Over this past weekend, I toured Hanover Buckhead Village and my tour was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The building is stunning! The staff was very friendly and my tour, OJ, who is now my leasing consultant, was amazing! I took my parents along with me and they want the best for me so, they tend to ask lots of questions. OJ was very patient and helpful with all the questions and concerns we had; he made me feel very comfortable and at home. I am so excited to hopefully make Hanover my future home. Only giving 4 stars because you need an appointment to view a place. But Precious at the front desk was very polite ; professional and gave me enough needed information for me to pass along to my daughter that is looking for a place. Building was clean and I love that the first face you see is a smiling one when you walk in. Was a warm welcome and very upscale. Hopefully my daughter will love this place so I will feel comfortable when she ways away. Thank you again Precious. Beautiful property! I just wanted to do a quick review and say I would give this community a 10 star rating if I could. The apartments are modern, amazing amenities, wonderful staff and close to a lot of attractions. What more could you ask for! Thank you Hanover and Carly!

Do not live here on the outside units (building not facing the pool). Misfits the bar constantly plays extremely loud music on weekdays. Dont bother calling in a noise complaint either because it does absolutely nothing. Its a Sunday and they are having an outdoor “festival” till 1am…The amenities are okay but the fact you are forced to pay a fee every month for them is ridiculous. The parking garage is terrible. People constantly speed through it and block the entrance gates and there is no guest parking. Weekends are filled with loud cheap cars revving their engines at 3am. When I first moved in my neighboring unit would throw parties from 1am to 7pm on weekdays and management did NOTHING about it despite making complaint after complaint. This apartment highrise is a scam for the price of rent and the parking fee and the amenities fee. The only thing positive about this place is the staff of the front desk.

Moved to Atlanta from Nevada and wanted something with the city feel. Snagged a 18th floor 1 bedroom with a city view and I love it. The pool is on the 8th floor which is pretty awesome and thr manager and staff are amazing and beautiful. Happy to be here for the next year!

I love Hanover Buckhead Village. The Building is in such a great location. What really sets them apart is their service. OJ has been incredibly helpful and extremely responsive. This review is focused around the properties guest parking. When you pull into the garage there are several Future Resident spots used for those who are taking tours. After the office closes around 6:30pm they open up to any guest to use. This may sound great, however, there are only around 8 spots. These are usually always taken! If you try and park their before 6:30pm, you will get booted pretty quickly. The only other option for guests is to pay for the retail parking that costs $20. The retail parking is also gated and is NEVER even close to full.Hanover really needs to look into validating parking for guests of Hanover residents who park in the retail parking area. The concierge is open 24/7 so there would not be an issue getting a ticket validated before a guest leaves. The Gentry apartment across the street validates parking in their garage and it seems to be owned by the same parking garage company.If you are looking to lease here and have frequent visitors (i.e. a significant other or a family member), I would consider looking elsewhere that has some sort of structure around guest parking/visitors. Hanover really needs to look into addressing this.

I’ve lived at Hanover Buckhead Village for a few months now and have had ZERO complaints. Everything and everyone has been great. The property is always clean and well maintained.The leasing process was a breeze with Caleb. He kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure the transition from my old apartment to HBV was seamless. He was even able to provide me with detailed floor plans of the layouts I was interested in, which is surprisingly uncommon at most apartment communities.Daily life at HBV has not disappointed either. The floor to ceiling windows in my apartment provide great natural light throughout. The finishes in the apartment are on point as well between the stainless appliances and quartz counters in the kitchen to the marble floors in the bath.The gym is well equipped, and can give a fantastic workout without even leaving the building. Just about anyone should be able to get a good workout there regardless of your style (except for power lifters, no barbell... however, there is a Smith machine for the rest of us!) All of the equipment works well and is intact. I mention this since I have toured and lived at places in the past where equipment was missing, broken or just in generally bad shape. This is not the case here!All of the staff here is awesome. They will go out of their way to fix any issues and make you feel welcome. Definitely want to give a big shoutout to the concierge staff here at HBV! Rastko, Eli and the rest of the concierge staff are all genuinely nice and interesting people. They take great care of the building and the residents. I get a weekly food delivery from Factor75, and they make sure that I’m aware when it gets delivered. It’s hard to argue with getting greeted by name when you walk in the building. These folks definitely make living here even better.My absolute favorite part about living here is the sunsets.... I legitimately look forward to knowing that when I get home, I’ll be able to sit on my balcony and just relax by watching the sunset every day. Between this, the great staff, apartment and amenities, it’s like being on vacation!

I have lived at Hanover Buckhead Village for two years now. While this property is extremely beautiful and has great amenities, the amazing staff and customer service are the reasons why I have renewed my lease again.Eli, our concierge, is PHENOMENAL!! He greets every single resident and guest with a smile each and every day. Eli is always professional, and always ready and willing to assist residents with whatever they need. In addition, if I have questions about general things happening in the area (restaurants, events, etc.), Eli is very knowledgeable and usually always has the answer or makes great recommendations. What I love most is that Eli shows a genuine interest in getting to know each resident, and making them feel at home. If he senses that my day is not going well, he always does something to try and make it a little bit better.Thank you to Eli and all of the amazing staff at Hanover Buckhead Village that make it a great place to live!

One of the nicest properties in buckhead area, Oj was kind and informative during the entire touring process not moving until next year but this community is first on my list.

I can’t speak highly enough about HBV. I moved in almost two years ago and it’s my favorite place I’ve ever lived (I’ve lived in both luxury apartments and condos previously). The building is gorgeous...the amenities are top notch. I use the business center and the pool area (which is like a resort) often. I love my apartment. I have no idea what another reviewer was talking about regarding the workmanship...I’ve never had any issue. Everything looks/functions great. You can tell they really paid attention to the details...from the gooseneck faucet in the kitchen to having wood floors even in the bedrooms. I especially love my all glass door shower. My bathroom reminds me of one you’d get in a nice hotel.The apartments aren’t the largest...and they are definitely pricey (I pay around $2,800 for an 850 square foot 1 bedroom). But I care more about quality than I do quantity. Simply put, this building has THE BEST location in Buckhead, period. Our view is phenomenal (see attached photo). That’s the view I have from everywhere I am in my apartment...while I’m washing dishes, as I’m sitting in bed or on my living room couch. I almost feel sorry for the people spending $2 million + for the condos across the street from us as their views can’t compare. It’s not just the fact that you can see the downtown skyline (there are many places that offer that view). It’s where our building is placed...at the perfect location right where Roswell Rd and Peachtree split. As such, we never have to worry about new developments blocking our views. What makes our view so amazing is that you look out over our resort-like pool, then over the Shops of Buckhead, with the downtown skyline in the background. It’s perfection. I never tire of looking out my window.The staff here is fantastic, too. Especially the concierge team. Eli, the head concierge, is a true gem. I don’t know what I would do without him. Rastko is awesome, too. It makes such a difference to always come home to a smiling face...to someone who is always willing to assist you in any way you may need. As a woman, it makes me feel very safe and taken care of. Just last week I had to have a handyman from an app come install something in my apartment at night. Jody (the concierge on duty) knew about the situation and called me every 15 minutes on the dot while the guy was here to make sure that I was okay. They all always go above and beyond....they are lifesavers on a regular basis!The only down side I can think of is the parking. It is a challenge with the traffic and dealing with parking needs of the other businesses in the building. BUT I would much rather deal with that and have multiple restaurants I can walk to. It’s part of big city living. It’s not ideal, but the pros most definitely outweigh the cons. Both Iberian Pig and Cafe Posh have turned into my “Cheers”...another huge plus of living here (as I love both restaurants food/drink offerings).Bottom line...there is nowhere else I would rather live. I’m so glad HBV was built!

The team at HBV made the process of selecting and coordinate moving virtually from Calif due to lock downs completely effortless. Eli and the concierge staff made the process of moving in and getting settled seamless, especially with delay of getting to Atlanta. This level of service reinforced my decision to move to HBV.

Can I just say that the leasing agent I toured with, Joia Burroughs, was just that - a true joy! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just down right nice! LOL. Ive been on PLENTY of apartment tours, but Joia definitely outdid them all! Not only is the property AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL, but I loved being able to look at the various design books to show me what each apartments flooring, cabinetry and granite countertops would look like according to various floorplans. I recently toured Hanover Buckhead Village and I was blown away not only by the beautiful property but by the level of service provided by Eli at the Concierge Desk. Im not too familiar with the Buckhead area and when arriving for my tour, got a little lost trying to find the building. I called in and rather than getting a call center (as I have at so many other properties) or a warm body unfamiliar with the surrounding area, I got Eli. Sensing I was confused and lost, he offered to literally meet me outside (and down the road) where fortunately I was only one correct turn from being where I needed to be. Eli later met me at the parking garage door to ensure I had found the future resident parking and then offered me water (room temp OR chilled, WHO DOES THAT?!) As expected the apartments were beautiful with stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring throughout and amazing city views. My move is still many months away but my experiences, specifically with Eli, puts Hanover at the top of my list!

I’m actually excited to write this review. I visited and toured the Hanover yesterday with my friend. We were warmly welcomed by the concierge Eli who asked once we walked in how we were doing, let him know that we were touring, and automatically asked us if we wanted cold or room temperature water. It gave a true luxury feel and not the facade most apartments in ATL give.We had a beautiful agent Joia who was extremely friendly, bubbly, informative, and entertaining. She understood both my friend and I’s needs and made us feel extremely comfortable and was able to answer all of our questions. This was my second experience touring an apartment while I was in town and it was the best experience yet.My friend and I also witnessed a guest come in and ask for someone who lived there. He wanted to go upstairs to see a relative but because of how the Hanover is set up there’s keyfob access into everything and guests cannot go upstairs without the concierge calling the resident to confirm. That made me feel even more safe. Being in the city I have heard can be crazy but the Hanover security and how they overall run things seemed extremely safe, including the parking. You even have the option for private garages.I gave a 4.5 only because there wasn’t many units available with my floor plan I wanted. Also I want all floor to ceilings windows and other knickpicky things style wise and we weren’t able to tour those floor plans because of lack of availability, but this is a great thing. The tour was 10/10, location 10/10, everything just well put together and organized. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming.

When my boyfriend and I moved to Atlanta a little over a year ago we fell in love the with location and amenities that the Hanover has to offer. During our year living here the Hanover and all the staff have exceeded all of our expectations. Eli and Rastko and the concierge staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and are so attentive and responsive. They are the best for everything from apartment inquiries to Atlanta recommendations and always pay attention to detail to follow up and make everything is taken care of.The building is clean and well maintained and the other residents have been so friendly and respectful. Hanover Buckhead Village has been phenomenal! It was such a easy process, moving here out of state. The virtual tour and staff were great with accompanying all necessary information. After finally moving in... it has been nothing but paradise. The pool, gym, and general location has been fantastic. However, the biggest and most important piece of all of this has to be the staff. They have truly went above and beyond throughout the whole rental process, maintenance upkeep, and friendly neighbors. All in all, great place with even better people.

I moved to Atlanta without being able to see the apartments or meet any members of the staff in person and was a little worried about it. Ive been at Hanover Buckhead for about a month now and this is the best managed building I have lived in terms of service. Ive lived in very nice managed buildings across several cities and have seen what medicore looks like, but this group goes above and beyond to cater to residents and create a comfortable experience. Eli and others on the Hanover team have done everything from bringing me my packages when I wasnt feeling well to helping me move boxes and furniture out of my apartment - they really do care about residents and its been a great experience because of that. Needless to say Im happy I live here and would recommend the building to anyone who is looking in the area.

Hanover Buckhead Village is a great place to live! The amenities are extremely nice and it is in a great location. Everyone at the front desk is extremely nice, especially Eli and Rastko. They always take the time to talk to you when you walk in/out of the building and really take the time to get to know the residents (and the pets!). Eli always asks how your day is going when he sees you and is always there for suggestions on new places to eat or things to do.

We were visiting friends in the community and were thrilled to see Eli Zandman who we used to know at the Ritz-Carlton when we stayed there years back. He was always our favorite concierge at the Ritz and we were so disappointed when we found out he left. If we could talk him into moving Miami to work for my husband‘s company we would do it in a second! It was such a nice weekend seeing old friends! The community is beautiful and feels like a luxury hotel!

Nice building and amenities. The concierge are respectful and attentive. Roscoe and Eli specifically go above and beyond consistently to ensure residents have a good experience. Whether it’s calling to let you know about a package, opening the doors, getting a bottle of water, or anything in between, they have your back.

Great location and the property is beautiful, but the best feature is the Concierge team led by Concierge Manager Eli. I was trying to find my way to Artisan Beaute (seemingly in the same building) but had lost my way. Seeing me lost and confused, Eli was kind enough to approach me and confirm I had correctly parked (I hadnt) and made sure that I found my way to my appointment. Im not currently in need of an apartment but the level of service, concern, and genuine interest definitely will make me recommend Hanover to any friends in need!

Hanover Buckhead Village may not be the newest building in Buckhead anymore, but its still the best, due in large part to the amazing staff, like Eli the Concierge. Eli is 100% reliable - if he says he is going to do something, you can forget about it, because you know it will be done and done well. He frequently goes above and beyond what is expected, because he tasks such pride in his work. HBV also has high end amenities and an amazing location, but you can see all of that on the website, its the intangibles, like the staff, that really sets HBV apart.

I moved to Hanover Buckhead Village in November, 2019 after going through something very traumatic. I couldnt ask for a better, more warm and welcoming home to come to than HBV. The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so helpful and kind. In particular, Eli, the daytime concierge, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and taken care of. Even if I am having a bad day and not in the best of moods, Eli is so caring and compassionate that he always attempts to make the day better somehow. He is truly the sunshine when you enter the lobby during the day. He deserves an award for his excellence!The property itself is beautiful, and the pool deck is resort-style; you always feel like youre on vacation!

Ive lived at HBV for a year now and really enjoy every aspect of it. But what makes it stand out from any other building Ive lived in is the concierge desk. Every concierge here goes above and beyond what is required of them, but Eli and Roscoe are the two with whom we have the most contact and who truly make it worth living here. They are ALWAYS courteous, friendly, helpful. I seriously dont know what wed do without them.

The HBV team has been nothing short of incredible during my time in the building. Eli & Rastko (concierges) will do absolutely anything for the residents / prospective residents, leasing is always there to help with any questions, and maintenance is on top of any request. The combination of a grade A+ building / location and amazing staff, made me resign for another year.

Hanover Buckhead Village has shown, by far, the best customer service I have experienced since beginning my apartment search! Khaila and Caleb were beyond helpful in taking me around the building and showing me all the options! I highly recommend both Khaila and Caleb when searching for your next home!

Lived here for a year and loved it!! I couldnt speak more highly of Rosco. He went above and beyond for the tenants, every single day. He was so friendly any time youd see him and would resolve any issues you had immediately. He was the best concierge Ill probably ever have the pleasure of knowing! Honestly all of the concierge that work there though are awesome. My only complaints were the minimal guest parking and when I moved out, the leasing office wouldnt give me a pre-moveout inspection due to co-vid and then charged me 400+ for something I could have corrected if I had the inspection prior to leaving.

I just moved out after an enjoyable one year lease. I cant say enough good things about the staff at HBV. They made my time at HBV incredibly pleasant and made me feel like family. I must give special kudos to Eli (concierge) who consistently made sure I was taken care of, my many packages were secured and delivered and who consistently went out if hisWay to make my day better, sometimes with something as small as a joke. Its clear to me Eli cares deeply for all residents and wants everyone to enjoy their home as much as I did. I may be gone but I will forever cherish my time at HBV and the friendships I made.

The Hanover Buckhead Village is a beautiful, luxury high-rise, located in the center of all that is Buckhead. The amenities are plentiful--Luxer package center, dry cleaning/laundry, pool deck, business center. You would think this would lead to a cold or haughty attitude amongst the staff--but you would be wrong! From the first time I visited, I felt like a valued member of the Hanover family. The rental agents were kind, patient, knowledgeable and utmost professionals. At move-in, my unit was impeccably clean, with a great Welcome gift waiting. The maintenance staff is friendly, professional and quickly attends to any issues (even changing lightbulbs--high ceilings, dont judge!). But...the stars of the building, are the concierge staff--Roscoe, Eli, Jordy and Betty! (Im sure Im missing someone!). Every interaction is professional, helpful and very thoughtful. They remember everyones name and personal situation. It is a pleasure living here.

I stopped by Hanover Buckhead today for a visit and leasing agent Nina Hampton was amazing. She was very patient and able to answer all of my questions and concerns while I was on the property. The property was also amazing. The common area are unbelievable!!! I definitely recommend stopping by Hanover Buckhead if you are looking for an amazing community to call home.

The best part about the Hanover is their Concierge, Eli Zandman. Eli is extraordinarily knowledgeable about everything Buckhead and always willing to help solve problems and connect me with the right person.

Front desk receptionist was extraordinary and made sure I had a pleasant time! He definitely made sure all of my needs were taken care of!!

I have had an incredible experience living at Hanover Buckhead Village over the past 2.5 years. The building is centrally located, walkable to the most popular restaurants, bars, and shopping destinations Buckhead has to offer. I have thoroughly enjoyed the propertys luxury unit finishes and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows providing unobstructed south-facing views of the Midtown / Downtown skyline. The amenity package is very impressive with arguably the best pool deck in Atlanta. This is an incredible place to entertain with cabanas, grills, a fire pit, and pool with panoramic city views. Every day feels like a vacation.Although the buildings unit features and amenities sell themselves, HBV is truly differentiated by its staff, particularly the concierges Rastko and Eli. Since move-in, Rastko and Eli have been incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help out in any way possible. The concierges are integral in coordinating package / food delivery, helping greet and direct any visitors and service providers, providing general recommendations, and making sure every resident is safe and happy. Rastko and Eli know every resident by name, are very personable and always brighten your day. The leasing agents are extremely knowledgeable and were instrumental in helping me find a floorplan best suited for my preferences. Diane, Brooke, Kelley and the rest of the management team are very responsive and are always willing to help.During my 2.5 years, I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about the building, staff and my overall experience as a resident. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a best-in-class apartment living experience.

Hanover Village is a great place to live and one of the best things about it is the concierge staff. Eli, Ratsko and Oscar are great and make life here at HBV during this terrible time of pandemic restrictions significantly more tolerable.

We learned we had to move quickly for my husband’s new position. We found our wonderful apartment via the website of Hanover Buckhead Village and received top notch service from both the concierge and the property managers. The staff made it easy and seamless to rent our apartment and the big plus is that we secure a penthouse apartment. When we’ve had a question or needed help, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The amenities are state of the art and the work out room is one of the best. There is a great pool and the lounges are very modern and there is even a screening room for large screen viewing. Thank you, Hanover Buckhead Village, for helping provide a wonderful new home!

I have lived here for 5 months and absolutely love it! All of the employees are so kind to me and my dog as well. They give her treats every time we come in and are always willing to help!
