The People make the place better than it is, all thanks to Miss Gwen in the office, she is very helpful, polite and cheerful! I love the place because of her welcoming.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever had a tour at. Pictures online did not seem accurate...apartment was small, and was literally dirty still. Rust on the bathroom floor, dirt and HAIR in the drains, broken cupboards, kitchen was two feet wide and the entire building smells horrible. Ick.

This is the most ANNOYING & CONTROLLING apartment complex in the ever! Everyone apart of management/maintenance wants to control every tenant rather in be in the swimming pool area or in your very own apartment. Every time I look up there’s an unnecessary sign posted in the hallways or a stupid letter slipped under the door. They have entirely too much time on their hands and rude for no reason. Please avoid moving here at all cost!

Just signed my lease for my third year living here. I can not say enough positive things about Cynthia the office manager. She has helped me through an extremely tough time with my ex roommate and was very prompt about getting my locks changed. I feel like she really cares about my well being. The maintenance man, Dave I believe his name is was very polite and nice to my son who was very curious and had a billion questions for him. Theres another women in the office from time to time named Laura who is always so nice and always says hello to my son and I. I love having a fenced in playground and a secured pool. Having public transit so close makes my life so easy. Living just on the outskirts of Minneapolis allows me the city living without all the hassle. I would definitely recommend Southpointe Apartments to anyone.

I lived there for a year. Its a great place with great staff/landlords. Very peaceful and quiet. I had a great time during the summer when the swimming pool opens. I highly recommend it. Telisa manager is very friendly and kind.

The compound is nice looking but the appartment is not smoking free I observe when a visit to try rent
