This place was quick and nice they did my pedicure very well done. I got their and they did my walk in super easily no waiting needed it’s the cheapest place i’ve been to that does walk in around this area. I recommend it 100% i can’t stress enough how nice it was it have a cool ac for the summer heat and they gave me enough time to let everything dry. Me and my four friends all did walk ins and it took no more than 2 hours for us all to get our stuff done my friends got manicures, pedicures, and acrylics it’s in a very small place but very cozy it has a good bathroom which was nice in a big city like this you should check it out!!!

Good spot for a pedicure!I’d recommend calling ahead of time because they can get very busy. My friend and I walked in for a mani/pedi. There’s a good selection of colors. They have plastic linings on the foot baths. Everything looked very clean. The hot stone massage portion of the pedicure was heavenly! Very satisfied with my experience here.

Went in about a week ago for acrylics. The nails came out way too thick and they’re already growing out! Not to mention there was a ton of glue left over on my nails. Definitely not worth the price.

Worst yet most expensive gel manicure I’ve gotten. Super rushed and they don’t stick to appointment schedule at all. Will not come back or recommend to others.

Worst customer service from a nail salon that I have ever experienced, My boyfriend and I made appointments for a manicure for me and pedicures for both of us. When we got there they were full and did not give us a realistic time estimate for when they would get started. An hour later my boyfriend finished getting his feet done and I ended up telling them Id pass on my mani/pedi because he would be waiting. She tried to convince me I said no, so she immediately stopped his pedicure, leaving wax on his feet and made him pay, overcharging him $40 for a simple pedicure, he didnt even get clear polish! The woman who made the appointment for me, Jessica, completely ignored me, did not apologize or say anything. She proceeded to do a pedicure after the manicure for a customer that she was already working on when I came in on time for my appointment with her.Bottom line: they overbook, do not give realistic time estimates, do not care about the customer and are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of your time. Do not go here if you are looking for quality service.

I go to town nails I have a lady name Lucy shes really wonderful. Theses are my real nails.if you want your nails to grow use dip nail thats how mine grew. The last nails I made up the . Happy nailing 😀😊😇🥰😜

I made appointment today at 274 Newburyport ST Gel nails in my appt, I asked for Poly gel T.A.P. Hybrid gel. So when I got there, stating what I wanted again and I pointed to it on the board and she said ok. When got down to it, the lady was trying to give regular gel. After going back and forward with her, she then sent me to 336 Newbury Street to get my nails done. After 45 mins of cutting too much of my nails off. Before I left I paid my fee for removing my dip nails and messing up my real nails. I get to 336 and the nail that took over was nice but I was over charge an extra $25 which I still don’t know why. ($75 plus $25). Because what I got includes the gel nail polish and 274 tried to charge me again for removing my dip nails.Be careful who you deal with at 274 and 336. I got there at 9:00 am and I didn’t leave until 11:30 am ( 2 1/2 hours later) that’s how slow the people where. The only thing I got done was my nails.

Hands down the best dip/powder experience I have ever had. Some places have the products but don’t know how to use them. Town Nail has the knowledge and skill! I was able to walk in on a late Saturday afternoon and get helped immediately. It was the fastest experience I’ve ever had getting this kind of manicure but the nails were cut, filed, and shaped (so that the whole expense of the nail is smooth and perfectly curved) perfectly. The ladies were kind, efficient, and just overall really knew what they were doing. I will be back!

Good but they never told me they would charge an extra $10 for French!

The polish application was messy and my cuticles were bloody by the time she was done. I asked twice to please be more gentle and she ignored me. Attaching photo of one bleeding cuticle but I had several. Would not recommend.

Poor experience overall. Very rough and hurt often. Very rushed and message nail shape. Had to go buy a nail file after to fix my nails.

I specifically said I want my eyebrows to be JUST cleaned, I did not want the shape or thickness to be touched. She was so aggressive my neck was cracked by how hard she was turning my head back and forth and she made my eyebrows so thin. I am so furious!!!! I kept my eyebrows growing for 5 YEARS just to have them get messed up this fast. I can’teven look at them without crying.

This place is HORRENDOUS. I went to get a full set with my step sister, they did both our nails uneven, and the guy that did my nails kept putting gel when i asked for regular polish and had to redo them THREE TIMES. I was there for over 4 hours. They told me they could put gems on my ring finger at first and then when they finished I asked about it and they said no. Do not come here.

Not only was this the worst gel/dip experience ive ever received, it took forever. I arrived for my appointment and left two hours later. I thought the techician was just taking additional time to ensure quality, but my nails look horrible. She was painstakingly slow. Nails are bubbled and uneven. Very expensive and not worth the time spent. Will not be returning

Had my first gel dip (with extensions) service in Boston here and really like the result! Moreover, the lady stayed an extra hour passed closing time just to do a good job (I arrived 20 min before closing) and did not rush me out!

Absolutely wonderful. My sister and I came early to our appointment but we didn’t have to wait, she got a full set of acrylics and I got a gel manicure. My nails came out immaculate and my technician was so skilled and careful, and on top of that she was very warm and friendly. My sister had the same experience and her nails look perfect!!

They do the best acrylics especially by Tyson.

Nina did an Ombré dip that was perfection! Right to the cuticle! It bums me out if I get a manicure and the technician doesn’t get the polish close to the cuticle so the manicure looks a week old ... not an issue here! Enjoy!

Favorite nail salon! Only place I can go knowing Ill love whatever I leave with!! The lady manager is sooo sweet and the workers are as well! Theyre always so sweet to my babies as well and whenever I have a friend come to town to visit they are always impressed with this place.

I frequent their location in Charles St. but they took care of me me here as well! They are attentive and careful. Count me as a repeat customer.

Do not come here. Trying to find a new place closer to my new apartment and this was a disappointing experience. I asked my technician to file down the same nail three times, they are already chipping after one day, and she only painted/sealed 2-3 nails at a time which Ive never seen before and added at least ten minutes to the process. I do not plan on coming back and will stay at Laurens down the street.

Lol this place is complete trash. I had powder dip on my nails and wanted to get it re done. The guy started taking them off and broke both of my real nails off and they were long amd beautiful and had the nerve to charge me for TIPS. I said no thanks and paid for the service and left. Trash place. wish could give Negative stars. They dont handle your hands with care.

Didnt enjoy my gel manicure. It was painful and the manicurist was on her phone throughout the manicure. Quality of the polish was lacking too - two nails have peeled in less than 5 days. The price did not make it worth it.
