I randomly scheduled a guided tour not expecting too much. I could tell from their website that the property was new, nice, and had all the bells and whistles. What truly made me fall in love with Piedmont Heights was their assistant manager, Tim! Tim was very knowledgeable as he showed me around and made me feel as if I belonged there. I left excited about becoming a tenant there. A few days later I decided to apply and Tim held my hand through the entire process! I’m super excited and looking forward to moving in, in August.

I have been living at this property for over a year and it has been amazing through and through. My husband and I met with Timothy and he showed us a unit and it was love at first sight. Everything was perfect from the floors to the white spacious cabinets to the stainless steel appliances. The community features many amenities including a beautiful pool, a club room and a sky deck. Perfect for hanging out with friends. They have mixers from time to time so you can get to meet you neighbors and have events for all holidays. The property is secure and so we are extremely comfortable. Maintenance is quick to respond for any issues we have had from changing the filter in our fridge to changing a lightbulb. The grounds are properly kept and are always clean.The staff is simply amazing. Timothy in particular has gone above and beyond to make my husband and I comfortable in our apartment. Nicole, the community manager is always a phone call away and every other staff member that I have met have been super helpful. We have recommend AMLI to members of our family and will continue to say how wonderful it is to live here.

Ive been living here for over 2 years and I have to say I feel very comfortable here. Despite the crime increasing in the Buckhead area, I do feel safe in living in this complex. The office staff is very nice and they really go out their way to assist you with any issues you may have. Keep up the good work!!

My boyfriend and I were on a day outing looking for apartments and stumbled across Amli on accident. I was so pleasantly surprised how great the property looked. It took us about 30 minutes to decide that this is where we wanna live. When we moved in, the apartment was SPOTLESS, everything looked wonderful. The Amli team is amazing and always address any issues that you may have. Everything is kept tidy and clean in the public spaces. The noise in the surrounding areas is okay, If you live in apartments theres always going to be some noise, you just cant escape that. The only thing I wish was different is the deepness of the pool, it only goes to about 3ft 6in, which I get, Liability issues and all that. But all in all, great community, great staff and a wonderful place to live.

Beware of discrimination!!!!!I was originally approved for one of the apartments. Upon being approved, I was told to provide proof of income by providing paychecks stubs. After receiving my pay stubs, they still wanted additional income proof. So I provided them with my tax returns as well as my tax transcript, however that still wasn’t enough. They denied me because I couldn’t prove my income. Which is completely BS! I gave them 3 forms of proof for my income including my IRS transcript. They never called to verify my employer or anything. I had to drive 3.5 hours for them to tell me that I wasn’t approved after calling and emailing all week. I would not recommend this property! I seen a few reviews about discrimination but I overlooked them. I could’ve saved myself the trouble.

I have lived at Amli Piedmont Heights since it was built back in 2016 and I have lived in three different units. My experience overall has been great! Nicole and Tim have been the most helpful with all my needs, genuinely nice and always willing to help. The neighborhood looks great, flowers are replanted every season and the neighborhood overall stays clean. There have been some issues with the deck gate, but this has promptly been resolved and the last time the gate broke, a security watched was hired to patrol who was coming into the resident deck, which I thought was great. The neighborhood gym could be a bit better, but it has enough equipment. Apartments are very spacious for the price and the area. Overall, I would recommend anyone to move here.

Tim was amazing as he assisted with a tour. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He is great!!

Very bad experience.once I was threatened by someone with a gun to enter the building and despite the police report no communication has been done to the residents and the gates remained open.There were intruders and burglaries almost every month despite the camera system which is just here for the show.The apartment community doesnt care about you until they need you to pay something. The community manager on-site changes almost every year so there is none reliable to talk to, and you have to tell your history every time to be considered. There is no follow up on requests.The apartment was nice at first but after living 3 years here I had no choice than left the residence. The building is not well maintained, there were cracks on walls and ceiling, leaks from the roof. Despite sending tickets to maintenance they were just coming - into my apartments when They wanted - to observe the damages, give a quick paint over it and thats it. It looks like they only have the paint to fix everything! I also had an issue with a fire alarm, the alarm has never been replaced until I left the apartment.I really do not recommend living there.

Our move from nyc was last minute and applying to lease with Amli Piedmont Heights was quick and easy! The amenities is great and we love our apartment. The location is perfect and minutes away from Midtown, Buckhead, and Downtown.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I am renewing my lease. Angie, Tim, Nicole, and the whole team is amazing. The apartment layouts are beautiful! Hands on the best maintenance team!!! The walls are a bit thin. They had some issues in the parking and they fixed it. The gym and amenities are great. I would recommend top floor if you’re noise sensitive.

I was considering moving here until my friend told me about an incident that happened here a couple of days ago. Someone got their car stolen at gun point right outside of my friend’s apartment and they did NOTHING. No communication was put out, no cameras, nothing. My friend is a guy but that’s still very scary for him. They need to accommodate their residents and do better. I drove past and the building exterior is a dump. Random people walking around everywhere and lots of car break ins. I suggest not moving here too.

I moved here from Kennesaw almost 5 months ago. I can honestly say I love it here. It was super easy going through the application process because the portal is user friendly. Tim was/Is the man. Even though he was on vacation, when he returned he made sure to respond to my emails. I put in a work order for a couple things and got a same day fix. Yeah there have been a couple things happen in the surrounding area but thats just Buckhead period...has nothing to do with Amli. Somebody mentioned the car jacking, yes that did happen but, again that was outside the complex. I just happened to walk out there when the cops were there because my car was parked 2 spots behind that car. Now I dont park back there anymore I park in the gate, the apt complex is not responsible for that. There was some communication sent out about that a little later also. Overall I love it here and I am happy with my choice.

Ive lived here for about a year and although Im moving out, I would live here again for sure. The apartments are beautiful and get a lot of sunlight and this apartment has the largest gym Ive seen to date. My only critique would be the noise level - be aware of that if youre considering this place.Although Im giving the complex itself 4 stars Id give the staff 5 stars. Particularly the manager Nicole. Nicole is a personable, efficient, and extremely compassionate person and if shes here while youre here youll be in good hands. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding a deal when I moved in here and Nicole worked to resolve it much to my surprise. Shes handled every issue Ive had with care, class, and grace and will undoubtedly make you feel like youre at home.

We have been living at Piedmont Height now for 4 years and have nothing but positive feedback to give about the leasing office. Every question or concern we have, Nicole Brissett has handled in the most professional and timely manner. She has gone over and beyond in every interaction with her, and also follows up, even when we forget. There has not been 1 issue that we have not been able to each out to leasing and not receive a response. The maintenance team has also been awesome in addressing any inhouse problems weve encountered during our stay. They follow covid protocols, are respectful and efficient with their work. Thank you AMLI for always accommodating our needs!

The apartments themselves are nice, and the rent price is attractive. Management is responsive and friendly.However, noise must not have been a consideration when building these apartments. I think the apartment above me has had two different tenants since living here, and they have both sounded like elephants and blast their music all day. I can hear whatever theyre doing. Ive complained at least 10 times, and either the residents above dont care, or management is lenient with rules. I realize most of us are working from home right now; Id just expect residents be more respectful of everyone else.If you do rent here, do NOT rent an apartment along Piedmont Rd. The traffic noise is INSANELY loud, and youd be surprised at the noise even in the middle of the night. Id prefer my old apartment near the Amtrak station compared to the traffic on Piedmont. Rent a unit facing the courtyard.My recommendation, while these are decent apartments; if youre working from home still like me and like quiet, rent an apartment in a high rise with cement floors and double-pane windows.

My roommate and I recently moved out of this apartment complex and I would like to shed a light on what is to be expected in regard to follow up, response-time, and professionalism. I lived here for a year on the second floor, on the side closest to Piedmont Road. Originally, everything seemed peachy; the amenities were diversified, the location was ideal, and maintenance was quite friendly, as well as, prompt. Although, there were some luxuries with living at this complex, there were some cons as well - the price rose continuously and subtly until we moved out (premium charges and minute charges were added without notice or explanation), the package room was always inaccessible due to the IPAD being broken, the location was quite loud with homeless people and constant car noise, the traffic is rather heavy, and management lacks the initiative and time to respond to charge disputes. IF you decide to move here, make sure to keep receipts, photos, and evidence to support your viewpoint and ensure that you are not charged for something that is not accurate. I have provided photos of correspondence to show how they respond to your concerns. I wish you luck on your apartment search. and please choose wisely!

The absolute worse experience during my apartment search. They use a company called Resident Verify to run credit checks. Apparently, this company gives false credit information to their management staff. After my first dispute with them, my application was re opened and APPROVED after being denied because of Resident Verify’s misleading information. I then payed 150.00 deposit and then submitted my last 2 paycheck stubs from the company that I currently work for. I work remotely and do not work in an office. We are in the middle of a PANDEMIC. I then receive another email stating that my income couldn’t be verified. That doesn’t make any sense! Management didn’t even take extra measures to try to understand why my income couldn’t be verified. Most leasing agents will ask for some additional proof of income, bank statements, referral from current landlord, etc. They brushed me off and quite frankly, I’m glad. I’m sure I would have ran into other ridiculous issues down the line. AMLI management is a joke and they all need to be re-evaluated. Don’t waste your time and money, so many other nice places here in Atlanta! You’ve lost a good tenant who has never been late on rent at previous properties!

My husband and I had a great experience living here. The office staff were always helpful, the hallways and amenities were kept clean, and the apartment units themselves are much nicer than other complexes. The unit had lots of storage space and a nice pantry as well. The parking garage is also nice and plenty of guest spaces. Lots of green space and a dog park nearby for pets. When we had to move out early, the office staff was understanding and offered a reasonable reletting option. The only cons we experienced were a hiccup with move-in (the unit was not done being cleaned in time, but we were still able to move in same day) and the fire alarms would go off randomly on occasion which could be very irritating at 3am. However, as far as apartments go, I would still give it five stars because some inconveniences are to be expected. Also, not a lot of hidden fees from what the prices are shown online.

Hands down, this building offers great finishes and amenities at what I would consider fairly reasonable rates, especially with incentives.The staff is very friendly and personable. I settled on a floor plan my first visit, but the availability dates, and exposure of the units I saw didnt quite fit. A few nights later, I noticed a South facing unit had opened with suitable move-in date. Visited the next day (yesterday), and asked to sign the lease then and there and I felt like my leasing agent was excited for me as well! But was reminded Id have to do it online. As I was on deadline to tell current landlord of my renewal plans, she reassured me that she was sending me an application to finish online and that this would take the unit off their website.My mistake was not checking it immediately, and telling my landlord I wouldnt be renewing before finishing the application. However upon opening the portal to complete app, it said my selected unit was not available. Called leasing agent back to see what was what, and low and behold she had made a small mistake and sent me the same application on a different unit that I had started applying for but decided against because the exposure and move in date were again, not ideal. During this few-hour period of time, a current resident there applied for a transfer and took the unit I wanted off the market. My agent again assured me that she did not think this tenant would be approved and that they were just waiting for his paperwork to confirm this. She promised to call me before EOB.Well, its been 24 hours and that unit doesnt show as available. Not a word via phone or email since. However, I do not understand why a more-than-qualified prospective tenant should bear the brunt of a leasing agents small mistake. I would have hoped for this agent to sincerely apologize and rectify it, or at the very least not leave someone in limbo. Sadly, not the case. This was a real mistake, that cost me hours, that could have had real ramifications. Fortunately, I was able to take another unit in my current building. Really wanted to like this place, but this style of management is not promising in my humble opinion. Based on other positive reviews, lets assume (hope!) I am the exception.

I am so happy with my decision to reside at Amli Piedmont! Angie is the BEST!!! She helped me find the right apartment, worked with my budget and was with me every step of the way. She took time to call me on her off days to make sure I had everything I needed for my move. I relocated from NYC to Atlanta during the pandemic. I definitely see myself staying there for years to come. Thank you very much Angie!! I highly recommend this residence.

One of the best decisions Ive made moving wise for me and my family. I love my apartment.. the staff have welcomed me and my family with open arms.. We are new residents at AMLI Piedmont Heights. The Staff and Management are awesome! They are the friendliest, caring, efficient and professional we have had the good fortune to know. Especially D, Maintenance Manager and his Team, JEREL and CURTIS.When we moved in and performed a walk - through check of everything in our beautifully refurbished apartment, a few things needed attention, I felt. They made a list and reserved time In their very busy schedules, to effectively attend to everything, from the smallest to the largest item on my list. Along with our very friendly neighbors, they are becoming Family for us. Move here! You’ll love them! You’ll love it!Kudos to Miss Nicole, the Complex Manager! She has hired and maintained great Staff and looks out for her Residents ♥️ !!!

This is a nice apartment for starters but there is a huge lack for privacy. The maintenance people and leasing people have keys to your apartment and they will enter with out your permission. I Have came home and found people working in my apartment with out my knowledge.money has been missing, someone used my toilet and left tissue on my restroom floor. I’ve notified the leasing office before about this problem but they still remain to show a lack of concern so Beware before you move here that your privacy will be invaded and if you refer a resident to move here it’s going to take almost 6 months for them to send your referral check.

This is one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. I recently moved out after 2 years (i can’t believe i renewed after year 1) and i can tell you that everyone is extremely loud and rude.there’s constant parties and loud music at all times of day and night. 2am, 3am parties happening Monday through Friday. Security is non existent and the security officer takes 30 minutes to answer calls (and most of times they don’t answer back). Elevator is always broken too and takes weeks to fix. Now that I’ve moved out i also got charged 200$ for carpet stains (which is false and i have a video that shows it was left in excellent conditions) and another 150$ of mysterious sewage and water fees. Horrible horrible management. Trust me - spend your rent money somewhere else.

AMLI Piedmont Heights is amazing overall. The amenities are grade A+! The building was extremely clean and minutes from many restaurants and clubs for nightlife activities. The floorplans are spacious with amazing views as well. But to top all of this was the EXCEPTIONAL customer service and knowledge from Alecia!! Trust me.....ask for ALECIA!

I visited this property recently, hands down the most Amazing apartment complex I’ve ever seen. The staff was even better. The apartment was gorgeous very spacious and up to date. I cannot wait to move in. They have a pet spa, gym, business center, pool, courtyard. I’m so in love with this place. I highly recommend.

The elevator was reserved and we didnt have any problems finding a safe place to deliever the customers belongings.

Horrible experience. If I could give less than a star I would. This apartment community, while having great amenities, uses those amenities, gets you in the apartment and stops caring until they need something from you. However when you need something, its on their time and theres a complete lack of a sense of urgency. They have cameras in their parking deck. A month and a half ago one of their carpet contractors hit my car in the parking deck and they have video footage to prove it with the license plate. My insurance company cannot complete their investigation because the management here still has not been able to release the video despite there being witnesses from the staff. Why? Because despite telling me three times that they are going to follow up with the courtesy officer here on site to complete the police report (which we filed as soon as we heard), it still has yet to be done. Be cautious when choosing this apartment community. Hope that nothing goes wrong. Because when it does, be prepared to be disappointed.

Ive lived here for a week so far and absolutely loving it! I put a service request one day and maintenance was here later that afternoon. They are so responsive. I love the amenities and the apartment so much and I feel very safe in this community. I have been dealing with Thomas from the very beginning and I must say --- a big reason I even chose this apartment complex was because of him! He is super helpful and friendly. I look forward to living here!

I moved into Amli Piedmont approximately 3 months ago and I absolutely loved the community! Tim was the first representative that I worked with. He was very diligent in understanding my needs and finding an apartment in my range and with my preferred amentities. Unfortunately after a month of living there, I did not like my chosen unit, because of the proximity to a highly frequented road. I called the office and almost same day, Jennifer was able to find me a new apartment to transfer to. Despite my circumstance, I am pleased with my experience at Amli, simply because nothing is perfect but a genuine effort is given from everyone in the office, and they are willing to advocate for your specific needs and go the extra mile! I would highly recommend.

Best apartments ever!!! I have lived here for almost 2 years. I love every thing about this place from the layouts of the apartments, to the decor and everything in between. The complex is extremely well kept, 48 hr guaranteed maintenance is a plus, and you definitely can’t beat the location either. The staff are amazing and always willing to help. They’ve become more like family to me over the years and we have the best conversations whenever I stop by. If you’re looking for apartments in the area, definitely consider AMLI Piedmont Heights

Thomas has been so helpful in the entire process of finding me the perfect apartment. I recommend working with him ! This is the worse place that, I’ve ever lived in since, I’ve been in Atlanta, ga. First off, when I first arrived at Amli Piedmont Heights I fell in love with the place, because the ambiance was simply beautiful. I thought that this would be a great place for me to relocate being that I love buckhead so much. I WAS DEAD WRONG! I moved at this apartment complex on 2-19-2017, and within 5 days, I’ve experienced the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I literally had food thrown on my windowshield on 2-21-2017. From a resident who was upset that, I mistakenly parked into his reserved parking spot for a few minutes. I would have rather he towed my car than to have acted out, and threw food all over my front windshield of my vehicle. The security officer left a note on my car giving me a warning that this was a reserved parking space. Which was understandable, but I was only parked there a few minutes while taking items in my apartment. I contacted security, and management in which NOTHING was done at all. I was notified not to park in a reserved parking spot, and that they spoke with the resident regarding vandalizing my vehicle. Nevertheless, further action should’ve took place with my vehicle being vandalized on the (FIRST) day of this incident. Then just (1 DAY) later the trunk of my car was (KEYED) and scratched up. The resident who threw the food on my vehicle, I know most definitely scratched my car being vindictive. Like how do someone feel the right or even have enough nerve to not only vandalize a vehicle ONCE, BUT TWICE? I was told since we (DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS) on each floor in the parking deck that (BOTH VANDALISMS) wasn’t recorded to identify WHO ACTUALLY DAMAGED MY CAR! How is that so when the resident who parking space, I was in was irate, upset, and yelling at security about me being in his parking space? Now I thought that we had surveillance on each floor of the premises, and that we had a really good security team that are on duty. How is it we have security that patrols late night, and my car becomes VANDALIZED TWICE? There are incident reports, pictures, a police report, and memos of all of this transpiring, and still NOTHING has been done! I will not live in (FEAR) of thinking that my personal property will be vandalized due to people that I DON’T EVEN KNOW being malicious towards me. They did allow me to break my lease, because PER GEORGIA LAW when a tenant feels unsafe in an environment and have been violated. They are allowed out of their lease term without any penalties or fees especially if they have PROOF of the incidents that may have transpired. I asked about my car being compensated and I was told that is what car insurance is for. So you tell me why I’m paying rent in a (GATED PARKING GARAGE) on this company property that they WILL NOT COMPENSATE the damages that occurred on their property? The management here are SUPER FAKE SO PLEASE know that (STEPHANIE MORRIS) in (MANAGEMENT) will turn on you, and when you have an issue she will NOT TAKE CARE OF IT as my situation. She will be very nice in the beginning, will lie about resolving issues with other residents, and will act as if she is doing her job when she IS NOT!.The other manager (EMILY SANDBERG) is very unprofessional, rude, has a nasty attitude, and MOST OF ALL SHE IS (PREJUDICE) so if you’re a African American she will most definitely MISTREAT YOU speaking to you in a strong tone, and will (NOT TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING FOR YOU). Beware of what may transpire if you where to live here at this property seriously. Now I have to pack my belongings, with a scratched up vehicle that was (VANDALIZED ON THEIR PROPERTY), find another place to stay that is more fitting, and do this all over AGAIN! The end result was they allowed a resident to commit a (CRIME TWICE), they didn’t act on it, and now I’m (FORCED TO MOVE) within 5 days of moving in. Now ask yourself would you want to live at a place spending your hard earned money to be mistreated, discriminated upon, have your personal property vandalized, and nothing gets done about it?

Brandon has truly being amazing. I am looking forward to living here for the years to come. Even before I decided to apply for the apartment the 2 times that I came Brandon was absolutely amazing. He showed me like 7 different apartments and help me with the decision on making sure that the one I chose was perfect for me. I had a terrible experience with my previous apartment complex and trust me when I tell you that they really take care of you. When I arrive on my first day of moving Brandon left some amazing balloons and a special gift from the office. It is the smallest gestures that count truly. I have a great feeling about the apartment and so far Im on day 4th and things are amazing. The apartment although its small its very well put together for its size and the bedroom and closets are amazing. I looked for over 3 months to find the perfect place and I must say this is it. The views are incredible, the cleaning hallways, parking lot and not to mention the walking distance to everything. Ask as many questions as you like you will not find another good place like this one .

I have lived here in AMLI piedmond heights for over a year and a half. I love it here. The amenities are great and the staff is professional and friendly. We are in a prime location, pretty much in the center of everything in Atlanta. Highly recommend it.

I moved into AMLI Piedmont Heights in June of 2018. My experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing! I work from home, so I am here all the time. The team does an amazing job of keeping the place clean. I was working with Thomas and he was absolutely amazing and made this moving process so easy! He is extremely professional and personable. The office team is also very nice. Brandon helped give some awesome recommendations and references for decorating my new place. I was most worried about the noise and foot traffic of the area. But I absolutely love it here and have had no issues of anything. The other residents are very kind and a very diverse group of people. I don’t often write reviews and think that I am hard to please. But Thomas and his team have definitely WOW’d me. I will definitely be renewing my lease for another year!

Lived here for 1 year. This was my first time renting and it has been enjoyable. Maintenance team is on point! They responded to all of my requests immediately, literally within a day. My move in experience was a little interesting. I didn’t get the apartment that I was shown but they were able to change to another apt that I liked in a timely manner. Management is very attentive!The amenities are great and they really try hard to have events for the community. They have sent out notifications for a few incidents of crime that occurred in the bldg but so far I have been fine. They have increased the number of cameras throughout but I do think they need onsite security. I am sure they can afford it and it would add an extra level of safety for the community. Because it is a pet friendly bldg, you will have some sightings and smells along the way. They tend to clean it up quickly. In addition, I do feel sorry for the staff that have to clean the trash room. Oh and I must say...not a bug or rodent in sight for the entire year! Overall, a very positive experience. Thomas and Brandon are great!

Phenomenal complex! Always clean, staff are friendly and extremely accommodating, and the location is ideal. Even when youre not home, the staff is sure to look out for your place and dog. Overall, I love this complex and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Nice amenities and apartments. Better than anything Ive lived in thus far. The atmosphere is kinda dorm like as far as the people presence so if thats not what your looking for.... You can hear everything through the floors and ceilings which seems most likely a construction issue. Overall I like it and maintenance has been wonderful!! Walking distance to almost everything so A+ on location!

I love the apartments but theres a huge RAT/MICE INFESTATION on the ground level on Adina Road! Theyre doing an awful job of rectifying the problem, so its only a matter of time before they begin finding ways inside. I used to love sitting on my patio and walking right out to the street, now Im terrified!

Best mid-rise in Buckhead! I love my apartment! The staff is extremely friendly and I love all of the events we have. My favorite was the wings and beer event. I love the convenience to the Lenox Mall, Kroger, and all the night life! Definitely recommend this property and all the amenities!

My wife and I lived here from Dec 2016 to Feb 2019. Over all we’ve enjoyed our expirence.Pros: In our opinion the units are well designed and look great. We used the gym, pool, and other public spaces quite a bit. The staff does a good job of keeping the property clean and they usually handle our service requests within 24 hours. We believe the units are appropriately priced and we love the location. Overall we have always felt safe in the community.Cons: The construction of the building invites noise. You may hear your neighbors next to you and you’ll probably hear them if they’re above you. Our storage unit was broken into, but we didn’t have anything valuable in it so nothing was stolen. Once in a while the elevators are out of service but that doesn’t happen often. Moving out was like pulling teeth but the staff eventually accommodated us.All in all we’re happy with Amli and their property management. If we ever have to rent again they would be at the top of our list. We recommend this property for anyone looking for reasonably priced, relatively new construction in the Lindbergh area.

I ve stayed at Amli Piedmont Heights going on two years.I love it here. The apartments are beautiful on the inside and out.I enjoy all the amenities from the gym, the business center, club room, rooftop, and pool. Most of all I love the staff. Friendly and always helpful.

Had spilled sage on the carpet when I lived there. Was charged $256.00 for carpet replacement and they started it was pet urine on the carpet. Which was false. Paid fee. Not pleased. No photos of attempt to clean carpet just bill.

Poor security and constant car break ins. My car was broken into in the visitors parking right out in front of the leasing office. Nothing was stolen because I don’t leave valuables in the car but they did destroy my already broken center console. I assume they thought it was locked and something valuable was inside, but really it’s just hard to open. They completely broke the handle off. I usually park on the street but after seeing glass where other car windows were broken, I thought it would be safer in the garage. I was mistaken. Step up your security! At least get some cameras throughout the garages!

Overall customer service is very good and amenities and facilities are very well taken care. However, if you are sensitive to the noise, then u may consider another place. You will be able to hear the steps of the person who lives above and the noise of the person next to you all the time (I think it is a construction issue). If you live by the swimming pool, it may be a bit quite during winter but since the temperature raise it gets over crowded and the noise is disturbing if you are studying or just working at home. If u call they may respond but still people screaming and eventually music gets on again, it may become tiresome.

Constantly trashed, dog feces and pee everywhere, packages never get scanned so you cant ever get them, and loud tenants and smoking everywhere. Trust the bad reviews over the good ones. Its literally really sketchy theres been so many good reviews recently when the complex has gotten worse and worse. Management has attitude problems and is inefficient, and the tenants are even worse. There are security issues as well. Maintenance however is really quick to respond which is nice.The good reviews are really misleading, please rent with caution here.

The staff is the biggest issue with this place. Its a lot of just passing the buck from one person to the next. Dont take their word for anything and keep following up with them in regards to their claims. Its way too much back and forth work to be worth living here.

Cant wait to move. Staff sucks never ever answer the phone you have to go to office. They make up random rules and treat adults like children at price point for rent we still are treated like high schoolers. They should focus more on break ins and not coming in the apartment once a month. Car was broke in twice office did nothing grounds are dirty. No vaping allowed or a 250.00 fine. It truly is a over price apartment. Im moving to icon.

Basically like a Buckhead college dorm.Pros:- Friendly office staff- Prompt maintenance staff- Really nice amenitiesCons:- I lived in the Lindbergh/Buckhead area for 6 years and lived at several different apartment complexes and this is by far the noisiest complex in the area- The apartments are nice but are constructed very cheaply, you can hear the footsteps of the resident above you 24/7, you can smell the marijuana through the walls of the residents next to you, and you can hear all the traffic outside the complex- Not a place to live if you are a young working professional, more so for college students and people that like to party... gets very rowdy at timesIn summary, the place is too expensive to have to deal with the cons.

I moved into a 1 bedroom here at Piedmont Heights just about a month ago and let me tell you, it has been an amazing experience so far. The location cannot be beat; 5 minute drive to Lenox mall, 5 minute drive to Piedmont Park, 7 minute drive to the Buckhead area, and RIGHT next to the highway for easy access to I-75/85, it doesnt get much better than that. Brandon, in the leasing office, made sure to find the BEST price to fit my budget AND schedule a tour around MY schedule. He also provided me with his personal contact info after I signed my lease, in order to make my move-in process easier. This complex is incredibly clean, due to the fact they have a full cleaning staff on property EVERY DAY to clean the entire property. Also something to take into consideration is the LEED platinum certification of the building (100% green). The amenities are beautiful and relaxing. The noise cancellation through the property is also an amazing attribute when living in the city! If youre looking for the BEST location at the BEST price, and the most friendly staff, this is where you want to be!! I will publish further review throughout my living experience.

Here is a complete and honest review of Amli Piedmont Heights. In order to set some background, I have lived on the property for over a year and a half.Pros-Great Location-Relatively decent pricing for the area-Modern Amenities-The Maintenance Staff is Excellent (shout out to Justin!)-The leasing process as well as the lease renewal process was smooth and seamless-Overall nice apartments, a peaceful place to live for a young professionalMinor Cons-Noise in certain parts of the building (to be expected in such a large community)-Pet droppings and urine in the elevators and hallways on occasion (also to be expected in a community that welcomes pets, also I believe management has created an initiative to address this)-The smell of Marijuana in common areas on occasion (also to be expected when living in such a large community)#1 Con-Managements Response to CrimeThere has been some crime within the community and surrounding area such as but not limited to (vehicle break-ins, storage room break-ins, package room break-ins, apartment break-ins, etc.) Amli Piedmont Heights portrays itself as an incredibly safe community due to its key-fob technology and on site security staff. However, it is not as safe as it appears. My apartment was broken into in the middle of the day and my front door was kicked in. I had a multitude of items stolen from me and honestly the entire experience was traumatic.I do not blame Amli Piedmont Heights for the crime, after all Atlanta is a big city and crime is bound to happen. However, I do fault them on their response to crime. They pick and choose what to notify their residents of and what not to. Following the break-in in my home I requested that they send out a notification to all tenants so that they could be preventative as far as purchasing a home security system or taking other precautionary measures. They assured me that a notification would be sent out. However, no such notification was ever sent out. I followed up about it multiple times because I did not want someone to go through the same traumatic experience. They continued to assure me that a notification would be sent out. I understand that bad press is a real thing especially for an apartment complex, so I personally suggested that they send out a generic holiday notice stating that there is a rise in crime around the holidays and people should consider security systems for their apartments, not leaving their cars unlocked while they have them running due to the cold, etc. They told me that this was a great idea but they sent no such notice out. They have sent me no update on my request for a notification and it has been almost a month since my original request. Giving people a false sense of security by not disclosing important crimes that could affect them (or at the very least encouraging safer practices based on the results of those crimes) is dangerous because it keeps people from being preventative and is a lose lose for both tenants and management.Overall I would recommend this apartment community and will continue to live here because I love all of the pros listed at the beginning of this review and now that I have learned the hard way that the burden of safety and security lies on me I have installed a security system and havent had any other issues. Thus I encourage others to do the same. I believe newcomers will have a positive experience here if they take extra safety measures rather than solely relying on the security the complex provides.

My first few months living here at AMLI Piedmont Heights were great, hence my original 5 star rating soon after moving in. I was truly looking forward to calling this apartment my home for years to come.HOWEVER, the fire alarms alone have caused me to decide to not renew my lease. My 15 year old dog has been having been shaking the past few nights due to the trauma from the loud fire alarm, and now for the first time in 15 years she has to sleep on the bed right next to me -- something she isn’t allowed to do because I can’t sleep well when she is on the bed.Many current residents can agree that youll never experience a fire alarm that is louder than the ones here at AMLI Piedmont Heights. They say theyre trying to fix it but obviously it hasnt happened. If you want to live at a sane place where you can feel Home, well this place is definitely not that.And whats up with the staff changing so often?

I have been living at Amli Piedmont for over a year and my experience keeps getting worst. They keep switching Office staff and some of them are horrible. This place is poorely managed.They never reply to emails or calls! I was charged Month to Month fee for 2 consuctive months eventhough I renewed my lease well in advance. Due to the month - month fee charged by AMLI the balance on my account went below 0 and was charged Over draft fee by my bank.When I asked Amli to Credit the month to month fee back to my account, so I can avoid the overdraft fee they said they cannot do it.I regret renewing my lase and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Never to late share. 4/2017 I want to compliment Amli Piedmont exceptional service during a scary moment for me. I was inside of my apartment and began to feel faint. I live alone and decided to call 911 and the leasing office. I informed Stephanie of the incident and she tried to keep me engaged in conversation via phone. To my surprise, I learned that Emily and other staff (maintenance I apologize I forgot your names) immediately responded). I was not conscious when Amli Staff arrived, but they locked my apartment after I was transported to the hospital. When I returned home from the hospital, Stephanie unlocked my apartment doors; Emily followed up the next day via phone call to ensure I was feeling better; and the maintenance worker came to check on me. On a separate occasion, Evan responded. Im feeling much better these days, lol at home (Amli Piedmont Heights).Thank you ever so much!

Horrible customer service!!!! Idk who is training the employees in the leasing office but whoever is needs to be fired. They are understaffed, one man was racist I sat there for about 20 minutes just sitting in the leasing office as soon as a younger white women came in the man not only acknowledged her but stood up to help her with what she needed. As soon as I saw that I left. I will never move somewhere I am not wanted

HOA is disasterous, mail is constantly stolen from locked mailboxes and nothing has been done about it, the pool has been under construction for months in the middle of summer.
