Nice apartments and conveniently located close to IU campus.
Visited a friend living here, overpriced apartments needing maintenance. Hallway has mold in it, the apartment has a spot/separation on ceiling possibly from above unit maybe a leak. My friend has made multiple calls to get issues fixed 3 months waiting
Nice place to live.
The apartment office staff have been wonderful to work with as well as the maintenance team (maintenance guys are always funny and said hello to our cats every time they came). The apartments are spacious and, especially the master bath with jack and jill sink setup, loved that. Would recommend to anyone that doesnt mind being a little bit further from campus for the value,
From what Ive seen these apts need alot of work
Rent is pretty steep for the apartments sizes. Not the cleanest apartment complex Ive visited before. Kids have an extremely hard time getting on the bus because a lot of people dont stop for the bus and drive around making it very dangerous for the kids to get on the bus.
Ive lived at Knightridge for almost five years and I cant wait to leave. The other reviewer is correct that things were much better when it was owned by CFC Properties. The lamppost by my building has been broken and on the ground for over a year, maybe even two. Some of the lights in the parking lot only work sporadically, and although Ive complained, the light in my buildings entryway is always out. This means that it is very dark around my building and it feels unsafe at night. Many of the cars in the parking lot are in disrepair and never move, but management doesnt seem to care. People throw garbage all around the dumpsters and it lies there, rotting, for weeks. Most residents dont clean up after their dogs, some of which are aggressive. Management sent around a letter once about the dog poop problem, but never followed up, so they obviously dont care about that, either.Ive had several sets of upstairs neighbors since moving in here. The first ones, when CFC owned the place, were fine. Every set since The Legacy Group took over has been incredibly loud and obnoxious, and management has not responded in any way to noise complaints. The maintenance worker (Ive only ever seen one!) is very nice, but they need more people working with him. Its obvious that management only wants to spend the bare minimum on maintenance. Ive had many plumbing leaks and a couple of major appliance failures in the time Ive lived here, and these issues were much better addressed under CFC.The only reason that Ive stayed here is that I cant afford the rent elsewhere in Bloomington, but Ill be out soon. Unless they make some major changes, I would not recommend this neighborhood to anyone.
Was making delivery
Spacious rooms and priced right (backgrounds are manditory)
Good value just not the best looking apartments.
Handicap Parking limited
Cleaned apartments some were nasty but as for overall its not a bad place at all
Nice quiet place but maintenance isnt very good.
Horrible !!! They gave permission to the Bloomington Bus Transit for their layovers so you basically have a bus in your front yard at all times and it stinks!! It also parks in between the buildings in front of pool! What a nuisance 😣
Very reasonable rent and nice accommodations.
Really nice and easy bigger than expected
