Great place to go to in the area. Always seems busy but get you in within 30 minutes everytime. The staff are all very friendly, and remember our names when we walk through the door. They give the best deep foot massages and finish your pedicure off with a hot rock rub. My daughters go here to get both dipping powder and shellac manicures. Would never go to another salon. Love this place!
This salon is very friendly and welcoming. Their pedicures pamper you and I was even given an ice cream bar since it was 96 degrees out. I highly recommend this place!
I love this place, great massages service and prices
So, I saw the reviews and figured- this must be a great place.. I went to get my nails done here about a week and a half ago. Turns out, I was 100% incorrect and should have stuck to cleaner, more professional, and friendlier nail salons like Milluxury Nail Salon/SO many others. I would just say that if a nail salon looks gross when you first walk in, it probably is. There was nail polish, dirt, tissues, etc. everywhere... The women who I assume is higher up at the salon was so rude the first time I was there and when I went back in to get my nails fixed. Right after I left the salon the first time, my nails already had cracks all along the top, which within the next 24 hours they were all cracked along the top. When I went in to get them fixed, the same lady fixed my nails by painting a color over top the cracked polish which made my nails so thick (The nail place I went to today said that was unacceptable and that you have to take all the polish off and redo them when the top coat cracks). She also didnt do a detailed/ good job AT ALL. Almost all my nails had nail polish on the skin, some way worse than others- I had to file/clip the nail polish off. Within 5 days my nail polish was cracking/ peeling off. The lady who did my nails was also really rude (made comments, really snappy), not only to me but also another group of women that came in. I am not sure why or how they have such good reviews, but they were nice to the older regulars. That being said not having a clean work place, not doing a professional nail painting application(which is why people keep coming back), and having a nasty attitude are not smart business strategies.
The service here is unmatched! So friendly and clean, and they do SUCH a good job! The best best best nail place!!!
Customer service unacceptable. Walked in to get two pedicures. We were not told it would be an hour before they got to us. Another hour went by and we still had no painted nails. Worst yet little communication and care about our time. Watched many customers come in after us and they were taken care of before we could get full service. Guess they have enough business they could afford to lose a few... including me.
I really like my nails but they were really rough and cut my skin pretty badly with her own nail trying to separate the skin from the nail from the glue. Definitely need to be more gentle.
I have been going to Lovely nails off and on since 2005. My mom started going there first. She used to walk on her lunch breaks, one day she saw the shop and decided to go in and the rest was history. Every time I come in, I feel right at home. There were so many transitions that I got to know of that it feels like weβre more like family. There has not been one day that Iβve come in and not been asked how my mom, sister and my children are doing. They are all amazing and do a fantastic job on your nails. If I canβt get in to see them I just do my nails myself until I can get in. Try them out, you wonβt be disappointed!
Great service, very friendly, clean, and did a wonderful job on all of our nails!
Iβve been coming here for a year and my experiences have been very on and off. Usually good, but a couple times werenβt very good. I usually saw a girl who sits on the right side of the manicure area, sheβs good but I donβt know her name. The girl who sits at the left in the far back has always messed up on my nails. Yesterday I came in and asked for a manicure with polish because my hangnails were bad and I needed my cuticles cut. I didnβt get a manicure. She went straight to putting polish on my nails and I stated again I need my cuticles cut. She said sheβd do that after. First of all, what? Iβve never seen someone do that last. Turns out, she thought she was removing them with the rotating files. With that, she filed off my skin on SEVEN different fingers. And then had the decency to laugh about it saying βitβs because your nails are so tiny hahahaβ instead of apologizing and feeling bad. My fingers feel like they are sun burnt and they sting every time I wash them now. I will NEVER return. Itβs more worth it to pay more at Q Nail Spa in Mill Creek because they feel bad when they hurt you and offer a discount for it.
Visited this place today π¬Just asked for a simple manicure without polish! The lady just put my fingers in warm soapy water for 30 seconds, didnβt even displace the skin around the nail and started cutting it really quickly! The form of cut was very crooked.I was wondering will she use the machine to remove my cuticle?... but Nooooo!!This was the worst manicure I ever had in my life!!!! The photo of result can prove it.
I moved to this state 3 years ago and as nails are super important and routine for me, had been searching frantically with no luck! I found this little gem in Bothell when I moved to this town last year and Lee is my girl. I faithfully go see her and only her for my acrylic nails. She does a fantastic job and they last a long time. Iβve been going to her for almost a year now and I hope I donβt have to worry about finding another nail tech anytime soon!
Always loved this place! They treat and my son so nicely. Always a relaxing experience and great service
By far my favorite place to go! Ive tried a lot of other places around the area but Lovely Nails is the best I have experienced. My nail polish tends to last longer than anywhere else. Ive been getting acrylic nails consistently for over a year, and each time they last up to 4 or 5 weeks. They have great prices, and still give amazing service. The pedicures are fantastic too, they include hot stones and exfoliates. Occasionally they are busy and itll take a bit longer to get my appointment done but thats the same with any popular business.Anna is a fantastic owner. They always greet me coming in, and always ask about things I talked about previously. They remember some incredible details! It makes me feel welcomed. They always suggest the best way to do my nails when I come in with a new idea, and they will even tell me the cheaper option. There isnt an employee Ive ever had a problem with, because each one does a great job. Definitely recommend.
I love this place. Its not the fanciest or nicest but the prices are great. Customer service is awesome. No matter how long it has been since you were last in they always remember you. For the price, the massage part of the pedicure is longer then anywhere else I have ever been. They just upgraded and got brand new massage chairs.
Been going here for about a year. The customer service and work is ok, but the prices are cheap, so Iβll make a βsacrifice.β But everything has just gone downhill lately. I always call before I come, and am told thereβs availability. When I arrive, there are no open chairs. Thereβs always someone difference removing my gel polish, and cutting and filing my nails, which is fine. But Anna is so busy juggling multiple people at once, that my application of my gel polish gets all over my fingers. She then has to take her nail clippers to get the excess off, which again, is fine because itβs cheap. But this last week, she was going to cut the excess polish off, and ripped my skin off instead. I started bleed, pretty bad. She just had me stick my hand in the UV light though, bleeding and all. She wiped it off, and just went me on my way. So not only am I badly cut, my polish is now chipping after 48 hours... Iβll never go back. They sacrificed quality for quantity.
Very friendly and there massages are great.
Such an amazing place and everyone there is so friendly..
Ive been a customer for over 20 years & I wouldnt go anywhere else?Tu & Lee & Mona always give the BEST pedicures, manicures & massages! The best part is that their pedicures & manicures last a long time & the prices are really reasonable!
I love everyone there and my mom has gone there for years! I love my shellac and Im going soon Again! β€
My family and I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. They super friendly and they always do a great Job. Anna and Tu are usually our go- to but every one else is very professional. Prices are great.
I starting going to Lovely Nails sometime in 1999. I dont get there as often these days since moving to Seattle, but when I need a manicure or pedicure, this is the only place Ill go!They give the best spa pedicures around! Besides the massage chair and the typical pedicure, after they scrub your feet, they massage your feet up to your knee for a full 30 minutes. Now they have added hot stone massage for legs at no extra charge!Go there...it will be the best money you could ever spend on a pedicure!
Asked for gel nails, and tried to describe acrylic full set and gel polish. They put on gel full set and used the gel polish I picked out. I unknowingly picked one of the more pricey polishes. No warning, no comment. Someone enthusiastically offered a massage. I almost accepted, until i asked if there was a cost. There was. I declined.Final bill: $45. They gave me a $5 discount. Normally $50.My nails do look nice. But not quite what I was asking for. I was expecting to pay around $30.
The ladies here are so nice. You feel like family here. Another reviewer may have mistaken this for rudeness but itβs not. No, itβs not fancy and pretentious like some more expensive places but they do great work, always fit you into the schedule, and the prices are good. They take care of you here and you feel like a friend. We have gone here for years and love it.
They do such a good job! They even helped me fix other salon mess ups!
Been going here for years and they always accept me when I walk in from a day that I need a little pampering..Thanks Ladies!!
My Toe Nail polish was all over my skin and i asked for it to be fixed and she said it was fine. I then asked again and someone came and did nothing. The paint job was bad and i will not be returning.
Had the best, very best Pedicure there of my life (and Im 70)! The Pedicure included message of foot and leg to knee. Very clean, sanitary, and sssooo relaxing. The chairs even give back message. Highly recommend Lovely Nails to all!
I went here for a pedicure after a long day at work. The salon down the street told me they didnt have time, so I wandered over to this place. LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST PEDICURES I HAVE EVER HAD... AND ONLY FOR $25.00. I felt like i got THE BEST DEAL ever. My nail technician spent at least 45 minutes pampering me. The basic pedicure includes a salt scrub and long calf and foot massage. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! I plan on going back soon to get a manicure or pink and whites. I know they are going to be amazing!
Not the fanciest place around but that is fine by me! Salt scrub and hot stone massage on feet and legs at no additonal charge. Local small town feel with plenty of parking. The massage chairs are also exceptional
Not sure how anyone could make a bad review about this place. The ladies are amazing. They will do anything to make sure you are happy with your nails.
Thu helped me, and although I had arrived to their closing time, they treated me first class. She did an amazing job! They all have a business owner mentality vs. And employee mindset. I think I have found my Seattle Nail Salon.
They didnt seem at all interested in what my friend and I wanted to do with our nails. One of the nail technicians kept getting really mad and our nails look really sloppy. Just overall very disappointed.
Love the way they did French nails, wonderful people, a relaxing spa day. Would recommend
I love there nails they stay on long and they have such a good attitude and I recommend going here
Amazing service, quality work... No corners are cut even when its busy. Im always willing to wait it needed because it is so worth it. They listen, are attentive, and I have had no complications with acrylic fills that I had at other businesses.
We love the ladies here! It is a wonderful experience and they do AMAZING work.
Mona has done my pedis for 17yrs. She is very gentle & calmingπ
Came in with my best friend while on vacation with super sore feet. Waited in the chair for at least 20 minutes before even getting the water turned on. My nail tech lightly rubbed one leg for 5 minutes before painting my nails and walking away.Wasnt discounted for being unhappy.
Great price for a pedicure. The space isnt fancy but they keep it really clean. The vest part of the pedicure was the hot stone calve massage.
I donβt like giving a bad review to this place because my family has been going here for years. But, I went in for the first time and had a horrible experience. I decided to get acrylics because I have ugly nails from my line of work. I work in healthcare so I have to be really careful about color of nails, length, and shape. I explained that in the beginning and the lady doing my nails kept trying to push me to have them bright, the have them shaped a certain way, and kept arguing with me about length. I finally got her to shorten them to the length I wanted. The whole time she was arguing with me about every decision!! Then when she was actually applying the nails she wasnβt really paying attention sometimes and burned/cut my hand with the like sanding tool. I was squirming and saying ouch and she just ignored me or brushed it off with a fake apology! If she was really sorry she wouldnβt do it to almost every one of my nails. A different lady painted my nails and did my shellac and before she started I was just sitting in the chair shaking and crying because I was in so much pain. The lady getting her nails next to me was trying to comfort me and was shocked at how bad I was cut up. The actual acrylics look good and I like them but how I was treated was crazy! DO NOT GET ACRYLICS OR GELS HERE!!!! My cuts are starting to get infected and still hurt. I got my nails done on a Thursday and Iβm writing this review the following Monday. Still in pain.
Great service, friendly staff and clean facility. TV plays sports and many male clientele join for some pampering.
I had the BEST PEDICURE EVER at Lovely Nails, the hot stone massage was like no other....the ladies here are totally AMAZING!! THANK-YOU if I ever come back out west your place is my first stop!!!
My pedicure was great. The hot stone calf message was a nice, unexpected treat. But my manicure, actually the lady doing the manicure, was so awful it completely ruined the experience. She didnt say hello or anything to start, she was very aggressive when filing my nails yanking and pulling on my hands and she kept leaving the room mid manicure. The worst part though, she literally yelled to the women in the other room the entire time she was in front of me. It was so loud and so obnoxious I couldnt believe it. I almost walked out! I left with a headache and a mediocre manicure that took twice as long as it should have. Very disappointed.
Very inexpensive but I think I could have done a better job on my toes than they did..
Such a bad experience!! We called ahead of time to let them know we have 4 girls coming they told us no problem, so I got seated and then for an hour watched 4 people get helped before me, the other three girls were done before they even started on my nails, then the nail tech was bouncing from me to two other customers, she cut my finger and blamed it on me when it was clear she was just going to fast, then when she went to get my colors she couldnt find it and just started painting my nails with a purple glitter paint I would have never picked when I said thats not what I asked for she said but it will do!! Um no it wont, it got to the point other customers we apologizing for my experience because they watched the whole thing, one customer even got up and went to find the colors I asked for. I finally said forget it Im not paying for this and she kicked me out. Lol NEVER go there. Mani pedi day with your girls should be relaxing and fun, they cant provide that so if thats what your looking for I wouldnt even consider this place.
I love the service they provide!Got shellac for my mani and regular polish for my pedi both for only $40. These ladies do a great job every time.
They do a great job on both pedicures and nails.
Iβm not sure if it was because of the holidays or what, but my family and I did not have a great experience here at all.We made a reservation for 3:30pm for shellac manis/pedis and were disappointed that the three of us couldnβt even be seated in the same room. My sister got a pedicure with a portable tub of water on the floor while sitting in the nail side of the salon without the massage chair.I had my feet soaked and trimmed up in the pedicure room, then was asked to go to the other room where I had to sit in the waiting area for over 20 minutes for another chair to start the βmanicure.β Keep in mind, I had bare feet, my purse, shoes and winter coat to carry. No disposable flip flops were offered and the floor is very dirty. After being asked to move to a salon chair, they asked me to move three more times to different chairs before finally starting to do my fingernails. The βmanicureβ consisted of a brief soak and clipping my nails. They were not filed and are not even the same length.I then had the salon tech start painting shellac on my toes (literally under the manicure table, my feet were on the carpeted floor and she was sitting on the ground) and then sheβd switch to painting my fingers on the top of the table. It was the most awkward experience of a pedicure Iβve ever had. Meanwhile, this lady was bouncing back and forth with multiple clients and not wearing gloves nor washing her hands. Iβm sorry, but that is so unsanitary. They cut cuticles in this salon, so what if someone has a cut or blood on their hands? At about 5:40pm, they were finally done with the nails. I had to ask them to fix the shellac in several spots that were missing top coat. I also inquired why their βmanicureβ did not come with lotion or nail filing and they stated it never does.... (Iβve never been to a salon that doesnβt file nails, use lotion, and give a neck massage. I go for nails 1-2x/month at many different locations.)Everyone in the salon was incredibly irritated today because they all had made reservations and were made to wait for 20-60 minutes just to start the process. I donβt know what was going on, but I usually never complain and was pretty upset that when I voiced this to the women working, they had nothing to say about it. It would have been one thing if they apologized and said they were busier than normal or something. This was my first and last time Iβd ever come here.
I did a shellac manicure last Saturday and on Tuesday I had to come back because two of my nails chip and they did not charge me. But on Friday four of my nails chip so of course i had to go back on Sunday and they charged $10 when they should do it for free, because they said shellac last 2 weeks and they didnβt even last a week.
They are always so sweet and do a great job no matter how busy!
Been coming here for years. Always a good deal and willing to take walk ins.
Sincerely the space is very dirty
Great prices, great service. I love the hot rock massage
Super nice, clean, great prices, and I love the hot stone massage portion of the pedicure!
Friendly service and walk ins allowed!
I had an appointment at 10:45am I came at 10:40 and waited 15min, and when a regular client w/ no appointment came in they took asked me to move to a different chair for this customer and had me wait for another 30min so they could do her nails. Never apologized for making me wait, or asking me to move a different chair. When they did start the lady rushed, make the Shelac polish extremely thick and, it has already cracked on 4 different fingers, and I just got it done today. Not the friendliest of workers, atleast as a first time user, they were not friendly w/ me. Most likely wonβt be returning... throughly unsatisfied. Pricing is the acceptable part of this visit.
Way too expensive and rude staff who asked if I was able to pay half way through. Ended up with flimsy acrylics to boot. Just go somewhere else.
Always friendly, excellent prices, and long-lasting shellac manicures. I canβt go anywhere else!
The only salon where I get my nails done! They are fabulous
