I would never go through this company again. Outright stared you in the eyes and lied. Told me they would have to upgrade and give you the long spill about what they need to do and pay to upgrade to the standard of the homes these days and all they did was replace carpet and put mulch around the trees and trimmed some bushes and made almost $100,000 off my house. It says sold $140,000-$160,000. Everything else is the same from the pics. Nick never once contacted me directly as I was the one selling the house. Went through my daughter knowing I was the seller. The day he came out to look the house over, you could tell he wanted it and said I came here to buy as though he was bothered coming out on a Sunday. Really rubbed the wrong way. They deducted the house tax from what little I was receiving and then I receive the house tax bill in the mail. This was a home I grew up in and was in good condition and had some things that needed to be fixed as all homes do but they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. I held on to this home for 14 years after my father passed away and payed utilities, taxes, home owners insurance etc. with it empty. I would not have done that if this house was in bad condition.

Wanted to buy my house in Pearland for cash. I told them I would sell it to them for what I was asking for it. I told them if they would not meet my asking price do not contact me again. They contact me two more times. Third was the last time. They are not the 1st people to offer me cash. For my property.

BUYERS BEWARE! Make sure you have a good contract and a way out. Nic Knezevic is only out for himself and will screw you out of your money if he can. He was refusing to sign an extension for a little more time to close on a house I was trying to get a VA loan on. Then also didnt want to sign to end the contract so I could get my earnest money back. Knowing that I was a single Mom with an adult Down syndrome child because I posted a negative comment here....he just wasnt going to sign so that I would lose that money. He will likely reply to this saying that I called him and apologized for doing it and no telling what else. Which is partially true. Because I was going to tell him anything necessary in order to get my money back. And even then, I still had to go to an attorney and have my realtor threaten him with that and turning him in for his way of doing business. This guy is a snake in the grass and will take advantage of anyone to make money. Be very careful if you do any business with him.

Received a fair offer, closed in 1 week (I didnt think this was possible). I was able to stay 30 days after closing at no cost.

I found out with days to spare - I had been out of the country - that my home was facing foreclosure. Homebuyers sent me a card in the mail saying they wanted to buy my home. I called and spoke to a lady about my property. After a few minutes she asked if I would hold while she got an offer together. After being on hold for 25 minutes I hung up. Two days later she calls and says they are prepared to offer 350k to 400k for my house but they would need to see it first. We scheduled an appointment for two days later at 10am. She said Nik would call the night before to confirm the appointment. Nik called at 9am the morning of our appointment and changed the offer to 180k to 200k without even seeing my property. No way he would have made our 10am appointment so I wasted an hour and a half driving down for this guy to change his offer over the phone. His 180k to 200k offer is about 175k too low. They are a scam in my opinion. Do not trust them!!

Weren’t even going to come to my house and see it before dropping their price 100k from the promised range.Response-How do you quote 400-450 over the phone then say you’ll be there at a certain time and day to give an exact number, then never call to confirm, then I call you 5 mins before the appt and you say “I was just going to call you” (yeah right!) then tell me the number was in correct and it’s actually 300-350?!?! If you can’t “buy a house over the phone” then how the hell can you stop and estimate over 100k without even seeing it???? You got us on the hook, told us a number that would get us interested, had us spend three hours making the home perfect then you don’t show up to the appointment and drop the price 150k. THATS BAIT AND SWITCH! Sorry you’re such a poor company and you know NOTHING about our market.And for you people reading this, my house is in Bentwater on the golf course, 10 years old, and almost 5000 sq ft. 300-350k???? Ridiculous.Ridiculous company!

He will try to keep your money unless you pursue legal action. He tried to sell me a house that was unlivable, tried to hide that he home had foundation, electrical, and plumbing problems.
