Amazing driver, clean car, friendly conversation, extremely fair rates!!!!! Give him a good tip!

This company‘s driver just broke the windshield on my car when he passed us speeding illegally in a non-passing zone that had just been resurfaced with gravel and had a posted 30 mile an hour speed limit. After passing us he passed at least two other vehicles in the same manner.

Only company that would come out to airport when I arrived in Laramie at 8:15pm. Very professional, reasonable rates. Because he came out that night, I asked if he could bring me to Medicine Bow in the morning at 7:00, he confirmed via text and was there before I got downstairs to check out at the hotel at 6:55. Relaxing trip. Would definitely use again.

Great when they come through but 80% of the time they’re unavailable. Past 4 times I tried to get a ride they said they couldn’t do it edit make it past 8 times

Just finished our ride the driver was kind respectful and flexible. We were stuck without a car and he took us to all the places we needed thank you. To all the negitve reviews you have to remember they are busy and sometimes they maybe short staffed.

Tried taking on a loaded semi in a construction zone. Drove down shoulder to push their way in by force just to exit in a quarter of a mile. Dangerous and stupidCall office, didnt care!

Says 24/7 but when I call it goes strait to voicemail. I googled taxis before I left cause I know Uber isn’t popular around here after hours. I was depending on the fact that it was 24 hour. Now I’m stuck till morning.

Called a courtesy ride for a client. Driver lied to my client about calling me back to notify us she was at our location (can provide call record if needed). When driver finally arrived, the driver charged more than she quoted my client.

AMAZING JUST AMAZING.My car was ran off the road into a snowy ditch with me and my two children. I had to basically hitchhike us back to town in Laramie (on 34 or 24 from Cheyenne to Laramie) after people pulled over to push me out (which Im so thankful for!). I had ran out of gas getting out of the ditch so I had to leave it there still. Took a taxi back down there at midnight almost it ended up being WAY further than I thought it would be and the taxi driver was SO AMAZING she just helped me so much she was so worried about me and my two children. She got out to help me put gas in and even charged me way less than she should have!!!!! AMAZING!!!

They are NOT 24/7 and are unreliable and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’d rather walk 14 miles in the -40 below weather (which they let me do because they didn’t “feel like” giving me a ride even though I offered a $20.00 tip!) than ever give this business my money. Worst public transportation system in laramie!!!

We have had a completely different experience than the negative reviews below. The Laramie Taxi has been both super responsive AND on time. I would reccomend arranging a ride ahead of time for the airport and early morning rides. My wife emailed them 2 days before and confirmed the ride to Laramie Airport the night before and they were there on time for our pickup @ 5 AM. For a small town this is a valuable service and we were thankful for the prompt professional ride.

My car broke down this morning, so I had to call an emergency taxi. She was there immediately. A fantastic service to this town which I know I can always rely on. THANK YOU!

Lady is always out of town and always says she wont be back for hours. Me and my two kids cant wait in below freezing weather. I will never call again because its just a waste of time. Just because ur the only real taxi service in town u still shouldnt take advantage of ur customers.

I had to catch a 6:15 am flight out of Laramie. Called this Taxi company 1 week in advance and then again the night before to arrange a 4:30 am pick up. Both times they she said no problem. 4:30 came and went and they didnt show up and wouldnt answer the phone. At 5 am the owner/manager of Americas Best Value Inn gave me a ride to the airport.

Very nice guy who will go above and beyond to make sure you are please with his services. Highly recommend to anyone needing taxi service.

When the false reviews of Snowy Range Taxi are removed I will remove my review. This company has encouraged their customers and friends to down rate their competition. They also ran illegally until they were forced to comply. Again I will remove my review when ALL of their prompted fake reviews are gone from Snowy Range Taxi LLC.

Cant get a ride to work for the last hour... 24/7 my butt.. cant wake up for your job, dont make me late for mine... Ill walk an be another hour late, probably still wont get an answer by then anyways. Dont bet your job on it. Lol

Wow all I can say is if you are looking for a job dont call them or if you are looking for a cab company Im not going to use them when the owner is rude that is not how you say no we arent. What she should of said is sorry but we are not hiring.

Tried to call for a cab, lady answered said she was in Fort Collins and wouldnt be in town for a couple hours....definitely not 24/7. You have no other drivers? Its a Saturday night!

Not even operating for 6 months and already wrecked one vehicle.Lies to customers claiming flat rate and then charges them entry, mileage and wait fees backhandedly.Claims 24hr service and then doesnt answer the phone when he doesnt feel like it.I am not going to say out right this is the worst taxi service, but the actions sure do scream it loud and clear.P.S. When you show up in a creepers black car(the one in all their photos), then wreck it and start spinning a white SUV. I see a point worth stressing. Make sure the person you are to rely on to safely get you to your destination CAN DRIVE IN WINTER CONDITIONS. I reiterate an above point. They have wrecked 1 vehicle and are getting dangerously close to wrecking a second in under a year.
