 30 days to vacate THEY SAID BECAUSE THE OWNERS WANTED TO TAKE THEIR PROPERTY NACK...

Horrible housing which gives credence to bad landlord and them being slumlords. The health department should be required to view rental properties in Mclennan County. They will work with you because they know there housing is subpar. Avoid renting unless it is your only choice.

I recently started to move in an apartment and we were wondering why it didn’t get cold it was 80 degrees in the house and we turned on the air and it wasn’t work so we opened it up and found this the air was only one for 2 minutes until it started to freeze up and I sent it to a lady at the company she just said we can get our money back and when I went to get it she said I’d have to wait til the did a walk through and I asked when she said whenever she do it basically whenever she feel like coming out that’s not even all our keys we paid $75 for didn’t even work to the house the floor is also sinking in the house has holes all around them everything was a mess and the lady in the office couldn’t care about anything but money her entire attitude changed after she received our rent..

They are easy to rent from. Pay your rent on time and you wont have issues. Their homes could use some updating. They do allow pets. I never had issues with the staff or maintenance ppl.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! DONT DO IT!!! IM NOT EVEN A TENANT AND IVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE! TWICE!I found TWO nice houses, out of their 1,000,000 nasty ones. The first one, i called the office at 8:35 and the man answered and I asked him about their house on Bowie street. He said, They ladies arent here yet to handle it call back about 9. They should be here then. So waited till 9, still same answer. They werent there yet. (Boy I wish I could be late to work, and keep my job). Anywaaaaay, I called the office at 9:30 and Kim FINALLY answered the phone. Lets all remember Kim cause shes very important to this story. I asked Kim Has anyone been interested in the Bowie Street house?. She said no. I had already put in an application for it the night before, and was accepted. So I told her quote okay, Ill be there in 20-30 minutes with the deposit money order she tells me thats fine see me then.Well, Valeros money order machine is down, so I had to go to my bank on new road which is about 3 miles from Lynns office. I get the money order, call them on the way and ask has anyone come in for the Bowie house? Just making sure before I go ahead and drive there, once again KIM says no. Okay, drive up there and pick up the phone outside the door to tell them I got the money order. She says Sorry that was rented 10 minutes ago. Well, I literally had just been on the phone with her 5 minutes to me being there. Maybe if you had been at work on time, I would have been there at 9, instead of 10.But thats no where our story ends. Had already cashed out the money order I made for another property with a different renter, but didnt work out. So...Went out to China spring for another house they had for rent, liked it, was gonna get it. Called to the office asked KIM again, asked hey has anyone been interested in the Bedrock house before I drive every where to get the money order she said there is a lady that said she wanted it, but that was about an hour ago, and she still hasnt shownOkay, so I drive to Valero, once again their money order machine isnt working (go figure). So I decided to go to stripes thats a block away from Lynns office. I pass by the office to see two ladies standing outside and thought it was the girl that wanted the house before me. So I called, as Im pulling up into the stripes parking lot Hey, has that other lady not shown up yet before I pay for this money order? KIM once again says no, no one has showed up for the Bedrock house okay get the money order, drive back down the block, go to the phone again and tell them I have the money for the Bedrock house and ONCE AGAIN Sorry, maam that house was rented 5 minutes agoSo, to sum it all up, after spending 24$ on fees to make money orders, driving all over hells half acre, spending a ton of gas, and being lied to TWICE, I didnt get a house that me and my family desperately needed, and I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE!! Id rather pay, the extra 200$ a month for somewhere else. At least maybe their houses will be up to code. They have houses they refuse to fix, and are falling apart here. Lazy, LYING, MONEY HUNGRY MANAGEMENT. Should be ashamed! At least have the decency to hold the house for an HOUR if someone is telling you they are bringing you the money RIGHT NOW, and if they dont show up then move on to the next person in line.They make you fight over houses like cats and dogs here.

Here we are Day 8 with no water. So many problems and they do not come out in a timely fashion. We pay our rent on time or before its due every month. I could go on and on.

The parking lot consists of 2 spaces that are near impossible to get to without damaging your car, and after I got approved and was on my way to get the Money order for the down payment, I got a message saying they gave the house to someone else. Sounds a little shady to me.

My mom and sister both rent from her, and they work with u, they are understanding and they seem really nice. Also they believe in privacy and will not give out your information. Which is a big plus

Still havent gotten our water heater fixed and its been almost 4 months and we have a water leak under our trailer that is becoming a health hazard!

Move in process was decent. However I was postponed from 10/4 until 11-25 or so just for maintenance. Moved in and the home was no where even near being fixed. Plumbing issues, ceiling fan hanging, not one light bulb installed from the moment we moved in, and I didn’t call because I didn’t care to cause a riot first moving in. Now I have called and reported the plumbing concerns and after coming out multiple times, still have issues. Words get taken out of context to however they would like to hear it. No respect, regardless of how you act. Just very unprofessional, extremely rude and unhelpful. They make you feel as if you’re the problem, for pointing out problems with THEIR property. Would not recommend this company. If I could give no stars, I would.

This is one of the worst people to rent from ! I have rented from them and don’t get in a hurry at all to fix problems with there homes nor do they take care of there rental homes ! They are nasty, disgusting and very unsafe ! They won’t even fix the roads you have to drive on to get to the home you pay outrageous prices for to live in a nasty unsafe environment.

The place had black mold growing inside of the central heat and ac unit that was inside the ever sinking mobile home in China Spring. The house was also co-occupied by rats and field mice and had a front steps and porch that invited broken bones from all who dared to use them. but all this pales in comparison to the nighly soaking of the rear of the house by errant septic spray heads spraying sewage upon the entire rear of the dwelling. And yet to ask for the return of the deposit after only 5 weeks on a month to month lease was blasphemy to them... BUYER BEWARE or in this case ..RENTER BEWARE.. RUN!!

0 stars is what they deserve. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever done business with. My elderly parents AC has been on the fritz since SUMMER. They sent someone out or at least that is what was told to them. Still, they are in the same boat. When my father called downtown, the man there said they have one maintenance man and over 100 properties. What professional rental property does that? The property manager is a joke. You ask for help on anything and she gives you the run around and doesnt answer her phone when you call her half the time. All they want is your money. Stay away!

0 stars great if you dont have health, or cleanliness standards, no credit check or are a meth head. Normal people stay away youll never be treated with respect they treat everyone like they dont want their business. Neighbor had a major mold issue, I had an electrical fire. These places are not up to code. Rent at your own risk.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last week when it was super cold my family and I had to go rent a hotel room for a week because nobody would come out to fix our heater. It was 41 degrees in my house. I have a 1.5 year old so that is not okay. We told them we would have to pay at a later time because we had to spend 300 if rent money to the motel roomSo we could be warm. The maintenance man is lazy and doesn’t want to do his job. We now aren’t having another sewage probably for the 3rd time and nobody had come out to look at it. They are horrible. Our ac is now broke again at least it is warmer outside now.

When i had nowhere else to go Lynns rented to me. No the houses arent the best, but its better than being on the street. I came in 30 minutes before closing to fill out paperwork i was oit of there 2 minutes before 530. The lady was never rude. She was nothing but polite and didnt mind my anxiety rambling.

Screw this place! These people are the worst! They dont take care there renters period! I literally have mushrooms growing in the restroom next to the shower because of water damage from the shower and the bathroom floor is flexing and cracking tiles, windows are leaking when it rains, and now we have a hole in the floor in the living room.We have had these work orders in for months now and I am so tired of waiting for these people to come around and do there part. I am now concerned for the safety of my kids and wife. I had call about the work orders we put in and the man on the phone told me that its on the board and that the guy that does the floors is doing a roof job and has 19 other work orders in front of him. But he makes that excuse everytime. This is ridiculous! Me, my wife and many other renters are sick of this company! Dont rent from these people it is not worth your time, money and stress. Just look at the all the other reviews.

Went to Lynn Properties to get a application. I spoke to a woman at the front counter named Phyllis.I asked her a couple of questions about the property. She didnt seem to care to answer and made it seem like I was keeping her from whatever and was extremely rude.If youre going to do business with someone and give your hard earned money to, find a company that will treat you well. DO NOT RENT from them the customer service is awful, they will tell you one thing and then they will totally do the opposite they will tell you that your a liar even when you have proof to show them that they messed up they will charge you a despite tell you that they will fix it and then when you move in they will NOT fix things I paid $400 for a deposited and was still out $500 of my OWN pocket when I asked if they could refund me some of my money back for paying to have the lawn professionally mowed the guy named mike told me no then said that if I didnt like the fact that they would not give some money back for the lawn I could come get my money back and move out!!! But when I tried to do what he told me to do they said they would have my money the next day they straight lied to my face it has now been 3 days and that house was more clean and maintained before I moved in I paid a total of $1290.00 they are only giving me $890 back I lived there for 2 weeks max and did the repairs my self after I sent in the work order almost 3 weeks ago this place is a joke and needs to be put OUT of business!!!

These people are crooks plain and simple. They took a $400 deposit from a friend who never signed a lease or moved into the property. The house was not move in ready the toilet full of black feces doors unsecured. I dont understand how they are allowed to continue to steal from unsuspecting consumers.

My house has black mold all over it. The roof leaked for 2 years before the replaced it. They wouldnt even patch it, which left my ceilings black with mold. Once they replaced the roof they painted over most of the mold. The ceilings has sagged in the master bedroom due to water. There still is black mold on the trims and over the AC unit. The AC unit is so old it goes out every month. It also pisses out water onto the floor and wall. So the wall has started to fall and also mold. I had a work order in for 10 month for the master bedroom sinks, because they would leak. They came to fix it. They turned the water back on to the sinks and then left and never came back. My entire bathroom flooded and of course molded. They never fixed it. The windows used to leak so bad the wallpaper started pealing off. I ended up caulking them myself since they wouldnt come out. They recently put the property back up for rent since I moved out and raised the rent $100. DO NOT RENT THROUGH LYNN PROPERTIES THEY ARE SLUMLORDS.

Well the properties are not in the best condition because of how tenants treat the property. I personally think if you dont like it dont live there why waste time complaining no one is forcing you to live there like seriously..but I have no complaints they do the best they can. I have had a good experience with Lynn property all I can say is be patient they have tons of properties they will get to you. I think they do a great job I have not one complaint.

I hate to even give 1 star, but I guess I had to, to make a review. These people are crooks, careless, rude!! We have lived here for 2 years I hate to say, but want to move. Nothing has come up in the school district is the ONLY reason we are still here. We have called about several issues, nothing gets done about anything. Our driveway is so extremely bad that we have lost friends coming over because of it, it has destroy our car. Our a/c and heating we cant use cuz of who ever lived here before had dogs that destroyed the ducts underneath and they wont fix it. Mold is everywhere, water leaks that is causing the floors to weaken and Crack. Cabinet doors fallen off, now our toilet has always had an issue wont flush and our house wreaks of the smell of sewage. We have had electrical problems. The list goes on and on and they do not care or try to fix anything. Its so stupid though because all Lyn is doing is causing himself more cost in damages with his properties that he should care about. We are all going to move and he will be left with the cost, only because he dont want to take of it before it gets more costly....idiot!!!

The property managers are the most un helpful people I have ever come across. Every time I call about anything for the house the office workers act like they dont know anything and they are rude as all get out. My stove isnt working my plumbing is backed up and my front porch light switch flips my breakers these are fire and health hazards and I have waited almost 2 weeks to have them fixed and I have to call the office every day to remind them if the work orders they should have already completed or even attempted to work on. I paid my rent and deposit I expect maintenance to take care of these issues. If you have any other options DONT RENT FROM LYNN PROPERTIES!!!!!

This place is a dump. The management does not complete work orders. I’ve had a toilet that has needed replacement for 6 months and a door that was kicked in by the previous rentee that has never gotten repaired. The park managers At the Gatesville Park do absolutely nothing. There’s trash everywhere. It looks like a landfill is being created by the storage shed.

I was there to pay my rent...not overly or outwardly friendly people but they are just there to collect rent...quick visit

I read all of the comments before moving into the property I had seen. I chose to form my own opinion based on my personal experience. I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever rented from. Let’s start with the employees. Lori at the front desk is beyond rude and rushes people off of the phone before getting to explain what the problem you are calling about is. She will not give you any information on when a problem can be fixed and will get very rude with you if you continue to call to try an get an answer. The other gentleman that answers when she does not is twice as rude as Lori is. If your problem is not considered to be urgent in their eyes, you can forget about it being fixed. You will be lucky if it’s fixed within a few weeks or ever at all. Don’t expect a phone call when someone does come out to the property. Lynn’s properties will not tell you when someone is on their way, when they have left, or even if the problem was able to be fixed. A gentleman came out to check out the problem I was having, stated there was nothing wrong and left. Lynns Properties chose to take his word for it and now my problem will not be getting fixed. Slum lord does not fit the type of landlord Justin Lynn is. He is much worse. Anyone who has had a pleasant experience renting from Lynn’s properties and has had problems fixed in a timely manner, I would love to know your secret on getting help with these problems. Please do not waste your time and energy on this rental company. You will end up disappointed, frustrated, and having to move again. I only gave one star so I could leave a review.WARNING: I will not give exact location for safety, but watch out for their properties in Troy. The property I rented has 7 air vents total. 4 out of 7 vents in the house do not work, holes in the home allow what little air the house gets to escape, a/c will constantly run day and night, and the place does not have central heating. This is why we are moving out along with the service we receive. My electric bill is $400 and the thermostat doesnt get below 78 degrees during the day. My family constantly sweats. At night, you are lucky if the thermostat reaches 74 degrees. The two biggest bedrooms get very little air. DO NOT expect Lynns Properties to fix this. As stated above, the only guy they are authorized to send out will come out, eventually, say there is nothing wrong and leave. He will report to Lynns properties that he fixed it even though he did not. Good luck if you choose to form your own opinion like I did.

This is the worst ever I have been trying to get someone to call me about a empty lot for sale its been a month and I call once a week nobody is professional here rude as hell. Horrible in everything get it together.

Well were to start. We have been renting from them for about 8 months, and I have had nothing but problems with my ac since we moved in. Ive had to go weeks with out it while its 80 degrees in the house. All of my siding is coming off the side of my house from the last big storm.and nothing. Ive had a gap in my door about a inch wide and showed them pictures which they acted if they could care less and it still hasnt been fixed. when I went in this month they asked about dogs. And I told them I have dog sitted and they said I could not do that or I would have to pay pet fee if he saw them again, so now I have the dogs until owners get back and a possibility of being charged because I cant just take them home the owners are on a vacation out of country. Well I was not aware of this or I wouldnt have offered to do It. All in all if you can talk to the right person they are really nice, but some just dont give a crap. All the maintenance who have came out when they do have been very polite and that is why they get the rating. You would think as many properties as they have they would get more maintenance to help so residents were not having to wait for ever. This post will now probably get me evicted, or have to wait even longer.

These people are slum lords and will go as low as to lying to the police. I am being told to vacate in 30 days after 5 years of paying my rent on time and never missing a month because there was a fire in my kitchen. When the fire Department came the fire chief was on the call he saw that my ENTIRE KITCHEN WAS ON ONE BREAKER AND THE BREAKER WAS TAMPERED WITH TO NOT TRIP WHEN OVERHEATED!. The fire dept worked with me in helping me figure out who could help me and the CODE ENFORCEMENT officer came to my HOME and told me I was living in a condemable home. I am now being given 30 days to vacate after going to LYNN RELITY MANAGEMENTS OFFICE and asking for a copy of my lease once I was charged $10 for this copy I asked for a receipt. I was first told they dont give receipts for this then when I insisted I needed a receipt I was made to wait about 20 mins. When this happen I let my advocate speak for me. They handed us a hand written receipt and no where did it say LYNNs name on it. When this was brought to their attenion they became irate with me and my advocate. So I went outside and let my advocate handle the situation. My advocate then calls me back inside they told her they have to hand me the receipt and they put the same hand written receipt on top of a notice to vacate. I called my advocate at mhmr to come speak for me at this point. When she arrived they called the police. The police came and Lynns lied to them saying they asked me for a list of things wrong with the home. Which my advocate was witness they did not do that. Lynns s the worst SLUM LORDS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

We have been renting from Lynn Properties for over a year, and while I dont live in a 5 start neighborhood I would like to share our experience here, as soon as we moved in we noticed some of the outlets in the house were not working, we notified management and they had someone out to fix it about a week later.... about two months ago our dishwasher went out, then a week later one of the toilets started leaking, all the skirting around the house started falling apart from animals running underneath the house and some of our lights started flickering... yes a huge list and to top it off two days before our family easter party a water line burst in our other bathroom, we called Lynn Properties and they had someone out the next morning to fix the busted water line, I them told them about all the other problems we were having and I am amazed to say that they are finishing up the new sturdier skirting around the house tomorrow they fixed the leaking toilet in our bathroom and rewired part of the house to fix the flickering lights and they are delivering a new dishwasher next week.... less than two weeks after we notified them of the problems and they are just about done fixing everything! I feel that that is an amazing turn around for a company that owns multiple properties and while I see all the negative reviews I just cant say that we have had any issues like others have experienced, thanks Lynn Properties for giving my family a safe, affordable, spacious place to live so that we can afford to save for a house of our own.... nothing but praise on our end!

No one will answer the phone to get a house rented I doubt theyre going to answer the phone to get anything fixed

Weve lived in the same house owned by Lynn Properties for 12 years, weve only been late on rent maybe 6 times the entire time when laid off from the Oil Field. Most of people that I hear complain about the office or problems they have with Lynn Prop. are typically and or constantly late on there rent. What manager/owner is going to jump and fix anything if your not paying your bills on time...? Majority of the time if weve had a problem with the house weve notified the office about the issues the proper way per housing authority regulations and we had a response or problem fixed within a week (i.e. Entire Roof replaced, A.C. & Blower replaced, cabinets replaced, windows replaced, plumbing fixed,...). If I can fix it I will, cause a lot of issues and problems come from the tenants carelessness and shouldnt be at the cost of the owner. If you treat things as your own and take care of them less problems. If you treat people with respect you get respect!

I would give negative stars if I could. Everything is done as cheaply as possible and when something breaks, it doesn’t get “fixed” for months. They don’t communicate anything. Pest control or service people show up without any prior notice.

The property managers and owners should be ashamed of themselves. The properties are run down, falling apart, windows out, decks askew, holes in skirts. Those are just the ones viewable from the road! Even if a tenant breaks a window, while it might be tenants financial responsibility for damages, it is the owner/managers responsibility that they are in good repair. If they are even collecting $200 per month for each of these, that is a lot of money ($6500/month) they are making off of slum like conditions. But considering the looks of things, I would imagine greed has them making even more. Shame shame shame. Not the tenants - the owners/managers for allowing it. They have been emailed and called so they cannot say they were not aware.

They have not fixed our houses but yet built a new place of business that looks like the cost of one lamp would cover an entire rooms repairs for my house. I have been treated disrespectfully and told that they will not fix my house. They pretend they dont get the work orders.

We have a leak in our bathroom ceiling for 2 months now. We have put work orders in and let the land lord know about the issues. For cheap place it should still be livable . plus our shower head need replacing! Future people dont go here. It’s the landlord’s responsibility to ensure that all of their units are livable. That includes upkeep and making necessary repairs in a timely manner. The landlord also must keep all essential plumbing working, including the toilet, tub, and sinks. If there’s a leak because of the landlord’s negligence, then they are the ones responsible for repairing and replacing anything that gets damaged. In order to prove negligence, however, you’ll have to keep a detailed record of when it happened, when you contacted your landlord about it, and how long it was before they did anything about the problem (if they did anything at all).It’s still up to the renter to repeatedly contact the landlord about any issues that come up until they’re resolved, and hopefully before they cause any damage. Just be sure to record the dates of each contact attempt.Which we have.... Its now August 13 2018 and we moved in end of March. No repairs on the leak. They tried to fix it by putting a window unit in . Im assuming the A/c is what causing our leak because of the poor construction around the drainage system. We have been ignorned and set aside and disrespected as tenants. We smell cigarette smoke everytime the A/c starts up like someone is blowing smoke in youre face. The floor in the bathroom is start to mold..ive kepts up with old towels to keep the floor dry but it keeps flooding and leaking.Update :Still no replacement on ceiling tiles. Mold was found and We keep our spot clean...but bugs love crawling through out the night! ...this place is old...no stopping bugs or Mold. Killed 4 rats in the bathroom ceiling .Back windows and front door can use better sealant... So Heat or cool air doesnt leave.Noisy area and lots of random yelling outside from neighbors.

Please tell me when this park got those citations and where the trash piles are. Lot of the stuff you posted pretty much is a flat out lie. Oh yes by the way I know who you are. I know you got evicted and still live in the park with someone else because neither you or your husband have a job. As for the park manager you have no clue what happened so do yourself a favor and stop the bull crap. If you really want to talk about these issues with someone who lives in the park and sees what goes on feel free to meet at the mail boxes that is not far from where you live in the park. I went to my friends house and they have had a water leak since they moved in and no one has even looked at it. There is something wrong with their AC and is causing the electrical bill to be sky high. The water heater is decades older than my grandma and they wont replace it. If I could give them no stars and an angry emoji I would!!! And on top of it all when they went to rent the place they upped my rent and they complained and the man who partially owns the business came out and gave my friend a super rude additude and said rent or dont Im sure someone will !!!! 😡😡😡 terrible people with terrible properties

They rent properties that have tons of work needed, they dont clean the vent system properly, and they dont get all the black mold out...

If you have any maintenance issues that they wont handle (because they wont), do it yourself, and let them know that its coming out of rent. Otherwise, they can get it done immediately. If they dont, theyre causing unlivable conditions. Its illegal. There is plenty you can do about it as well. Youre welcome.

Me and my wife rented a house in bruceville from these so called landlords never once heard anything from them until I brought my dog home and they said I had a pit without even seeing the dog or paperwork of her breed and automatically gave us a eviction notice to vacat the property in 3 days. the bathroom wall fell in on my wifes head when she was using the restroom and she was 7 months pregnant and no one wanted to come and fix the roof in the bathroom or ac or hot water heater. the worst landlord I have ever had to deal with we left the house and had to move in with family cause they didnt want to take care of the property. is dont know why these idiots are still in business cause I lived in that house 3years ago. and obviously they havent changed or fixed any problems they are scumlords

I would also give no stars. My toilet in the main bath has been leaking around it since we moved in 2 yrs ago. My husband had to fix the flushing part on it himself with our money along with the dish washer. The floor fell through in the laundry room and bathroom and they tried to blame it on us. Turns out it was a busted pipe. Then when they fixed it they just layed plywood over the floor that fell through. The bathroom floor with the leaking toilet is about to fall through and so is the floor infron of the dish washer, under our sink, and behind our stove. The walls are litterally sinking into the floor. It is a dw and the 2 sides are starting to split at the seam do to leveling. The kitchen sink didnt work for the full first yr. Not to mention all the drug heads and drama around here. A grown adult threatened my 7 yr old! There are loose ankle nippers that bite kids but when my gsd asd exscapes (because I do not let him run loose) theres a huge uproar because everyone here is either related, grew up together, or knows the manager somehow and we are non of those. People drive 30-40 mph down this road but if my husband goes 15 he is getting yelled at. We are moving this yr and never again will I make the mistake of renting from them

Everyone is so RUDE! The houses are so messed up and im sure half of them should be condemned. I had a huge gap all around my front door that let in bugs and wind. I simply asked them to put weatherstripping around the door. The guy came to fix it by screwing 1X1 boards on the inside of the door frame. My front door would not even close after he did it. I asked him to fix it, I even told him if he would buy the weatherstripping i would do it myself, he became very angry that i was not happy with his handywork and he started threatening me!! He tried to fight me!!!!!! Called to complain and they were so rude and hateful, i can not belive someone could run a business like this.

DO NOT RENT FROM LYNN PROPERTIES. I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM LYNN PROPERTIES! Save yourself the endless headaches. They are EXTREMELY RUDE. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sherry Pack(shes the manager) and Phyllis Webb, just rude! And no one else in the office will interject or say anything when another worker is being rude to you. Get/have a lawyer on standby! They will try to screw you over. My roof leaked water the entire time I rented from them. Literally leaked water all the way up until the time I left. It is STILL leaking in that trailer, in between the walls, the chimney, water runs down the walls and you cant even catch it, and it leaks in every single room in the house. Whether it is raining or not! It is very poorly insulated. Wasps get in from outside the house every sinlge day. There were mice and roaches too! The wasps getting in was the biggest issue though. We had to keep bug spray. It was a NECESSITY! Me and my 8yr old children were always sick. I was hospitalized due to toxic black mold! YES, MOLD GROWING IN NUMEROUS PLACES IN THE HOUSE! Nose always stopped up, or running, coughing, trouble breathing, sore throats, extreme fatigue, stomachaches, diarrhea, always had to pee, headaches, hair falling out, just a general sick feeling all the time. Did not feel like myself at all. I never get sick; havent ever been sick that many times in my entire life. Never even got a key to lock my front door or any door.. Water in the shower and toilet always running. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, HEARTACHE, AND PAIN! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! If I can save someone from the ordeal I just went through, I will. Its not worth it! They arent worth any of the stars that have at all. Dont be fooled! Dont rent from them, seriously! The only reason I didnt leave sooner is because I didnt want to break the lease, among other things, I kept trying to be respectful and responsible. Told them every single time it leaked they did nothing. Told them I didnt have a key they literally replied, whatever. Just please dont rent from them. Jan 2016-Nov 2016. This is recent! I purchased an RV from Lynn Properties 3 months ago and have gotten NOTHING showing its mine. No title, no bill of sale, nothing. I have tried to get it and they keep giving me the run around. Horrible place to do business with. The BBB has already been contacted.

If you get a leak, they will bring one shingle and a tube of pookey to fix it, even though the whole roof needs replacing, Maintenance is a major joke.They will fix something on your house and only do it at 50%, For example they will fix a plumbing leak and leave your siding tore up and sloppily put on your skirting, They lie about money alot too, such as adding a day or two of late fees (they say 5$ a day but 2 days in youll have somehow acquired 45$ in late fees), One month they said they only take rent in full or not at all, But a few months after that I Paid 100$ early and they took it and gave me a receipt. They work with my neighbors whom are employed at the same place (Same wages same hours and same RENT). They let the neighbor pay every 2 weeks, but make us pay late fees plus a 119$ eviction LIFTING fee almost every month.(plus the elementary adding of late fees that are inaccurate) So they are just ripping us off! Tell us alll kinds of crazy stuff. The Lady Mrs.Webb at the front is the rude as could be and just would love to see her leave. I would say there cheap but there really not cheap for what they are,****Note to the owner***** The lack of pride in ownership,results in things going wrong and costing more overall.You should tell maintenance to step it up and actually inspect some of there shotty work.If you cared youd probably have different employees representing you.

I have been renting from them for 3 years now, have had 0 issues so far, had a pipe burst on a Friday night around 11, the first year staying at the rental house, they had a worker there Saturday morning to fix it.

Mike is a liar and a con do not rent from him i have numbers of text messages of him screwing my dad over with rent money he also said he is not obligated to fix nothing in his house and that my dad should pay for it do not rent from them
