The only reason I came here was for Lei. She was very detail oriented and precise. Everytime I had someone else do my nails it wasnt horrible but it wasnt the greatest either. The salon itself is nice and everyone always welcomes you with a smile but the reason why I am only giving two stars is the last time I came the edge of my nail was ripped off and my other nail bed was stabbed by the manicurists nail. Way too rough for a paying customer I would say. I dont hate them but I wouldnt go back for more pain especially now that Lei is gone.

To start of with they were so clean! Smelled good ( NOT like a toxic nail salon)and covid compliant. Next they did my dip manicure correctly ( its amazing how many salons do not) also they were quick but throughl. Their prices were fantastic & I will definitely be coming back!

Never coming back here. I came to have my acrylics removed and the Lady made my pinky bleed because she was forcing it off. She didn’t even apologize and she didn’t offer me a Band-Aid. It’s also not sanitary. She used a nail file on my nail that was bleeding and she put it away for the next customer. It’s disgusting.

This is my 2nd trip to this nail salon. I have to say Nancy is the best. I went to here in Seattle area. She is fast, efficient and well verse. This time i got the powder dip and m glad i did. Nancy will be my go to nail tech in this place for sure

So I went here on a whim to get my brows waxed but had to leave before they were able to do it... I came back after my delivery.. and they got me back quickly but the lady was very rough ... shoving my head around... did not like it at all...the way she shoved my face and head around was NOT ok... gonna stick with my regular salon from now on... only went here cuz it’s sunday, my salon is closed... and I was in the neighborhood UPDATE:::Actually just looked closer at my brows and it looks like nothing was done... no shaping or thinning... they pretty much look the same... what a rip off 😡😡😡

Nancy and her staff are excellent nail techs who understand the importance of customer service. The entire salon was so welcoming, I really felt like I was right at home. I was fortunate to be able to make a same day appointment. When I got there for a fill, I told Nancy to just go wild and design my nails however she wanted. The end result was a super cute yet funky, red and black with gold embellishments. Love this salon! Thank you Nancy!

I just moved here and wasnt sure where to get my nails done. This place had great reviews so I tried it out today. It was fantastic. I was greeted right away and by the time I picked out my colors my chair was ready. Jessica did my toes and Nancy did my nails-at the same time! They really took their time and gave great massages and actually asked me questions to get to know me. I will most definitely be coming back here!

Nancy is simply the best! She is amazing, professional and really the best in Bothell. I have been her customer for a long time and will follow her anywhere. The salon is clean, convenient and very very affordable. Parking is right out front and everyone is super friendly. Best manicures and pedicures!

I just found my new go to nail salon! I normally go to on but I havent been satisfied with the service recently. And to be honest, Ive actually come to several times now. I would sometimes come here after an appointment at . I would always leave satisfied but didnt find the right nail technician until today. I will definitely be coming back to see ! She worked quickly and efficiently. Although she was a little rough (just the way I like it) she was a perfectionist and made sure my nails looked amazing at the end! No cuts and she even did great massages!******

I love my nail tech, Jessica at AP Nails & Spa in Bothell! She is very professional, fast, caring and always does excellent work! Never disappointed with her, she even helps me out, when I dont know what color I want! As long as Jessica is there. Ill be a customer for life!

They were very nice and got us in right away. They took their time and asked for multiple opinions to make sure my nails were perfect. I got exactly what I asked for! It is also a very clean store. 5 star recommend!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

I called asking if they did hard gel nail extensions. Yes — thus scheduled an appointment.At first my nail artist began building the extensions, but then left the molds on each finger. At this point, they’re acrylics sandwiched between multiple thick layers of gel. My nails are uneven with sharp and jagged edges. I was also charged more than what was listed. I’m bummed because I saw that AP nails was well rated, so perhaps it was my technician.

If you go to this place, do not get the guy with Justine Bieber hair. He cut my toe nails down way too far and then rounded them. I said don’t cut my fingernails and then he cut them and rounded them again. Get literally anyone else but him. Do not recommend.

I’ve never written a review for anything before but I LOVED this salon! I’ve been to various nail salons over the years and they’ve all done a nice job, but I’ve never been more excited about my nails than after I got them done today here. This was my second time getting the dip powder and the first time I got it (at a different salon) it was really thick, they were filed down unevenly and were really expensive. The lady who did them today (didn’t get her name unfortunately) did a MUCH better job! They look so nice, aren’t super thick, and are shaped perfectly! I can’t stop staring at them! So excited to have found this salon that I will for sure be returning too!

This is my absolute go to salon for manicures and pedicures! They always accommodate me and do the very best job with my Dip Powder and shellac Pedi.

Don’t let the free wine gimmick fool you. Went here for a pedicure and was VERY disappointed in the customer service. I’ve been a ballet dancer my whole life, so my toes aren’t in the best shape, and the woman who was doing my pedi made a few rude comments, such as “you do your nails yourself? I can tell.” It made me feel ridiculously uncomfortable and on edge the whole hour I was there. Not only that, but at one point I was bleeding quite a bit after she cut one of my nails too short, then insinuated it was my fault. Instead of spending 50+ on a pedicure here, I’d suggest using that $$$ on a nice bottle of wine and doing your toes yourself.

Today was my first mani/pedi at AP nails, and I was very impressed. The service was outstanding and reasonably priced. The technicians are extremely careful and well trained. Salon is nice and clean. We are just visiting in Bothell, but I plan to go back before we leave. Highly recommend!

I am ecstatic to have finally found a nail salon in Bothell that I love!! I got a SNS manicure and spa pedicure. I was able to get in and out in an hour with FLAWLESS nails. Made an appointment for a manicure and ended up waiting for 30 minutes until they actually got to me. Two women came in at the same time as me, outright said they had no appointment, and they started working on them before me.Also, the guy working on my nails didnt ask what shape or size I wanted mine done at, and ended up cutting them way too short. Very poor customer service and not a relaxing environment.
