After dealing with very irritated skin from my rough beard for many years, I was looking for possible solution. I hated shaving daily and having that 5 o’clock shadow a few hours later, not to mention giving kisses or hugs to loved ones - that was like scratching them with pine needles. I was looking for a more permanent remedy. I tried other “permanent hair reduction” creams and diy IPL and none worked. Let me just start by saying Milan Laser Hair Removal in Allentown P.A. is nothing more than AMAZINGGGGGGGGG. From the moment I entered the facility is was a great experience. It was also my first time receiving Laser hair Treatments, so I was a bit nervous. The place is very clean and they took the Covid 19 precautions very seriously which I loved. I was greeted by Chelsie who is the administrative assistant and she got the process started right away. I obviously couldnt see her smile but her soft demeanor and her quickness made my sign in process very smooth. After the checkin process I met with the clinic Manager Kathryn for a consultation. She answered all my questions and calmed my nerves as well. She was very Kind and very informative. From the information I received I decided that Milan was the way to go and they were able to fit me in the same day. After the Consultation I met with the Christina who is the R.N. at the facility. I also informed her that I was nervous of the procedure but she reassured me that I was in good hands and she was right : ). She first went over how the procedure will go and she asked me a few questions to ensure that I will have the best results as possible. After she went over the aftercare process. Then the procedure began. It honestly wasnt bad at all. I only did my underarms and it looked so great after. Its now been a week and Im just in LOVE. I am very happy with my purchase as well as the results. I know I have access to other Milan Facilities but the overall professionalism I received here makes me not want to go anywhere else.
