They did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails for my wedding! It was my first time doing dip powder and I would definitely do it again with Treasured Hands. The girl who worked on my nails had an incredible attention to detail. She did not rush though lie many other salons do and where the quality suffers.

I love the service Jason provided me with he gave me his own opinion about what I was looking for and wanted also I love the way my nails came out. I show him a picture of what I wanted and he made it look the way as the picture I show him but with his own style which made me feel good and original as I wasnt just copying someone elses work. I also love the service and the attitude from the girl that did my pedicure. I came with my 2 year old who couldnt keep his hands off the water and even splash water all over the place and her 2x. However, she didnt get mad or said anything wrong. Instead she was laughing with my baby n said everything was fine that he was doing good. This made me feel very confident and special as I had no one to babysit so I need to bring my baby with me to this things. LolThe only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because this place is very expensive they charge double of what I normally have paid at any other salon or spa. I dont think that the price for my nail is $120 dollars. And the pedicure with gell police $56 or $57 it was, I normally pay $35 for gel pedicure and less than $60 dollars for dip nails with extensions.

Always a good experience. Very professional receptionist that helps you tip with Venmo. I didn’t like my original color and Yuki helped me pick a new one and start over. I only gave 4 stars because I did ask her to get the polish all the way to the tippy top to my cuticles and I feel like she could have gone even closer since my nails grow so fast. She didn’t push them back like I asked.This photo is from 48 hours later after doing a lot of dishwashing last night!

They are simply the best. I’ve tried other salons but the quality is never the same as Treasured Hands. I go here regularly to get a dip manicure and it always lasts 4 weeks. It’s worth taking the train in. Thank you Treasured Hands team!

Great nail tech but way too over priced I paid $95 just for my acrylics then an extra $50 for a pretty simple nail design which I think is insanely over priced I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never paid something like this. Not like the design took her long to do she literally did it in like 5 mins cause it was pretty simple

First time it’s hard to find, enter on Boylston with the door buzzer. Then go all the way down the hall and up to the 2nd floor. Kathy did an amazing job. I never write reviews but she took such care shaping and cleaning each nail I had to share. Best gel manicure I’ve had in years.

(They will not let me edit the photos) The owner messaged me and told me they would like to make it right and that was not typical service that I received. I went to their business again and was shocked at how great and amazing everything turned out. Adriana is a queen at what she does and my nails now look so good. UPDATE: unfortunately I have to change my rating from a 5 to a 2 the service was great but after 2 weeks 2 nails broke off the following week another 2 and a few days later in down to 2 nails. I spent the most Ive ever spent on nails here so I hoped they would have at least lastedLove love love! First time there fantastic experience everyone was kind and great at their jobs. It was a little pricey but worth every cent. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it!

I returned to fix the issue and had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lisa as my technician. 🙂 She was so friendly and did an amazing job on my nails. I have been coming here for over 2yrs! They not only do a clean and beautiful job on my nails but Vanna and her staff always make everyone feel valued and welcome! I was especially impressed with how they approached COVID - they truly value health and safety above all else! When I come here I never feel rushed - they are amazing if it’s a simple manicure or a fun design I saw online that I want to replicate! Their gel and dip quality is also great and long lasting. I’ve found that my natural nails have been able to grow strong! Lastly - if you want your toes dried quickly - use dazzle dry! Totally worth it! I can’t say enough about this place! I can not even begin to explain how much I love Treasured Hands and all of their employees. The first time I went there I got the most amazing French gel manicure, which lasted perfectly for weeks. Most recently I got a dip powder mani with tips. Jessica shaped every nail perfectly and recreated a beautiful design she had done on another client. She did not stop painting the designed until it was absolutely perfect. Youll pay extra for a design but trust me it is so so worth it. Cant stop staring at my nails!!!

I followed my tech Jess here from another salon down the street that I had been going to for a long time and thought was the best of the best, but I am much happier at Treasured Hands. her work has even improved due to higher quality products and what seems to be a much more positive atmosphere. Even the manager already knew me by name by my second visit. It is also significantly more affordable and my and my best friend’s dip with long tips stopped breaking and can last a full month. Adrianna is extremely talented too and everyone I’ve seen there leaves with flawless nails. ❤️

Vanna was absolutely amazing and was very patient! I can’t get over how transparent she was with me and made sure I was satisfied and okay with every thing she was doing to my nails. They charged my wifes credit card 3 times claiming she hadnt cancelled 2 sessions in time despite we have a confirmation written in form of a sms. This is highly fraudulent behaviour - be careful leaving your cc-details with this place.Apparently they will reimburse the money which hasnt been done yet. At the same time I was told that my wife is not longer welcome, because she is always late - yes, 10min for a two hour appointment. But it was a pleasure to help this place being a regular customer during the pandemic.......

Treasured Hands is the best nail salon in Boston hands down. No matter what nail tech you get you will be happy with the service and if you are not they will take care of you. I am a creature of habit and prefer to have the same nail tech each time however that isn’t always possible and I am pleased each time no matter who the nail tech is. Besides the manicurist didn’t have enough experience. I didn’t like that they don’t have specific prices, they just through a number on you. Be sure that you know how much you will pay.Personally, I like to try new places, however this one is not worthy. I had the same service in other two places before, they did an incredible job and the prices were lower.Finally, the place doesn’t have enough ventilation. COVID-19 protocol is equal to one chair between you and other people.

Best nail salon in the state!!! I have went here for years (about 5 years now). Vanna is an awesome owner and knows how to run her business effectively. Every other nail salon Ive ever went to I have left with a cut or horrible nails. I have never had that experience here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Chairs are stained and the place definitely has some wear and tear. Also, its in a really strange location that isnt easy to find. Its been less than a week since my pedicure and my paint is chipping. Service is friendly though.

Loved it! I didnt even show them what I wanted. All I just said was I wanted it clear around my cuticles, gems and spring colors. Adriana did an amazing job freestyling it!

I wouldn’t return here if it was the last nail salon in Boston. I went here for a acrylic full set with gel and a manicure, for which I made an appointment. While I was seen immediately, their promptness was their only redeeming quality. When the nail tech started off my nails, I clarified that I wanted a manicure (twice) with both my nail tech and the woman at check in. They assured I would receive a manicure. Instead I received a rushed, painful, lumpy full set for $85. At payment when I asked the lady at check in about the manicure she replied “she didn’t know” and still charged an overpriced $85. I left with dry hand and jacked cuticles in the middle of winter... I won’t be coming back

I have been coming here for 4 years getting everything from basic mani/pedis to detailed designed full sets. They always come out amazing. Best and most talented staff in the city! The salon is clean and friendly, I recommend to anyone.

Called them around 11 am and spoke to a young lady and I asked her if they where taking walk-ins she tells me yes and ans me around what time can I make it I told her around 2 or 3. I knew they would her busy around that time I decided to make it in earlier made it in by 12:30 and was asked what services I was receiving as soon as I walk in the door I pick my color and then they sat me down to have my pedi after my pedi I was approached by who I believe may be the owner and she tells me that there is no time for them to do my nails I would have to come back at 3:45 I stated to them they should have let me know because I wouldnt have waisted my time. They start talking in Vietnamese and she decides to take me and lets me know that she cant do any designs for me. My service was rushed and on top of that I feel that I was over charged she charged an extra 20 to sprinkle glitter on my tips. I will never visit this facility ever again !

I was in Boston on Thanksgiving and found Treasured Hands on Google. I got a dazzle dry manicure and pedicure done by Lisa. She was very nice, thorough and friendly. The nail polish lasted over a month on my nails. As I went to check out, I forgot my credit card but was surprised to know that they accepted Venmo as a form of payment. I will definitely return and recommend Treasured Hands in Boston to anyone. They will definitely take good care of you.

I’ve tried so many nail salons and I can’t find any place as good as Treasured Hands. They have excellent and friendly staff and have high standards for cleanliness. And they do great nails and know how to deal with problem toe nails and ingrowns (which is very difficult to find).

Went for a Therapeutic Mani/Pedi and Lisa did an outstanding job!! My nails are flawless. And more than that, this was my first pedi since breaking my ankle and Lisa was super careful and always making sure I was comfortable and nothing hurt. I will definitely be back.

I got the structured set bc tips make my real nails split. It’s day 4 and one nail has already fallen off. The ladies were sweet but it wasn’t worth the money I paid.

My nail broke after three days and it took my real nail with it. They refused to refund me

They have the best selection of dip powder colors! There are SO MANY! I love bring able to book an appointment online, however they sometimes have trouble keeping appointments on time and can run a little behind in the weekends but its worth it for the color options. The inside of the place can use some updating (the fabric used on all chairs and benches looks old and stained). Overall, they do a decent job on my nails so I overlook the minor issues.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures for years. I decided to come here because I have seen a clients nails that were beautiful. I decided to treat myself on the Monday just before Christmas. While the young lady who worked on me could not have been more sweet, I am disappointed with the my experience and it seems, her lack of experience. To start, I chose a color for my toes that I was told was a special kind that dries very fast and lasts longer than the normal nail polish with the ADDITIONAL cost of $8. She put the wrong top coat on my toenails so that when they dried they looked uneven in color and matte. I brought it to her attention and she spoke with a few other technicians and then applied a different top coat on top of the one she used before. This did help them to look shinier. During the manicure (which was $5 EXTRA because of the brand), she caused one finger’s cuticle to bleed. I had to ask for antiseptic. I was aware of how thick her gel nail polish application was, so I asked her to use a little less nail polish when applying but I believe she did not understand. So my manicure looks very thick. It’s now day 6 and I have already lost the polish off of two toe nails! I’m traveling and am in a warm climate for New Years celebrations- now I have to scramble to get another pedicure just 1 week out. I paid $8 extra for a Long Lasting polish that did not last 6 days. I spent $86 for this and also gave the technician a generous tip. I feel bad because she was so nice, but I am very disappointed.

Discovered this salon almost a year ago and it has been my go to place ever since! I receive compliments on my nails all the time and I tell everyone to come here because they are truly the best!The staff is always super friendly and on point with their skills! They are a team and work together to deliver amazing service to all of their clients. Love this salon I wish they were located closer to me but I do not mind driving however far I need to drive in order to get my nails done exactly the way I like having them done.Highly recommend this salon for any nail service you need!

AMAZING! I am SUPER picky about my nails and have probably tried a few dozen other places and none come close. The speed, price and attention to detail often arent all found in one place. I always leave really happy and dont have to return for weeks because my dip nails hold up without fail every time. Love the whole place and havent had a bad experience. Wont go anywhere else. Best manicure in Boston, hands down. I like it so much that I really want to write a bad review so that Ill always be able to get an appointment. ;)

An overall terrible experience. I have gone a bunch of times. Once or twice I even left very happy. But most of the time, I leave really disappointed. This last time will be my last time going there. I did a dip, but I left with uneven and bubbled nails with missing spots and bleeding cuticles. It is super overpriced for the quality. I don’t recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience with Lily, she just turned my experience to be perfect. She is not even the owner, but she stepped up and did a great job. She stayed back longer to finish her job. The ladies at the salon did a great job with the manicure. However my gel manicure chipped off after a week and 3 days. I didnt do anything that would make them chip that fast. Unfortunate that it didnt even last a full two weeks. It could have been a fluke, but for $37, too fast for it to chip.

I have been going to Treasured Hands for 5 years and it is hands down, the BEST salon in the city. Every technician is extremely thorough, professional and talented. They take pride in their work and their attentiveness to each customer is admirable. Lets not forget about the cleanliness!!!! I have received various nail services from multiple employees but am a consistent client of Vannas acrylic work. She can transform your nails to a work of art. I have been going to Treasured Hands regularly for many years, and it is always a bright highlight of my week. Vanna and her staff are extremely warm and friendly, as well as the best in their business. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual with nice music and comfortable chairs, (but only the customers are relaxing)! I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Very disappointed with the service. Unprofessional and distrustful staff members. I called ahead of time to see if I could get all I needed within the time period I had. I was told to come in and that I would get a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow threading done and when I showed up, there were no available appointments. I’m very frustrated because I only had 2 hours to get all of the above done before I had to go back to work. Several minutes were wasted on checking in. Then, I started with the pedicure at 4 and I was promised a manicure at 5. I finished my pedicure at 4:45 and went to get started on my manicure only to find out that now they had no available manicure appointments. This was a complete shock to me. The person claimed that I misunderstood him, which is completely incorrect as he kept saying I’ll work on figuring out things for you. This was my first time here and will be my last. I definitely would not recommend coming here.

Really wanted to love this and as far as the pedicure goes, I did. It was well done and lasted very long. The shellac manicure, however, was sub-standard. Lasted barely a week before the first nail started to crumble and no great lasting shine either... Very friendly service, but the whole point of a gel manicure is that it lasts long. Wont be going back, unfortunately.

I have been going here and seeing Trish for some time now. I am always so happy with the shellac manicures and pedicures she does they last for way more than two weeks, without ever chipping. She is meticulous, friendly and does a perfect job every time. She gets the shellac thin enough where it looks natural but stays on for a long time. I moved to Boston about 8 years ago and was fortunate to find Treasured Hands pretty early on and have been coming here ever since. My work schedule is often hectic, so I rarely make an appointment and never have to wait more than 10 minutes. They are very consistent regardless of who you see. I would highly recommend the spa pedicure; the 10 minute massage is the best!

I was really excited to check out this salon after reading such positive reviews online. I decided to do some research on the technicians before booking a dip manicure via their online portal since it was my first time getting a dip manicure.When I arrived, instead of having me go with the technician I booked my appointment with they sat me with the first tech available. While I likely should have said something, I figured that the salon had good enough reviews that maybe it didn’t matter. This was clearly wrong.I’m not sure if this was the technicians first time doing a dip manicure on natural nails but I was very disappointed in the results. All of my nails were extremely thick and worse, very uneven. I tried to communicate this during the appointment to the extent I was comfortable doing so, but I think a language barrier prevented me from really being able to express my concern. I will 100% own the fact that I could have been more vocal about my concerns (how thick they were and how uneven they were), but if the tech was skilled I’m guessing I wouldn’t have had any issues.While I can’t speak to any other services, my singular experience here will prevent me from going back. I actually went home and filed down the dip myself to even out the thickness before re-buffing them and adding a new normal top coat - I’m not even sure if that’s an okay thing to do, but that’s how unpleased I was with the results. 😕

Absolutely amazing. Theyve been able to squeeze me into their schedule last-minute a couple times, the work they do is amazing, and even when I messed up my nails (my own doing) within a week of getting them done, they redid them for free (and I gave a huge tip as a thanks). You all are the best!

I have been going to treasured hands for about 2 years now and it is my favorite nail salon in Boston. It is always clean, they do a great gel manicure & spa pedicure, and clearly take pride in their work. One time I had a gel manicure that started to peel after 9 days and they took me in right away and redid the entire manicure free of charge. I have had many different technicians there work on my nails and all of them are friendly, polite and professional. I would highly suggest this salon!

I have been going to Treasured Hands regularly for a year now. I absolutely love that place! The salon is cheery and very clean. The staff, headed by Vanna, are friendly, efficient and really good at what they do. They always remember me when I walk in. One thing I really like about the salon is that I can make an appointment on short notice. Even when they are busy, Vanna always finds a way to fit me in within 24 hours. With my crazy travel schedule, that is a must!

I used to live in New York City and have been to the best nail salons. I moved to Boston and was referred to Treasured Hands by a colleague. I have now been a loyal customer for 3 years and love going there. They treat every customer as if theyre a friend and a long time customer, the service is great and most importantly its the CLEANEST salon I have ever been to. The employees all care about sanitizing and cleaning every tool and pedicure tub, with germs and bacteria very prominent in most salons, it is so comforting to know how much they care about overall cleanliness. Great service, comfortable atmosphere, spotless and care for cleanliness, I would recommend this salon over and over. Thank you to Vanna, who runs her business at five star quality.

Every time I visit I count on both the impeccable manicure/fill I leave with and the familiar conversation with everyone. I regularly take visitors to the city to Treasured Hands so they can also enjoy the experience. Save yourself time and disappointment and consider no other nail salons in Boston - this one is the best!

This same thing has honestly happened to me so many times so I’m not even surprised...but I came here specifically because I wanted holographic nails and they had posted pictures of it on here and on their Instagram. And they even have the option to book it online! When I asked if I can get a holographic manicure they first said they don’t do it. Then they said it’s not gel it’s dip (which is fine, I understand that is true, but it says holographic gel on their booking site), and then they said they only have one color and it’s not the color in the picture from their own instagram. I just gave up and asked for a normal gel color because every time I’ve ever asked for holographic at any salon in Massachusetts, I always get the same sketchy answers. It’s false advertisement! Not coming back.

I love coming to Careen for my dazzle dry manicure. I would never have known about it without her. She is great. She makes me keep my nails a reasonable length..and the salon is pleasant, efficient and very clean.

This place is a hidden gem...literally! Called, walked in, and they got us right in the chair. Shout out to my new friend Lisa for getting me right! Good service, good conversation, clean, comfortable and sterile! Check them out.

Treasured Hands is a true gem! I have struggled with short and brittle nails all my life and Vanna could not take care of me better. The acrylic gel set I got for a wedding looked like the real thing - never been happier. The space is very clean and relaxing and the staff is extremely professional. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great quality manicures, really great staff. Eco conscious nail salon with organic polish options at a decent price. I get a vegan nail polish manicure for $30 total and the technicians take their time and I love my nails every time I go.

I have been a regular customer at Treasured Hands for two years, and I have never once been disappointed. I live north of Boston, and travel into the city because it is WELL worth it. I tried many other salons near me, but there is no one who is as good as Vanna for my pink & white acrylics. I am VERY picky, and Vanna is a perfectionist who knows exactly how to do them. The white is just the right width, they arent too thick, they wont lift, and they last until I get my next fill. She does a top notch job every time. Each time I go in I also get a pedicure. I have had almost all of the girls, and each time the pedicure has been wonderful. They are always an hour long, they take their time, and the pedicures LAST. Dont waste your time and money by going to a sub-par salon. Treasured Hands is top notch and high quality. You wont be sorry!
