I have been going here for the last 4 months, Haley who is my electrolysis technician is absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional, gentle, caring and has an amazing personality (always smiling!). From the Beginning she has made my visits here very comfortable as I am usually pretty self conscious about my body. As for the rest of the Staff, Katrina the owner is incredible and I dont remember his name but the guy that usually sits behind the counter. They are always making people feel so welcome! For the quality service you get the price you pay is totally worth it, not to mention extremely affordable! I will be going here for quite a while and I am happy to support this local business!

Great place to go for this service. They provide more services than most places in this area. Super friendly. The staff here help you to feel very comfortable before, during and after the session. Somewhat pricey but worth it. Definitely going back.

She will answer all of your questions and make you feel as comfortable as possible. She keeps a very clean establishment. I am very happy with the progress on the areas I am getting done, and I will continue going to Katrina until I am hair free in all the areas that I want hair free. Since coming to Katrina, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I consider her a good friend after seeing her for an hour each week in the last two and a half years.
