I have only gone there a few times but every time I have gone there the people who run the place have always been very courteous and helpful I will go back any time I need to

Showed up @ 8:25pm on Friday April 9th for what I thought was a laundromat open until 10pm, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and told me they were closed. There were clearly 2 other customers doing their laundry. The door clearly states a 10pm close time. Very poor customer service. 😢

Very CLEAN. STRICTLY unforced MASK ORDINANCE here in Md, & NO ONE griped or showed any attitude with. I will be using this laundromat every few days to catch up on TONS of laundry due to my dryer sounding BAD. The dryers here hold up to AN INCREDIBLE 4-6 TUBS at a time & IS FAST. Reasonable & will do YOUR laundry for $1.00 Lb & have folded & ready for next day or earlier pick up.

Been coming to this place for years but now I am very disappointed... Wish I could upload a photo, upon detergent in the wash the flaps of every machine is full of mold and/or dirt.. it was one lady that worked and she kept the machines spotless.

The place isnt big but the machines work very well the dryers are amazing fast easy access into the facility, and the lady that works there is very nice

I have been a customer for over 3 yrs,the first time I came here the attendant(I did not know was the owner until several visits later)met me outside and helped me bring my laundry in and whenI finished he helped me take them to my car.I offered him a monetary tip and he refused.He is humble and customer service oriented.The laundromat is neat and clean and budget friendly.Well worth my drive from Annapolis weekly.

Came to do my clothes and the website said they close at 10p. So when I got there around 730p and the sign on the door said that they close at 9p and you have till 8p to put your clothes in the washer. The lady working was relieved by the owner and at 9p while my clothes were almost done and the owner basically made me pull all my clothes that were damp still and said we had to leave because it was 5 mins after the time he clocked

Every week like clockwork. Never to busy or a long wait.

1) Its the cleanest laundromat Ive ever seen or visited. Hands down. 2) The washers are quick and do a great job. The dryers are efficient. Even though you get only 21 mins for a dollar (6 mins 1st qtr, 5 mins for additional qtrs), you really dont need much beyond that. 3) The customer service is AMAZING. In March 2018, I desperately needed a laundromat because my family was visiting from out of town and I needed clean blankets fast. This place had no open washers available, and time was of the essence. The woman here HELPED ME FIND ANOTHER OPEN LAUNDROMAT BY GOOGLING LOCATIONS AND CALLING AROUND ON HER PHONE WHILE I CALLED AROUND ON MINE. WHO DOES THAT!? It was some of the best customer service Ive experienced in my entire life. I said Id be sure to come back even though I couldnt use them that night. Today, here I am!

Washes your clothes good

This is a great place to do laundry. Its clean all the time, the people are friendly and its not too expensive.

Worst laundromat ever horrible customer service . Came to wash my clothes and after washing i used one of the dryer and somehow there is red color all over my clothes . When i dressed the issue they said they arent responsible for any damage done by their machines. I would not recommend this place at all .
