Tina (and all the girls here) are lovely. Gel mani has never lasted so long- no chips for over two weeks while I was traveling! You can see for yourself in the picture below- all that growth, and no chips!Only con is that it’s cash only, so make sure to bring it or a debit card (atm one block away). Pro to cash only is that their prices are slightly lower than competitors.

Lan is an amazing manicurist. My gel nails always stay on extra long when done by her! The entire salon staff are great as well. I have been going here for years and the quality is far superior to the other area nail salons. ** Does not accept card- Venmo and cash only !

The shop was clean and following all covid requirements. They had the newest OPI collection and a wide variety of colors. Mimi did my gel mani and pedi, she was so sweet. She didnt rush and I was very happy with the results. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I have been here about 4 times now and every employee has been kind and attentive. I get a pedicure and gel manicure each visit and am always very pleased!I also tried their brow tinting recently and love the results.

I got my 9 yr old daughter a full set and I asked and showed them a picture of what i wanted even said if you can’t do it please tell me they said oh okay we can do 1 lady put a whole set on me another lady came and took them all of to put another set on cause First Lady messed up 🆙 got short nails when I wanted long didn’t get the color or design I wanted and they had the nerve to charge me 130 I’m very upset and to top it off they rushed us out because we never been there before and talked about us little did they know I speak Chinese so I understood everything very bad buisness

I went in for the first time today and had a powder dip mani and a pedi and my nail technician took her time was very meticulous and patient and gave me the absolute best quality service I’ve ever had!!!.I will definitely be back.They are a but pricey but worth every dollar. FYI bring cash they don’t accept cards.

I am sorta new to the Boston area seeing I move around a lot, I have tried a few nail places And this by far is my favorite! I had Cindy work on my nails and she was such a delight! Very friendly and helpful, and excellent work ! I highly recommend this place and will be coming here more often when I’m in the area!

Did not mention on the phone that they do not accept card payments. Made me pay by venmo. Also, told me not to put “pedicure” as the description. Instead asked me to put a smiley as the description. I believe it is for tax evasion and should be reported to the IRS.

Probably the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. And I’m the type of person who is suuuuuper picky/notices every detail/imperfection when it comes to my nails. Will definitely be returning next time I visit Boston again..

I went here to get a pedicure & dip powder with acrylic nails. Everyone was very nice & the environment was beautiful. I loved the pedicure, but I did not like the nails. It seems like it was her first time doing it, the nails looked bulky & weirdly wide. When I asked if she was going to buff the nails to make sure everything was even and smooth she said they looked fine, but after a minute she decided to buff them only after I said something again. My biggest complaint about this place is that they do not accept credit cards, only cash or check. I was a little perplexed. How in this day and age can a nail salon function on only cash or check. She asked if I wanted to go to the bank & I replied that I didnt bring a bank card. So I then had to use an app to pay her, which included getting her phone number to do so. I left a little aggravated with that situation. I would only o this place again if I wanted a regular manicure, pedicure and brought cash.

Lan Nails is professional, clean and friendly. They have a wide selection of quality polish. Theyre accommodating to their customers and never rush through appointments. Hanh is so sweet and always does an amazing job on my gel manicure.

Lan is a profectionist, which I very much appreciated after done other so-so experiences elsewhere. Each step of the way she checked in to see if it was still to my liking. Im so glad I didnt go to some impersonal overpriced boutique! Bring cash btw. =)

Love Lan! Ive tried a ton of places in Boston and this is the only one I really like. They dont shave down your nails when removing gel (everyone else does), they always ask about what shape and length you want, and always leave my nails looking incredible. People always ask me where I get my nails done and the answer is only Lan! My gel usually stays in tip top shape for 3 weeks afterward, and they have a ton of color options too. They just redid some of the inside which is nice, but its definitely no frills. Team is super nice, highly recommend!

They did my toes very nice the only thing is they put me outside for my toes to dry i dont know if thats because of covid 19.

Had a horrible experience. The place itself seemed very dirty and unprofessional. The women doing my nails was rushing and not doing a good job. Additionally her and other workers were coughing and seemed dirty and made me uncomfortable. After my nails were finished I tried to pay and she told me they didn’t take cards meanwhile there were no signs anywhere and when I said that she started whispering to her employee I am very disappointed and will not be coming back

I’ve received a couple mani/pedis here and I’ve been 100% happy! I don’t know what they do differently, but their manicures always last for 14+ days without chipping. I’ve tried several other places and always have some sort of defect within the first week. My latest technician was MiMi and I will definitely be requesting her next time! She was professional and did amazing work. The photo attached is MiMi’s latest work nearly 14 days later and it is still immaculate.Only downfall is cash only, so plan ahead. I was allowed to Venmo once before though!

I came here yesterday after being turned away from a salon in brookline named Geneva nail salon..they turned me away saying they were busy and fyi they wasnt at all, they couldve taking me but they didnt, maybe its because i wasnt blonde enough for them😒but im glad they turned me away cuz i wouldnt have came here..when i walked in here, this salon was packed and i only waited 5 minutes, the service was good and friendly..i would definitely be back in 2 weeks..keep up the good work ladies☺

Great salon with quick and cheap mani/pedi services. They have a ton of color choices and are helpful with picking out a color. The salon was clean and their manicurists were friendly.

I think I may ask for another nail technician the next time. I have ingrown on both my big toes and the technician dug down into my skin a bit too much. I have to be careful how my big toe nails are trimmed/cut or they will grow back to haunt me. The design I asked for on my toes was not the best but I will give them A for effort. In all, its a nice place. Like Boston, its a bit cramped on the inside but otherwise clean and technicians are very attentive. Take cash. They only accept cash or check...no credit/debit cards.

I have been going to Lans for many, many years and am probably one of her oldest clients! I highly recommend Lan Nail Salon and have never gone anywhere else since 1988 or 1989 (when she was located on Columbus Avenue)!
