I am so happy living at Vireo. I moved December 2020 and I am so glad I chose Vireo as my home. The staff is extremely nice and professional. The building is always clean. We have concierge service 24/7 and security. Ervin Sarajlic was my leasing agent and I signed the same day with him. He worked with me and found me a perfect apartment. He made the experience easy and very pleasant. I look forward to living here for the next few years!
I just moved into Vireo two weeks ago and am LOVING it!! The staff here is super nice. I had a sublease (at a different building) fall through at the last minute, and I needed to find a place fast. My leasing agent, Ervin, did everything to make my move-in process seamless. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with; he is an asset to this property. I am so grateful for his help making this a relaxed and smooth transition moving homes. Vireo is well built, well maintained, and absolutely beautiful. I am so happy to be a part of this community and to call this place home :)
I really liked this building when I toured. It may have Midtowns best amenity package. However, when I first toured the special was 8 weeks free. I went back to check out a different unit and all but decided to apply. Unfortunately after I left it came up in an email exchange that the special had been drastically reduced to 4 weeks free if and only if you moved in within the next 4 weeks. I was disappointed this was not mentioned when I was onsite. Now the special has dwindled to 2 weeks free. The staff likes to say its because the building has become exclusive...which they should really stop saying.I understand specials may fluctuate according to a buildings occupancy but none have changed this much or this quickly. Right now every other comparable building in Midtown is offering 6-8 weeks free. By leasing here you are overpaying by $$2,000-4,000/year.Until the special is back where it needs to be to make the price of these apartments competitive, I will have to pass and you should too. There are too many other luxury buildings with excellent amenities that are offering an incentive to move in.*Happy to update if things change.
I have lived at Vireo for over a year. I live in a corner, 2 bedroom, unit with a beautiful view. I havent had any maintenance issues. I have heard that there were issues with AirBnb rentals in the building, but I never had any issues on my floor. My neighbors are quiet. I have always felt safe here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are beautiful. You cant go wrong with Vireo!
Finally found the perfect place that checked all the boxes then some. Been here so far for a month and have loved every minute of it! Great views from my balcony overlooking Piedmont and amazing skyline/sunset views from the rooftop area! My leasing specialist Jennifer was awesome in guiding me through the process and getting everything squared away. No major issues at all, just some minor tweaks needed once I moved in which Justin (maintenance) handled quickly, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to take care of everything. Thank you!
Im a new resident at Vireo and love it, its a great building that has everything youd want it to have- nice units, easily one of the best rooftops in the city, and its well-run. Ervin was my leasing contact and the process was thorough, but fast and smooth. I have a great view, live in an ideal location, have great neighbors, and the rent is a great deal for everything you get. Big fan!
One of the best apartment buildings in Atlanta. Ervin, one of the best leasing agents in Atlanta, did a great job touring the amenities. Highly recommend living here. So much so that I moved out and came back.
I really enjoy calling this place home. Move-in was very easy, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. Management does a great job of making you feel you are part of a community by hosting many mixers which can be used to meet neighbors. Ervin was my leasing agent and did a great job informing me of all the complex has to offer. He was very helpful during move-in and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly.
The building is new and by far has the nicest amenities of the other nearby buildings. The apartments also have great finishes and the noise level is great. Also love the free EV charging. My move in experience has been great too! My leasing consultant, Jennifer, communicated with me constantly and kept me up to date on available floor plans prior to my actual move in. She also made sure to familiarize me with the community, building staff, and even introduced me to some other residents on move in day.My only complaint is the guest parking situation. They do provide a few free vouchers to start you off but other than that guest parking is super limited and comes at a cost. Luckily, there is free parking on the street on the block.
Ervin was exceptional! He provided great, professional, no pressure input on my initial tour that helped me decide on the spot this was the place for me (and I’m normally the type that needs to see a hundred options and sleep on it for a week before deciding). After signing though, he was so involved in making moving in a breeze. Every step was clearly outlined and when I needed a favor for some deliveries that came before my move in he was there to help! The apartment amenities are stellar and the people are great just as promised. Love living here- it’s like a never ending vacation!Ervin is extremely personable and effective, would definitely recommend him and Vireo!
Ervin Sarajlic was our leasing agent and he was simply amazing in answering all of our questions and ensuring we had a seamless move-in process. As he conducted our tour, he made sure to explain in-depth the rental fee structure, the amazing amenities Vireo has to offer, and everything else under the sun. We truly felt assured that Vireo was the place where we wanted to live, and that choice is only reassured each and every day we are here.
Great facility! Ervin was my leasing agent and hes been very welcoming, super professional... just an overall nice person! The amenities (gym, rooftop lounge, pool) are top notch. The building is conveniently located in Midtown Atlanta and walking distance to Piedmont park and many bars and restaurants.Highly recommended!
I have only lived at The Vireo a month and I absolutely love the building!! The building is very clean, and the amenities are amazing. Maintenance is always very quick and efficient. I also love the mail system. Ervin and the rest of the management team are so helpful and. always quick to respond to any need that i have. There are lots of dogs in the building which is really nice when you need a mid-day pick me up. The building is also very quiet. Im very excited for the rest of my time here at the Vireo.
Jennifer and the Vireo crew have been very accommodating to me and my move. Having moved from NYC in the middle of the pandemic, there was no way to actually see the physical apartment in person. Through FaceTime and virtual tours and constant discussion about the deals the Vireo had to offer, I have officially come to realize that Vireo is home for now and years to come.I love this place!
I moved in a month ago and everything has been great so far. Ervin is the leasing agent I worked with and he made the process as easy as possible. I even received a promotional deal on my lease at the time I signed. I have been able to rent the service elevator to move in items several different times without any issues. Before signing, I had read some older negative reviews about the walls being thin and rowdy Airbnb parties which made me nervous. However, I have not been able to hear my neighbors at all from inside my apartment even on the nights/weekends. I love the large windows and natural light in my unit. My only complaint is that the turns in the parking garage are quite narrow and on level 3 and upwards there are not mirrors to see oncoming cars. If you are careful and drive slow its not too much of an issue.
Moved in to Vireo back in March and like it a lot so far. I love the spacious balcony coupled with the floor to ceiling windows. Ervin was really helpful and made our decision really easy. He had all the answers and served as a great point of contact throughout our process.
As it has been mentioned before, this used to be a great place to live with a friendly atmosphere and great amenities. Things got worse and worse in the past months. The Airbnb activity in some units always brings a lot of loud guests and many strangers in the building.I have got a reoccurring issue with the hallway AC ducts leaking over my unit. Now, it has got so bad that there is mold growing in my unit. Same duct is now leaking on my bedroom ceiling as well.Decided to write here because i talked to concierge twice about the AC leakage and all i got was a bucket to collect the water in front of my unit. Needless to say this is way below the service level one can expect for the rent we pay here.Cynthia and Talon were great professionals but they no longer work here. Hard to see the situation improving.
Amazing experience, I recommend the property for multiple reasons. The lease office team is awesome, the building and apartment are so nice and the location is perfect.Absolutely recommendable if you are looking for your new home.Ervin was helpful during my moving, you can find great support at the lease office for sure!
Moving into the city was exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Thanks to Ervin at Vireo it definitely made the experiences easy and comfortable from start to finish. I’m very grateful for his help and excellent customer service during a stressful move. The apartments are clean and safe for everyone. The community within the apartments are friendly as well. It’s a pleasure to live here. The amenities are top notch.
This is the worst apartment you could ever apply too. First, they racially profiled me before I even applied asking what I did and if I could even afford the place. I put in an application and was approved, however I found out there is a 3 step process to get fully approved. This was my first approval step, and they made me pay a $2,000 for first month rent and switch my electric to the unit I applied for. After doing all of this, they then sent me an email saying I was not approved because my income was unverifiable despite provide documentation from a licensed professional. They just did not want me in the place at all. And after paying and everything, they then did not send me back the money back and I had to file a dispute with my bank. After filing a dispute, they decided to send the amount I got refunded to collections saying I did not pay and was evicted even though I did not live in the apartment. This prevented me from getting another apartment anywhere because they literally lied saying I was evicted and didnt pay despite me never living there! This whole company is a fraud and they will mess up your credit and make it so that you cant move anywhere else because all they truly wanted was the money. If I could report them, I would because its seriously a scam. Do not apply here or even attempt to move here because you will end up without a place and in collections because of them doing fraudulent activity on your name. I hate this place, do not give them any attention.
Ive moved around the country quite a bit the last 5 years, dealing with many different leasing agents, and I can say without a doubt Jennifer has been the nicest Ive ever met! She made the whole experience very easy and I cant say enough nice things about her! The apartment complex is great as well, and either the walls are very well insulated or I have very quiet neighbors because I havent heard them at all in the 2 months Ive been here!
Very easy move-in, they made it simple. I love the roof with the pool and grills especially. My leasing agent Ervin was super helpful!
Really loved working with Jennifer! She was super helpful throughout the entire process. We came from another luxury high rise but left due to terrible management. Jennifer and the Vireo team were a breath of fresh air. We are incredibly happy with our apartment.
Vireo is a wonderful building, incredible property in terms of location, features and quality. The management and leasing team is fantastic, Jennifer Youngelman helped me through the most seamless application and virtual viewing process. Had a great experience applying here and living here all around!
I’ve been a resident here for six months. My car was booted in the 3-hour visitor spot in an empty lot. I was inside for 30 minutes grabbing lunch and was booted just 5 minutes after I parked (according to a maintenue guy parked next to me who watched the whole thing).I waited 45 minutes for them to unboot my car. With a parking situation like this, it is not worth it to live here.Dealing with management was also a very unpleasant experience.
Vireo is an excellent complex offering all the amenities any resident would want. The location, the staff and the residents are all so helpful. I want to especially give a shout out to Ervin who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! He made the transition into the complex so easy!!
Vireo is an amazing apartment complex. The amenities sold me, but the leasing staff, specifically Ervin, were amazing to work with and made my move in experience pleasant and seamless. Could not recommend this place enough!
Ervin was amazing helping us get the apartment. It’s everything we wanted. Love the accommodations especially the pool. The rooftop is best view of Atlanta. And Ervin will help you find the best apartment.
So far I have really enjoyed my experience living at Vireo. The staff is very helpful and everyone is super friendly. I honestly have no complaints!
Ismar is the best and he loves my dog! The building is very dog friendly which is great! I also love the pet spa area for washing her after we go run at the park. My only suggestion to make the place better would be to allow the rooftop to be open till at least midnight each night. 10pm is way too early! OR at the least allow it to be open longer on weekends and during the summer! Also Ervin, Jennifer, Katie, Perla and all the people who work the concierge desk are great too! Really the whole team is the best!!!
When I first walked into Vireo for my tour I was greeted by Ervin. The first thing he said was I had good hair and concierge was also very friendly at the door. I toured three units with him, each with different floor plans and on different levels. I initially had 3 other complexes to tour that day but Ervin did a phenomenal job explaining why Vireo was the best option. He was informative, showed me all the amenities, told me about the neighborhood, and I ended up signing a lease after an hour of talking. The process was seamless and low-pressure. Ask for Ervin when you come tour. hes the go to guy. Also, the views from the roof are sick.
Love the apartment so far and have zero complaints. I moved here from NYC and my leasing Agent, Jennifer Youngelman, made the transition very smooth. I would recommend Vireo to anyone.
Vireo is an amazing place to live in Midtown. The amenities are top notch and they have great move in specials. Ask for Irvin for your tour.
So far, I’ve enjoyed my 10+ month stay at Vireo. Beyond the apartment and the amenities that the building offers, I love the neighborhood. Fun, vibrant, great restaurants & bars. Convenient towork and Piedmont Park, which is just a few feet away. All combined, this makes it the perfect place for me! The leasing team and staff are friendly and outgoing, and the vibe of the residents is cool. The service and concierge team have always been of quick help whenever I’ve needed assistance.
Ive lived here for a month now and absolutely love it! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The amenities are incredible. A special thanks to our leasing agent Ervin Sarajlic, for making the whole process quick, easy, and fun!
My experience has been mostly positive, but I am seeing more issues the longer I’ve been here. Recently I have had concerns about safety. I am hearing way too often of car break ins and people coming in the building who shouldn’t be. Night time concierge is often absent when I come down to let my dog out. I think there needs to be some improvements to security since we have so few points of entry. I also have had issues with weed smell getting into my apartment. As a non-smoking community I think there needs to be a stricter policy for this. The few times I’ve emailed management about this they didn’t offer any solutions. In fact, I didn’t even get a reply last time. I’m starting to see why so many people are moving out - unfortunately no matter how much residents complain about issues management either ignores or makes minimal effort to fix the issue.
I visited here to have a apartment tour. Erwin is the one who showed us around. He’s super condescending, saying that it has 99% fill rate. Give me the feel that he’s not welcoming us. I was thinking to move here since some of my friends live here and I’m been here before. However, he destroyed all my experience about vireo. Wont recommend it.
I moved into a 1br apartment in January of 2021. Everything from the amenities to the staff has exceeded my expectations. This was largely due to my leasing agent, Jennifer Youngelman and her support from start to finish. She is quick to respond to my countless questions and always has the best attitude. The rooftop and pool on the 26th floor has the best view of the city and are steps from beautiful Piedmont park. Many of my friends decided to move into the building after visiting or hearing about my experience at Vireo. Couldnt recommend it more!
Units and amenities are great here, service from the front desk to leasing to maintenance is really helpful. Shoutout to Ervin in leasing for finding us exactly what we wanted in an apartment, and to Justin in maintenance for helping us with some requests after move in.
A beautiful building horrible parking. I came to visit a friend I park my car in the parking garage upon entry I received a parking sticker. I return to the parking garage my car was booted because I was parked in a three hour parking spot. I spoke with the concierge and the leasing office and they refused to help me. I can’t believe this building only give their residence guest only three hours to park with limited parking spaces. I had to pay $75 to have a boot removed from my car.
Move in was easy enough, Ervin was super helpful and responsive at the office during move in. The walkability of this complex is amazing. Next to a quiet street and overall nice neighborhood.
This apartment complex is overpriced and has terrible guest parking. The staff is not in any way accommodating. If you ever plan to have guests over to your apartment (or if you even borrow a car and would like to park it without having a parking sticker) live somewhere else.Edit: Management responded that they may be updating their guest parking situation. While that may be true (and it will still be limited to a shockingly small amount of spots), part of my complaint was that a RESIDENT who borrowed a car (because his car was in the shop) was not permitted to park in the deck despite LIVING THERE. He was told that the car he borrowed did not have the appropriate parking sticker and, therefore, could not be let into the resident parking area. Completely unaccommodating and ridiculous.Another update - Just so that everyone knows what they are getting into if they make the mistake to live at these apartments. This is an email from Vireo (received December 1, 2020) -This notice is to inform you that the prices of additional validation stickers have been increased from the introductory price of $5 for a sheet of 10 to $50 for a sheet of 10. As a reminder, you still receive 5 free validation stickers a month that are able to be rolled over into the next month as they are good for 60 days. The price for a full 24 hours of parking is $18 which makes the value of 10 stickers $180 so $50 for 10 is a steal! Each sticker is good for a full 24 hours, but please make sure your visitors do not violate the 3 hours max parking spaces.Considering how much you pay to live in these apartments paying $50 dollars for validation tickets is not a steal - its ridiculous. If you have any guests that will visit you, save the headache and dont live here.
Top notch facility. Very welcome and knowledgeable staff. My personal favorite is the rooftop lounge and pool amenities. Highly recommended.
Vireo is an amazing spot. Its been a wonderful place to call home. Its clean, full of amenities, and perfect location by Piedmont Park. Even moving in was a breeze. My leasing contact Ervin Sarajlic was super helpful, always replying back within minutes to any questions. Before moving into Vireo, I was living outside of Atlanta and did not want to tour much given the COVID precautions, Ervin and staff were super helpful in helping me find the right place.
I have been living at Vireo since July 2020 and have had nothing short of an excellent experience since the day I toured the property with Ismar and one of the managers. I originally did a facetime tour with Ismar as I was moving from Texas as a traveling nurse. You cannot beat the location in the city. My apartment is prefect, and has higher ceilings so it feels larger and open. The views of the city and proximity to Piedmont Park cannot be beat. Everyone from the concierge team (s/o to Tabatha), the leasing office and service team are very helpful and accommodating. Amenities are great with everything you need (although I travel a lot and don’t get to use them much). They have also done a good job with keeping them open & clean throughout COVID. If you are looking for a new home, I would definitely recommend Vireo as I have referred two close friends and they love it.
My personal experience has been fine, but its truly due to luck that I havent had more issues, as I know my fellow neighbors are ridden with problems. Countless cars being broken into, smoking all throughout the building, questionable folks being let onto the elevators without hesitation, and absolutely no enforcement of mask wearing during a global pandemic. Many times when I come down to let my dog out at night, no one is down there watching the front door. Literally anyone could come in. The only way Ill be re-signing my lease is with a serious discount. My safety and health are obviously not a priority here - the only thing that is a priority is rent-paying customers. Heres the thing - providing a safe and healthy living isnt transactional, but Vireo seems to treat it as such. Its only a matter of days before I catch covid because masks arent enforced or my car gets broken into, or worse - I get attacked in my own building, which is a real possibility with the characters wandering around here. In fact, just last night, the lobby got ransacked by a couple of folks who got in an argument over “money”. Fortunately I wasn’t there, but I can’t imagine feeling like an innocent bystander of a crime in my own building. Residents are not a priority, and that is very disappointing for such a nice building in a prime location.
I’ve been to several communities and Vireo is just something else. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by concierge and walked over to the leasing office. Ervin was my consultant and he was super informative and professional. I was sold the same day. I’m going on a month living here and I have no regrets. Thank you Ervin!!
I have been at Vireo for 8+ months and unfortunately have decided to cut my lease short as with a few of my fellow tenants have had to do.My concerns echo with what Ms. Linna Brooks and Ms. Halle Steinberg mentioned (please see their reviews which was in early February). I feel my experience has mostly been positive, however, as of the late few months, the experiences have been superseded by the negative.Positives: Vireo has one of the best amenities I have even seen. Gorgeous rooftop pool, big green egg smoker, high rise lounge with contemporary modern furniture, incredible views, kind maintenance staff/concierge, and neighbors. The amenities to entertain guests and having that luxury ambiance is top notch. In terms of visuals and luxury, you certainly get what you are paying for. Most of the concierge is incredibly kind with greetings and remember you and your dogs name, certainly one of the most welcoming parts of the community.Negatives: Safety issues and lack of enforcement of policies limited to but not including to smoking, mask compliance. While there are policies in place and protocols that are to be followed such as mask wearing, checking IDs of guests coming into the building, 24/7 concierge, these are not enforced to the capacity promised. As a healthcare provider, I am taking the necessary means to reduce the dangers of this pandemic such as wearing different scrubs to and from work, mask compliance, avoiding those without mask, etc. While Vireo has policies and signs to promote this, this is hardly enforced and despite multiple complaints from tenants, infractions continue to occur with what appears to be minimal effort to enforce the policy. I completely understand we are not able to control what individuals do, however, that is not an excuse to allow that type of behavior in a devastating pandemic and to continue reminding/enforcing those policies when able to do so. The same applies to the smoking that occurs. While Concierge is absolutely wonderful, they are not here 24/7. It also appears that every few months it is a new set of concierge personnel. There are many instances where I come back from work late with no concierge or security in the front lobby. Two incidents, I have witnessed, had our security Fobbing up guests without any sort of ID check, just simply asked what floor and allowed up. When I brought this up to management, they mentioned it would be addressed. The incident happened a second time, however, too close to home so to speak. A gentlemen was on my floor, looking for his friends apartment. When asked what floor he said, 14 or 15, and that he did not know which unit it was. I asked how he made it up to the floor and he mentioned the security guard let him up. This was circa 0100-0200.That incident, coupled with the previous issues mentioned by myself, Ms. Steinfeld, and Ms. Brooks, solidified my intent to seek residence elsewhere like some of the tenants who have left before me. While there are numerous positives with the property, I feel the negatives have come to outweigh them. Unfortunately, when these issues were brought up about cutting my least short, I am facing numerous fees to do so. While I was hoping to come to some sort of fair compromise or compensation; I do truly feel it is a necessary price to pay to leave this type of environment. Given the crime and break ins nearby such as numerous car break ins, the lobby being ransacked, (some is unavoidable as the city innately will have crime) I feel Vireo ought to be doing its due diligence to maintain the safety and integrity of its residents; this does not feel like the case and I feel my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. I will not wait for a third incident for action to be taken. Given the premium rent, I feel we deserve better as tenants.
My wife and I moved into the Vireo Midtown building on Valentines Day, 2021. I took a job on a local project and we wanted to live in a good walking area of the city. We couldnt be happier with the location or the apartment and we were very much satisfied with the way the application process was managed, particularly by Ervin and Ismar. After spending 15 hours on the road with all of our earthly possessions stuffed into a moving van, we had ahead of us the stressful task of unloading and returning the van within the timeframe allotted, as to avoid being charged another day by the rental company. Further compounding our stress we needed access to the loading dock, the freight elevator and the use of moving dollies (of which we forgot to bring). To say that Lawrence and then Christopher bent over backwards for us would be an understatement. These good folks are the rockstars that make the seemingly impossible possible and possess the good grace to wear smiles on their faces while juggling chainsaws (figuratively of course). Having the good fortune of working with such fine individuals goes a long way when it comes to easing the fear of the unknown and settling in. I also had a wonderful conversation with Miss Tabitha today after my first day of work at my new job and I must say that she is every bit as personable as she is professional. Our experience has been a joy thus far and we would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone interested in quality of investment and quality of living.
Thank you very much ErvinYour tour was amazingWe glad that you helped us to leas here!
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Rosier and he was by far the BEST leasing professional that I have ever worked with. The entire team to say the least. I am so impressed with Vireo Atlanta!!!! The views are stellar and the studio has true character...the 1 bedrooms are very nice also. The concierge was very helpful when leaving. They validate parking which was nice. Two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾
Vireo is amazing, my roommate and I have been living here for almost a year and have had incredible experiences with the leasing office, concierges, cleaning and maintenance staff. The apartments are extremely well made and the walls hold off on so much noise. Also the location is PRIME. Whenever anything needs fixing, the maintenance will be over the next day. Of course, Covid-19 introduced a set of issues that were unprecedented, but the staff has adapted and has been slowly opening the amenities while also keeping everything clean. Also, there have been a few residents that created issues, however, the staff has been amazing at adapting the administration to better the situation.
First impressions are everything! Staff: Amazing! Rosier is Awesome! From day 1 of inquiry, he has followed up with me and not in a pushy way. The property is Beautiful and has a very inviting atmosphere, I felt like home the first time I arrived. The tour was great and Im very indecisive and picky, so we viewed the same two apartments about 3 times for comparison and he did not complain at all. The application process was very easy and the views are too die for! Im super excited about moving in! If your looking for a beautiful property downtown, with great amenities, great staff and beautiful apartments, this is the place top be, Trust me!!! Ask for Rosier!
Wasnt as good as beginningtown :(
By far the best experience I have had at an apartment complex. The leasing office is extremely nice and professional. I signed with Talon. Juan and the property maintenance staff are extremely quick and accurate to fix something as it comes up. Vireo has hired a concierge company that has the nicest and most personable employees. To top things off, the amenities are A+. The rooftop pool and club room offer spectacular views of Midtown.
I love this property and their team! The property is conveniently located in Midtown and wonderfully designed. Talan, George, Cindy, Rosier and William are all so welcoming and helpful whenever I call or need assistance. The units are spacious and provide lots of natural light! And dont get me started on the amenities, pool and views, AMAZING! If you looking to come home to a peaceful surrounding and great staff go with Vireo!
A month after moving in, we started to notice a strong weed smell coming through the window, we personally witnessed smoking from our balcony. Since the building is smoke-free community, I reported to the management a number of times, and all I hear is same excuse, saying they cant do anything until the court reopens. In addition, I was told they cant do anything unless I take pictures, which puts me at risk. Im surprised to find out that this weed problem is not my own issue, but there are several others who complained about weed smell and drug selling in the building to the management. The new manager reached me out and told me smoking problems will be resolved in two weeks as they are moving out soon. In the meanwhile I receive no relief or compensation but suffer from the weed smell for another 2 weeks.Second, we have a neighbor who occasionally leaves their puppy alone overnight (which is illegal in GA), causing barking and hauling all nights. I reported to the manager, and she reached out to the neighbor to make sure this illegal act stops. However, nothing has been changed. The apartment management obviously fails to provide a livable environment to residents, and the life in here is way different than what we expected.
While the amenities at this building are great, the management has been negligent in fixing the fire alarm issue. For the past week, the fire alarm has gone off every single day, including at 4 AM, 5 AM, and 6 AM. They have not communicated the plan to fix this issue. Further, this fire alarm issue is dangerous, because residents no longer take the alarm seriously.Update: After management emailed residents to say they had fixed the fire alarm issue, the alarm didn’t go off for about two weeks. Then it went off at 1 AM and 8:30 AM on the same day. Please do yourself a favor and don’t move here.
What makes Vireo special is not the rooftop pool and lounge or the short walk to everything in midtown, it’s the staff that make this a community and not just an apartment. From the friendly concierge staff who greet residents and guests with a smile. To Juan and the rest of the property maintenance team who ensure all requests are completed on time and perfect, I couldn’t recommend the build more highly!
It would be nice it Vireos guests/tenants would not constantly park illegally on 13th Street...I would say more than half the time someone is parked in front of the fire hydrant...Maybe you could let your tenants know they will be ticketed or towed once Covid is over and parking enforcement starts back up.
The leasing consultant and Marketing Manager Talon was absolutely amazing. He gave me a tour and definitely had me sold! his great hospitality and honest spirit was unmatchable. He represented Vireo amazingly and I definitely plan on moving here!
Visited a friend here this past weekend who is trying to get out of her lease. Unauthorized AirBnB’s are bringing some shady characters to her floor - and she no longer feels safe.Very unfortunate as seemed like a top notch building when she moved in.
Wow! Where to I start? I LOVE LOVE LOVE Vireo Piedmont Park! I toured the building a couple of months back, and knew immediately that this would be my new home. Ive toured every comparable building in midtown and Buckhead, and hands down, this is the best value. The location cant be beat! Leading up to my move in date, I made at least 5-10 more visits to the property. Each time, I was treated with the utmost level of professionalism. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. They always take time to answer any questions you have and you never feel rushed when dealing with them. The apartment I selected is beautiful with amazing views and a wrap around balcony. Its quality, solid top notch construction with high level finishes. The amenities are over the top. Theyve remembered everything. Its midtown living at its best. Huge shout out to the leasing team Talon and Cristen and manager Cindy!! They are awesome and have been a pure joy to work with. Check it out for yourself as my words cant do it total justice!!
Entire staff is so welcoming and helpful! Residents are friendly too. Building is amazing!! Everyone seems to genuinely love being here. I definitely do!
Unfortunately, I have to give this property a low rating. We had a wonderful experience when we first moved in about a year ago, however things have declined very quickly since then. The pool and lounge areas are beautiful and our apartment has an incredible layout and view. Maintenance is beyond helpful but the positives stop there. We have an illegal AirBnB next door which has resulted in countless nights of loud parties, weed smell and rowdy strangers on our hall (during a global pandemic). We have been forced to sleep in our guest bedroom as our master shares a wall with the party unit next door. We have contacted management about this frequently and while they are working on a long term solution, we have received no relief as we wait (COVID has caused some delays but we have been filing complaints since January so there is only so much blame they can place there). We were told by management to call the cops since there is not much else concierge and security can do. This seems like a gross waste of public resources considering everything that is happening in the city right now. Putting aside the inconvenience of the matter, it’s a critical safety concern to allow complete strangers into the building and up onto this floor.Issues that affect the whole building range from lack of concierge support, little to no guest parking (thanks to the Airbnbs), a disastrous package receiving system, and much more.
The Vireo has the most amazjng vjews from the 26th floor amenity deck. Jt has been tough with some of the challenges covid has brought but the team has been more than accommodating and helpful. I have a south facing view of the city and enjoy the natural sunlight that my apartment gets. Thanks to Rosier for always assisting with packages.
Everyone is so friendly in this building, the staff is great and attentive. It’s clean and quiet. Amazing breathtaking views. I don’t want to live anywhere else.
Terrific location. Great views. Super common areas. Tall windows cozy apartments. Ads up to 5 stars
The location is unbeatable and the building has every amenity imaginable. The maintenance, security, and management team are all wonderful. Plus, the apartment unit is very quiet, you don’t hear your neighbors or street noise below!
I dont ever want to leave! I love it here at vireo! Highly recommend!
Lifting my rating up from 1 to 4 stars as some of the issues have massively improved and vireo is trying their best to solve them.
Edited - Months ago I wrote passionate one star review. Issues ranged from illegal AirBNBs, a constant flow of unsavory characters around the lobby, nonresident parties at the pool deck and hallways and awful parking. Since writing that a lot has improved. Management is working on the issues and there is consistent improvement with the building. The illegal Airbnbs have been removed the site and a security team helps monitor strangers accessing amenities and residential areas. The maintenance team is 100% and always available. LMC management has regularly spent time talking though ways to improve.
Great complex!!! Great staff. 10/10
I was a resident at Vireo from April 2019 until October 2019. Short lived only because I had to relocate to a different state for work. I was one of the first residents to move in. I purposely delayed submitting a review until more residents moved in. This way I could give a more accurate review. Not much has changed. This property is beautifully managed. Cyndi, the Community Manager, is top notch. No surprise if she hand picked her entire team herself because theyre all beyond comparison.Pros:Cyndi (Community Manager) Very accommodating!Juan (Service Supervisor) Eye candy 😍and quick to resolve any issues.Piedmont Park proximityGreat viewsGreat amenities!!!Great Walk ScoreGuest parking (limited)FREE resident parking while comparable communities in the area are charging b/t $25-$50 per month. No smoking communityFull service Concierge but not 24 hoursCons:LOTS of dogs for a small number of residents (could be a pro I guess if you’re an animal lover)No Google FiberNo self service package retrieval system i.e. Luxer One, Package ConciergeRecycling is located all in the way in loading dockBldg positioned on a one way street (plans are in the works for 13th St expansion)Even with the few cons I’m still going to rate the property 5 stars just for the resident experience alone. I had a fabulous unit on the 8th floor and I will miss it and my Vireo family. Hope this review helps you make an informed decision. Good luck with your search!
We found the staff at Vireo to be very friendly, but upon having to deal with the VP at Vireo - unfortunately we can not say the same. My wife & I are home owners outside of Atlanta & looked at Vireo as a 2nd place to land in the city. During the application process we found this VP to be incredibly difficult to deal with. We were asked for more information from this individual than we were from our home lender. We were not treated as viable renters, but more like wandering gypsies. There are far too many locations in the area with the same amenities for the same price range to be subjected to this type of scrutiny. We would not suggest anyone subject themselves to the same unwarranted and questionable behavior. We are working with far more friendly and courteous management at other locations and highly suggest the same for any others looking to call this area home.
Beautiful amenities and an exceptional staff. Professional, polite, competent, cheerful.
