Super slow internet. Down several times a day. Customer support doesn’t exist at all, impossible to call them. There’s no online account accessing. 5G slower than regular wifi. I would give them 0 out of 5 if it were possible.

After being a customer here for over 4 years and never late on a payment I am extremely disappointed. The internet service was okay with some interruptions here and there due to area outages over the years. I cancelled my service due to the poor customer service! I was in the process of moving and called a week before the move and was told I would have someone come to my apartment to assist me on my move in day. No one showed up. I called and left a message, No one called back. I called again finally got a response and was put on hold for over 10 mins and then hung up on. I called again and finally after all of this was told no one could come and help me until a week after Ive waited a whole week.

Been a customer for 2 1/2 months and would not recommend to anyone!!!! Customer service is poor and I feel extremely under valued as a customer. I’ve been trying to get a manager on the phone for 2 months now! No exaggeration!!! Always told they would “make a note “ on my account for them to call, only for no response and my service to be terminated!!! & still being billed every single month

Fool Me Once, Shame On You…Decent service and speed when it’s actually working, but no where near the speed advertised. For the second time Aerioconnects network has gone down on a FRIDAY! Also for the second time you cannot get a hold of anyone at the company by phone, because of their network outage. The company phone goes to a deactivated Version wireless account. Also the company lacks customer security, because anyone call call in and make changes to your account, because they do not have any security verification features.

Im disappointed because I honestly loved the internet. but I moved I had to switch services. I called every day for a week to cancel just to be transferred every time to an out of service line. I Finally got a real answer (3 days after my move to my new apartment) and it was to email a cancelation email that has not yet responded to me. THEN I was just billed today for this month despite over a weeks efforts to cancel my service before the start of the month. if you have the service cancel a month in advance...

I have internet connection and voip for my small business. Their connection is NOT very reliable. Often times, the internet connection is disconnected and reconnected repeatedly. My business heavily relies on remote controlling which always require stable internet connection. Spectrum is much more reliable..

Internet is out and cant get through to support because, get this, the number they provide on their website is out of service. They are kind enough to provide an email but they have yet to reply. Essentially their tech support is non-existent right now. Anyone who had their internet out, how did you get it fixed? Did you have someone come in (if you managed to get through to actually speak to someone) or did you just wait for it to turn back on?

When it’s working - fantastic but otherwise very unreliable. I had no choice because it’s the only company serving our apartment building. We average at least one outage a week. Their customer support might as well be nonexistent.

The Internet fails consistently. Having alternatives to ISPs like Comcast is great, if they actually provide quality service. I live in a building with Aerioconnect and have had about 10 outages lasting multiple hours over the course of several months which has made working from home challenging and filled with interruptions. Customer service has been a bit fail - often times their customer service line is shut off and email goes unreturned. Recommend passing on them if you have options.

This company is pathetic. Absolute horrible internet service. It goes down every single day. Unbelievable how bad it is. Was talked into trying them when I moved into a new building here in downtown Long Beach.

Keep deleting ur negative reviews, but there is another internet outage, which is god knows how many times is happening just this MONTH. Horrible internet, horrible customer services, horrible company. They will show their working hours until 10 pm, but they will never recieve ur calls after 6pm. Ridiculous network - My connection is lost AT LEAST thrice a month! Given the fact that we are working from home, the quality of service disrupts works for considerable amount of time.

My technician Neil was excellent. He arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. I had to call for help about my new router, he explained what I needed to do and now I finally have service. Love the speed of this companys service, and I am very happy with their pricing and how quickly they were able to come out for the initial installation. I also love the fact that they do not lock you into long term contracts. I definitely recommend.

Decent internet service, but lack lustre customer service or tech support

Power has been out for over 48 hours on a Friday. Unapologetic voicemail and useless customer service. Absolutely unacceptable during covid when people are working from home and rely on internet. You get what you pay for I guess... still no service as I’m writing this on Saturday night.Update: Its Monday Morning as I write this - 0 communication or ETA on fixing this issue. Just had an installation done for Aerioconnect by Neil and he was great. He called because he had an earlier time slot available, met me at the new apartment and got everything up and running in less than an hour. Super personable and friendly as well. Great experience so far.

I received a verbal job offer from them. I accepted and they asked me to come in the following morning to fill out paperwork. This was 3 weeks after the job interview. In the email where they said to bring in documentation, they also asked me to be ready to demonstrate a job skill we talked about at the interview. No big deal, right. I come in the following morning, perform the task a bit slow for their liking because Im rusty from not doing it for a while. I did get it done correctly. They tell me they wont hire me because they need someone experienced for such a task. This is one of those manual tasks that simply requires practice like getting back on a bike. That was pure deception on their part. Job applicants BEWARE! THEY ARE LIARS!

Great internet service at a good price. I used Aerioconnect for about a year and I always had fast, reliable internet service. I never had issues with the Wifi even with my households high bandwidth demands, which generally included multiple people on Zoom calls, playing video games online, video streaming, etc. If I had not moved outside of their service area, I would still be using their service. I highly recommend Aerioconnect if they serve your area.

My building recommended Aerio connect upon move in. I was attracted to their service because of their price and easy set up in my building. But this is the worst decision I made all year . Aerio connect has the worse Wi-Fi connection. There service is constantly having disruptions and technical issues. I can’t even count how many times at this point, my internet has been down for 2-8 hours at a time.They do not have access to pay your bills online and not available on the weekend. Their technical support staff do not respond to voice messages in a timely manner or not at all.

Since I have changed from Spectrum to Aerioconnect, my internet service have been more reliable and consistent. David of Aerioconnect recently installed a new modem at my in-laws place and took care to make sure we were up even though we asked him to help after hours when there was a technical issue. This is customer service folks, great for us that a local business is competing and succeeding against big national brands in Monrovia and Arcadia neighborhood.

I just recently signed up with Aerioconnect and I am pleased so far with the internet service. This review is also for their Broadband Jedi Neil S. He was fast, very nice, very knowledgeable and his shoes were clean (you know I was when he stepped on my bedroom carpet). The all around experience was fast, easy and great.

We have been using Aerioconnect for critical ops support on our highly scaled operation. Importantly, they stepped in effortlessly when the proverbial hit the fan and calmly and collectedly solved our problems one by one. Just got my Aerioconnect internet installed at my home in the Castro. Derrick Brown was amazingly friendly, helpful, and patient in working through the challenging logistics of my place. Internet is blazing fast! Cant say enough good things about the Aerioconnect team.

I have to give 5 stars to Willie! He really made sure to go over the entire installation process and even made an extra effort to analyze why there were fluctuations in speed. Regardless, the speeds are much better than what youd ever get from AT&T or Time Warner.

So happy our building got Aerioconnect. We can already see what a difference it is making with our internet speed, plus we are paying half of what we used to. Neil came to install it and had arranged everything he needed with our building maintenance manager ahead of time. The install was quick and easy, and Neil made sure to accommodate any requests. I finally cut my cable and am very pleased I did it. I was an Xfinity customer for 10 years, which was so much more expensive for less service. My neighbor kept recommending Aerioconnect. It was so easy to make the switch and Aerioconnect deserves all the credit. Victor Tam was my Aerioconnect Installation Technician. He was professional, courteous, fast, as well as, ready to answer my questions. It took less than an hour. Victor was great. I am a happy customer.

Joel was really helpful in getting the contracts to me right away. The prices are reasonable and the speeds that you are getting are far better than any other provider I had. I am a solo attorney and need fast, reliable speed. Joel was able to get me everything at a reasonable price without much delay since down time is really important for me.

Had a great installation experience just now with Ron Brown.He went over and beyond to help me with recommendations for routers.The setup was very quick and was done before I could blink my eye. Literally.I felt that he genuinely wanted to do his best so I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend if your apartment supports Aerioconnect.

Great Service: I am adjusting my review. After Steve at Aerioconnect found out about the schedule mix up, he contacted me directly and asked if I was available at 8am the next morning. We had Web pass install Internet service to our floating home today. Adam Petrone and Victor Tam arrived ahead of the noon schedule time . They explained everything that needed to be done, took off their shoes when they came in the house and cleaned up after they were finished. Both these young men were knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them.

Ive had Aerioconnect since the end of 2016. It started out great... quick friendly customer service and good internet. Over the last year though the connection has been dropping more often and sometimes for hours during an outage. The most frustrating part is the lack of any customer support when you need them. The tech line never answers calls, Ive always had to leave a message or email. When they do respond its hours after things are working again or the next day. I guess you get what you pay for, hopefully they will put some money into their customer support & tech support to keep people from canceling.

Highly recommend Aerioconnect if your building is wired for it! My technician was on time and did a great job setting me up for the service. Now I have blasting fast internet for $60 a month, so worth it compared to the other cable guys!

Went on a Groupon - so glad I did!! LIke all the others say - this is a no thrills kind of place. The $28 price can not be beat, I usually have my shoulder up to my ear lobs....I left feeling 3 taller. I didnt mind the communal setting at all - this is not a soft massage, but rather a get those knots out (at time painful) massage. Will definitely return.

Aerioconnect is literally the greatest internet service provider i have ever used. They came to my apartment to install everything when they said they would, they were super friendly, quick and efficient! I think they had everything up and running in about 15 minutes. Literally the most annoying internet provider to deal with. their service constantly has issues with the servers failing so don’t be surprised when your wifi goes out for a few hours several times throughout the month. i am currently looking for a new internet provider, so if you are trying to find a quality internet provider i strongly advise to look elsewhere!! Aerioconnect is not worth all the inconveniences.

I was using Sonic and getting about 10MBS and finally made the switch to Aerioconnect. I am not getting 250MBS and its cheaper! Neil Sigua did a great job in installing our new internet. He was very nice and friendly.

My Aerioconnect installation was super easy. The install guy was on time and was really fast (I didnt have to waste my whole day waiting around for them). I even got one month free for referring someone, whoo, hoo! Its really fast too.

Excellent friendly, knowledgeable service. Showed on the scheduled time, fast and thorough. If you can get Aerioconnect then definitely do it. 200 Mbps! Comcast has got nothing on this place.

Ive had aerioconnect for over 3 years and I never had a problem. Within these 3 years my internet went out twice and it was because I was setting up a new router in my apartment. I called the customer service line and was assisted right away by someone local. These guys are great and you cant beat their price!

Incredible! SUPER fast, reliable, and did I mention cheap compared to what youd pay for cable/dsl? Do yourself a favor if you have cable/dsl and Aerioconnect is available in your area. Switch. The best ISP period!Their internet service and customer service is just extraordinary! My building is rated at 100Mbps and I get quite close to that which is insane for a residential service... and theyre sooo nice to deal with and very prompt. Couldnt ask for more!

Lastly, he quickly got my account all set up and ready to go! All I had to was configure my wireless router with technical support and BOOM! This is the fastest internet Ive ever used.At first I was hesistant about using a relaively unknown service but the speed is literally over 2x greater than Time Warner for the same price. 1000MB? Unheard of. Customer service was super helpful and installation was a breeze.

This company truly deserves three stars. I bought their top of the line residential plan (1gb/s). From day one I never received that speed. So I called their customer service department that informed me that no wifi devices would receive that speed, as that was a hard wired speed. So I said ok, as long as I can watch videos on multiple devices. The customer service representative also blamed my devices as not being new enough to get the fast speeds their business offers. I recently bought 2 new laptops, and two new phones, and the same issue persists. I called their support team and could not get it to above 10% for download, 20% of 1gb/s. If anyone from their firm is reading this, I am enraged that you would market speeds that are not realistic to the average household. I would have not paid for premium speeds if they were not even close to being provided. For anyone considering this firm, I would continue to shop around if you can.

This internet provider is a generation ahead of all the rest. Just visited a friend at NMS La Cienega 375 N. La Cienega Blvd. West Hollywood, Ca 90048 and was pulling speeds at peek hours from my wifi at 370 mbs and I was told they only charge around 50 dollars a month. And on their website it say they will be adding full 1G service soon. How can I get this where I live?
