I stay at Moxy everytime I business travel and use Citrin for valet parking . In the AM’s service is not the best, even after messaging them you have to wait 10-15 mins which I can deal with . The last time I stayed, they tried to accuse of not paying valet for an extra 3rd night when I just stayed for 2 nights . I had to go back and forth with them, show my hotel receipt to prove that I wasn’t trying to milk an extra night . All I got was I am sorry it was a different person . It would be great if they have a different tracking system for cars and the nights the guests have stayed . No body wants to hear accusations in 7 AM before going to work . Def contemplating using the valet parking next time .
This was the valet in the hotel in moxy. The service was horrendous. Every time we requested the car well in advance. We had to wait every time.We had a flight to catch and requested the car before we needed it. It took 35 minutes to get the car. At 6am.It couldn’t be charged to the room adding even more time to the process.Don’t use this lot if you want to get your car in a timely manner. Even when 6 people were working we still had to wait.
Absolute rude and lying company. Do not recommend. First denied the 1,200 in damage to my vehicle, as I was pursuing into a lawsuit I get a email that they have admitted to the damages and will be paying for it, have yet to see a check. The Fairfield Medical Center is working on hiring another company I’ve been told. Will give a few more days then will pursue with a lawsuit on not only the damage but the time/money lost while the van has not been functional due to the crushed roof racks.
I have parked in Citrin lots for several years and Ive found their staff to be extremely helpful with an understanding of what customer service truly means. From the parking lot attendant to the office personnel, theyve all been great. Then comes COVID-19 and when many monthly service driven businesses havent been anxious to work with their patrons during a period of economic turmoil for many, Citrin was quick to respond to my request that I not be billed for the months I am working from home and they issued credits for April and May. Understanding that such decisions are likely made by Citrin Sr. Management personnel, it becomes more apparent why everyone else on their team has operated with such a high regard for their patrons.
I worked for citrin for almost a full year and then corona virus hit.I asked many times about when we would be brought back to the dealerships and they always said they are working on it.Then i went into all the dealerships and they told me they don’t use citrin anymore. i still don’t even know if i work for them or not and i highly doubt they care.
There was minor damage to my vehicle while parked at the Columbus Courtyard valet lot. The employee that brought my car was understanding, promptly reviewed security cameras and identified source of damage. The Citrin management group handled the situation with ease through the whole process from documentation, repair to reimbursement. Although not ideal and never easy to handle they exhibited great customer service and professionalism towards a remedy. Citrin is fortunate to have Marcus representing their interests and would trust their services again in the future.
You guys are awesome. I have a pet peeve of waiting too long for my car after a great dinner with my wife and family. I noticed that your team is always there doing it right. However you train these guys, its working!!Thanks
Cooper’s Hawk restaurant ... had to physically get out of the car and ask the attendant at the valet stand if he was associated with Citrin. He was only attentive to his cell phone and was extremely impersonable. Concerned about leaving my vehicle given the lack of professionalism. Called ahead prior to dinner departure and waited an additional 15 minutes for vehicular arrival. Please offer training to your employees re. customer service and appropriate behavior. Will self park, no longer utilize Citrin and spread the word.
Every employee Ive ever interacted with has been professional and customer forward. Thats hard to find in the parking/valet business these days. Their website is super easy to use and offers a wide range of parking solutions. Whether youre a business or a customer, you cant go wrong with Citrin.
Ive only been parking here a few weeks. Yesterday i got to my car after work and realized it was blocked in by someone who had parked right behind me. I walked down to the office and even though they were technically closed, they invited me into the warm building (it was a chilly day) and called the manager. I was offered a drink and a seat to wait. The manager responded quickly and called the tow truck. The tow took a while but they cant control that. Once the tow arrived, he moved fast. Later, I got a text apologizing for my parking inconvenience and Citrin had given me an amazon gift card for the trouble.Something that could have easily ruined my day was only slightly bad thanks to the fantastic customer service I received. Since I havent been a customer for very long, I cant speak to much else. But if this was a sign of what to expect from Citrin, Im very happy.
I worked with the team at Citrin to secure parking for me and my employees during our time in the High and Long building, not only were they fairly priced but they had amazing customer service and were flexible when our employees forgot their passes or needed to park a rental or loaner car. I would highly recommend Citrin to anyone downtown looking for monthly parking and in the event you just need it for a night their kiosk is super easy to use!

I see Citrin in many of the restaurants that I go to frequently. The Valets are always very courteous and professional. Other valet companies dont seem to care about the presentability of their valets. I have never had any issues and I feel very comfortable with this company handling my car. I wish they handled the valet service at the Airport!

I come across this parking/valet company everywhere I go in Columbus, Ohio. They are polite and professional in their guest interactions/appearance--no matter which part of town I am in. Even see them at the Mercedes dealership at Easton, handling vehicle intake. In our tight local job market, am amazed they are able to keep such a sharp pool of employees. Keep up the good work!
Received a parking notice in the lot between 4th and 5th. There is a machine in the lot that I paid and an alley separating 2 parking lots. There is no indication on the spaces themselves that state this space is Citrin and there is not a visible Citrin pay machine. I will be disputing this citation however I will also take this up with the city since there is no visible pay machine. I parked my car at 6:28 according to the machine receipt I did pay and I received a citation from Citrin at 6:52 which means someone was watching and could have indicated where to pay. Instead this company is waiting to hand out citations to collect more money from you.
I always worry about how valets will treat my car. The gang from Citrin is awesome. Felt confident in their care for my car and the friendly attitudes were a nice touch also!
A Week ago I was at The Avenue Steak Tavern in dublin and gave my Mustang to their valet asking to drive with care. I saw him driving slow as he left parking but the kid floored it on main road and almost hit the curb.
Parking with Citrin was extremely easy and very convenient especially with it being so hard to find parking spots around the Downtown Columbus Area. Would absolutely rent another space from them in the future! Thanks Citrin for your great customer service!
Truly disappointing. Applied for the Manager position in Bloomington,MN about 3 months ago. Spoke with Mike over the phone and he made the company sound truly amazing. I was intrigued with the companys great perks and career opportunity for me and my family. I was so excited I even spoke with my husband about the company and did my research on what Citrin has to offer a employee and it’s customers. I was truly mistaken. I interviewed with Jesse In person right after and then followed up with both mike and Jesse right after and was promised to hear back from them within a few days on whether the position would be full by another candidate or not.Well I’m here to tell you that I never heard back from Mike.. I heard from jesse a few days later after attempting another call and text message on a job update and then a week later still nothing.This company all string you along. If you have a family and looking for a career here just keep all your options open and apply and interview else where because they will just stop responding and never ever return calls and just leave you hanging.I was truly sad and heartbroken by this experience and had to restart my career search. More professional company’s let you know if the position was filled or not. But not this one.The recruiter Chelsea G was great at first. She actually was keeping hope alive for this company by keeping in touch with me and even telling me to reach back out to mike and Jesse but then she stopped responding.. it was really weird and unprofessional.. I was and still am very disappointed by this experience!Best of luck Citrin.

I have used Citrin Valet Services on multiple occasions and have had nothing but good experiences. The valets were quick to open the door for my date and they were professional during the entire process.
Always professional and provide great service. I appreciate the convenience when going to a nice restaurant, especially downtown Columbus where parking is limited.

I am a commuter into downtown Columbus and have parked with ParkOps before they turned into Citrin. The company has truly been a pleasure to work with and that’s why I stayed with them for so many years! I’m sad to leave the area and have to find another commuter benefit. Citrin’s online payment system and monthly reminders are great. They also provide monthly invoices so I can submit for reiungursement. Citrin has been incredibly responsive and I’ve never had a bad experience with management.
While yes they have good service. Citrin came to my dealership that i was working at during the current time (Northgate Ford). They had a pretty fast transition and changed managment for Lot-techs, and Valet. For the first week tensions were rather high because they hired a bunch of new people and the original Northgate team all knew what would eventually happen. We knew we were all going to be phased out at some point. The northgate team had an amazing system going and we got everything done in a timely manor and kept to ourselves. But Citrin did not seem to like that. Me personally, was accused of not cleaning a Ford 350 Superduty properly, which i have not clean a truck in about a month prior to this. Aswell of i was accused of disrespecting the new shift leads Which quite frankly, i couldnt even tell you what any of the new shift lead names were. So i was called on MY OFF DAY and was told i was terminated without any real reasons that were specified. In conclusion, i believe that The Citrin team has a very crooked managment that enjoys taking over dealerships, phasing out all the orignal EXPERIENCED employees ( Also they never trained the new lot techs how to properly clean a car so if you buy a car/truck from Northgate, prepair to see some really fogged up and streaked windows!) After they kick out all the original staff, they suck the company dry of their money and then move to the next dealership. So if Citrin ever offers you as a job as a lot tech. Dont accept it.
Terrible experience with this company. You should be able to trust the people you leave you car with and these guys are not trustworthy! Would never deal with them again.
I was in the Darby Street parking lot behind Tuccis and Harvest Pizza this evening, which is undergoing significant construction. Walking from the parking lot up toward the hill where Citrin valet services parks cars, a Citrin valet flew around my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 6). A few other drivers looked at me and looked at the driver incredulously. I approached the driver and asked him what he was thinking and he became incredibly defensive, telling me that we should walk in the designated walking area (which doesnt exist that low in the parking lot). I cannot believe that this valet service would employ someone with such recklessness and poor client service ability. If my son had stepped two feet to the left, he would have been hit. Ridiculous!
Edit: The team at Citrin has reached out and made this right. Joel and his team have been nothing but helpful once we resolved some mis-communications.I have been waiting since August for someone to get back to me regarding damage done to my vehicle.

Dont seem to care about cars constantly getting broken into. Cancelled my parking spot and continued to get charged. Huge mistake renting a parking space from them.
Prices are ridiculous. $10 for valet near short north restaurants, and they raised the price of valet from $5 to $6 at a SHOPPING MALL for Gods sake. The staff were disengaged and slow. No wonder, they are a bunch of college kids who dont care. Try hiring people who can act professional. Ill be walking from here on out. Also, after complaining to a friend who coincidentally knows the CEO (Joel is the CEOs name) he told me that Joel once took a patrons Maserati joy-riding and wrecked it, so much for the honest values they preach about. I wouldnt trust him to carry a bowl of soup.
