I lived here for 3 years and had the best experience. Clean, everyone working here was professional and helpful. Would recommend everyone to look at City Plaza if you’ll be living downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay here this past year. Staff were professional, and very accommodating. Maintenances were wonderful and responsive. The only issue I had was dog owners not cleaning up after their own dogs. Its kinda hard to track down the owners if were unable to catch them in the act, but at the same time this place was adverted as no pets allowed (and I highly doubt theres this many service dog in this apt complex as I have one myself who goes everywhere with me). Overall great experience, very secured place with key fob for access to buildings and parking deck are paroled by security guards (Shadow is an awesome security guard and really interact with residents).

I’ve lived here for a year and know many people who are or have lived here and we’ve all had a great experience! It’s clean, maintenance gets things done quickly, the leasing office is incredibly kind and receptive. It’s a great option for anyone who wants to live in the downtown area!

Great community in the downtown area. Within 15 minute drive to almost all major grocery stores or necessities. Theres a MRTA stop less than a 10 minute walk away as well. The staff is very kind and responsive. I really enjoy living here, I have no real complaints. Its really unbeatable for the location and price.

My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed living here. Staff is super friendly. (Shoutout to Shadow, Tawana, Saundra and Stan!) Whenever we have a minor maintenance issue, they show up either on the same day or the next. Were moving out soon to buy a home, but this is a great place to rent, esp. for students.

No real issues until escalating the issue of birds flying into my vent and scratching at the walls from the inside. An entire year and a half of this and hearing we have to bid on contractors. or contractors only come out once or twice per year, well put your apt. on the list. i was told this ticket was closed because the contractors came and completed their work...yet nobody made sure they they actually did their job?? makes no sense. Now that Ive personally driven to the corporate office and applied pressure, Ive been getting the biggest run around and dealing with management trying to cover their butts. This isnt a bad place to live but once you bring a real issue to management and they actually have to work, you literally have to stay on their tail. Ive always been the one to have to reach out while awaiting responses. of course now that im bringing this to higher power, they want to appear as if they are handling things. NOT BUYING IT! when asking about how i can be accommodated, the result from the corporate contact (who was the previous office manager btw) was him trying to see if he can help. everyone in that office clocks out and goes home at 5:30. your residents actually live here 24/7.Water leaks through blind fixtures when it rains hard, Light bulbs constantly go out and flicker. Yet i get the whole spew about how they try to find the cheapest 3rd party contractors or products to complete requests. That was WAY too much information to tell a resident in my opinion.Update as of 11/6 - The vent was cleaned out and the huge nest in there was removed, but the job was not complete due to inclimate weather (understandable) and was given a timeframe of the 100% completed job. of course the contracted company wasnt back on the day the office promised so Im still waiting with an uncovered vent, and now a big A** squirrel came in and called the vent home. Worst living situation ive ever dealt with which could have been solved by simple common sense and basic customer service. Very poor communication, almost as if they never expected someone to become this fed up and dont even know what to do at this point. Horrible professional behavior ALL AROUND THE BOARD. nothing against the contracted company, this all falls on office management for trying to cover themselves before it went over their heads. Still waiting on am email I sent to get confirmation of my name being put on a list to move my apartment when one comes available. It was said verbally but I know for a fact thats where it stayed so I put it in writing and now Im sure my names nowhere on any waiting list. just horrible service and I barely write reviews but had to for this issue. not fair to your residents at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience. They are so disorganized. They lost the original lease we signed so we had to sign a second one, lost my parking pass form so I ended having to pay more for parking because it was submitted late since I had to redo it, and we signed a release form to move out early but they failed to tell us we had more to sign and pay for it to be binding. The leasing office themselves told us we didn’t have to pay until we moved out, which apparently is not accurate. They did not even inform us of all the other paperwork we had to sign to move out. Very unprofessional and unethical. Called my roommates repeatedly asking about my business, instead of just speaking to me. Charged us more fees to move out because they failed to tell us we had to pay the original fees and sign more papers for the early release form to be effective. Overall one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. Would definitely not recommend. Its not worth the stress. Our apartment’s windows were also covered in spider webs, the blinds didn’t work and actually FELL ON ME and cut me, all lightbulbs in the bathroom went out a month into living there, and our toilet didn’t even work because it was clogged from past tenants. Save yourself the trouble don’t stay here.

I am so happy to live in City Plaza. Its a great location convenient to downtown, several college campuses, the major highways, and the MARTA. The security in place is topnotch, and I always feel safe in the parking areas, courtyard, and building itself. The staff in the leasing office are incredible people - very helpful, kind individuals. They made moving and settling in a super easy process. I would recommend City Plaza to anyone who wants to get the true downtown experience in Atlanta!

City Plaza is located in a convenient space. I love that it is right in the heart of downtown. However, I think that due to its location it attracts pan handlers and some uncleanly residents. But my apartment is gorgeous. I love the kitchen and my bathroom. Also, they woman in the office whos name starts with a J, I think is Johanna is very sweet and helpful.

The people are friendly, the apartment are well kept great condition. In the 18 months that I lived here I had no problems with noise or any other problems. Packages are secure. Again, I am big on customer service I really like living at City Plaza because of the great customer service. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to help which is special to me. L used to live at this place for two years and the units are old. They just repaint over everything instead of changing out the cabinets. You can literally hear rats moving in the walls. Also in your unit faces the street have fun listening to all the traffic congestion in the morning. The fitness center is a joke. There were a few treadmills and half of them were broken. Also the free weights were missing weights. The location is decent but you’ll literally deal with traffic every time you leave and come home.

My experience at City Plaza Apartments has been great. I love the location of the site as well as the customer service from JMG management. Recently, the apartment complex switched management employees, which has made my stay so much more hospitable and fun. Great place to lay your head. Check them out.

I have resided at City Plaza for over 5 years and been highly impressed by managements dedication to customer service. The manager is very hands on with any concerns, the office staff quick to assist and the maintenance team, fast, friendly and thorough. Apartments now-a-days are 4 walls and a roof; what differentiates one from the next is the attention to detail, as provided by the management. For this, I can whole-heartedly give- City Plaza my highest recommendation!! Thank you Jamy, Kendra, Armando, Alex and the rest of the team for making my stay pleasant!ShareAdd a photo

If you want an HONEST review, read this!!!!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I thought this was the perfect place to live because it was in a convenient location, but shortly after multiple problems started to occur. My bathroom sink and kitchen sink was clogged up multiple times for many reasons unknown. My actual kitchen flooded twice and my water in my unit stopped working for a few days before actually being fixed. I am literally not over exaggerating, but I started to hear mice rambling in the walls around 6am-9am EVERY SINGLE MORNING. The walls are super thin so you can literally hear every single thing that goes on outside. I heard several homeless people screaming at night, the garbage truck would literally wake me up every single morning because the noise was so loud. I would often see small bugs and when contacting maintenance about it, they had the audacity to blame it on me and my roommate insinuating that we were nasty but they werent roaches that we saw, they were actual spiders! Spiders are not attracted to house food. You want to invite people over? THINK AGAIN!!! There are literally 4 guest parking spots for your guests which are ALWAYS taken on the weekends, other than that you have to pay or find a parking spot somewhere close by on the street which is always impossible on the weekends. Pets are not allowed and the apartments reasoning is because theres not enough space for animals to poop/pee outside but the apartment building directly across the street allow pets and City Plaza has more grass area than them. The icing on the cake was when my car got BROKEN INTO and my personal information/debit cards were stolen and there was nothing that the people in the parking deck could do because the cameras are too old????? are you serious. This place looks nice but it comes with a lot of issues, they care more about making sure the court yard has new flowers planted versus actual things that needs to be fixed. I would suggest finding other cheaper apartments online. DO NOT MOVE HERE.!!!!

Looks nice but this place is awful. The staff is incompetent and rude. The parking here is awful and instead of coming home and feeling relaxed it just brings me stress. I am unfortunately stuck here now and am looking forward to moving out.Edit: dont believe the owner below my roommates had nothing to do with me hating this place. It is in a very terrible location if you enjoy feeling remotely safe. Someone was shot in the parking deck while I was still living there and in comparison to where I previously lived there is nothing fun around just government buildings. At least in my old place I could walk half a block and be in Inman park with things to do
