A friend and I were in Boston for a girls trip when a tropical storm hit so we decided to see if we could get some indoor pampering. From our first contact the staff here were extremely helpful. They managed to get us both in for massages and a session in the salt cave.The spa is beautiful and extremely relaxing. Got us off to a great start on our trip! Loved the relaxation room and both the steam and sauna. Highly recommend!!!!

Nice, modern, calming and clean facilities with very professional staff. There’s some good amenities like a salt room, sauna, waiting rooms with very light snacks, nice, clean locker rooms. We got massages and the quality was just okay, I think my massage therapist might have been new, she seemed apprehensive to put more pressure in the massage but my friend said her massage was great. The next day my knots were still there so for me, their price doesn’t correlate with quality.

I booked two massages here for my partner and I as a surprise for her birthday and I wish that we had gone somewhere else. Each of us had a seperate masseuse and both of them werent great or very friendly. The towels, and massage tables are made for smaller/thin people. We left more stressed than when we arrived. The salt cave room looked enticing, but it was booked up while we were there.

Nice facilities, but the pricing and payment of the spa was confusing. The customer service was ok, nobody was overly friendly but they were professional. The massage was also ok. Could of used a more personalized service in regards to what scents and smells and lotions were used or offered. I didn’t like that the masseuse sat down in an office style chair that was very loud when they moved around and really effected the ambiance of the experience. The massage was on the lighter side and felt more therapeutic then it did relaxing. Overall a nice spa, but not the best I’ve ever been too 6/10.

I love this place so much! I go every chance O get for one of there amazing massages. This time I had a 90 minute cbd massage with Erika and it was incredible!!! Everyone at G2O is friendly, comforting, and helps to make you feel right at home.

The hairstylists themselves are absolutely amazing. I have been going for years and dont even live in Boston anymore but still make the trip. However, the reservations department is absolutely horrendous. They completely lack basic customer service skills and make reservation errors frequently. For such a high end establishment you would think their reservations team would be better.

Incredibly professional!A rave review after a misbook is most likely rare, however, I cannot describe how understanding and accommodating Marcella, my Esthetician/Service Provider, as well as the entire staff were due to an error made during booking (the representative on the phone was also super friendly and thorough, but sometimes things just happen!), and although I only spent a short amount of time in G2O, and in a what would normally be a distressful situation, I felt completely heard, understood, and more than taken care of. I am incredibly excited for my originally scheduled service to take place, because if I left feeling this refreshed and cared for after this particular experience, then I can only imagine how incredible the service will be. And shout out to Marcella (Esthetician) for going above and beyond, and providing precisley what I requested product wise, giving lots of samples, and for being able to still provide me with time beyond well-spent despite the circumstances. Definitely book with her for your skincare/spa essentials! Highly recommend!

I did a full balayage and a haircut. I had a wonderful experience and completely satisfied with the service! I would definitely recommend Kayla! I made an appointment is very detailed and I want it done, get a phone from less than 24 hours before my appointment explaining to me with my technician not have enough time to do what I want her to do, I was trying to explain to the scheduler but I was very detailed and explain what service I need it however they were very unprofessional would not accommodate even though I made an appointment over two weeks ago will never recommend anyone else to go there, ladies please make sure if you do go there did you spell it out for them what you need done and make sure your appointment is confirmed because they can cancel on you very unprofessional.

G2O is the best salon around. The employees are all extremely friendly and professional. The work performed is always top notch. They offer a free sauna, steam room and lounge that really round out any experience. You do pay for the high end experience but its completely worth it

Massagists and hairstylists are awesome!But customer service spoiled all the process for me and my husband, they made us rush all over their office with our coats, shoes and other stuff in our hands, right 2 minutes after massage -- definitely not what I imagined about spa place. Its like they didnt have a minute to let us hang our coats in the wardrobe(which is present here!).

I visited G2O for the first time two weeks ago, Tanea gave me a scalp treatment, hair cut and blow dry. I initially booked an appointment for a keratin treatment but after my consultation, she advised me that I should wait because I had a relaxer not too long ago and it wouldn’t be healthy for my hair, which I genuinely appreciate that she took the time to research this for me! I love my haircut and my hair feels so much healthier. I had my second visit a couple of days ago, and had a pedicure/ gel mani with Lisa and she was absolutely amazing. She gave me a hand and foot massage that just have my hands and feet feeling refreshed as well as looking beautiful☺️.G2O provides a safe, immaculately clean, friendly environment that keeps me coming back!

This is a wonderful Salon/Spa. I do not participate in all the Spa services, however, my nail technician is head and shoulders above anyone else I have ever worked with. Same for my hair stylist!Everyone is kind and courteous as well.Let’s not forget management/ownership. Joyce has the good sense to “CARE!” She sets the tone of her business snd she does a wonderful job. Through Covid they did it all to remove any anxiety from there guests, and now it is better than before, with a very lovely coffee service snd a general understanding, ‘the customer comes first!’ Truly great to be a loyal client. I’ve now visited G2O a few times since they’ve reopened. Not only do I appreciate the extra precautions they’ve taken at the salon (only every other styling chair seat is full, staff isn’t kept inside the salon when not necessary, etc) but they’ve done a great job in making me still feel cared for and pampered despite the circumstances. I’ve been visiting my stylist, Nadja, since I started coming here 2 years ago. It’s so refreshing to have a salon like this which hire stylists who can offer box braids, silk presses, etc. for Afro-textured hair like mine. This service alone would’ve warranted my loyalty, but the COVID processes are the cherry on top. Thank you for being a salon that promotes inclusivity and safety.

My mother and I came to this salon last summer and we got two brochures for our first time - each a $20 coupon to be used in one year off a service. I called three days ago to book a threading appointment and asked to use the coupon and was told that I could. I called this morning to ask if I could do an additional service with the second coupon and was told it was fine. I went in and spoke to the receptionist about using the two coupons on separate services and once again was told it was fine. When I went to pay I presented the two coupons and was told I could only use one. I told the guy that I was told that I spoke to two people prior both allowing this and only after I complete both services do they say only one will be used. I liked this salon and really loved the workers but the management needs to be replaced. Its not fair to tell someone its allowable and then put them in a bind later. Needless to say dont think these people will help you save any money because they are greedy and wont.

The spa and salon were beautiful, you walk out the elevator and immediately forget you are in the heart of Boston. You can tell they really care about their clients and its not a in and out type of service. I would definitely reccomend.

I went back in March 2020 before the pandemic really hit us for my birthday with a group of ladies. I truly don’t have anything negative to say. This place is amazing., very clean and professional. I can’t wait for all the amenities to open back up again. Great job G2O!

I came into the salon for a cut, color correction & blowdry with Tiffany. She did a great consultation with me to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I felt very comfortable coming into the salon during this pandemic because they are taking alot of safety measures!

I just had a Deva Cut with Elle and it was fantastic. I have wavy hair and this was my first time getting a special cut. Elle was fantastic and really personalized my cut and styling. She was very knowledgeable about curly/wavy hair and how to follow the curly girl method for different hair types. I left with perfectly shaped hair and more knowledge on how to style it. I will go to her for as long as I am in Boston!Facilities were impeccable. Everyone I interacted with was lovely. Thank you :)

A very safe and clean facility. They have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe. My stylist and colorist Robert is the best in the business, give him a try you wont regret it.

I had a great experience here. I got a pedicure here for a birthday gift. I was little unsure because of the upscale feel, but everyone was very kind and attentive. The lovely woman that did my pedicure was amazing and did a phenomenal job. I would recommend this place for a day to relax and pamper yourself!

I have been looking for a good day spa online, since I am not from Boston. Some of the reviews really made me question if I should go somewhere at all. But I decided to book an appointment for an aroma therapy massage at the g2o spa. The booking, which was made online, was so easy to do. On the day I got there a little bit early and from the time I stepped out of the elevator everybody was so nice to me. I came in the morning, which was great since I almost had the place to my self. The massage, the sauna and the steam room were great.I would always recommend this place to somebody who wants to have a little relaxation in the city and doesn’t want to spend a fortune.Thank you for an awesome experience.

I just had the best Hydra-facial with Victoria st.James. She is really good, very meticulous, and very dedicated. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and satisfied with the results. I have had hydra-facials here before, but hers is the BEST!

I had a facial and a massage this past weekend. Both service providers were excellent! However, there is no research from CDC that proves additional safety with usage of gloves for a massage. As a scientist, I understand the usage of gloves for a facial but having a massage with gloves was not pleasant. Gloves will not protect the provider if someone is exposed to Covid anyway!The other piece that I was not thrilled about is the company’s isolated discount to promote overnight stay at the Lenox hotel just M-F. For professionals like myself who are traveling from far, a mid-week appointment at the salon is close to impossible. G2O should look into their promotional opportunities to attract visitors who live outside of Boston such as the Cape.

They were FANTASTIC! They made me feel so pampered & taken care of!! I had just arrived by train from Washington DC when I walked in to ask for massage service & they were so accommodating! Had a FABULOUS Swedish massage & then went on to do many more things: eye brow threading, facial hair removal, reflexology, manicure & hair! It is truly a one stop GREAT DAY SPA! Highly recommend!!

This isnt my usual spa but I decided to go here because my friend suggested it. I love the ambiance of this spa. Everything was clean and the bathrooms spelled awesome. They have coffee/ tea and biscuit/cookies out for you to eat near the waiting area. The couches were very comfortable.Now to the important stuff, the actual facial - I decided to get was the g2o signature facial. I really enjoyed how comfortable the heated bed was. It was a typical facial starting with a cleanse. Then they give me goggles and she puts the lamp directly over my face to look at imperfections or problem areas im concerned about. I have dry skin so she used more hydrating products on my skin. We used some tools to help prevent wrinkles and a peel jelly mask. Overall, I really loved it. I want to bring my mom to get a facial! The entire experience was luxurious yet not over the top. Ill be coming back for more.

This place is very nice and every employee really listens and takes care of your needs. You can also use the facilities before and after your appointment, if you want to hit the steam room or sauna. I did the Bali experience with a group for a party and it was very enjoyable and relaxing. I then got a blow out so my hair was done for the evening, every experience was amazing.

This is my third salt cave experience and I had the entire room to myself. There is an option of wearing your clothes rather than using a robe. The zero gravity chair, dimmed lights and ambient music makes a 45 minute relaxing experience. The light come up when the session is over. The sauna is very good and again I was the only patron. The steam room in the ladies locker room didnt seem hot enough to me. The shower doesnt have a shelf to put your own bath products. There is G2O shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower. I would prefer a glass shower door rather than a curtain. I was surprised by the limited water station. I would expected water in the locker room as well. The staff are very polite and cheery.

I had a really great experience here. Starting from their kindness, topped with excellent back massage and a very friendly staff. I’m not sure I would have had this patient with me like this lovely ladies had. I will return to this spa every chance I get.

Oh. My. God!My partner bought me a gift card here after experiencing a massage at the spa. I went after 2 weeks of moving chaos - and I feel like a whole new person! Lucy did an amazing job working through knots I knew of - and many that I didnt. The spa itself is beautiful, and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. And . ow that I know they work with curly hair, eager to see what their salon can do!

Great first experience at a salon in Boston! Kathleen is awesome. A talented and genuine stylist that wants whats best for you while meeting your needs. This can be said for the rest of the staff; each encounter was kind and courteous. As someone who works in customer service, it wad a very satisfying visit. I had been going to another salon for years prior to seeing Darren for the first time. At this salon, I was there for one purpose, get in, get my haircut, and get out. I never really have had any semblance of a relationship with my hair stylists and it has always just been an ok time, or worse, in certain cases. My hair, many times, would look fine, but I had never experienced the comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable, experience which so many other folks have raved about, and I could never relate to. After getting my haircut by Darren because my salon was closed for COVID-19 precautions, I finally got that wonderful experience! He talked as much as I wanted to, used some incredible techniques to make my hair feel 10 pounds lighter, gave me great hair care tips, and made me finally enjoy the experience of getting a haircut. So, while the price at G20 may seen a bit much (and I was a little stunned when I saw it too!), the experience and long-lasting look and reduced maintenance, make the price discrepancy between here, and my previous salon worth it! Plus, it is to be expected that Newbury Street is a bit more pricey anyways. Anyways, thank you Darren and G20 for helping me understand what a haircut should really feel like! I am very excited for my next visit! :)

I have gone to G20 for years and love it. I have had many different service providers because I that last-minute kind of client. I have had massages, manicures, hairstyling, cut and coloring, eyelash tinting and eyebrows done there. All of the service providers are top notch especially Amanda who does my hair and Steven a massage therapist. The ambience is great, too. Highly recommend!

I was given a gift card to this spa that I had misplaced. I recently found it and finally scheduled a 30-minutes CBD Massage for today. I was warmly greeted by Jordan and directed to Lance, the concierge. Lance showed me around the facility and outlined amenities that I could avail my self to before and after my massage. Nancy was my masseuse and did a fine job working on my problem areas. (I might book a 60-minutes session next time.) I wish I had more time to enjoy the facility. Upon check out, Jordan and Lance discovered that the person who bought my gift card actually used it for themselves. (I’m hoping that was a mistake since it had been some time that I was given the gift.) I was not held responsible and did not have to pay for the service I obviously believed would have been covered by the gift. They offered to contact the giver to try to remedy the situation. I was very appreciative of this consideration. The spa is lovely and I do plan to return; Jordan gave me an extra coupon for the mixup. Again, much appreciated.

I have used G20 in the past for facial and massages (even had my mini bridal shower here). Their services are great! Everyone is really amazing! I recently got my hair color done here and loved Linda. She was lovely and did a great job.I am excited about their new location. The Newbury Street one was a little tight.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Patricia for almost a year- she is the absolute best! Having blonde, fine hair is a challenge and she always gets the color and cut absolutely perfectly. I got some extensions for body on my last visit and per usual Patricia knocked it out of the park and matched them perfectly. Her assist is also so amazing and always makes sure that I am well taken care of, as does Patricia. I always leave looking and feeling fabulous!!

Excellent way to spend the morning! Caught between appointments (and jet lag), I was welcomed as a walk in, and enjoyed the facilities while I waited for my treatment, which was just perfect. I wouldnt hesitate to book here again. I also thought the range of products for sale was quite good.

Though their rates are steep (hey it’s Boston), I have been going here for 8 years now - seeing the same stylist every visit, because what can I say she is amazing. The lovely Amy is a master at trends, layers, coloring and bangs. She is always consistent every time I see her.

I did an Experience Room for a friends birthday. What a fun thing to do! There were 8 of us in a cavernous room. We were given masks to apply to skin in different areas of our body. We were well taken care of before and after the experience. The locker room is comfortable and well-appointed. I was impressed with the price which was about $72 including gratuity. I cant believe this place has been around for about 10 years and I had never been yet! Would definitely go back.

Always a great time getting my hair cut every other month. I go upstairs after, read my book and take a nap! Will keep going back!

I absolutely LOVED my visit at G2O! I booked a haircut with Darren Le looking for a change, and was truly worried since I had had the same hairstyle for almost 10 years. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, what I didnt want, and gave me advice on how to best care for my new style. He gave me a haircut even more amazing than I could have ever imagined. Its on the expensive side but certainly well worth it. Conveniently located and a beautiful space, I will definitely be returning!

Staff was very friendly and attentive and the spa overall was super clean and modern. And I probably got one of the best pedicures of my life from Van. He is an artist! The only complaint I would have is that the atmosphere is a little too modern, missing some of the “warmth” you typically get in a spa.

Alexa is absolutely amazing! I am very ticklish and hace a hard time getting massages and I am always blown away by the way I am able to relax during her massages!!!!!!!! We both did the Razul therapy in the experience room and after that my friend got a signature facial with Tricia, and I had a massage with Lucy.Both therapists are well trained and knowledgeable, they really like their jobs and for us as clients their dedication and effort to satisfy our needs, made the trick and gave us exactly what we were looking for, a day of relaxation, pampering and well being.We will definitely be coming back. Beautiful facility, great hair stylist, but HUGE mix up with my hair appointments! I love the actual interior of the salon, but I tried to schedule hair appointments several times before my wedding, making it known that I needed coloring and extensions prior to the big day. I live on the Cape and work odd hours, so its difficult for me to find an open day for these appointments.The first appointment was scheduled 2 months in advance for Balayage in May. The front desk called me to cancel my my appointment just days before. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later since the hair stylist I wanted was in high demand and not available until then. We had a consultation about extensions that would be applied a week before my wedding in August. I scheduled that appointment for the extensions months in advance. The stylist is one of the salons most popular, and she did an excellent and meticulous job dying my hair to get the perfect color.I was worried about my extensions appointment since I had not heard from the salon about ordering the hair. I called to cancel the appointment once I had discussed the process with a stylist at a different salon, and when I called the front desk the appointment had ALREADY BEEN TAKEN OFF THE BOOKS!!!The hair stylist actually reached out and contacted me the weekend before my wedding... She had ordered the hair for the extensions, which I felt terrible about. I believe this was a big error on the part of the front desk staff, since I assumed my appointment had been cancelled.

Cleanest, neatest and overall the best manicure experience with Eliane, which I couldn’t find anywhere in Boston for years. I am a frequent G2O spa visitor and love all of their massage therapists, and the spa itself is exceptional, and decided to try their manicure service today, definitely will be coming back for nail services too now.

The spa itself is lovely.....but I was given a gift certificate as a gift and dont live in the area any longer. I tried to order products with it but found out I cannot use a gift card from them to purchase their products. Now I have $130 that is wasted.

Really great spa day! The services were fantastic including the massages and the Bali Experience Room. We had a group for a 40th party and found the spa perfect for us. Would definitely return when in the area.

What a wonderful pampered way to spend a cold rainy afternoon. From the greeting, to the robes and flip flops provided and the tasteful decorations everywhere I was impressed. I had my first deep tissue massage and Bill skillfully untangled knots and tension I never even knew I had. His consultation with me prior was essential because it helped me understand what I was in for and also the results after. I will be back. After a wonderful shower, I lay and relaxed in the brine room and was almost lulled into sleep. I even used the hot tub. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon by yourself or WITH friends!

I always absolutely have the best experience at G2O and have been going for about 8 years! I love Dailin, my stylist and the service is always top notch! One strange thing that happened this time prior to my appointment is that I got a personal text from a girl who worked at the front desk asking to confirm my appointment for a hair color (I had a haircut the next day) and she asked if I wanted a hair cut as well (she could have seen I booked a hair cut) also asked me to move times. When I said I couldn’t meet earlier, the response was “it’s okay” I found the response off putting as if I was being an inconvenience when I booked the session a month ago and simply count meet earlier. Working in the customer service industry myself, the response should have been something like “no problem! See you at 1pm! Have a great day” I just found the whole text exchange unprofessional and a little off putting. And this was the first time this ever happened. Every other experience at G20 has been phenomenal!! I more wanted to let you know this happened. Thanks!

I have been going to this place for years for haircuts, massage and more. Recently, my wife dumped her old salon and now we are both going here regularly. And yesterday, I took my 6 year old son for a haircut and he really enjoyed it! All of the staff seem very happy to work there, which reflects well on the ownership and management. If youre looking for a new stylist, a massage, or other salon or spa treatments, I highly recommend g20!

The entire experience was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and welcoming, and the massage given to me by Bill was incredible. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis!

I left there with a bunch of grease in my hair, on my face and with no exfoliation, cleansing or relaxing message. All the woman did was during the ENTIRE time try to sell me things. When she figured I wasnt buying, she was rude and just left abruptly at the end of my greasing session. It cost $180 to go home and take a shower. A huge mistake and waste of money. P.S. I was expecting to look refreshed and yet I looked exhausted and stressed. The salon might appear to be fancy, but its all show and a total farce. Find a decent place and look elsewhere. What a waste of money and time. YUK! G20 makes Boston look like peanuts. Being a true Brahman Bostonian it is embarrassing. G20 - You are not fooling anyone, but fools.

This place honestly just cares about money. The estheticians will only focus on selling products to you. I went there several times and each time I had the same experience. My very last experience was when I booked an appointment last minute and the esthetician didn’t check her schedule. She told me she didn’t know that I was on her schedule and had me waiting 30 min. My experience at G2O was amazing and always is! I have been going to see Dailin for years now and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my curly hair! She is a master of her craft and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you have curly hair!

I have had the pleasure of visiting G2O on a couple different occasions and each time I was blown away. The moment you walk in you feel a sense of calm and by the time you reach the top floor its like youve been whisked away to another realm. I recommend coming plenty early for your appointment and taking full advantage of the amenities such as the Brine Inhalation Room. The service is also top-notch; I have received an amazing facial from Gina and massages from Jim. I cant recommend G2O Spa enough for a quiet relaxing day of pampering!

Wonderful experience. Amy is the best. Rose too. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do and they truly strive to make you feel welcome and heard. They listen to what you want. May seem like a basic thing but not all businesses do that. I live in Maine and have been visiting G2O when in Boston for about 4 years (about once per year). I noticed with this recent visit that the front reception staff had improved immensely in the areas of professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you G2O; and, thank you Amy and Rose!

What a great experience! I went in for a haircut on Monday with no appointment, and Amanda English was amazing! One of the best haircuts I have ever had. She listened to my request, and understood how to handle my unruly hair. I wish I lived in Boston so I could see her for every haircut!

I recently had my hair colored with Dailin, and not only was the outcome PERFECT, but the entire experience was relaxing, luxurious, and fantastic! I can’t believe how much a hair coloring appointment could feel like a spa day, but g2o has managed to make it happen! I CAN’T WAIT to go back, and I 100% recommend you pamper yourself and go!

Been here multiple times, but I always book last minute, so I get different people. Everyone has always been amazing. I went there today, and got Tiffany for haircut. I had about 8 inches cut off my hair today. Very emotional. Tiffany was amazing and inspired confidence in everything. The most exceptional part, was that she never let me see all of that hair on the floor.

I loved my treatments - the detox wrap and swedish massage really helped me relax. The price is extremely reasonable when you take into account you can use the additional facilities for the entire day. I spaced out my appointments and made a day of it - it was just what I needed. Cant wait for my next appointment!

It was my first time at G20 Spa & Salon. I really enjoyed the experience and was very impressed to see the balance between staff efficiency and customers relaxation. I would only have one suggestion: tea and coffee capsules are not exactly environmentally friendly. It would be a very positive change if coffee and tea were made available using greener choices. Overall Im very happy with my visit and hope to return very soon to treat myself to a very nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere :)

Im not a regular spa-goer- have only done a spa treatment once in my life before-, but decided to treat myself to a birthday spa day at G2O and was very satisfied.G2O is a 5 floor full-service day spa with pretty much any service you may want, from hair to nails to body/face treatments and even energy work, and along with a great online advance booking system, the spa concierge will hook you up and book things on the spot in case the mood strikes. To begin with, the spa amenities offered here are excellent, and if youre new theyll give you a full tour so you know what to enjoy... from a roof deck fireplace and hot tub, to a sauna and brine relaxation room, theyve got you covered for a full day of relaxation here, so make sure to add in some additional time before/after your scheduled treatment to enjoy them all. (Tip: earlier in the day seemed to be less crowded- I had the hot tub and sauna to myself prior to my appointment.) Along with the usual robes and bathroom products, they even had disposable bathing suits to use in the hot tub or for your treatment, which is pretty cool. I also think youre able to order wine (extra charge) before/after your appointment, and of course they had water and tea/coffee to enjoy.For my chosen treatment, Rebeca did an aromatherapy body scrub which started out with vigorously applying the organic body scrub all over, rinsing it off by myself in the shower room which had horizontal water streams, and then getting lathered with the same scent of body lotion/oil. The scrub was just that- rubbing the scrub into my skin until I was nice and pink all over, although Rebeca did check with me that the pressure she was using was OK, so you can customize how intense the scrubbing is. My skin felt wonderful and really detoxed/fresh/new/smooth at the end, and thought the experience did have elements of a full body massage (although remember, your skin is being scrubbed down fairly roughly, so its not the sleep-inducing experience a pure massage might be). Rebeca recommended heading to the brine relaxation room (a quiet room with lounge chairs, a waterfall, changing colors, and salt air) to give my body time to settle and relax before heading out, and asked if I was interested in taking any of the products she used home with me (not a true hard sell, but worth being prepared for).Start to finish, I had a positive experience at G2O, and look forward to treating myself again in the future.UPDATE: Ive gone a few times over this year and have yet to be disappointed with any of the spa services/technicians. Try the aromatherapy scrub and massage with Gidget.

Received a massage from my daughter for Christmas. We made appointments for 90 minute massage. It is perfect length of time. Jeff is amazing. He unkinked every kink I had. Very knowledgeable and professional. Did not feel uncomfortable with a man. The facility is very clean and the staff is very helpful. We used the brine room and the hot tub and enjoyed every minute. It is very well equipped.

Before G2O, I was not a regular spa goer. Now that Ive found G2O, I cant help myself. Ive used a variety of their services: massages, spray tans, and the salon, and Im looking forward to trying the rest.The atmosphere and the amenities are simply second to none. The customer service is amazing--the concierges always remember me and my sister (even when she isnt with me). I love being able to use the brine room, rooftop deck, hot tub, and fireplace lounge when I arrive early (and when I buy friends/family gift cards, they are always EXTREMELY impressed).Tiffany Blair is my go-to stylist at the salon. She is a truly talented colorist and a delightful person, all around. Im so grateful to have found her after bouncing around several Boston salons for year G2O Spa and Salon.

It was a truly wonderful experience at G20... everyone was friendly, polite, respectful, peaceful! Bill tailored my massage to my unique needs as a marathon runner; he knew so much about everything I asked him. I cant wait to go back!

Excellent service, professional and clean. Had a pedicure and a hair appointment. Got to sit on the roof deck and tour the facility, never felt like I was being rushed. The staff is friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back!
