I found this place on apartments.com as I was relocating from another state. Justin was super friendly, helpful, and communicative. He made my experience from start to finish smooth and stress free. My only negative is that the bathrooms were not cleaned before arrival. Management keeps tenets up to date through a portal, the grounds are well kept and community quiet. The location great, it is only 10 minutes from the Camp Creek Marketplace and there is a Publix plaza two minutes away.
Justin is wonderful to work with!!!! Im moving from another state and justin help out tremendously. He has great and excellent customer service. He went over every detail about the apartment. Unfortunately Im not moving anymore to ga, but justin help me out he is so wonderful. I want to give him 1000 stars!!!!!
Moved in recently and this was one of the best experiences I have had moving into an apartment. The staff is great answered every question we had and in a timely manner if you’re looking for a new apartment stop by you won’t regret it!!
My experience was amazing Angela is the best. She was very professional friendly took her time answering all my questions. This complex is very beautiful and well kept. Thank you Angela for everything 😊
We absolutely love it here, my fiance loves the trash concierge its always quite and the gate is never broken and I love the fact that the gate only allows 1 car at a time meaning any and everyone cant get it. And Ms.Angela is the bomb.
This is the most unprofessional property I have ever encounter. Other than the leasing gentleman who I spoke with, the Assistant Property Manager Angela, is so nasty!!! I stop by this location to inquiry about leasing an apartment. While speaking with Angela, she was chewing gum and kept laughing with the maintenance guy. On my way out, the leasing guy told me that he was only temping at the property and due to the level of unprofessionalism and structure, he was not planning on returning. Avoid this property at all cost.
I applied, paid the $150 app. fee. I went to their office numerous times with and w/o an appointment but nobody was there. I finally talked to someone in their office and I was told that my application could not be processed and that I might want to look into my credit report b/c I might be a victim of ID theft. Almost a week later AFTER I accepted an apartment elsewhere I was told that I was approved. I disputed the charges but they are citing that the app fee is non-refundable. Very unprofessional.
I have been living here for a year, and I honestly have no complaints. The apartments are affordable, they are modern, and its QUIET. I love that its off the highway, and in an area where there isnt much traffic. Its gated, which I love. The place has a pool, a gym, a doggy wash area, a car wash area, a playground...I mean, it really doesnt get much better for the price and location. I REALLY love the office staff. They are friendly, and knowledgeable. They keep the community engaged with special events and themes in the office all week. There is even an online message board for community members. Stephanie and Belincia have been AMAZING since Ive been here. I am very impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to solve problems. Did I mention the fresh baked cookies in the office everyday?! Also, I wanted to say that the maintenance staff is super friendly and prompt. Love, love, love it here. Everything has been so easy. Highly recommend.
My son and his roommate from Morehouse College lived there for (2) years.. They really love it, moved in during new construction, nice staff. Keeping the complex clean and quiet was there #1 priority.
This apartment management company is a whole scam. I moved out on July 5th, I had the apartment professionally cleaned. I was told by the office manager that she would send me a bill of move out charges after they inspected the apartment. They had my forwarding address and email address. I waited for a bill and heard nothing. On August 15th I received a notice from a collection agency that a balance of $488 had been put into collections by Panther Riverside Parc! Of course I called and talked to Calle who told me she would look into it and get back to me. Never heard a word. Two weeks later Im emailed a bill! With bogus charges! $215 for paint?? $90 for cleaning?? Not only did they put a collection on my credit report without ever sending me a bill, or invoice! But the charges are completely bogus!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
This community has gone down bad. Once I get an opportunity I’m going to post picture of just how bad.
1400+ for a 1 bedroom ? Yall seriously paying that for black appliances ? At least be stainless steel with an island . Then every year rent increases yikes .
Jump ship! Do not rent here! viewed the place this 10 months ago; Balencia was kind of helpful. I had some small issues, but.. I am excited with making this my new home.Saddens me to know that I have to pay a $250 dollar transfer fee to move from my two bedroom into a one bedroom when my lease ends August 2020. I was given information as to how one could prevent this fee... So there is a way... But... I guess they want to continue to gouge the community for money rather than offer great customer service. You would think that since you have a reasonable tenant in your complex with a history of paying rent on time and no issues you would want to keep them so that your not continuously trying to keep all units occupied. I too was put in collections I am disputing all the charges. I keep all documents and I am fighting this tooth and nail.
My experience has been great thus far. My leasing specialist Tenisha was excellent! She greeted me as I walked through the door, took me on a tour of the beautiful property and I was SOLD! I cannot wait to move at the end of the month! I feel confident that this will continue to be a great experience!
The staff at the renter’s office for the most part is professional, and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. However, there are some questionable tenants on the premises... aka Gutter Rats... The type of individuals who are not respectful of themselves, let alone others. I unfortunately live in close proximity to a loud hood booger heathen. BEWARE.
I take reviews very seriously which is why I would not complete one at the urging of the previous Property Manager, Jonathan a few years ago.I believe one should only pen a review after residing in a community for at least six months in order to give a true and accurate rating. My family and I moved to the property a few years ago and appreciated the friendliness of the staff (it’s part of the reason we chose to reside here). The Good: The property grounds were well kept, truck drivers were not permitted to park their trucks on the property, loitering around the stairwells was not permitted, and the slightest issue or problem was ALWAYS immediately reported in writing to the tenants. The Bad: Some units have structural issues which cause certain rooms to become warmer or cooler than others (depending on the season) and the walls are a little thin. There are also cracks around the crown molding in our unit (unusual for a fairly new property) and it’s obvious some corners were cut in the amenities in the units . Nevertheless, the property was ideal for our family’s budget and we felt safe.In 2015, the property was purchased by a new company and is now known as Panther Parc. The Good: The Leasing Office has been completely renovated, the outside of the apartment buildings have fresh new paint (not that the buildings needed it), the fitness center received a nice overhaul, and the stairwells also now have fresh paint (again, not that they needed it).The Bad: Some other additions to the property are not so pleasant which now includes an office staff who could probably use a course or five in customer service. Management no longer inform tenants in writing when there are MULTIPLE issues such as break-ins (more than 1 unit was burglarized simultaneously in one incident). The Ugly: Tenants were also not informed in writing when there was a MURDER in 2015. Also, when the property gates are inoperable we no longer receive written notification on an ETA date for repairs. Vehicles have also been damaged in the common parking areas and received little or no help from the office staff to hold those responsible accountable.Last but not least, residents are not interested in paying an inflated leasing rate to cover the cost of new paint, workout equipment, and leasing office renovations. We could probably accept the sizable lease increase if the upgrades went to the actual units.
My first choice worked out to be the best choice! I signed anothers years lease after plans to move back to Florida. This location is absolutely divine. Just 12 minutes from the office, 8 minutes from family and 4 minutes to the local Sandtown Pub serving exquisite delights for the sports enthusiasts. My guests all complement on the huge bathroom in my one bedroom and the additional trim and moulding at a competitive market price. Publix is coming soon! Quiet, secure, kid friendly.
It is a good place 2 live. My wife & I n-joy living here. They have & excellent staff that is ready 2 help u.
Such a friendly and warm staff. Maintenance is fast and efficient and the property is always well maintained and beautiful!
I viewed the property yesterday with Leasing Specialist Stephanie King. She wS awesome. Very thorough, took me on tour of property as well as 2 units. She was very pleasant and I’m looking forward to Panther Riverside Parc Apts becoming my new home.
I lived here in 2012 loved the apartments an staff an complamantary garbage take out
First of all I would like to say that the apartments are very nice, but OVERPRICED! Leasing agents are very nice when you’re doing the move-in process but are low key pocket ticks. They charge you for EVERYTHING! Move out process Is the absolute worse then they send you and invoice saying you owe for everything, even very small carpet stains after living in an apt for 15 months. Stay away from them unless you’ll looking to pay lots of money for very little! They’ll charge u $5 to replace a light bulb. Gate is open atleast every other week for repairs! Maintenance team is the bomb though!
The property is beautiful and I love my apartment
The move in process was easy and painless HOWEVER there is a serious pest problem since I moved in August 2018. Were very clean but somewhow there are gnats everywhere, roaches, water bugs, spiders, and bugs ive never even seen before. Im guessing no one has lived in this unit for a while and hadnt been treated for pest control before my roommate and I arrived. its very exhausting and annoying becasue these are supposed to be luxury apartments and its also too small for the price but I was desparate so here I am.
Lived here for years with no issues, now new management does not communicate well and has come in attempting to to do a full on dictatorship. Enforcing rules is what they call it, but in truth, they arent even taking time to get to know the people who have lived here or why they have continued to live here. They dont work with the residents and there have been break-ins since new management has come in. If it isnt within certain hours, you cannot reach anyone, and they also have changed the culture of the property. Too many kids now, which is disturbing what use to be a quiet residence for young adult professionals. I am ready to move as soon as possible. What you pay for, is NOT what you get. Do not move here!!!
Hella Fine Females Out Here ...Gas Man Out Here So Convenient
New Management: (Panther LLC) took over this property the beginning of February 2015. I have been a resident here since 2013. Since (First Communities LLC, mngt.)formerly known as (Astoria Riverside Parc Apartments ) sold this property to (Panther LLC, mngt.) there has been numerous break-ins, burglaries, and a murder on July 4, 2015 - a man was shot in the face outside building 5000. The property is beautiful; but you cant judge a book by its cover. Entrance gate is continuously inoperable. If your safety and your family safety isnt really a concern; then move here.
Since a change of management...two thumbs up 👍👍!!!
Belincia Weatherby is not someone that is not customer service friendly and is bias .. who does not know how to treat the prospective residence and should not be in a place of customer service. i would not recommend to this community to any families.
Best apartment to live at
The lady Courtney always has an attitude when someone comes in. Very unprofessional I hate even looking at her let alone speaking to her if you could avoid her I would advice it at all cost.
The community is nice and quiet. Nice locations. Maintenance fix things on time . But dealing with the Rent office is a major headache. Justin is always sweet and helpful but waiting on Angela to return a call or approve anything is a problem it’s self . Great place to live but dealing with the rent office have lots of patience.
