I had got a key lock doorknob that took special keys. I stopped by and the guy behind the counter was very very helpful. He had explained to me that I could try 1 key and if it works I could come back for more. Because of all I have read on here I was faithful that they would work. They did and great, I had 6 made at one time and he thanked me for having faith in them.

Owner showed up as we were leaving. Actually wasnt opening his store. Just needed to do something. But he made our keys for us. Very nice guy.

Called first to see if I could get some duplicate garage lock keys made.Grumpy old man serviced me to say no blanks for the 1st key.Then made me a wrong key for the 2nd lock for me to have to drive back to get a refund.WOF Waste Of Time !Another lock shop had both of the blank keys in stock and made them up for me to work correctly with good customer service.Posted this review 4 years ago Reposted had to delete other account.

Ron at Fox Chase lock did a great job I lost my key for my glove compartment for my exotic car he made me two new keys in about 20 minutes at a very reasonable price I highly recommend Fox Chase lock they also have a nice selection of home safe s in their lobby I would have been able to buy a product there if they would have had a chair in their lobby Im getting up there in age 162 and standing for a long time bothers me but their service is supreme and I highly recommend them thank you tiger

My wife was locked out of her place of business. Couldnt get the key to turn. The locksmith solved the problem with a shot of WD-40. He could have sold her a new lock, but instead was honest.Also, every key I ever have had copied by them has been perfect.

I recently purchased an Sub outback with a bike rack sans keys to remove it. Ron conveniently and expeditiously made me keys allowing me to remove it and Im extremely happy.I highly recommend.

I needed to have a lock repaired or replaced. It was easy to make an appointment to have a technician come out at my convenience. The technician, Fred, came on time. He assessed the problem and tried a number of things before he replaced the lock itself. He was careful to check that everything worked well and as expected. The service call fee from this shop is a bit higher than some other places, but I like to deal with a local and reliable service, so the extra dollars may be worth it. The shop itself is full of everything key and lock and I have found service there to be quite helpful. Thanks to Fred for his good work.

Daughter got locked out of her room inside asked them to come and open it based on what Ron said $40 per lock. The man opened door and said the cost would be $175. Furious would never have told them to come out if I knew the price for coming out was. Need to work on communication skills.

Called to have a lock replaced for my business and like everyone has said before I got the grumpy unprofessional old man on the phone. I did not get the lock replaced because i was rushed to do it at that exact time or i couldnt be helped.

I called to ask for an estimate for a remake of a key to a car that my parents gave me. The car is not under my name, however it is my car. Whoever was in charge of handeling the phone had an attitude and was very rude and refused to give me a price, so that I can go back and tell my parents to go ahead and order the key. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor costumer service. Clearly does not appreciate business.
