Im currently in the process of finding a new apartment so I can not speak from a resident perspective but I was hesitant to choose The Rocca due to the negative reviews but, decided to tour anyway. Megan was the greatest breath of fresh air. Wed been seeing apartments all day in the area and she was by far- the kindest and most personable. She was extremely knowledgeable of the property and the area. She answered each and every single one of my questions with confidence and understanding. Shes a gem and her presence heavily influenced my opinions of The Rocca in a positive way.

The Rocca is a great place to live in due to some individuals whom working here. I was fortunated to meet with a sales agent called Megan. Indeed, she is the best across the board due to her professional attitude, treating customers with respect, compassion to others and on the top of all these, she has a high sense of humor.Honestly, because of her, I submitted my application on the same day regardless of better deals from other communities. Its essential, at least for me, to have a good management that will listen to you or to accommodate your requests on timely fashion.Thank you Megan for what you do, which is clear that you love your job, and I can feel your passion to this industry.Sincerely,Fadi D

I was referred to this Gem! What a beautiful place to call home! The staff are amazing and the amenities are just what I need. Maintenance is the best I’ve seen. The community is extremely attractive and maintenance is working daily to keep it so. I am surprised at how quiet it is. People are very friendly. I feel that I am getting a lot for my money here, compared to other communities. Im enjoying the lovely views outside of my patio. Love the large countertops and granite. Rooms are very large and my friends love my new space! The setting in this community is amazing, beautiful gardens and architecture surround the community.

We moved form Ohio to Atlanta. I had searched many places before deciding on the Rocca. I have not been disappointed. The amenities are right on par. There is no place I cannot get to in a matter of minutes. The maintenance on the property is really good. Most services that are needed are handled within a couple of days; very efficient. The grounds are kept nicely. My husband always talks about not having to cut grass and shovel snow. We get a chance to enjoy the gardens without the work. We like living here with secure safety features. I can not forget the staff here; easy to talk to, friendly and most of all they handle your concerns timely and professionally.

The community is very clean and the staff is friendly! You will see them cleaning the facilities and amenities daily. Currently they are going through some internal renovations which have not caused any issues. I really appreciate how quick they are to fix issues or get back to you with answers to your questions. The maintenance is quick and efficient, however, it is getting tiresome to keep calling them out for the same fixes. I moved in at the end of January and our AC has gone out 3-4 times already with water leaking outside. There is a constant puddle at my front door which makes entering the apartment hazardous as well. The previous owners would cook without turning the vents on, which caused a grease buildup in the microwave. Ive had maintenance come out twice to fix this as well, and it still leaks. Their solution was to keep the vent on when cooking and reduce how much grease we are cooking. My roommate and I do not have a diet high in grease at all, which I did explain to him and he had nothing else to say.

I have lived at The Rocca for 3 years and I enjoy living here. It is very safe with gated parking and all doors require a fob to access. It is quiet and has covered parking. The management office gets back to you in a timely manner and is very polite. It is a nice neighborhood to walk in.

Ive been a resident here for nearly 3 years now with a few hiccups here and there. But, Ive seen improvement over the past few months. Noise from the neighbors are the only major issue Ive had quite often lately. I rarely have issues within my unit itself, but when I do the staff is usually quick to respond. The maintenance crew is great and Dina is always pleasant to work with when I visit the office.

We just became residents of The Rocca and honestly we are extremely excited to say the least. The application process was lengthy but Tori was amazing! She was very helpful and responsive! We had the pleasure to interact with the office team (Dina and Meghan) to receive our keys and they were very friendly. The location is perfect and the amenities are very convenient! Id definitely suggest The Rocca to others.

This location is perfection and centrally located .The application process was tedious but Tori was amazing the entire process. She is so kind, funny and extremely helpful. When I was unsure if my king size bed would fit the apartment, she literally laid on the floor & said “my whole body is the size of a king, so you will be fine “. Who does that ? 😂Tori answers emails & calls promptly, and she has an answer for any of your concerns. I once got an email response from her at 10:00 PM!The Rocca is the place to be .

I am not a resident yet lol but I just wanted to share my experience! I am in the process of relocating from Florida to Atlanta, needless to say a long distance move can be extremely stressful. After speaking with tons of apartment companies, I was feeling a little discouraged until I called the Rocca and spoke with Megan! She was extremely helpful, patient and had an overall great personality. She answer every question and I asked a million lol. Throughout our conversation she emailed all the information I needed! ( This is extremely important because its been several times I had to wait sometimes days to see my desire apartment) Overall Megan was fun, encouraging, and professional! Thank you again Megan! We moved to Rocca when there were almost no residents almost 6 years ago. We have seen many managers and assistants manager have changed but none of them were so hard working, considerate, helpful, down to earth and specially so fun like TIFFANY and Dina.Rocca apartments are very convenient and clean and specially the location is in a great neighborhood!!!We are very happy to live in our apartment and we consider it our home for as long as we are alive.Thank you very much and we appreciate it😀

I’ve lived at The Rocca for going on 3 years now and unfortunately I’m moving tomorrow. Tiffany and Dina have ALWAYS been so helpful and nice, no matter the query. They are very considerate and down to earth which I appreciated. My only complaint would be my upstairs neighbor, who walks quite loudly, but I can’t blame that on the apartments or staff. The walls are a little thin, so that is something to look out for. But the customer service has been nothing less than spectacular for me. As well as maintenance, who typically resolve an issue within the day. I hate so many others had such unsatisfactory experiences. Living here was honestly a delight.

My review is based on a prospect tenant. I am moving there March 2021. Applied on a Monday, received my approval on Friday. I have a decent (650-700) credit score but perfect history/payments. They requested necessary items and information to determine by eligibility. I dont think they required too much. All requested documents had a plausible reasoning. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The units I viewed were gorgeous. Ty & Tori were great. Ty did my first tour and Tori did my second one (I wanted to see the complex twice).They do seem to be busy with applicants but it didnt devalue them. Overall, I am happy so far. I hope my living there is as peaceful as the process to apply and view the unit was. Thanks in advance!!

Lol at these negative reviews. Ive been here for a while and Ive had absolutely no problems here. These negative reviews are hilarious Dina, Tiffany and the rest of the team have been one of the best crews Ive met. Theyre friendly, hardworking, and dedicated. I absolutely see why this place has so many negative reviews. I wanted to view the apartment out of sheer curiosity, despite the negative reviews. I drove past the complex on Sunday and loved the location. When I got home I sent an inquiry email, understanding that they were closed and would respond the next business day. Today’s Wednesday and still no response. I called today to schedule a viewing and spoke to Dina. She’s very nice nasty; if you know, you know. Dina pretended there were absolutely no appointments available for viewing on the weekends, only week days, and nothing this week. Umm, people have jobs. When I mentioned I’d sent an email Sunday she said, “Well, we’re closed Sunday” with a fake giggle. Girl. Obviously. But today is Wednesday, and had I not called I’m sure I would’ve never received a response. As far as the discrimination claims in other reviews, I can’t speak to that. But I wouldn’t doubt it. Something peculiar is definitely going on at this place. If prospective tenants can’t get a response or adequate scheduled viewings, imagine living here and something goes wrong with your apartment. Don’t bother with The Rocca. There are far better apartments with competent and responsive staff.

Went to go see this complex last Saturday 1/2/2021 but was told I can’t see any units because I didn’t have an appointment.The leasing agent Tory did give me a virtual tour which was nice.She gave me a quote for 2 different studio floor plans and told me these quotes are set until 1/4/2021.when I got home I tried to apply that same day but when I tried to apply the quote price code the price was twice the amount I was quoted.The office was closed by this time and they are not open on Sundays so I had to wait until Monday 1/4/2021 to call.I called the office 4 times and emailed them and have yet to get any response back.Management obviously could care less about getting new residents,I can only imagine how they treat their current ones smh.

The pool has been closed for over 3 weeks in the middle of summer. We are told there is an inspection required and that they are working on it. Complaints about this situation are treated with a smile but completely ignored which is quite infuriating. In addition, the gym is falling apart.

I have lived here for about 3.5 years and my experience has been up and down. However, Tiffany and Dina are the true definition of wonderful. I like people that are honest and down to earth and that is how they are with me every time we have an encounter. Whether it be passing in the hall or me calling for an issue, they always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. Before they arrived, I used to avoid the leasing office at all cost. I didnt feel welcomed, I felt as if my business wasnt appreciated, and my concerns seemed to have been burdens. Tiffany and Dina turned that around and have been nothing less that amazing.

Ive been here several years and I must say it was terrible when I first got here in 2017. Nobody seemed to care from maintenance to the office staff. But its been more convenient for me due to location so I stuck it out. I pride myself on paying attention to surroundings and details in life. With that being said I noticed changes in management and also maintenance over the past 8 months and with great joy the property has been revived back to what it was when I first visited. From getting awful tenants out as well as overall up keep, the new office Manager Ms. Allen has been a breath of fresh air because she is very thorough and by the book but at the same times cares about the property from what Ive seen. Ive noticed things cleaned up that I complained about for years and never got done until she came.. Maintenance looks to also be much better and responsive as well. For me my biggest issues were bad tenants and from what I see theyve been cleared out. It looks like the bad apples have been filtered. Good job!!!!

The other review about the ladys daughter not being able to get in with perfect credit and all the documentation is absolutely true. I wasted $275 to learn that the hard way they ran my credit twice with 2 separate companies and the 2nd company declined because they said they didnt receive documents when I gave.l then everything they asked for.. my credit is perfect.. no collections or anything..

My daughter recently applied for an apartment there. They wanted everything but the kitchen sink. To make it worst they went back and fourth with what they needed. It was ridiculous. Meanwhile she have a credit score of high 700, and a Six figure salary. They asked for proof of identity, She sent her passport. That wasn’t good enough. They wanted a driver’s license. They have several companies checking your credit so all are calling you for the same documents. They asked for pay stubs She sent 4. They wanted 2 more. Unbelievable. I do want to thank Dena for her help . She was very professional in trying her best to help. She pulled her application back and let them have the application fee. Good luck.

I applied at this property and I was denied for credit. However, I never had my credit ran, even contacted equifax. I believe I was discriminated against! Not going to tell anyone not to apply here, however be aware! I am currently reporting the discrimination.

Last summer we were about two weeks without A/C which was finally repaired and we just thought we would let it go at that. This summer however, its a nightmare!!Same issue with the A/C, just we are three weeks in now in this nightmare. Same as last summer, they would come in and fix it and in a matter of hours it would stop cooling again, then after you put another work order they would come back again, estimate the situation, would tell you that they ordered the part, then they would tell you that they need to find a good day, then someone else shows up and give you another diagnostic, then they need a professional, then they would order the part again, then they need at least two people to repair and that was 4 days ago. Our living here had become very stressful. Had to constantly find out where we can go to spent the days and nights since we cannot do much here in this heat.We also created a work order for the dishwasher which stopped drying about two months ago. They came, took the dishwasher downstairs and swiped the heating element with one from another dishwasher which is smaller, different shape, doesnt fit in the dishwasher properly and it doesnt dry of course!!It seems that there are issues here bigger than the technicians territory.They are coming out and trying to patch and fix as much as they can but at some point things might need to be replaced.We live in the newer building which is very poorly managed and maintained. The gates are constantly broken, the doors from the garage to the building are supposed to be locked but some dont even have locks, carpets in the hallways are HAVELY SOILED, one of the three elevators is breaking down constantly, elevators reek of dirt and pot, trash chutes are constantly clogged up.

We have had issues with water intrusion on three occasions. Management has not been responsive to our concerns. Promises of quick redress and compensation have not been fulfilled. In the years that we have lived here, we have never been late with a payment and have been responsible tenants but it has not been reciprocated.

I went to tour this property with one of the leasing agents yessica! She was eager on me getting a unit here at the property and after viewing 2 units I ended up applying . Now keeping in mind I never had a problem getting a apartment . I have the credit and the income . Now yessica was suppose to be helping me with my application process but i have received several calls from people on the office here asking for my I’d and more information on my income etc. than next thing you know i get a email saying my application wasn’t approved due to credit and income . Torri claims the credit score has to be Atleast a 550 on which I have higher than that and more than enough income with 2 jobs . Than when I call the property torri wanted to be nonchalant about the process and than when I submitted the application it clearly had the wrong rent amount . Do not apply here . Don’t waste your time . !!!! The worst complex ever to apply for . Don’t fall for the sales pitch . They are not trying to help . Only trying to scam you !!I would like to file a complaint on the property The Rocca . Atlanta Ga. I feel scammed . I went to this property looking for my new apartment home not knowing I was only looking to be scammed! I toured with a young lady by the name Yessica. At the time I was only looking to move into a 1 bedroom apartment. No intentions to get a 2 bedroom but when I met yessica she told me why get a one when you can get a 2 bedroom for the same price . I said now when the website says the 2 bedroom are $1954? She said I can give it to you for 1290 . (Shocked face) in which I have the proof of the quote ! She kept going on and on telling me to apply that day before she apply for the apartment because it’s a good deal . Me being vulnerable being eager to move I went ahead and applied . Now keeping in mind before I left yessica had all my information. She even promised me a preferred employer discount as well ! The following week I was getting multiple calls from people in the office asking me for copies of my id and proof of income which was weird when I had already emailed yessica those documents . About a week letter I got a email saying my application has been declined due to credit and income which was another red flag because i never had a Issue applying for a apartment. Called the office immediately in which the staff was so nonchalant about what happened so I called the screeners myself . The first guy I spoke with said I was approved so that was like they just told me I wasn’t he said no we approved you . Than I found out yessica submitted my income wrong and submitted the wrong amount for the unit I applied for instead of the amount she promised me !!! I asked yessica how does the screening process work and she never told me they use multiple screeners either !!! Another red flag . So I basically paid them to mess up my credit ! The manager along with the staff are scammers ! Lying to people !! I won’t this off my credit and I want my money back in which they are trying to hold !!!!

Please dont disregard the reviews stating this place has terrible customer service. I was absolutely appalled at the horrible service I received from Tiffany and Dina. I spoke with Tiffany at 10am on Tuesday morning and she told me about this amazing apartment that was on a leasing special for about $300 less than the other apartments in that floorplan. I explained that I needed to move ASAP and could come that afternoon at 3:30 to tour. She said Great! See you then! She never once told me to apply online to make sure its still available. Mind you, I had just told her this long story about whats going on at my current complex and she was like oh goodness yes lets get you moved! So I leave work early to make sure I make the 3:30 appointment. No one is even in the office and the maintenance guy makes me wait outside in the cold. Finally he tells me to come inside and Dina shows up. At 3:45 she is finally ready to see me and says Tiffany is away handling an emergency then tells me less than a minute later that Tiffany is on lunch. So basically Tiffany just doesnt respect anyones time but her own. Noted.Then Dina tells me oh yeah that apartment? Someone already applied for it. Its not longer available. So I just left work early, drove all the way from Marietta to Buckhead, waited on you, for you to tell me its not available? Could no one CALL ME and tell me not to waste my time? I need to move ASAP! Dina did not care at all about what was going on. Oh, mind you, I had called The Rocca FIVE TIMES between my convo with Tiffany and my appointment to ask if I needed to go ahead and apply because I didnt want this to happen, but no one ever answered the phone.They dont care about you. Theyre going to give you the run-a-round. Theyre rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. Dont waste your time or energy. I cant even imagine how difficult it is to live there knowing these people are managing the place. I have already told every other apartment complex that Ive toured about my terrible experience at The Rocca, and theyve all said yep, weve heard that before.

TODAY, July 31, 2021 we are 2 weeks and counting without a dryer!!The office does not respond and maintenance Is projecting to have it fixed by Monday, August 2, 2021.I figured they will bring a dryer from another apartment otherwise I don’t see how they can fix it Monday and they couldn’t fix it in two weeks!!Maintenance was and still IS a big problem here!! There is always something breaking down in an apparent as in a house. You can end up living for 2 MONTHS in the sumner without air-conditioning!! Few weeks without a dishwasher until they finally figure they can bring one from another apartment, toilet leaking for weeks because that’s not an emergency by Covid standards and you are the one paying the water bill anyways, musty water sipping from under the linoleum for months until they decide to finally break the wall down to fix the shower leak.What a nightmare!!I lived here for two summers. Last summer the A/C stopped working and it took maintenance stuff a week to repair. Right now we are 9 days without A/C. Stuff told us that compressor is bad and it would take them 3hours to install. They said they have the compressor but need to find a good day to install it. Out of these days one day was raining and one was a Sunday. The other I was told, were not good days for them. Another issue with the dishwasher, reported on the same day with the A/C also 9 days old and not fixed.I’m refraining from making Other type of complaints, but maintenance Issues are taking care of way too slow!!Update: Four days later, still no A/C, dishwasher still not repaired.Second update: Three weeks in and A/C still doesnt work, dishwasher still doesnt dry!!I dont understand WHY THE MANAGEMENT EVEN BOTHER TO COME IN AND SHUGARCOAT WITH THEIR RESPONSE??apartment otherwise I don’t see how they can fix it Monday and they couldn’t fix it in two weeks!!What a nightmare!

Found the apartment during Covid 19, wasn’t able to visit the apartment due to long distance( I was in New Orleans) and the leasing team working from home, but everything turned out to be great! Spacious rooms, a lot of storage places, great view, great lights, quiet, easy access to everything, perfect location, reasonable price, 10 mins to downtown Atlanta without traffic, security gated community, a lot of parks in the nearby neighborhood, convenient to everywhere . The repair teams are nice and helpful, response fast for emergency needs. Especially thanks Katiana for all the contact and follow ups during my leasing process. Would recommend this Apartment community to my friends !

Found the apartment during Covid 19, didn’t get a chance to check the apartment out due to social distance and long distance...it turns out to be a great choice ! great location, convenient to everything, 10 mins from my downtown work place, quiet and spacious rooms, beautiful views, a lot of storage spaces, reasonable price, nice and responsive service team. Especially thank Katiana for help during the leasing process. Very satisfied to call this new place home! Will recommend it to my friends.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management here is absolute trash and will not do anything to help you out. They do not notify you for packages nor when rent is due. There are constantly random people coming into the apt smelling like weed (probably to sell drugs). Never will I lease with this worthless company again.

Ive been living here since March! I have to say that I love it here!!! Very clean, nice layout very secure! I really love the staff as well From Christina to Hanna they are very professional and very understanding to catering to any questions issues and concerns you may have! As long as you communicate with them they will work with you on any concern you may have and try their best to resolve it!!! The Location is great and I live in the phase II building!!! It is not cheap to live here but you pay for the location and service!!! I I would recommend these apartments to anyone in the market looking to rent in the area!!! Ask for Hanna or Christina!! Extremely disappointed with the management and our experience so far. There is trash on the hallways, no one is ever there in the management office, our packages have gotten lost, and you can smell POT in the hallways and elevator. In fact, there was a drug bust a few months ago.I wish people in the management office communicated better and didnt have to deal with their mood swings. The location of the building is nice and the overall quality is fine, but the people running it makes it a difficult place to live. Also, dont trust what they sell you during the leasing session. We made the mistake and regret it! Avoid!EDIT-- response to community PR team. First, your regional manager Ms. McCall, bullied us as a result of raising our voices online. Second, you sent us threatening letters from your pet law firm when time of lease renewal happened. Clearly, Lincoln Properties hired the wrong people at the regional level. Last, given the first two situations we decided to move. So please dont bother us again, or you will hear from our lawyers.

First of all, my microwave constantly has an electrical shortage which causes me to restart my food and forces me to stand by the microwave to make sure the food is actually cooking. secondly, my guest bathroom’s faucet constantly leaks when it is being used (i’ve asked multiple times about both things and the lazy maintenance people tell me it’s too hard to fix). thirdly the office never answers the phone when needed. i called 5 times within an hour and was never answered or called back. fourthly i had a large sofa that wouldn’t fit thru the NARROW hallways in these units. it was a nice couch from rooms to go worth nearly $500. when i couldn’t fit the couch inside, i decided to leave it right outside of my unit with a note on it explaining the situation. not only was i fined $200 for having “unauthorized furniture” outside but i had to completely destroy my nice couch in order to avoid another $100 per day fine. there are multiple couches on other levels from other tenets that have not been fined. the management is very disrespectful to my girlfriend who went down with a mailbox problem and the first question is an interrogation question “are you on the lease”. YES SHE IS ON THE LEASE YOU GOT US THIS APARTMENT HOW CAN YOU FORGET. overall i’ve had nothing but bad experiences and i highly recommend you don’t move into The Rocca.

Such a great place to live! Maintenance is quick, the leasing staff is friendly and helpful, and the building/tenants are quiet. Each unit is generous in size, and the complex is convenient to mostly anything you would need. No complaints from my end!

We applied there last week and worked with Tiffany Allen who is the worst, narrow-minded leasing consultant we’ve ever encountered. We submitted all of our paperwork, paid the application fee, submitted paystubs all while following up with emails and phone calls. The lack of communication is unbelievable—Tiffany promised a phone call at the end of business today, 30 minutes before they closed we had to call 5 times before any anyone answered only for her to tell us our paystubs were inconsistent. The paystubs we submitted reflect more than 3 times the rent—our company First Data was acquired by Fiserv and use different payroll systems and because of this, our pay stubs have different names. Tiffany insinuated that our pay stubs we’re fabricated. She then stated that she had to call upper management for a second review. Discrimination at its best. Because we are African American we were basically denied residency at the Rocca.

The power bill in this place is ridiculous. We are consistently paying more than $200 and we paid less when we lived in a 4 bedroom house. Cannot wait for the lease to end and move! Live here if you dont care about your money or if you have corporate housing. Otherwise, find nearby apartments.

Lovely and luxury apartment complex with a beautiful clubhouse, great for events and parties. There were 2 TVs,lots of sitting areas, shelving, a spacious kitchen with marble counters and island, a pool table and also a seperate room with a conf table for private meetings. We delivered a amazing cake and dessert table setup for a babyshower there @pineapplecafe_desserts for more images and info.

First day of move-in and Im coming to submit the review of my experience. I see reviews left from other residents and Im in complete shock! Love the property... however. The experience with the Rocca staff, and the entire move-in process has been lack-luster thus far. The level of service and accommodation has been quite poor. I felt totally rushed throughout the move in process. I experienced several minor issues Upon move-in. When calling with questions or concerns, thrpugh out this process I was told several times that my account manager was just so busy getting other applicants approved, and was rushed off the phone each time my concerns seemed very meniscule to the staff. Leaving me feeling undervalued and un important as there should be no priorty between resident. An issue is an issue, a concern a concern, and It should be handled accordingly with the proper amount of delicacy regardless. Not bandaged with excuses.Regarding the issue of communication, or lack there of, I had to initiate most of the contact and follow up calls. The communication seems as though it needs to be kicked up a notch. As a paying resident, as well as, some one who works in the guest service industry. I want to feel welcome and valued at any establishment I enter. Wether I patronize or not. After looking at these reviews, I truly hope poor customer service is not a pattern here. I hope this is not the nature of the staff, I hope no one esle experices what I have, and im hoping to enjoy my new place that I was so excited for. However,Thus far. Not pleased, nor impressed.From the application process, to the move-in process...the inconvience has been high, and the concerns from the staff very low. The biggest issue here is lack of communication and being made to feel unimportant, and under valued and a resident aka (customer). I expected more for the amount I am paying. Currently not pleased. Hopefully that changes throughout my experience here at the Rocca.

Hannah in the Leasing Office of The Rocca II is the BEST! All of the Rocca staff are absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to make living here a great experience! Today Hannah exemplified why she is a 5 Star example of what Rocca Customer Service means! This morning we awoke to find that our checking account was showing double withdrawals-supposedly for The Rocca. I called our bank and they tried to tell me that there wasn’t a mistake by the bank. Nevertheless, as soon as I let Hannah know about the situation, she dropped everything that she was doing on a busy Monday morning and got to work trying to ensure that a double payment hadn’t been made. She looked at all of the accounts and bookwork and assured me that it was a bank error but that she would keep checking. I called the bank again and lo and behold the bank representative told me that the bank had made an error and they would “try to get to it as soon as they could”! Hannah had dropped everything to help me but my bank had a blasé attitude about my money and their banking error! Hannah never complained. She treated me with her everready kind and calm personality while I was panicking. She didn’t rush me. She just treated me with utter respect and kindness as always even though it was 100% bank error on my bank. She is the reason that I feel as though I have family right here at The Rocca! Great customer service! Hannah is our hero!

This apartment community feels more like a storage unit facility. The front leasing office staff does the bare minimum. The leasing office is often closed, or has no one present during normal business hours. The maintenance staff does not upkeep the interior (i.e. hallways/elevators) or external (i.e. parking lot) common areas. There is construction ALL OF THE TIME that starts early in the morning and can be heard throughout the entire building. You do not hear from anyone UNTIL money is owed. Units are spacious, but NOT worth the money or lack luster experience. Rent somewhere else!

I recently came to the property and was instantly amazed. The property is beautiful and everyone in the leasing office was nothing but helpful. When I called in regarding my application I was completely surprised they remembered who. I hadn’t given them my name and it was a lot of people applying. There was tenants who came in the office who talked with the staff as of the were family/friends. When I saw that I instantly wanted to apply. I was told I would get my results possibly the same day I applied but I did complete the application a little later in the day. So the staff called before they left the office just to tell me it was pending and they would call first thing in the morning when they got back in. They didn’t have to do that but that was Great customer service.

Horrible noise issues even at the top floor! If you enjoy hearing the thuds of people running above you, this is your place. Definitely not for us. Also, there was a drug bust a few months ago which has prompted us to move!

Her lack of empathy and unprofessionalism towards my situation made me rethink my living here. Have dealt with other staff who were great Hannah and Symone. I would imagine interpersonal skills and problem solving skills were a few of the job requirements. She seriously lacks in both

I watched a wirlwind of unhappy tenants enter the leasing office as I waited to be shown to an available unit. Symone denied outright to show me the init or call her assistant manager Hannah who had informed us of the available unit and price. A 500 dollar difference that what Symone said, changes daily. It appears from start to finish the customers are unhappy here. Shame. A little manners and kindness goes a long way.

Very Dissatisfied. I have a leak in my roof which leaked through the light fixtures and onto the floor. I have had a whole in my ceiling for three weeks now. No one seems to know how to fix it. There is also brown splatter all over my wall and floor that I can’t remove. Management has not been accommodating and can care less to fix this issue.

The rocca sucks point blank period. If something is wrong in your apartment it takes months for maintenances to come up and fix it. They have roaches crawling in the hallways and the hallways have a bad odor to them that smells like fish and spoiled milk.Then one of the staff members (Christina) sucks at her job and should be fired. If she can work here I could work anywhere....
