They dont clean inside the car. They only wipe down dashboards. The wssh was priced right and the two young men that operated it was great.

Great service, staff, and pricing but the machines used in the car wash itself caused about 7 new, large scratches on my car. There is a sign posted that they are not responsible for any damage incurred, but I feel this is unreasonable as the new number and depth of scratches on my car is unacceptable. I will not be using this service again.

My favorite local car spa..we always buy the car wash cards, from basic to premiere wash.. Never a bad experience. The owners contribute in large scale to local youth sports, sports clubs, & high school organizations. My daughter was involved first hand with fund raisers for her sports, and TAS gave generously. Polite employees, locally owned, weekday specials, and good affordable car washes. (Dont forget to put your vehicle in neutral here!)🤠 Vaccum stalls are available with decent $1+ meaured time for your rig. Give them a tip & see the smiles & thanks.Can get busy during the summer, but worith the wait. Support them when you can!

Even though we live across town and have to pass another car wash to get to Tumwater Auto Spa, it is the ONLY place we will take our cars.The employees are always friendly, rain or shine.

Just what was expected, the gentleman sprayed car good(prewash), didnt give 5 star only because vacuums werent operating as some other places did. Understanding the COVID 19.

Tumwater Auto Spa always brushes the car prior to washing, giving a great start removing road film. During the summers I like to pick up a monthly wash card, as I can use ir as often as I wish to make my car sparkle. The spas location is newer, so the water use is controlled and much better for the environment than self washing. Great place and people. stopped going to other places after finding this one.

THE best mechanized car wash for not marring your cars finish. People are good too. Every other wash in the area leaves swirl marks and doesnt even cost less. Tumwater also has outside vacuum stations with plenty of elbow room and garbage receptacles for all that stuff that accumulates over time. I dont know about energy & water use but would guess theyre as efficient as most.

Ive dropped my rating from a 5 star to a generous 3 star. I usually get a good car wash here but the most recent wash wasnt worth the time or money. Everything was going as usual till the last part of the wash. Their amount of rinsing was terrible, we still had suds every where. The next step was the blow drying and departing. My vehicle was soapy and very wet. Had to rinse and dry at home.

The Staff are always friendly. They make sure to scrub your windshield, side mirrors and back of the vehicle. Whether its my car or huge truck it always comes out clean. You get a better deal if you buy a multi wash card.

I don’t know if the guys were having a bad day on Presidents’ Day but I paid the $18 rate for the extreme and the rainX and Clearcoat lights didn’t not turn on and now I have hard water spots all over my windows when normally I don’t. I am very disappointed when normally I have a good wash when leaving. They also didn’t lift and bush under the full wiper blade on the windshield. Only did half on each side so now I have to clean my window. Just unacceptable!

Used a gift card that still had 4 washes on it, I upgraded from the basic wash, so I gave the kid $20 and the gift card. He brings me my change and I tipped them. Then about 5 min after I left I realized I didnt get the gift card back so I called them and the kid says he always gives them back and wouldnt even go look. So now Im out the other three washes there was on that card. So my one wash basically cost $36 definitely not worth it!

By far the best place to go. This is the only place I go to get my vehicles washed. They are so friendly and helpful. I was unhappy with a wash when my truck was completely filthy and they let me go through again free of charge without making me feel bad.

Service and quality are fine. Vacuums tend to be only moderate suction so if you are trying to really detail your whip, ride, etc you may want to consider your options. Wipes and such for the inside are overpriced so bring your own.

This place is always clean and fast, car always looks great and the monthly passes are totally worth it. The ONLY downside is that on a sunny day they get really busy!

Out of the 3 different car washes in town, these guys have done the best. It costs a little more but worth it if you live/work with Seagulls in your area!

It was ok, alot of soap left all over and wheels are still pretty dirty. The girls there are nice. Its not a hand wash so no biggie. Ill come back for the under spray alone because I work on my own jeep and that is nice to have done

They have moderate prices on carwashes and the line seems to move pretty quickly so wait times are not a huge issue.

My problem was with one of your employees he was mouthy and very rude. It was a young kid who was greeting customers at the entry of the car wash. I wont go Back thankyou.

Pre-wash before driving through the machine gives me peace of mind that the machine wash isnt full of mud from a previous vehicle.
