Pros:- Very spacious and fantastic layout - large kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, storage rooms, etc.- Excellent maintenance staff who respond quickly to fix issues- Great location in the heart of Atlantic Station- Easy moving into/out of with access to a freight elevator under the building- Thick walls that provide good sound proofing between units.- Secure parking below the buildingCons:- Bad airflow throughout the apartment. AC works very poorly, the windows dont open, and its always stuffy inside the apartment in the summer. Regularly reached 78 degrees in the afternoon in our apartment. Issue was never fully addressed before the summer ended, so at this point its not an issue, but Im sure it will be again next summer.- Many of the residents dont seem to be respectful of their own space. They throw trash in the parking ramp, in the elevators, etc. The maintenance staff does their best to keep up.- The elevators frequently dont work.- No traditional apartment amenities like a pool, gym, club room, etc.- Fruit flies. There consistently seems to a be a fruit fly issue in the building. Not the biggest deal, but nonetheless.6/01/2021 Update: I recently moved out. However, prior to moving out, as the days were getting hotter, the unit actually was cooling pretty well! Also, there were no longer any issues with fruit flies. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to get my deposit back upon moving out. No complaints!
Wonderful staff. I was helped by Josh and his customer service is AMAZING! He answered all of my questions and made my “home hunting” a breeze. With his ability to help me through my process with ease along with his great attitude I’m more than certain he can help anyone find exactly what they’re looking for in their new home. I’m definitely recommending anyone I know who is in the market to come visit this location!!!
I recently viewed this place with josh the leasing agent he was extremely helpful with showing the loft and explaining all details of the loft to even down to the history when this was established and very knowledgeable on the area around the location of the loft. I am a traveling nurse and this was a very good experience and I can’t wait to move in. With staff like that I felt like I was in good hands. Thank you Josh for being a blessing.
How can I put this!!! I really love my loft the view is everything and everyone in the office was very helpful. I had a minor problem in my guest bathroom and the maintenance team went above and beyond to fix the issue. Josh and Crystal are both very helpful and they made the application process very easy. I also added someone to my lease and Crystal went above and beyond to complete it the same day. I highly recommend this building it’s the perfect location!
It’s been a struggle for me to find a decent place to live these past few months and I can say Josh and Crystal has made this experience for me the best so far! They communicate very well with me are are good about getting things done on time! Definitely recommend moving here! 😄

Why is this building in the heart of Atlantic Station and so nasty and dirty? Why does the owner not keep this property up? The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, the elevators cleaned and just an overall general cleaning with daily upkeep. I left that property and immediately signed a lease at the Twelve Atlantic Station. A difference between night and day.Lovely lofts but it is apparent to see management and ownership take no PRIDE in the appearance and up keep of the building.
As a vendor, I often look forward to the moments where I work with a property manager who literally makes my day. Crystal is ALWAYS happy, professional, and she treats the residents and her colleagues with the upmost respect. Easily one of the very best and a joy to work with!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lived here and still have many acquaintances in this place and they are all moving out because of all the air bnbs. This place has been going down for the past 6 months. Trash everywhere !! I was in the office the other day and I see there is a change in staff. Who is the little sissy with the attitude ? This place once had classy professional people in the office.....what happened.

The recently changed there name, this is why you only see good reviews. This place is disgusting. For the last week, building 10 had not been cleaned. There are spills and trash littering the lobby. I called the leasing office, and they stated that their groundskeeper was out, and therefore trash was not picked up or the building cleaned for the past week. This is unacceptable. Everyone that works on property is responsible for the look and feel of the community, not just the groundskeeper. The leasing office was in building 10 until it was moved to building 11. They took all of the items and decor from the lobby, which is fine, but they also took the trash receptacles, which means there’s no place to discard garbage. Since the office was moved, they have neglected building 10. I have tried reaching the corporate office, but you cannot leave a complaint on the website. I called the leasing office, and it’s still filthy. I have attached pictures of the trash and spills that have accumulated, and have not been picked up or cleaned.
The maintenance guys, Gabe and Cliff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They came in and quickly completed the task while maintaining complete professionalism and providing quality work

*update* dalton, a manager within cf real estate reach out to me after this review and issued me an emergency refund which I have received. Glad to see that they made it right. It seems as though every person I dealt with in the original situation is fired so that is a good sign!I had the unpleasant experience of attempting to move in here this summer. I originally requested a showing and the gentleman that assisted me (who no longer works there) was kinda snooty. He was my point of contact during the whole process. I applied for the lofts and had a specific move in day I needed because of logistics behind starting a new job and that timeline. The week of the gentleman said that the manager was out and couldnt approve my application for me to move in. This resulted in me needed to find emergency housing for me and my dog because I now couldnt move in. Afterwards, I emailed the gentleman and he stated I would get my money back minus the admin fee, which would have been a refund of around $350. He assured me my check was sent. Two weeks later I followed up because I never received it. No answer. I then found out he no longer worked there. I spent hours calling management, regional managers, etc. The area manager said the property manager wud handle it. I called the property several times, twice a day, and after day 3 finally got someone to answer. Katya was incredibly rude. She told me that the manager was not available. I asked to speak with her again. She asked me what it was regarding and seh can help. I asked a third time she said I know who this is and she wont be talking to you. I said so your telling me I cant speak to your manager she said that is correct and HUNG UP ON ME. I am a professional and in my life this has to be the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to work with. I couldnt to try and call the regional manager but he never would respond to my messages. All in all, 17th Street Lofts and CF Real Estate Services practice ignorance and stopped answering my emails and calls in regard to my refund. I urge you to not live here or attempt to because of the lack of business professionalism and shady business practices from both companies.
So I only toured this location and never lived at it. But we never met our tour guide despite having an appointment. Inside there is no ceiling just metal bars as if it was construction in New York City. The doors to all the apartments look like the doors to some of the bars in buck head. One of the entrances was under construction and had a bunch of dirty tissues and used water bottles thrown everywhere. With all the friendly staffs and apartment complexes around Atlantic Station I wont botherAlso I know that all these places create fake reviews, but that does not make it right - look at the attached picture. This is regards to my experience with Carlos A Wood. From the beginning 9/27/18 I let him know I am looking for something with a city View. He notifies me theres a loft coming available soon 10/15/18 and that I should fill out the application soon as I can because theres other people looking at the same unit. I called back on 9/29/18 which Carlos was not in that day and spoke with Amanda, she then lets me know that the unit is no longer available. I still call on Monday 10/1/18 and asked again to make sure that the unit was still not available and Carlos once again lets me know that in Fact it is available. Carlos send me an application to fill out, says its for a different unit but will switch it out because there was something wrong with their system. I go ahead and fill it out and got approved. Carlos called me on 10/4/18 and lets me know that the unit is no longer available and will not be because they are selling the units. After going back and forth with these people, evidently there was a miscommunication problem within in each other because they kept giving me wrong information. I still wanted to give them a chance and got offered another unit in which Carlos says will have a good view without a verbal affirmation that the unit would be $300 more. Carlos went ahead and sent me the application and thats when I come to find out that I would have to pay more. Still so confused I call him, very upset but respectfully I ask why he had me fill out an application to a unit that was not available from the beginning, because Amanda had told me so. I believed his word so I did fill out the application, he was not aware Amanda had notified me about the unit no longer being available and he still said the unit was available. He tells me that the unit was not available because he had assigned it to me, but I had not started my application and I know that it is not possible to assign me to a unit I have not even applied for at the moment . I felt that he lied to me, which no one in business dealing with people should do. The whole mix up was very irritating and not necessary gave me wrong information and then wanting me to pay more for a unit is just bad business in my opinion. Carlos tries to explain his reasoning to why he said what he said, at this point I want to speak to Jeffrey the Manager and let Carlos know I have already left a message for him to get back to me. Carlos rudely says I dont know when he will return your call I felt that he was rude and he couldve said something else. It was very unprofessional and got me very upset once again. At this point I just need to get my application fee back and not deal with them at all.I am actually looking at the 17th lofts Atlantic station and they have really good units, one that in fact has more square footage and is cheaper. I will also have access to LA Fitness and thats something I am really looking forward to. I have been renting luxury apartments for more than 4 years and my experience with Carlos Has got to be the worst one thus far. Im not sure why he felt the need to be rude or lie to me and that is why I felt the need to write this lengthy review. No one should receive that type of attitude or have be lied to period!!

I called the property on Friday (July 26, 2019) to confirm the hours on Saturday (July 27, 2019) and to ask their availability for 2 br units. I was told they had several two-bedroom units available. I arrived at the property at approximately 3:30 PM on Saturday, paid an hour on the parking meter in front of the building, as I assumed that it would take at least an hour to see the units that were discussed on the phone the day prior and/or sign a lease.I entered the lobby at 17th Street Lofts, hit the call bell and a very aloof, frustrated, abrasive sounding Male came across the intercom. I gave my name and stated that I was there to tour the two-bedroom units that were available. He responded: We on lunch. I was a bit taken a back by his attitude and because I had intentionally waited to come to avoid lunch time, but it was approx. 3:30 in the afternoon. I said, Okay, well when will you return from lunch?He went off the intercom for a minute and came back and said, 4:20. I said, Well, what time do you close. He said, 5:00. I thought that was a bit strange to take lunch an hour before closing, but I went and sat in my car, so that I did not lose my parking space. Around 4:15 PM, I filled the parking meter again and re-entered the lobby. I hit the call bell and asked the same male Id spoken with before if they were back from lunch? He said, Yes and buzzed me in.I entered the leasing office and introduced myself. He stated that he was Brandon. I expressed that I wanted to see the two bedroom units. I just wanted to get on with business at this point. He picked up some keys and then said, You know what, I just rented the last two units earlier today, you just missed them. He held up two folders and said, here are their applications right here. I was livid at this point because he could have said they did not have any two bedrooms at 3:30 on the intercom when he said he was on lunch. I questioned why he would allow me to wait nearly an hour while he was allegedly on lunch to see the units when he was aware that they had been rented earlier that day. He replied, I know...Im sorry. I assume he saw my expression and displeasure. He then stated that he could show me the leasing office. He revealed that the people in the unit next to the leasing office were getting evicted and he would be going to court Tuesday. He explained, that it was a unit just like the leasing office. Then he said, we wont have any units for another 60-days otherwise. He is the most disingenuous person that I have ever encountered.I told my friend who referred me, and who lives in the building. She stated that he was lying and he was probably too lazy to take me on a tour. She indicated that she was not certain why he was still there, because everyone thinks he has a bad attitude. She said, We are going to call Monday. We called bright and early on Monday. Guess what, Brandon stated that they had 2 br units available. We called again to be certain and was told by a lady who stated that she was the Manager and that they had two bedrooms available at that time for rent. But, Brandon said no units would be avail for 60 days. So, from closing on Saturday to opening on Monday you have several available units? I conclude that BRANDON is a Big FAT LIAR! So uncalled for....
I tried multiple times to view the property. Two no shows and a rude person later I was allowed to see a unit. It wound up being the leasing office which I was not allowed to open any door to actually see things. The entire process was poor and rude. The place was a mess and smelt of pot. If this is the service you get when they want your business imagine how bad things will be if I actually rented.
Technical foul. Called and made an appt online to tour the available properties. When arrived the leasing manager acted like I made a mistake in booking and asked if I was in the right place because they had a resident event...ahh no ma’am. I know how to follow directions and arrive on time. Very inconvenient. They need to upgrade their appt system and ensure that when speaking to someone that calls that they can actually show the property. Bad taste in my mouth for first impression.

Update :Updating as the recent change of staff has caused a few headaches. I feel like it’s not intentional but everytime I go into the office they have a slight attitude. Maybe I’m not friendly looking enough but other residents have mentioned this and I’ve seen them be rude to the former staff. Some things should be handled behind closed doors and not said in front of tenants who work hard to live here. Everyone else would be so cheerful. I miss that.If the service and attitudes improve I will update again.Old review:Ok. THIS WILL BE LONG AND THOROUGH.So I read the reviews before moving but went with my gut instinct. Most of the reviews seemed to come from ppl who arent used to city living. As someone who moved from SoCal where one bedrooms are 2500$, this place is a godsend. Im in the dreaded building 11. Im not sure if its bc Im on the top corner but noise is non existent. Only time I hear something is if Im in the hall or downstairs in the guest room. And even then. Its rare. Theres a slight gap on the door underneath and on the sides. Get a draft stopper on amazon for $10. Problem solved.In regards to cleanliness. Ive seen the occasional chicken bone in the elevator and the floor has been sticky ONCE. its a shared building. Ppl make messes. I work all day and by the time I come home its clean. Never have I seen a mess go for days here. The halls are relatively clean as well.My fobs work flawlessly. In both buildings. I have an extendable keychain so I dont have to take it off my key ring going on and out of Atlantic station. If you ever have an issue theres 24 hour concierge. Theyre super helpful.Ive never experienced a street sweeper and Im on the side with the bb&t. In fact I barely hear outside noise . Even if I did um hello. ITS THE CITY. You want pure quiet go to Henry county and buy a house on a few acres for 300k. I was living in Los Angeles who has the largest helicopter fleet in America and even though I was paying 30k a year for a shoebox I learned to deal with it. City. Living. I dare yall to complain to Fulton county about this. They will laugh at you in your face.Packages are handled by luxer lockers. You get a text and email when its ready to pick up. Its located in the same building office as the leasing office is now. This can be slightly annoying as not all delivery carriers like to do their jobs. I stayed at home to accept my mattress delivery and despite giving detailed instructions AND my personal number. They still delivered my 90 lb mattress to the package room. This is not 17th St lofts problem tho. This is a courier issue. Your regular mail goes to the mail room in your building.THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS my neighbors smoke and it can get into my vents. I also think the previous tenant smoked and it was in my walls. WHAT SOLVED THIS WAS an ozone and ionizer air purifier. They rang from $60-$150 on amazon. Scrub the air with the ozone (you hAve to leave until its done and dissipates so I run it before work) then run the ionizer daily. Once every day or 2 I run my hvac fan so the air cycles thru my main filter. Im getting a nest so it can be on a timer and I can monitor my usage. Again. I come from a city with the worst air quality in America. This isnt a huge deal to me.I was advised building 10 should be converting to condos and the leasing office will be in building 11 starting next year. Not sure if this is still the plan but it may help solve the few truly minor issues.Amanda, Carlo, Jeffrey are all amazing. I called not knowing how to do a maintenance request and JEFFREY HISSELF PUT IT IN IMMEDIATELY. they came the next morning. Very nice people.So yay. You made it to the end of my review. In summary apartments are what you make it. City life has pros and cons. Atlantic station has a lot to offer. New restaurants and events are coming. I love it here.
Brandon in the office is unprofessional and unresponsive. I have been trying to make an appointment to see available units for weeks. Does not follow up.
