I just got a signature manicure and pedicure here. My designer was very attentive and you could see she was being careful. None of my nails are painted through. They all look like I got them done a week ago. I stayed over one hour drying my toe nails and the coat was so thick it still was not dried through. Needless to say, I got home and they were ruined. My nails felt pretty dry. I got home and just by doing random simple things like opening a drawer I have huge dents on my nails. This was most certainly not worth 70 dollars and Im for sure not going back.

This was my second time at MiniLuxe, and my experience was just as perfect and wonderful as the last time! Everyone here, from the front desk to the nail techs, are professional, welcoming, and amazing at what they do! I had Alisha and Meron and they provided an excellent and relaxing service. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone reading this because Im sure everyone here is great. I felt safe and comfortable here so dont let this pandemic stop you from coming and enjoying yourself. Its the cleanest space you could ever be pampered in, and youre going to leave feeling like royalty!

The receptionist was super friendly. The location was sparkling clean as usual. The manicurist - Alisha - was wonderful. I just was not expecting to have to wear a mask ... the mandate was lifted a week ago ...so I could not fully enjoy the experience or relax into it. If Id known I would have to participate in pandemic theater, I would not have booked. But this is nothing against Alisha, who was truly amazing.

They were amazing and the attention to detail and care is awesome!!!

My teenage daughter loves how Yavanni does her brows. Yavanni is so kind, and remembers things about my daughters life, and my daughter really trusts her. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been getting my monthly wax here since 2019, and post-covid it was the easy choice for their cleanliness and professionalism! Yavanni is SUPER sweet and makes me feel so comfortable (not to mention she is great at her job!). I will go here as long as I live in Boston :)

Came here with a group of 5 to get mani/pedis for my wedding and we couldn’t be happier with the service! With an appointment, they were able to do all 5 of us at the same time so no one had to wait around. The space was very clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. And our nails look perfect for the big day!

Got the detox pedicure and it was so relaxing! Foot balm and scrub are my favorites!

Ok service and nice place but horrible horrible product for the price you pay!!!My nails are all pigmented after trying to remove the polish. It just lasted fine a couple of days.

This was my first visit to miniluxe and unfortunately I was not impressed. I got a pedicure later in the evening and it was obvious that the lady who did my nails wanted to get home. While I think thats understandable, I had to ask for adjustments several times, she partly painted my skin and the color wasnt very even on my nails. I also find it unprofessional she started cleaning the space 20 minutes before they close and not checked in again after sending me to dry the nails. What I do have to mention as positive about Miniluxe is their focus on hygiene and the modern, chic vibe inside.The lady at the front desk apologized and gave me names of other employees shed recommend. I might give it another try, though its disappointing that your experience seems to depend so much on the person you get.

I had a good experience at MiniLuxe. Jessica was my nail technician for my manicure and pedicure services. She did a great job at handling my nails and meeting my needs. It somewhat felt fast, but given the time frame (30 minutes per service), she did well. The place is clean and follows the safety regulations for COVID-19.

Manicure lasted a couple days and the color changed (it was more pink when I had it done). Photo is from 4 days after the manicure.Called ahead to book an appointment and their only availability was an hour earlier than we wanted, so we took it. The place was empty.

Above and beyondThis was my first time in Miniluxe and it seems I got extremely lucky with the manicure master straight away.She did pedicure, manicure, and a feet massage.The massage felt great, honestly, a spa experience. She just seems to have a talent for it, I literally felt the circulation improve.Pedicure seems good, Ill see how the polish holds up, but theres some kind of nail insurance they promised to fix up any chipping for free so Im not to worried. She exfoliated it very thoroughly, too.Now, manicure was amazing. She asked me for the desired shape and length, did the filing on one nail, proceeded with the rest upon approval, then asked me if I wanted anything changed / fixed, I asked for a small touch-up, she did it very carefully. The polish itself was layered with extreme caution and attention to detail, like wow she cared. A perfectionist. She got a fresh bottle of the polish, double-checked the shade, perfected the shape with a tiny brush, then offered to add a sparkle to one if the nails which I happen to like.Very satisfied with my experience, will book again with the same master.

I went to MiniLuxe for the first time last week for a manicure and brow wax. The manicure was excellent and ended with a great hand massage. It was my first time getting my brows done and I was super nervous but Ari did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis!

Not worth the cost. Yes the environment is nice but you can get the work quality and better quality for cheaper in other places. I got my nails done on a Friday morning and three of them chipped that same night. I had to go back to get them fixed. Not impressed to be honest. This was my first time there, don’t plan to go back.

Professional, clean, pricey but worth it. Only thing I wouldnt recommend getting is the hand massage. At most other salons its already included & to add the extra amount of money on top of what youre paying isnt worth it.

I love MiniLuxe and thought I would try this location. I will never go back. I had a Naked Pedicure for $40 and the technician hardly did anything and it was over in less than 20 minutes. She did not clean under the nails or trim away dead skin. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk and she did not seem to care at all. I had the same pedicure in Lynnfield and the technician took the full 49 minutes and my toes looked beautiful. This was a rip off!

I went there at 7 on a Tuesday (they supposedly close at 9). They had 1 customer in the store and told me they were booked for the night. I have never experienced anything like that at a nail salon.

Not worth it. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was so nice and I had a very pleasant experience with her, and she did a great job but all of my nails chipped in 24 hours. It was the most expensive mani/pedi Ive ever paid for and it didnt even last a day.

Went in for the basic manicure. First time ever to a MiniLuxe. 2 of my polished nails completely fell off in less than 24 hours and then another 2 fell off in 48 hours. And now, Im home for the holidays in Chicago and have 8 nails missing polish 3 days after my manicure.

My nails started chipping the next day...I really do not like that I have to pay before my nails get done. This was a last minute decision I really needed my nails done and I was very unhappy with the results.

I only go to Ari and Sophie for my brows and tinting and its amazing! Seriously life changing! The salon is on the pricier side, but its well worth it for the level of service! This studio is very clean and uses hospital grade cleaning agents to sterilize their tools. My favorite thing is that the nail polish they use is free of 5 of the most common toxic chemicals. I get the Performance Polish / Dazzle Dry for my pedicure and it lasts SO long! It wears and lasts like a gel polish! I LOVE MINILUXE FENWAY!!

Would not recommend this location to any one. The lady who did my nails was very nice but other than that the experience was less than desirable. It took an hour and a half for a gel removal and gel manicure which I think is a ridiculous amount of time. The nail tech sliced my finger with the nail file when trying to remove my previous manicure, my nails were all different shapes, the paint looked sloppy, and even worse is that they began to chip within two days. Would never go back. Sad that I wasted my time and money there.

This was by far the worst experience at miniluxe! I went to get a gel polish on my toe nails and the lady selfishly cuts my nails without asking me or taking my permission and Ive been trying to grow them out for ages (which is not easy for me to do at all). And its not like she cut them a bit she practically took off the whole nail and I hate having my toe nails short. Usually theyre supposed to ask if you want your nails to be filed or cut but she didnt ask and then she laughed and said Im sorry like its something very normal. Very rude. She gave me a complimentary warm oil to make up for it and it was completely useless. I was more satisfied with my nails going in than when I left.

I got a mani/ pedi with gell today, very good service. Keep in mind that The name is short for Minimal Luxury, so.. obviously bring a pretty penny

Doesnt worth a peny to spend..bad service..rood employee ..and after i1m done guess what..you cant even tell that ive had a pedi or a meni..its that much bad.. dont recommend going to this brach at all.. at least untill they get new polite employees

I cant review because ive never been....but my issue is that you only do mani and pedis! Youre in a location where im sure someone (like myself) would want more than just a manicure. I literally work around the corner and got happy that i would be able to get my nails done during lunch....or even after work.....but unfortunately, thats not an option for me. Please expand your services!!

The first time I came here for brow tinting it was amazing, the second time... I cried.The esthetician barely said a word, she didnt ask me how dark or light I prefer them (Im blonde so this is very important). She was so rough with the brow brush, it felt like I was getting my brows tattooed! All of this would have been ok and well worth it if they looked anything like the first time I had them done.I had to ask her to do them a little darker and at no point during this visit was cream applied around my brows as was done the first time I had them done, so the dye stained my skin well past my natural brow line. The room was somewhat dimly lit so they looked OK when I left, but once I got outside and saw my face in normal lighting I was horrified. I would have turned back around had I not been heading to the airport, for an engagement celebration getaway! I would never have expected this kind of service from MiniLux.

5min late. Refused to take me. I even offered to just do gel removal instead (no color needed or anything) and they still took the next appointment EARLY and refused mine. Poor customer service.
