I truly love living here. I’ve been here for almost 5 months and Emily for one, who was the original manager was amazing. Kingsley, who was apart of the maintenance crew was truly amazing as well and I was sad he left. However, Camden replaced him with Mario and Joseph. I love them already and they make living here worth while. And let’s not forget Trent and Anesa in the office. Thank you guys.

I’m a current resident at Camden buckhead square! I absolutely love the community! It is always clean and quiet! I have lived here for about 8 months now and have no complaints! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful, notably Trent in the leasing office.

TrentHe was very helpful and he has great hospitality. He gave a warm welcome as soon as we walked in the building. He gave us the ins and outs and was very detailed about the property, it was a great tour!

Anesa and Trent at this location are superior. From my tour about a month ago until move in, they were both attentive, quick to assist, personable, and over all pleasant to work with. Not only is this a great location but the staff I’ve interacted with so far here are phenomenal.

I did my walk through of Camden Buckhead Square, with Trent D. He was awesome. He showed me a model of my apartment and all the exciting amenities. He answered all my questions and even set up an appointment so that I will a block of time to use the service elevator. He was on top of everything. He was very professional and didn’t rush with the walk through. I have had the opportunity to speak with Anise which is the Apartment manager, she is very professional and made sure she was available for questions which made the application process a breeze. AMAZING!!! As soon as you walk in the energy is everything. My tour guide Trent did a fantastic job showing me what life is like living here. He was so thorough and transparent through out my whole entire process from the initial phone call all the way till the end. The management team here is phenomenal and it shows. Camden absolutely chose the right team. I’m so excited to be a future resident here. Definitely ask for Trent or Anesa.

I enjoyed my tour with Trent today. He really went into detail about the apartment homes I checked out and also answer all my questions. Really like the property. Trent was very nice and did a good job at showing us the different floor plans we were interested in. All questions were answered clearly. The staff just put you in a good mood and the apartments are nice and clean.

I recently ( over the past weekend) moved into Camden Buckhead Square and I must say I couldn’t be more happy. From touring the apartment to actually leasing it, the staff ( Anesa, Austin, Trent) here are amazing. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and customer service is paramount. I MUST give a special shout-out and thanks to Trent, he was in front office over the weekend while I was moving and although everything seemed to be going wrong ( on my end—u haul, transporting, etc.) he went above and beyond to accommodate me during the process and even checked on me the ENTIRE weekend to make sure I didn’t need anything. They definitely have the RIGHT people in front office!!!

I changed my apartment # a few times before I signed (which is super annoying... right!?), but they maintained amazing professionalism and always catered to what I was wanting. I am SO happy with my apartment choice (again, thank you to the amazing Camden staff for their insane patience) and I cannot wait to move in in a few weeks. Cannot say enough good things about Camden Buckhead Square--Ive only lived here for three months, but everything has been as good as I could have asked for. It is absolutely miles ahead of my previous apartment.Everyone in the leasing office is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly -- I am greeted by name every time I walk through the office. The lack of staff turnover brings a lot of comfort as well.All of the amenities are as advertised and very well maintained. The halls and common areas are always clean. The staff clearly takes great care to ensure the community is well looked after.Being across the street from the police station obviously is a big advantage for safety, but all entrances are very secure and every hallway has multiple cameras.As for the apartments themselves, they are absolutely great. Appliances are new and fully functioning -- great induction cook tops, full size washer-dryer, everything you would expect. Big fan of the interior design as well, great open kitchen with granite counters, spacious bathrooms with plenty of light. Great dark plank floors in the kitchen/living areas is a nice touch.If a unit is available, jump on it.

Vayla (the main maintenance lady) at this location is simply amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, always goes the extra mile, very communicative. Tried her best to find the root cause of any issue explains it to the tenants fixes it and follows up with. As someone who runs a business myself I could not ask for better customer service. Great human being. Thank you for fixing my AC and everything else.Great community. The managing staff Emily and Sam are Quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable and are doing their absolute best to keep everyone happy. I have been with Camden over 4-5 years I believe and with Camden Buckhead Square a year. I love it here.

My wife and I moved here sight unseen and have loved it here... so much that we have signed another 15 month lease. When problems arise (as they will anywhere) they are taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance is great and staff and residence are friendly. I would highly recommend living at Camden Buckhead Square.

I relocated from 1660 Peachtree in Midtown to Camden Buckhead Square in February 2020. Having lived here for three months, I dont even know where to begin with why this property feels like paradise. Between my chic apartment, my fabulous view, high quality amenities, competent staff with a can-do attitude, easy access to public transit, and being located in the heart of Buckhead, Camden has most assuredly earned every one of these five stars.

Ive been here for nearly three months now and I absolutely love it! Shoutout to Fhani in the office who helped me move in. She is responsive and very helpful. I would also like to shoutout Kingsley who quickly helped me resolve my hot water. I like my water extra hot and he was so nice to come within the hour of my service request and got my water exactly how I like it! I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

My friend lives at Camden Buckhead Square and I went to go visit recently and was extremely impressed. Not only with the apartment itself but the staff! I was surprised to see my friend have such a great relationship with the leasing office. You don’t see that often so that was awesome! The apartment was so nice and the pool was amazing. I also had a secure visitor parking spot. Safe to say when my lease ends I will look into moving here! Loved it

LOVE the staff. They are kind, caring, and fun!! On top of the amazing staff the property is gorgeous. I did my fair share of looking at properties and this is the best, you get large, luxury apartments with clean well kept amenities for a great price. Plus being right across the street from APD makes me feel safe while walking my dog on and around the property. Glad I renewed my lease for the second year!

My brother and his girlfriend live here and I went to visit them while we were in town. On our way out to a local music festival, we walked through the leasing office. I was blown away to see the office staff knew them by name and were so attentive/kind to us all. I was able to meet the assistant manager Emily and she was very personable. I work in customer service so I was pleasantly surprised to see that customer service is extremely important to this community. I am happy knowing my brother is living in such a welcoming place! Thought I’d share my experience, it shouldn’t go unnoticed :)

I have lived in a handful of apartments- Camden Buckhead Square has been the best living experience, to date. Noe is always attentive to anything myself or my roommate may have a question or concern about. Noe always has a smile on making it a nice place to come home to. You can tell that Noe cares about his job and the people he supports in it. Maintenance has been a great to work with also. I would highly recommend Camden Buckhead Square to anyone of my family or friends. The security measures they have put in place here have made it feel like a super safe place to live, always nice when you live in the city.

A fantastic apartment in BuckheadNoe is one of the apartment manager who took great care of me throughout the process. I watched him enter act with someone on the phone and face to face, before assisting me and his enthusiasm made it easy for me to select CBS as my new home. The grounds and build are maintained and kept up to par by a friendly and courteous staff. “shot out” to the maintenance guys for a quick fix on my ceiling fan. It has everything I want, and in walking distance to great restaurants and shopping

Me and my wife used to live at Camden Buckhead Square from May 2017 until June 2018. In June we went to Europe and when we came back in November it was easy choice for us to decide where our new home will be. It was amazing experience working with Emily, Grant and all other guys here to make this stressful process very easy and enjoyable. They helped us a lot to make move in process smooth and easy. I can say that we are very grateful for all their help and support and we really feel like we are part of a great community here at Camden Buckhead Square.

This is hands down the best and most well kept place I have ever lived in! The staff is so unbelievable sweet and so helpful! I have been living in Camden buckhead square coming on a year now. It has been the best living experience ever. The day we had our your Grant was very informative and clear with what we needed to know. Since living here we have been helped more times that we can count. I have loved living here! The staff (Noe, Emily, Grant, Price, Ryan, Jay, Sam) have made it a wonderful experience and really care about their residents. Everyone is very friendly and they truly care about if there is an issue and are so prompt with taking care of it. I had an issue with the microwave beeping and almost immediately it was solved. This has really meant a lot due to past apartments I have lived in where maintenance couldnt care less if things were fixed. The location is hard to beat with being both central in Buckhead and also quiet. Would 100% recommend!

So I almost never leave reviews but I had to take time out of my day to write this!I am AMAZED at how professional and well kept Camden is. Out of my 7 years of renting this has by far been the BEST experience. First let me address the fact that the Staff is not only professional but they’re soo welcoming. My 2nd day of living here (I’ve only been here for a month) the office staff knew me by name. I’m from the Chicago area and it’s something about this southern hospitality that just warms my heart. (Shout out to Trent for his Charisma he is the reason I moved into my particular apartment )Now let me address the fact that these apartments are Spectacular! My chic apartment includes stainless steel appliances, a walk in closet in the master bathroom and huge tubs. I am absolutely in love. With all the Amenities this building has to offer and the neighborhood I sometimes don’t want to leave the house. HahaThe residents have the opportunity to pay rent via online and have the ability to get to know their neighbors through the residents portal.. which is soo cool right? It’s like a mini Facebook because you can post on the community wall and like and comment. I believe it’s soo important to know who you live around.. especially if you have kids like myself.(EDIT) I forgot to mention the fact that Maintenance is soo wonderful. I forgot the gentleman name but he has serviced me plenty of times since I’ve moved in and treats me with the upmost respect! ✊🏽 The hallways always smell so good and the building itself is well-kept.Thanks Camden Buckhead square for providing me and my daughter with a safe place to call home.-Simone Kimbrough

Very impressed. The building is very attractive, well maintained, and professionally staffed. The parking decks are well lighted, the security gates were functioning properly providing a secure sense of being. The elevators were clean and running smoothly. The hallways (rug and walls) clean and unmarked. The amenities are outstanding including the pool, pool furniture, grills, big screen TVs. Loved the workout room and the coffee room. Great spot to meet new friends.

My experience from visiting, leasing to moving-in was great and smooth. Grant and other staff here are always responsive and helpful to my questions. They are the most supportive and friendly team I met ever, the unit and amenities are very nice, no complain at all.

My experience at the Buckhead location was really nice! I met with the beautiful, gracious Fhani to walk me through the details of my tour! (Although I talked with Jesus on the phone who helped me set up my tour. He is such an angel and was very professional and helpful!) Overall, the staff was very friendly and good to me! Thats always a plus! The layouts for the 1 bedroom I saw were beautiful! I love that the videos and pictures that I saw online were the exact same when I looked at them in person! Modern finishes, hardwood floors, and up to date appliances! Yeeeees!! It seems like the security is beefed up because they have cameras on every floor and the police station is across the street! Safety is a must, right! The only reason why Im not choosing this location is because of the area. Now dont get me wrong, its in a great location yall! Its Buckhead!!! So Im not talking down on the area at all! To each its own, is what Im referring to about the area. I like to be surrounded by a community. This location isnt in a community but it has a downtown feel. (Streets, buildings, and tight sidewalks) So if you are from New York or LA, it may be a familiar feel to you and it wouldnt matter lol... but I will say that the window view of this area from your apartment can be beautiful! My overall experience was amazing! I currently live at the Stockbridge location, and I am so impressed that the Camden brand is consistent at EVERY location! Go Camden!

I just moved into Broadstone Court, but everything has been amazing so far! The staff has been so friendly and helpful; one of the ladies who works there even brought one of my heavy packages upstairs for me while we were gone, which was so nice and unexpected. The apartment is exactly how it was pictured online, and looks brand new. The amenities such as the gym and pool are great as well. I am very excited to settle in and call Broadstone Court home! I highly recommend if you are looking to move into the Buckhead area- I really dont think you can beat it!

I have lived in Camden Buckhead Square for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff is courteous and bends over backwards for their tenants. The Manager, Noe Pina, is the Best! He takes care of anything quickly. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any request/repair. The pool and ammenties are very nice and so are your neighbors. And, the location is Fabulous! You can walk to the grocery stores, shopping, night life-just about anything you want is right here.

The office staff is amazing; I’ve had more conversations with Grant and he is the best! Maintenance fun and always completes my service requests on time. It’s been about 2 years and I can say it’s one of the best properties in the area and that I’ve dealt with.

The building is new and the quality of the units along with the amenities is very good. The building is offset from the major roads which reduces traffic and noise; certainly a welcome attribute. The grocery store, gym, and a variety of restaurants are also walk-able from the building. Overall, a solid community and good place to live

Ive really liked living at Broadstone Court for the past 6 months. The units are well appointed and stylish and the amenities are first class. Take a look at the pool area, lounge, and the gym and youll know what I mean. The staff is great and very responsive when/if issues arise!

I recently moved out of Camden Buckhead Square to experience a different side of town. Camden was my home for roughly three years. Im am going to miss how amazing the staff is at Camden Buckhead Square. Thank you so much Emily (Assistant Manager) for all of your hard work and help when needed. Emily has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. Shes has transitioned beautifully into her new position as Assistant Manager. Maintenance Tech Cecil is another staff member to brag on. Work orders were handled promptly and efficiently. All in all living there was a good experience.

With all the apartment options to choose from in not just Atlanta but also Buckhead this is one of the best. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of there way to accommodate you with excellent customer service. They do a great job of keeping the whole complex clean. The amenities are very nice as well especially the gym area and pool. The location is convenient enough to walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it!

My husband and I moved into a 1 bedroom in Broadstone Court 3 months ago and have had an overall positive experience thus far. We chose a construction facing apartment which isnt a huge nuisance unless you leave your windows open because the crew operates from 06:00 - 19:00. The management has been responsive and friendly. A few additional perks: The washer and dryers are included and we didnt have to rent them, there is a free Starbucks coffee machine, the gym has top of the line equipment, they offer Parcel Pending for a nominal fee, and the common areas are spacious, trendy, and comfortable. Their lease cancellation terms are also very reasonable which was important to us because were looking for a home to purchase.

Great apartment complex! Located on a quiet street right in front of police department and only 2 minutes away from a park. Building has a dog park in the back that stays fairly clean considering how many dogs play there every day. They also have a strict smoking policy which is great for people like me who cant stand tobacco smoke. New management is very helpful and attentive which is needless to say very important! They are very proactive about solving any issues you might have.

I have lived at Camden Buckhead Square, formerly Broadstone Court, for three years now. Management has changed several times in that time, but I have to say the current management team is truly very helpful and seems to really care if you are having an issue. Noe and Grant were very helpful when I had to transfer to a one bedroom after a nightmare roommate experience. Then there’s the maintenance staff. The cleaning lady always keeps the lobby smelling great, and the maintenance guys are fantastic at following up quickly to maintenance requests. And they are just so nice and pleasant! When I recently transferred to my new apartment, the previous tenants had badly burned the cooktop with some kind of white substance. They replaced the whole range/oven for me! Camden has great service and helpful front desk staff always willing to answer any questions, or just say hello. A couple of negatives but not enough to change my 5-stars! Lack of visitor parking can be difficult, and I really don’t care for the valet trash system. I simply walk to the trash chute and dislike seeing my neighbors garbage in the hallway. But other than that, Thanks you guys for everything you do!

I have lived at Camden Buckhead Square for 8 months. I’m no stranger to apartment living and I have been so impressed with the management at this location. I have never lived at a complex that is so attentive to its residents. Every time an issue or complaint is brought to their attention they are fast to find a resolution and don’t ignore it as I have experienced in the past. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the property and they take great pride in making it a beautiful place to live. Noe, Grant & Lindsay are always so pleasant and personable. They quite frequently stay after hours to host resident appreciation gatherings (with fabulous catered food by the way not cheap deli trays!) I can’t recommend this place enough to people looking to live in the Buckhead area!

I have been meaning to write this, but I have so much good to say that Ive had a hard time setting aside enough time to write it all out!Where to begin.. Camden Buckhead Square is an absolutely wonderful place to live. The pricing is incredibly reasonable (especially considering the value you receive), the location is extremely convenient and safe, the staff are all so sweet and lovely, the facilities are great, the apartments themselves are beautiful, and the views are wonderful, particularly facing Ptree. Neighbors are quiet and courteous. The app that allows for messaging between residents and staff and has a message board is awesome. Ive been here a month and a half and have had no real issues; in fact, management and the maintenance team have been very understanding and helpful, and any minor bumps have been smoothed over like it was nothing. Ive already been telling my friends that I want to live here as long as possible, lol. Its fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Camden Buckhead Square is in the perfect location, they have an amazing leasing team and our pool area is beautiful, that alone will make all of your friends and family jealous. I have always felt safe but now with all the cameras have been installed is making my stay even better. I just resigned my lease and moving to a larger unit. Noe, and the team made the process very easy. Any concerns I have ever taken to anyone leasing office have been taken care less than 24 hours. If your in the buckhead area looking for a beautiful place to live along with amazing rent please come check my team out. I absolutely love the staff, the atmosphere and everything about living here. There has never been a time that I have felt more comfortable living anywhere... they deserve 10 stars !!!!

I recently relocated from Columbus, Ohio and have been looking for a place with top of the line appliances, numerous amenities and in a great location. I believe I visited over thirty different complexes. When I came across Broadstone Court(referred to by Josh from Above Atlanta), I knew it was the right fit. I realized it wasnt only because it had everything I was looking for(majority of the places I visited had it all) but it was because of the sense of community I felt and the leasing agents I worked with. One agent in particular was Catrecia. She asked all the right questions to help me find the perfect unit. And she was willing to go out of her way to work with me and answer any questions that I had. She truly made the application process and moving in process simple, quick and painless! Im looking forward to my time at Broadstone Court and am excited to work with them along the way.

Been here over a month and everything has been great. MGMT is super accommodating especially through our move-in process making it just that much less stressful. Ample parking anytime. How can you not love the location?? Price seems fair. Best I can say is whenever weve had people over, theyre super impressed. Agree with minor noise issues previously mentioned.

Great place to live as long as you dont mind some noise. The location is great and in walking distance to some stores and restaurants/bars. The apartment itself is very nice - new appliances, very modern. The staff and other residents are very friendly. My only complaint so far is the walls often feel paper thin. I wake up almost every morning to the sound of my neighbors TV coming through my bedroom wall, and can hear pretty much every move my upstairs neighbor makes, which can get annoying. Other than that, I would recommend living here!

The management and maintenance team are extremely helpful and attentive to any issues and needs weve had in the nearly a year of living at Camden. Highly recommended!!

Honestly the worst apartment experience Ive ever had. The one year lease could not have ended a day sooner. The day I moved out multiple people stopped me and said Good move on getting out of here. If youre reading reviews to try and decide if this is the right place, try somewhere else, unless you like dealing with irrational management.

I have been living in Camden Buckhead Square for the past 8 months and the experience has been nothing short of spectacular. The front office team is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is also very friendly, as well as prompt. Both tickets I have submitted were taken care of next day.The location is unbeatable. Located on the edge of NE Buckhead, the community is conveniently located next to the express way as well as a shopping mall (Phipps) and another mall (Lenox) right down the road. Dissimilar to being in the direct heart of the city, were the noise is unbearable, Camden is tucked away from Peachtree Rd and Maple Drive of Buckhead where the noise from the main roads is blocked by a couple neighboring high rises and small businesses. Another key feature of the location is there is a Marta station within walking distance. The community is very dog friendly, as it seems 2 out of 3 people have a dog(s). The property offers a dog spa and a dog park area for pets to go to the bathroom. I usually take my dog to the dog park or take her on a walk in the neighborhood directly behind the complex. The last thing, from a community perspective, the residents in the community are great. Everyone I have met so far is very approachable and easy to talk to.From an apartment perspective, the unit is very spacious. The design is very nicely setup and maximizes every square foot. Also, unlike the last apartment I lived in, the walls are thick enough were you can live life without worrying about disturbing your neighbors.I would recommend Camden Buckhead Square to anyone looking to live conveniently and in a young professional area for a comparable price in the area. I will definitely be renewing my lease when that time comes.

Ive had bad experiences with management companies in the past but can say nothing but good things about my experience with Camden @ Buckhead Square. They go out of their way to make residents comfortable and have a phenomenal maintenance team & management team.

We have stayed here for a couple of months due to a corporate relocation. Its a great location, clean and people are friendly. We enjoy living here!

Renters beware. Do NOT sign a lease. Camden of Buckhead formerly known as Broadstone Court is borderline uninhabitable. We have been there for nearly two years and will not renew. It has been downhill since day 1. Dont be fooled by the good reviews. Our body of experience started in October 2015. The initial management was fantastic. Once the building was near full capacity, an incompetent and condescending staff has been rotated in and out every few months. The current state of the building is not what anyone wants to call home. The infrastructure is shoddy. Water leaks spring from the ceiling on occasion. The dog park is completely covered in dog manure. It has not been maintained in months. The manure and overgrown weeds coupled with the rain have morphed the park into a smelly mud pit. The rest of the propertys exterior is as poorly maintained with grass so high that it is inevitable you will accidentally step in dog feces. The interior of the building has carpet throughout which is saturated with animal urine and spilled beverages. A stabbing at the pool left the building entrance steps smeared in blood. Police regularly report to the site to arrests or escort out unruly tenants and their guests. FBI has knocked on our door to ask if we knew anything about the loud screaming in the middle of the night which sounded like a murder scene in a movie. Substance abusers have been found sleeping in the hallways. Management recently erroneously evicted a tenant after their rent was paid and management lost their tendered check. The on site community officer is as incompetent as management, poorly trained and issues parking citations on private property. The entrance gate has been broken for months on end and has dropped on my car and others. The management answers all requests with robotic corporate responses. If you sign a lease at Camden of Buckhead (Broadstone Court), youll immediately begin counting down the days to expiration. Stay away.

This is my 6 month HONEST review of Camden, in Buckhead ATL, GA. When I first visited the property I dealt mainly with Lindsay and Grant. Lindsay is truly what sold me moving to this apt. complex. She was attentive, genuinely cared and wanted to do anything to make it a great experience living at Camden. Unfortunately, Lindsay is gone. This Camden property is an absolute joke when it comes to management that I have been dealing with lately. They over promise, under-deliver and care more about profit than they do about residents in the community. Here is the level of customer service and professionalism to expect. The first time I dealt with the general manager, Noe, I came to address an issue about a missing package, he said he would look for it and give me a call if he found it, shakes my hand and proceeds to walk away. Noe never asked for my name or unit number and I only met him one time prior at a Camden sponsored pool function. When confronting him if he knew my information, he could not tell me and stood baffled. He did later apologize which was respectable but still, he is the GM. I was promised a fan/light in my room in the FIRST MONTH of living here. Confronted the office multiple times asking when it would be here and have received nothing but excuses. “We can’t get an ETA on shipping” “It take weeks for our vendor to get it to us” Two weeks ago I was told the fan would be here within a week from Noe, still no one has reached out to me in regards about it. We are approaching the end of MONTH SIX of me living here, still no light/fan. I talked to a few residents and they have experienced similar problems being promised a fan/light and management has not delivered. Today, I dealt with the booting company Camden uses called EPS. Not only did the guy use explicit language with me yelling and cursing, he tied me up for more than 2 hours. I was charged AND BOOTED 75$ because I only had my resident pass displayed on my vehicle and not both my resident and guest pass. I was booted and fined 75$. I HAVE A RESIDENT PASS, WHY WOULD I DISPLAY BOTH!?! Also, a warning would have worked fine? When confronting the girl in the office about the boot, I was told there was nothing she could do and Grant or Noe had to approve EPS to remove the boot. So instead of her helping me because she was too busy, the maintenance guy had to call Grant because there is no direct line for a resident to call to be able to speak to a manger/assistant manager on the weekends…During operating hours? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Grant did not even have the audacity to even speak to me on the phone when he was called, the message had to be relayed through the maintenance guy. A new incident I was able to experience was Just last week the fire alarm went off at night and everyone had to evacuate over a false alarm. This place is getting worse and worse. For the amount you pay in rent in this area, I would look elsewhere. The reason as why they are getting a 1 star, other than it being the only option, Maintenance does a pretty solid job minus taking care of the pool. The residents take more time skimming/cleaning the pool than anyone employed by Camden. If the residents did not take care of it would get gross. The residents have to empty the filters multiple times a day, empty the vacuum that is left in the pool for days on end, and the residents skim it probably as much as maintenance. I did have a couple issues that involved maintenance, they were quick, to the point and fixed the issue on the first couple of shots. When I first moved here, Camden they had a security guard. Since then, they replaced that with security cameras. I think the apartment complex should have both as almost all the other apartment complexes in this price range have that feature. Maybe they could use the profit they get from the booting company or apply the revenue they make from renting out the extra space in the garage to hire security guard at night.

The apartment is located about 1 mile from the heart of Buckhead where there are tons of restaurants and bars. The amenities of the apartment complex are also top of the line. Cant beat it for the price!
