The day I visited, the guys were working hard in terrible weather conditions. They dont push a lot of unnecessary services. Much better than Valvoline. Will return.

We have used this Jiffy Lube location since we first moved here. Used to be the best Jiffy Lube we’d ever gone to. In the last year +, it’s been an issue with every visit. The last three times I was at the store 15 minutes before it opened and ALL three times was sent away till 9:00, because of lack of “help,” yet the last time they had two mechanics and zero customers besides myself….still told to leave. This last visit, when they did the tire rotation one of the tires was not put back on properly and was GRIDDING as we attempted to drive out! Also, one time a service was done WITHOUT my permission and was NOT in the quote…they ate that mistake! Done with Jiffy Lube. Also one star was generous!

Jordan was very friendly and got the job done right. My family enjoyed our experience and got back on the road quickly with peace of mind.

I needed a routine oil change along with a headlight/taillight change the mechanics on duty we’re kind, polite and went above and beyond to check out my issues and talk with me about the best options for my car. I was in and out with no huge delays and they even gave me some coupons for the next visit. I highly recommend this place if you’re in central or south Nashville it’s worth the little hike to get the work done by people who are great! Good location too if it takes some time walk over to Chick-fil-A while you wait!Looking forward to my next visit in 10k miles!

Great team here at Jiffy Lube! My starter began to go out and I knew I needed to haveit replaced. I contacted several auto shops as well as Firestone and Honda, and was told the replacement part would take 2-3 days to get in and be installed. I stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change thinking I could still make it to the second stop but my starter completely died. I was worried I made the wrong choice, until Jiffy Lube had my oil changed and my starter replaced within the hour! Thank you so much. ☺️

I came in on Friday Jan 15, 2021. I received easily the best oil change service I’ve ever had. Everyone was very friendly and I got extremely quick service along with the inside of my car being completely vacuumed despite being very dirty. This is the only review I’ve ever written, but these guys did an amazing job for me today.

My oil change was done in less than 10 minutes, and it was hassle free! Dave was kind and great at explaining the prices. Its always a nice process here at Jiffy Lube.

I came in to have my brake pads and filters checked so I could compare advice I had gotten elsewhere. Javon was so helpful. He checked everything for me at no charge and gave me a time frame and pricing for getting things done in the future. I so appreciated his kindness and honesty regarding my car.

We are out of town and stopped by to get 1 thing checked real quick. There was going to be a 20min wait, we told them we were traveling and needed to get on the road with 4 kids in the car. We were treated SO WELL here! The guy let us into another empty Bay real quick to get us on the road faster. He was BEYOND helpful, and didnt even charge us for just checking something we needed him to. He gave us some great pointers that helped us immensely! He was so professional but then so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!👌

$100 for an oil change on my minivan! The guys were nice but they definitely pulled the old bait and switch with an opening schpeal about it starting at $48.99. I knew it would a little bit more but defiantly not twice as much! And guys, wear masks. Please. Make sure you get them to tell you how much before they start working!

I had my brakes done and couldnt believe the price! I think I scored a sweet deal on my mommy van! It did take a little longer than expected but of course, I took it on a Saturday. So maybe better to take it during the week. Overall very satisfied. Manager was very informative and helpful!

They were cussing and not being professional & on there phones, I could hear them in my car sitting there getting a oil change.. then the other guy is standing there just smoking a cigarette by my car.. to top it off when the guy was standing at his computer he burped super loud. This place is a joke.. I will not be coming back.

Valvine down the street had about an hour wait. Came to see these guys & got in in 10 mins. Super professional & fast, will go back again

Had a fantastic experience at this location. Went in for an oil change and was greeted with a friendly team who were kind, attentive, and worked well together. Vehicle was serviced quickly and the team went above and beyond when I asked questions about some concerns I had with my vehicle. Thomas (manager) was amazing and I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Not wearing masks! I know its hot in an open bay, but I wore mine. I started seeing anyone that approached my car in a mask but too little, too late. I opted to stay in my vehicle. It was hot and uncomfortable but worth wearing a mask.

Spent $94 on an oil change. Couldnt understand the people doing the work. Buyers remorse!! Why so expensive?? Always loved Jiffy lube. What happened?

Brought my car in 2 weeks ago and just checked it and the car was bone dry . it makes no sense for the car to be bone dry when i just got it changed. this couldve caused serious damage.

If negative stars were available, it would be more accurate! We have gone to this location since we owned this car for oil changes. We lived and worked close, so it was convenient.The last oil change made us wonder how long we were getting ripped off and put in danger. Or was it only when I, the female half, took it in for service that we were taken advantage of by the staff.A friend was replacing our A/C fan before a trip and decided to just make sure everything under the hood was okay, since the fan was filthy and probably the reason for it going bad. What he found was a disaster waiting to happen.The air filter was half way in and backwards. When he checked the oil, it looked like there never was any oil put in it. It was empty and the stick was dirty. This explained our Check Engine light being on; where we originally thought it was the gas cap not sealing. The oil change was only a month prior with many more miles to go on it, before another change was necessary. It looked like it had not been done for a very long time.I recalled going to the grocery store after leaving this place and the hood was not properly shut. If it flipped open at a high speed traveling home on the interstate, it would have caused a serious, if not fatal, accident. Our friend gave a possible excuse of the guys being busy, but I was the only one there.Seeing the bad reviews here now, makes me question how this location can stay in business. Seeing the good reviews makes me question if you are safe on the road with the shoddy work that goes on here.We will never be back! We paid for a service that we never got at least once. Our car and more importantly our lives were put at risk. Originally, we were just going to go back and demand proper service at no charge, but we did not trust what the staff would do to retaliate. We felt warning others would be better. STAY AWAY!

VERY impressed by these guys. Was calling around to check prices on oil changes and the man who answered the phone was so helpful I decided to end my search and give them a try. They were very thorough, and I never once felt like they were trying to sell me on anything I didnt need. Will definitely go back!

Been here before. Felt like the hood and the service was horrible. Thought I would try it again. Bad idea. Two employees. Both unprofessional, disrespectful and lazy. One employee walk so slow from inside to my vehicle I thought he would fall down. Then, like he was about to do me a favor, mumbled what do you want?. I answered An oil change. He then, in another unprofessional tone asked if I had been there before and I responded yes followed by ..but Ive decided not to do business here. As I was backing out, the other employee, who never stepped out of the garage, and never hsard the conversation I had with his buddy flipped me the middle finger. The owner should fire both of them.

They do not know what they are doing. Told me they could not change my manual transmission fluid. They have done it before. It says right there on the sign that they do it. He also wouldnt rotate my tires because they have wheel locks. Do not go here ever

EXTREMELY fast. The staff was able to explain some things but not quite perfectly.Something strange about this place is: they want you to simply drive up into the garage directly. This just felt a little weird to me but I suppose thats alright. It was a slight annoyance to walk in, then have to walk out and drive my car around and come back in.

The first point of contact for a customer at your business should leverage confidence.After asking about a tire rotation and oil change I had absolutely no confidence both request could be achieved without issues. The representative used the word “should” in response to several of my questions. “Should” does not inspire any degree of anticipated success related to any endeavor. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere permanently.Customer acquisition and retention is extremely difficult in a competitive environment and I hope your business model has success.Regards

Absolutely phenomenal service. I cant say enough about this location! The new manager was incredibly nice and didnt pressure me into purchasing more than what I needed. He gave coupons to bring down the cost of service down $30! Not only do they change your oil but they clean your windows, vacuum your floors and put air in your tires. You cant beat that! Ask for Joe Bennett. He was a pleasure to meet!

Oil change was great, credit card stolen from inside car was not!

This place is terrible. I took my vehicle there for an oil change and tune up. They called me 2 hours later and told me they didnt have the correct tools for the tune up. After I picked it up, the check engine light was on and it was hardly operable. It cost $500 to fix their work and their customer service department told me I didnt have proof that they broke anything. The experience as a whole has been terrible.

Great, fast, and friendly service. Was able to get wipers replaced, an oil change, and tail light fixed in under thirty minutes for a good price.

Horrible service!!!!!! Spent over 4 hours there for an oil change and brakes! They were extremely slow. They were not very up front about the price. Ended up charging almost double what they quoted us. Would not recommend them to anyone and we will definitely not be going back!

We had a pretty unfortunate experience. We dropped off my husbands car for some repairs that had been planned and discussed on Thursday night prior to heading out of town for the weekend. Driving back on Monday from out of town, we called to make sure everything would be set for pick up once we got back. We were then told the repairs were not able to be completed. Our car sat in their parking lot for four whole days with no work completed, as well as not even a simple phone call to let us know. Had we known, we could have arranged to have a family member take our car elsewhere to have repairs done. Now were stuck on a Monday night with no car repaired, having to scramble to make travel arrangements for the work week and find a new place to have repairs done. In addition, after trying to get in contact with the district manager, Matt, to help resolve our issue, no response. Very frustrating and also very rude that we have yet to hear an apology for the lack of respect for our time and blantant mismanagement on their part.

Prices posted are easily negotiated. Question is why do they post such high prices and put the burden of experience on the consumer?
