I rented from them but they have really bad communication with each other. I spoke with one person and for the next couple of weeks two other ppl called me about it in the same office regarding the same thing saying they have not been told I called . This happened many many time in the one year I rented from them. This also caused alot of confusion and re-explaining that I shouldnt have had to do when they all working the same office.

Not a bad place, but theor income requirements are weird. My rsnt now is $875 that i pay jist fine, went to try and rent a $600 apartment and theu said i dont make enough to qualify. Im just not able to wrap my mind around it.

You can let felons live in your apartments but wont let a hard working woman live there its wrong my grandma has every piece a paper she needs she makes enough to afford it but yet you decline her this is just not professional at all

Always paid my rent and said I was behind, but Section 8 paid three-forths the rent and I paid the rest. And they charged me damages I didnt do. They like scamming people out of there money.

Do not rent here! They know if theyre going to rent to you upon contact before you even fill out the application. I was denied because they had a miscommunication with my current rental agency and she told me if I was to call them and get them to call her back to clarify the information that they would look at my application again so I did just that and they called Ann and verified the information and she then going to call me to say well once you denied you cant get it reapproved and that I would have to wait 6 months before I could even apply again I have been on my job for years and I also been renting from the same rental agency for years with no bad reviews from my job or my rental agency and I still got denied!!

Great property management company. Affordable properties and great maintenance service when I had issues. Fast responses and very welcoming when I had problems.

I called about my tub not draining, and it was fixed before I got home from work.

I felt like they was rude the whole time because they barely spoke to me or acknowledged the fact that I was there. And denied me because they said where I work has a high turn over rate and because I’ve owned both of my homes and never rented. Just because other people quit working there has nothing to do with me personally. And you would thinking owning your homes would look better than renting.

This place is horrible I dont recommend anybody to ever use this rental company ever. They gave us keys to go over to look at this rental there were some other people thinking about renting it so we were able to talk with them couldnt even barely open the door the carpet tacks were already coming out the whole house was sinking down and Boeing and the state of Kentucky is also allowing people to rent things out that are uninhabitable. I do not once again recommend anybody to ever use this property management and you might want to think about what state youre moving to cuz the state of Kentucky is allowing people to rent uninhabitable homes to others.

I will never rent from this property. The management is disrespectful & rude. They never come to fix anything. I stayed in one of their properties for 3 years & it took them 3 months to maintenance the walls, which were cracking throughout the whole house & falling apart. Also they can’t keep maintenance people because they don’t do background checks & all of the maintenance were stealing from tenants houses. After I move they took $650 from my deposit. They charge me $100 per room to change the carpet because they felt they wanted to replace & nothing was wrong with it. They took $75 because the lawn wasn’t mowed which was fine. They took $100 for painting some old 1967 walls which needs to be updated. I would not ever recommend this management company to anyone. I ended up filing a small claims on them to get my money back.

The worst, stay away from them, the lie, dont give you the help you need, dont fix what you find broken, dont have everything you need in their properties

Wish I could give them zero stars.While waiting at the desk to get help one lady told her co-worker that she didnt like the people she got off the phone with an wouldnt be renting to them.These people are racist against black people an give attitude no matter how nice you are to them.Told me I was on a eviction list an offered no other options to let me prove it wasnt me.they also could not tell me where an when this eviction took place then the lady hung up in my face.I called back an told them how hateful an unprofessional they are an the lady said find someone else to rent from Ill let God handle their karma as these people pick an choose which property to rent to whom they want.please do not do business with devil minded racist biggots
