Tuesday we toured the Marquis Midtown and had the pleasure of being guided by the community director DJ Jones. I have toured the Marquis a few years ago and loved it then and decided to tour again with my cousin. The community is very big, consisting of multiple builds, price point is very much within your budget and the community is nice. The apartments are nice and come at a great price, there are different floor plans depending on what youre looking for. The B3 was my favorite, its a great size two bedroom, two bath! We got to see the community as a whole and everything was touched upon as well as all our questions were answered. DJ is awesome! Hes very informative and lets you know everything you need too about the community from top to bottom. He answers all your questions with ease and definitely knows his stuff. If youre looking for a new home take a tour with him and see if the Marquis is a perfect fit for you.

Moving/ moving day can be very stressful. Deborah and Tony made the process so easy. It was stress free and they welcomed me home making me feel great about my choice moving here! The location is great the apartments are a great size and open floor plans. I was given the grand tour and love everything about this place!

DJ is the best!! He is super nice, very informative and very patient. He makes you feel super comfortable & really sets an awesome vibe. I felt like I was part of the Marquis family/community.

DJ was an excellent tour guide. He told us everything we need to know about the apartments and more! We came in on a late notice but he still squeezed us in and showed us a couple of apartments! Anytime there was a problem he fixed it just like that. He keeps his community clean and presentable. His personality is just added the cherry on the top!The apartments are really nice and spacious and have great amenities too!

Christopher is an awesome leasing agent. He gave us a non scheduled tour of the community. We were actually thinking we were going to walk in a schedule a tour. But he worked us in and didn’t make us feel rushed. We left with all smiles! And the community is well kept too. Definitely on the top of my list.

I previously lived here about five years ago and loved it! Recently I accidentally placed an order online and accidentally had it shipped there. I called and spoke with DJ in the leasing office. He was very helpful and went out of his way to find my packages so I could pick them up. Thank you so much for helping DJ!!!

This is a wonderful place! Very convenient location. Units are beautiful with wood cabinets, spacious living areas and closets. The amenities look amazing and are available to residents at all times. The staff is very kind, funny and professional!

I’ve lived at Marquis Midtown for over 2 years now and have loved living here. I have lived in many different apartment complexes, but this is where i have felt at home the most. It is walkable, easy to get to the highways, and I feel safe. One of the reasons I continue to stay is the maintenance team. Tony and Julio go above and beyond and ALWAYS make sure I have what I need. So thankful to have them both here!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and had such a positive experience! I was new to Atlanta when I moved in and was nervous at first but I never felt unsafe. Commute was easy and quick since access to the highway was nearby. Maintenance and front staff were responsive and professional. I’ll miss living here.

I feel as though I did not give Marquis a true and honest review. I stayed at Marquis at midtown for over 2 years and I will give the PROS and CONS.For the PROS for the most part I enjoyed my experience there. If you are looking for complex that will give you a sense of community to meet new people that are young business professionals, is centrally located to various locations in the city with a dope pool atmosphere. This is the place for you.In regards of the CONS to the complex not all fault to the maintenance staff but I had several issues when it came to my AC unit and I felt as though rather then fully investigate and take their time to review what was going on with the unit constant Band-Aids were just thrown on the issue to temporarily resolve the issue. Where on another note they only have 3 maintenance employees on staff so when one person is out it will take longer for them to get to your problem based on its emergency and I feel as though this information should be provided to the complex or staff members should relay information to the resident who has a high priority task to better alleviate frustrations and concerns.side notesAlthough the apartments are nice the walls are thin as any complex is. Its a hit or miss to being around neighbors who are considerate of how loud they are during the particular time of the day but they have a courtesy officer to handle that issue for you as best as possible. I will let marquis know this Please review examine and replace the hot water heater in 2204 as I was told that the popping noise that has been occurring can not be stopped unless its replaced. I was able to deal with it cause I did not want to be anymore of nuisance to the front office and staff. To get ahead of this issue now Id suggest you guys take a look at it and replace it or fix the noise if possible.Overall If I could accurately rate this community it would be a 3.8 for the time that I stayed there. I met great people, built a community established my knowledge of the Atlanta area as a first time resident. I would suggest for them better communication from maintenance staff and more positivity from the front office when dealing with residents ( we can hear it in your voice and when you forget to put us on hold to speak to another associate) I know some residents can be way too needy but you have others like myself who expected at least meet us in the middle to get things done just the standard. We understand things are hard and we appreciate the effort you all do to try to make the community as best as possible.

There were a series of car break ins. Over a week later and management has still yet to notify residents about break ins. “Luxury” but gates and elevators are always broken. Do not move here if you value your safety and your money. Even their regional representatives are incompetent to deal with.

I currently stay here and I literally regret it. When I first moved in there was multiple issue I notified management and sent in. My keys to my mailbox was incorrect and my garage key didn’t work. Both doors to my front and bedroom door is broke . I’ve been putting in maintenance request for months. I contact management and they say the same thing over again. They tell me someone will be over but never comes. All they care about is your money, nothing is ever done or any good customer service. I rather move back in my dormitory or student housing then this piece of trash. It’s a great area but living wise is horrible! I’m pretty patient but this thy far has been the longest process. I’m can’t wait to move.

Very unhelpful and nasty . First and foremost when I went to visit the property on site I didn’t even have a proper tour or information. It was a very fast process and I was rushed out so quick that I didn’t even get the answers I needed from the leasing agent . However, my boyfriend submitted an application and one of the leasing agents I believe his name is Danthony was being helpful throughout the whole process. There was just an error with the bank statements that was submitted and due to a short time frame my boyfriend was denied because he didn’t send them in the time slot that they were supposed to be sent . Understandable, but he tried to see if he would be able to either re apply or work something out with management to see if there was something that can be done out of courtesy since he had already spent his money on the application and admin fee . I asked to be connected to the manager on his behalf so that we can both speak to them and the manager DJ was being distasteful and wasn’t trying to work with us at all . Completely shut him off and when he asked can he re apply his answer was simply no . No explanation of the the policies about re applying or anything just straight off belligerent. I will be giving their corporate office a call and hopefully no one else run into this problem with them.

Aliyah, Debra, and DJ were very helpful and respectful, and made the process easy, and the maintenance staff specifically byron took care of anything we needed during move in.

Kudos to one of my leasing agents, Dj Jones! I had a long distance move (over 500 miles), and was expected to arrive before the front office closed so that I could retrieve my key to my apt, but I encountered a few set backs that delayed my trip, and ended up finally arriving shortly after midnight. Fortunately, through the services of Marquis Midtown District, they were able to contact Dj, and he came out to deliver my gate and apt keys, which allowed for me to complete my move that night! Thats exceptional performance if you asked me 👍🏾

This is not only a great place to live but also have a great management team, when I called to obtain information I spoke to a lady by the name of Aaliyah and she was very professional, she answer all questions with a pleasant attitude. I love the location. The place is always clean and in a perfect location near all shopping centers and restaurants.

Management is nice, but not as diligent as they should be. You will have to send several reminders to get simple tasks done. Maintenance does temporary fixes rather than replacing faulty equipment, that could be due to the property’s frugality. I have had the same issue with my unit for nearly 2 months now and it’s getting frustrating. Nevertheless, the property is decent and typically groomed. There is occasionally trash and dog feces left around, but that’s because of residents. Luckily, the hallways do get cleaned and the higher the floor, the cleaner they seem to be.The mall room is a nightmare. If you have something of value being mailed, please use someone else’s address. This mail room makes your packages prone to every level of theft possible.The leasing office is still closed so all communication is done by phone or email.Parking requires a decal and if you lose that decal or get a new car and forget to switch it over, you could get a parking violation ticket or get booted. The replacement fee for this decal is also hundreds of dollars.There are way too many speed bumps in the parking deck and it is extremely narrow, making it hard for two cars to cross paths without colliding.The walls are thin. I hear my neighbors about 85% of the time.Fees are high snd come out of nowhere. I am paying more now than I was a few months ago for the exact same quality of living...For the area, I would say the units are fairly priced and spacious. Many floor plans to choose from. Just be ready to take the cons with the pros.

The only reason why I am giving this complex a 3 is because of the phenomenal maintenance crew. Especially Tony, the maintenance manager is always helpful and kind. As far as the noise travel from apartment to apartment and in the hallways it is ridiculous. The management team is quick to charge and complain about trash, parking, etc but cares very little about the mailroom, cleanliness and concerns that tenants have about pretty much anything. Not have call boxes to enter the building is such an inconvenience.

My stay here has been phenomenal! I enjoyed my unit, the amenities and the service provided by the staff. I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting to move to the Atlanta area!

I had a wonderful year-long stay at the Marquis Midtown District. The units are absolutely GORGEOUS. The views the provide are so wonderful and overlooking the sunset every night was unbeatable. The complex is a bit of a labyrinth, but it really makes getting your mail an adventure! The staff is absolutely SUPERB. Alex is one of the best people to work with at MMD, as she will put 100% of her (positive) energy into getting whatever issue you have resolved.Marquis Midtown has a diverse population of tenets, as well as pets, and everyone is super friendly. Its also really awesome to WALK over to the bars and clubs in a safe area too.Lastly, the maintenance and disposal, and after-hours teams are some of kindest, considerate folks on the property. Everyone truly takes care of you here.Overall, I would highly recommend Marquis Midtown District to anyone. It is a luxurious, comfortable place to call home!

I was recently at this property visiting a friend and doing some light apartment shopping. Im very impressed with the atmosphere, amenities, and location. This property is definitely at the top of my list!
