Absolutely horrible! I was just told I cannot have any color polish or acrylic on my nail for a sleep study so I had to have my dip powder polish removed. I just moved to Bothell so I tried someplace new. Big mistake!Walking in it smelled funny. And was far from clean.I told them I needed the dip powder polish taken off and I wanted just a regular manicure no color.I was seated and waited about 5 min for someone to start the removal process. I was then moved to another seat and he got the drill out. Started sanding the dip powder off and was extremly rough and nicked me a few times. He was rushing and not being gentle.Then instead of using cotton and foil to wrap each nail to soak, he pulls out a bowl, fills it with acetone and has me soak my whole hand!After about 5 min comes back, grabs a paper towel and tries whipping it off. It was sticky and got all over my skin.He then gets the drill again and sands the remainder off.Now my nails are even more thin than they were to begin with!He trimmed my nails the started filling aggressively rubbing the file on my fingertips.He starts cutting off the dead skin around my nail and nicked me a few more times.At this point Im trying not to cry.Im already upset about having to get my beautiful dip powder mani off and now Im getting tortured!When I got out to my car and looked closer it was worse than I thought! He didnt file them evenly and there is dry skin pieces and red residue from the dip powder he missed.They look awful! I could have done this to myself!I went to have them removed because I want my nails to look nice and that isnt what happened. Im so disappointed.Save yourself the pain and money and go anywhere else!The second picture is after I filed them again myself because they were so uneven. They still look horrible.Oh and I just realized there was no massage! Usually places massage your hands with a manicure. Not here I guess.And he was smacking his gum the whole time! So disgusting.

Best nail experience hands down!Friendly welcoming service. Relaxed, beautiful and clean atmosphere. I will only get my nails done at Galleria from now on.

I got my nails done here for four years straight with Michelle and refused to go anywhere else. I used to love this salon. I don’t know what happened but the service is horrible now. They are always late, double booking appointments, rushing your nails and last time my acrylics broke after FOUR days. Who knows where Michelle went?!

Friendly, polite, professional and works well with walk ins. My best friend has been going here for a year or so every two weeks. When she asks me to tag along can’t say no.

*My* manicure was fine, the nail technician was precise and polite (if not very chatty). However, my sister wasnt as lucky. Her nail technician filed and clipped her fingers to bleeding in several places, got frustrated and repeatedly started over/redid her nails, and even failed to put on a top coat. The technician was very short and rude with her, failing to communicate at all during the appointment. We will not be returning.

The ladies are really friendly and they are patient with kids as well. I always look for family owned businesses. I love the finish product to my manicure/ pedicure and always leave happy!

I LOVE GALLERIA NAIL!!! MICHELLE is my nail artist, and she is amazing!!! She always gets my visions of all the fun crazy sparkly nail designs I come in with :) She files my long nails to a perfect point as well. She is talented. I leave with a big smile every time.

I come here every 2 & 1/2 weeks, give or take a little. By the time I come back, my nails have barely grown out and are stil shiny and beautiful. I refuse to get my nails done by anybody else but Annie. Shes so kind and cares about your opinion. She makes sure you love them before you leave. I just got my Homecoming nails done today, i came in wanting something different. She listened to my ideas and she nailed it! Literally! I love this place.

I have been going here for years. I love the owners I can never do appointments because I have small children. So its nice how they can always fit me in plus I love how they do my nails! Wide and thick nobody can usually do it the way I like. Plus all the different colors of acrylic!!!

Ive been a returning customer for 5 years. I agree they arent super friendly but they do the best job than any nail place around. Sometimes its a long wait but most of the time I get right in without an appointment. The place is VERY clean and nicely decorated.My nails would ALWAYS lift (and still do if I go somewhere else) but since Ive been going here, they never lift. I can even go a month in between a fill and they still stay on. They also still charge the same price for my fill even though its been way too long in between. I love them!

Went here at 9am as this was the only place close by that was open. Rosy did my nails and she was detailed and awesome

I would not recommend this place. Very rude staff + owner. Over price, plus my nails looked like stick on nails. The owner did my nails and filed my nail down to skin on the sides and hurt so bad. I told her and she just said “ Relax”When I first walked in I asked for a fill and they had two customers in the salon and they almost turned me away… Wish they did. When I was paying at the end, She handed me a business card and tells me to call next time. They should probably take down the walk-ins welcome sign from the front door.Waste of money and time going to that salon.

First time I came here great service! Just came here now for the second time and their door clearly says walk ins welcome and sent me away because they said they don’t have anything open until 1pm!! I am now going to take my business somewhere else. Disappointed they don’t have enough staff. There was only 2 people being helped and no opening for a walk in? Clearly the walk ins welcome sign doesn’t matter! Disappointed because I really liked this place the first time and they lost my business now for sending me away. Should probably get more staff in there!!!

I had an awful experience today! I went in for a pedi and I took my friends with me. She visited me after a long time.. The coat of polish was so far from my cuticles, it looked as if my nails had been growing out for well over a week. The second coat of polish was done in only one swipe thus not even covering the entire nail there were distinct lines showing where the second coat was painted.when I attempted conversation and continued their own in another language the entire time. How rude. All in all, the service sucked. I do a better job on my own nails, so it is saying something about their service that I took the time to do this. There is no star to click.. 1 star is more than enough for them, if they offer a free service forever even though I am not going to them and I suggest everyone to stay away from these nails..Sent from my iPhone

The pedicure was a JOKE! They barely pumiced my feet, didnt massage my legs, the paint job was horrible. They didnt remove the nail polish on my toes before painting them. They got nail polish on my friends shoe. My manicure was ridiculous. They soaked my hands in soapy water and painted my nails then charged me 25 bucks for it. The gel nail polish they insisted would last longer chipped off the next day. Not to mention they were SO RUDE!!!! Horrible horrible salon!!! Id give a 0 if I could!!!

Had a scheduled appointment took over 3 hours, was only a basic pedicure and manicure. Manicure was a shellac and they did my pedi the same tho I did not ask for it to be shellac bill came to over $90 and 2 days later shellac on finger nail already chipped! I called ahead and got pricing and was quoted $60. Owner or Manager had her 3 year old running through the establishment shooting a nerf like gun and riding his little toy 4 wheeler yelling, I went for a relaxing time to kick start a vacation was far from it, the massage that went with the mani and pedi were little to none and for $90 and a screaming 3 year old one would think they would have tried to make it a little more pleasant. I won’t be back I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!Chrystal

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. The quality of product they use makes all the diffrence. They are always accomidating, and make sure I leave happy. The staff is friendly and care about the quality of work they provide. I would highly recommend Michelle or Annie they always have great design ideas and are always sweet.

I have had my nails done here for 4+ years and just love them. Great staff, awesome service.

They promised me three to four weeks worth of manicure and it lasted only 12 days. When I came back to inquire them about this issue, they just turned us away saying It is how its supposed to be. Very disappointing experience, please spend your money else where.

My pedicure was terrible. Didnt remove any skin or even massage. The staff is so incredibly rude. I had tons of acrylic powder on my hands and used the towel on the table to wipe it off and the nail technician waited to start doing my nails again until we made eye contact and gave me the dirtiest look!!! This place is terrible. My nails look good but service killed it. Will not be returning

Not very impressed. Had a noon appt and they had to call the girl. She was almost 10min late. I wanted a certain gel overlay and they didnt do it even though I specifically asked when I made the appt. Nails turned out OK but dont think Ill go back

This place just charged me 55 for a basic pedicure, no communication about different types of pedicures, obviously the owner and girl were talking about bumping up the price then she wrote it down and looked at me, make sure your getting the best pedicure for that price

Beautiful inside, my goodness. I have problem nails and they were so gentle and careful, no appointment, was able to just walk in. It was a quiet Tuesday. I will be back.
