I’ve been living here for 3 years and I must say that the level of customer service and attitudes of the staff are 1000% better now. The staff has changed a few times since I’ve been here but the staff now is by far the best that has came to these apartments

This place is absolutely disgusting. It looks nice in the pictures but I have friends that live here and every single one of my friends have roaches in their apartment. Live and dead roaches that were noted on the day they moved in. Roaches on the outside of the building. A true INFESTATION. Unless you want roaches crawling in your ears stay away from here.

(Update)The fact that I moved across country and my apartment was inadequate I was told pest control visited my apartment prior to, there’s bugs crawling in my apartment and I don’t even have food or anything in there yet. They don’t care and take minimal responsibility and for 1300 for an apartment and basic internet? I don’t Think it’s worth it and the pictures of the apartments are a joke compared to what you get but hey the kitchen is nice right? Update: Still pest and they’re crawling past the camera on the regular. I was told “They’re probably just trying to die” but everyday it’s a different sized roach crawling across the fridge and trying to hide my review… Inaddition it’s mighty strange that my air conditioning unit gets “turned off” outside magically, and after almost 7 days I couldn’t get it fixed because they didn’t have an apartment key again that I gave them. Save yourself the trouble I promise you it’s not worth it

I’ve only lived here for a short time but the staff is very responsive when I request a maintenance issue in my apartment. It’s a different office staff then when I moved in but they are great. I don’t know everyone yet but aj and glen but they are both good guys

Amazing location and far enough from the street to not be bothered by city traffic.Leasing office team is professional and diligent.Garden community is kept up well, area always clean and visually inviting. Gym is small but very functional, pool area is beautiful as well. Any issues arise and the team is quick to fix/remedy the situation. Buildings are older but rooms are fully innovated and updated. Close to Midtown and many nice bars/restaurants in the area. Overall great living experience!

I’ve lived here for almost two years. The area is very safe and protected. The greenery and paths make it perfect for a stroll or walking your dog. The thing Brookwood Valley excels in though is that the staff has always been nice and responsive. One consultant in particular, Julian, has been very helpful and polite whenever I come up to the front office with a problem! I’m glad that this apartment has great staff that care.

I moved here back in January and I have to say this has been the best experience I could ask for. I was so nervous, as this is my first time renting an apartment, but Julian has been the best! He really took care of my roommate and I. He’s responsive, unproblematic, and personable. Not the mention the apartment is great- great location, great value, and great front office.

My daughter moved in waited over 2 weeks for her furniture. Immediately after moving in she has several issues 1. Bugs she immediately reported her furniture wasnt there so they had a great opportunity to resolve the issue(they are still there my daughter is paying for an apt she is embarrassed the invite her friends and family to. 2 washer squeaking (no longer working) to say these are the beginning of whats going on ....Dont move here if you can avoid it...They are not taking her seriously...She has documented everything so glad I work for a lawyer.

I am an resident at Brookwood Valley, the office staff is very professional and helpful.My unit is very nice with updated appliances.When I call the office for any type of service they are very responsive and the maintenance team get the work done expeditiously.I highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking to move to the Buckhead area.Ask for Julian.

This place is a roach motel!!!! At this point, I need half off rent so that the roaches can pay the other half!! Please let this be your last resort.

The staff here is beyond professional. Very understanding! They are literally everything you need in leasing agents! I admire their response time for any issues involving maintenance. So happy I chose Brookwood Valley as my home!

I had a great experience with the staff from start to finish. Aj helped me with everything and I am truly appreciative for it. These apartments are in a great location and you cant beat the price. I would recommend to anyone!

Been living here pretty contently for a while now. But lately, lots of issues that are becoming hard to ignore. Water’s off half the time. The most recent issue being the internet’s been out for a week now. I understand things happen that are uncontrollable, but many people during this pandemic are working from home and relying on working internet to do their jobs. The office hasn’t responded to questions about status updates. Really not pleased with the lack of communication.

Friendly staff the apartments are a little old but it makes up for the fact that the employees are really nice. Sarah, Aj, Julion has really been more then helpful. Every time I call for an issue they have maintenance come right over in a couple hours. In today’s day good customer service is hard to come by but I’m glad I decided to move here

This was the progress of a water leak in my apartment over a month. They gave no rental reduction, would have an extraction team come out to remove water nightly (had to stay up usually from 1-3 am waiting for them), and would have had to wait 3 weeks to get a disposal fixed so I ended up learning how to fix it myself. Worst apartment experience I’ve ever had in over 10 years of renting.Since posting this review, new management took over. Samirah reached out to me, and ended up crediting me for the time my apartment was unlivable. I’m hoping with her involved that anyone else renting from here will receive the service they deserve. She set expectations to be much higher than previous, and I’ll definitely consider living here again if I come back to Atlanta.

At first the gates were always closed now they are WIDE FREAKING OPEN. There are strange people that lurk here. This place is not safe from when i loved here in October. There hasnt been an update on both gates one is closed/inoperable and the other gate is BROKE. Then they use the bs line “gates dont protect the property all the time” yeah and that’s half true but when the gates were closed i didnt see random men going around knocking on me and my neighbors doors. This place SUCKS

My daughter moved there this summer and consistently have had a bug problem.

The Staff at Brookwood Valley is Phenomenal. Samira,Julian, AJ do a wonderful job, They are responsive and visible. The maintenance staff responds in a timely matter as well, making sure to respond to service calls.

Pros: The location is amazing. The price point is affordable considering the size and amenities. 24- Hour gym access (Pre-Covid) and also a pretty quiet neighborhood. Every apartment pretty much has a balcony, also did I mention location.Cons: Management is very rude and doesnt know how to communicate well with tenants. My Roommate and I had several issues with billing. They switched our internet provider from Xfinity to AT&T 1 week after we moved in. We also paid for Community Fees every month despite the gate NEVER WORKING. The apartment receive a renovation but you can still tell its old.

From the moment I stepped through the door Julian made me feel welcomed. He was professional, attentive, personable, helpful, not to mention funny lol. I also had the pleasure is meeting the office manager and other staff. The property is diverse - Which I love. The property is well kept with no stray cats lbvs. I am happy with my unit overall. I also love its very close proximity to midtown, high art, atlantic station, 75/85 etc.

Too many roaches, of all sizes!!! Why won’t management do anything about this? Work orders take weeks to rectify and still are not working. Why did I ever move here?

New management is working on improving the property, and is better with there response time than previous management. Lots of changes over the six months I have been here, but hopefully it is for better. Luckily they have finally given me an ice maker, and my shower has been fixed for the third and final time.

This is a trash neighborhood wouldnt refer anyone to it tbh.

The new property manager, Samirah Khatib was extremely helpful in correcting an errant charge on my account that appeared after my move-out. It is clear that she cares for her residents and is gracefully taking on the task of improving Brookwood from its previous management. I would highly suggest reaching out to her if you have any questions or issues. She was a world of improvement from my experiences as a resident from July 2019-July 2020.

-Two separate fires-Water main breaking leaving residents without water for more than a week-Renovators not fully completing their renovations to where I had to go and find them and tell them they hadn’t finished. Also, one of laborers stole my sunglasses from my apartment and the apartment did nothing about it even after I reported it.-Water leaking through our ceiling and damaging the wall and ceiling. All maintenance did was paint where the damage was but never actually dried anything out, so we started to notice mold growth (we reported this twice)-Renovators damaged floors and cabinetry to point where cabinet ripped off when pulled so we had to have maintenance fix-Going two weeks when we first moved in before the apartment was able to give us a working washer so we had to go across the apartment to use an empty units washer-Constant noise issuesI’ve lived in student housing that was more efficiently run than this place. Management is not responsive at all and doesn’t communicate important or even basic things to you when you have simple questions. Get ready to pay a $65-$150 cleaning bill if you move out, regardless of if you yourself clean the place spotless well before you leave. Apparently the only way they won’t charge you is if you pay a PROFESSIONAL service to come and clean and then you have to provide them a receipt. Oh, and don’t forget to ask about the hidden utility fees that they forget to mention when advertising their units. A $1100 unit will end up costing you about $1400, and that’s before your GA power utilities. The lease is extremely sneaky and there are lots of fine print. DO NOT RENT HERE, you might actually die.

Im only writing this for the new management. I had water leak issues and have to stay out of the apartment more than a week. The new manager Samirah has taken every step to resolve the issue and was super cooperative. The buildings are not new but the price is thus reasonable. As I said, Im mainly giving five stars for the sake of new management. I surely hope they keep it going this way.

Please DO NOT MOVE HERE. Most unprofessional place ever. Managements has no idea what they are doing. All the wrong information was given. Dirty, Loud and not safe to live here. Specially you are not a smoker, it is not a right place for you to move. Entire building smells with strong cigarette smell that you can even breath. they charge you pest control fee every month but they dont spray every month. roaches are every where. But most bad part is managements are not helping you with issue and giving you the wrong info. Now I am losing money with them. Please do not move here.

I did not like the apartments, they were too far back away from the main road but the leasing guy I think his name was Justin was wonderful.

Just moved here from out of state. Staff was extremely helpful in giving me information, pictures and answering all my questions about the area. Thanks Victoria & Courtney!!Location is AMAZING... walk to Midtown and easy ride to anywhere in Buckhead. Fresh Market, 24hr CVS, Starbucks, All types of food and the local Black Bear Tavern all within a 5 minute walk. The apts are a great deal for what you pay. Mature landscaping, off the main road so no traffic noise and nice little patios.

Recently moved into Brookwood Valley. My experience has been great from the moment i toured. Really nice helpful people in the office. I love the location and my apartment! So far so good.

Do not move here. While the price point may seem attractive, you get what you pay for. Management is incredibly unprofessional, and your problems will be ignored.I have been requesting management fix my toilet for a couple months now and have made essentially zero progress. Phone calls and emails are ignored. Ive even spoken to management in person and was promised work that has yet to be completed.

I love living here. The location is great and the staff are amazing. From the moment we moved in, Victoria and Michelle have treated us like close friends; they always want to hold our baby and genuinely ask and care about our lives! I always know they are doing all they can to make this place a home for all their residents. The grounds are very well-kept and all maintenance requests are answered promptly (the maintenance staff are also very friendly!). And even though this complex is right off Peachtree Street, its surprisingly quiet back here!! Id recommend this place to anyone.

Why does management bother replying to the comments on Google?Start to manage staff and responsibilities properly at the office first as not to waste time pretending to care in response.Out of all the apartments Ive researched, your residency seems the worst. Disclosure: Theyll pay the tenants to leave good reviews upon move-out. They have asked me to do so, and I refused.I wanted to give an honest review on this horrible place. The Connor Group is unprofessional, and the staff are all scam artist from the corporate, down. My lease just ended, and I had a horrible time here. The apartment I lived in had problems since DAY 1. Bugs, bugs, bugs. There are cockroaches all in, and out the apartments. My unit was not ready, or clean upon move-in. The floors were dirty, mold by the refrigeration, and a bunch of other major issues. They refused to move me into a new unit, and had no sense of urgency to clean or repair my apartment. Therefore, I had to threaten this company with legal matters just to get the job done! Who wants to live with someone like that? During my time at Brookwood Valley there were fights in the leasing office (a past tenant showed me a video that went viral), a tenants car was broken into, and someone got shot in the parking lot (google the story I cant make this up). The gate is broken, and cheap. The hallways are dirty. I do not recommend this place to no one! To top it off you get only 1 day to pay your rent, and no grace period. You have to have a cable package, and it has to be paid before your rent or your rent is marked late. Bottom line, dont live here!

I had a great experience with Sumyr. She was very hospitable and welcoming. She made my move in a breeze. I think my apt is perfect! And the grey and so upbeat! I can not wait to finish decorating! 😍

My experience with Brookwood has been awesome so far. I have been here since December and everyone has been very helpful and friendly. Lexi has been very helpful and is always very courteous. The apartment is spacious and my neighbors have been very friendly. I spent several weeks looking at apartments before ultimately deciding on Brookwood and I am happy about my decision. 5 stars from me.

Not loving living here currently, I won’t go into detail about the mess it’s been. But this, as small as it was, is the straw that broke the camels back!! The management team decided to renovate these apartments. So with that comes growing pains sure. And I was fine with that. But the fire alarm in the other building rang all night!! My husband had to sleep on the couch!! Went to the leasing office spoke to an agent told her about the issue and she looked at me as if I had two heads!!! And instead of coming with me to see what the issue is, she told me they’d get right to it. Lies!!!! I had to go into the apartment and shut them off myself so that my husband and I could get a decent nights rest!!! Seriously think twice before moving here.

I have had a great experience at Brookwood Valley! I moved in about 3 weeks ago, and I love it. My neighbors are great, the gals in the office are so friendly and on top of things, and maintenance has been awesome, as well. It is such a good price for lots of space and an amazing location. I am very happy here and feel safe; anything I need is addressed promptly and professionally. Full-size W/D, walk-in closet, and balcony are perks, too! Great location, great price, nice people.

My mom is moving there next week and I couldnt be more excited for her and this transition. Courtney was so upbeat and personable and her energy brightened the room. She was so helpful and made sure to find, y mom the perfect apartment. I definitely recommend this place and will tell people about it.

I love this place. Second year living here, great location and the best management I have ever experienced. Victoria always responds to any issues I have, in a timely manner and is always looking out for her residents as well as the others. She is very refreshing compared to other complexes I have lived in.The maintenance team is incredible as well. They are always walking around, keeping busy, and happy to help.

Really Brookwood Valley??? NO WATER AT ALL AGAIN TO RESIDENTS IN THE 8000 UNIT??? YOU COULDNT EVEN TELL US WE WOULDNT HAVE WATER SO WE CAN MAKE OTHER PLANS. ITS BEEN 2-HOURS SINCE I GOT OFF WORK AND NO WATER IN MY WHOLE UNIT AT ALL. I EMAILED THEM NO RESPONSE. THE RENT IS TOO MUCH, THERE IS AN INCONVENIENCE EVERY SINGLE MONTH. AND NO RESPECT OR COMMUNICATION FROM THE LEASING. DO BETTER!!!! Or get better managers.

The current team in the leasing office (and maintenance staff) are awesome. They have been super flexible, responsive and most of all their customer service skills are 5 stars worthy. Sure, as with every apartment complex there may be challenges but how they are addressed makes all the difference and so far, i couldn’t be happier. Going on my 3rd year here and aside from the perfect location my apartment gives me everything that i need.

Finding the ideal place to live was a tough decision for me. A friend recommended Brookwood Valley so I gave them a call. Victoria was the leasing agent who worked with me from my initial call to the leasing office until I signed the lease agreement. Victoria was very professional and she made me feel at ease with the whole process. I am now a tenant and so far everything has been great.

My rating is for the management and staff, not so much the apartment. I will say though, you pay for what you get and it did the job when I was in need. I moved into Brookwood Valley last October, I had toured a few other apartments but this one fit my budget at the time.I love Michelle and Victoria in the office. They truly care about their residents and really learn their names and faces. Im sure I was their problem child for awhile with all of the maintenance requests but they were all fixed in a timely manner -- Monyea and Ty, the maintenance guys, are very sweet and so helpful. The manager before didnt have the same sense of urgency that Michelle and Victoria have, which is probably why Michelle is now the manger and she is not longer there :)I particularly enjoy how much care, attention to detail, and follow up Michelle has. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She always makes it a point to see how I am and if theres anything that I need whenever I am in the office. She also took extra time to resolve a billing issue I had due to my A/C breaking which went above and beyond; another time she helped me carry boxes back to my apartment when my hands were full - it may seem like a small gesture but it speaks volume about her character. Michelle makes it a point to make even the little things count which is something that cant be taught.While I am happy to be moving out of my apartment, am I sad to be leaving Michelle and staff. They have a built a friendly community where the residents are treated like family by the staff, not just an apartment number.

While I really have concerns about this place my niece just recently moved here from out of town. I am not happy about the problem you are having with the water issue. Can you explain why the same issues keep occurring? Why the residents are not happy with the office staff? I might have reconsider my niece lease renewal to this place. How is the safety around there?

Ive only been living at Brookwood Valley Apartments for about a week and a half so far, but my experience to date has been great. The staff is extremely kind and willing to assist with any questions or issues Ive had. A few nights ago, I noticed some water damage on the ceiling in my bedroom. The next morning at 8 AM I submitted a service request, and within a few hours I got confirmation that the issue would be resolved that day. Not only did they resolve that issue, but also fixed the lock on my sliding patio door. The amenities are nice. The pool is kept clean and the residents out there are very friendly. There are also two grills and a TV out by the pool for residents to enjoy. The gym is a little lack luster, the dumpster seems to almost always be full, and I have had a decent amount of bugs in my apartment (but thats what I get for living on the first floor I suppose). All in all, however, my experience so far has been enjoyable, and Im excited for the remainder of my stay at Brookwood Valley.

I toured this complex, but did not sign a lease. I was pleased with level of professionalism displayed by Courtney. She was super nice and was very informative about the community and things to do in the neighborhood! Although I chose another community, I appreciate a Leasing Agent who wasn’t there to only lease Apartments.

There was a fire last night in the 6000 building. There was no email, phone call, or in-person contact from management about the damage. Residents had no idea the fire was even in the building until they took it upon themselves to leave and see what was happening. The lack of communication is not only frustrating - in this situation, its dangerous. There was no information about whether the fire was growing or if anyone needed to evacuate. Something needs to be done about this for future emergencies.

The location was wonderful, close to everything without a ridiculous price tag attached. I love the floor plan, great size. And Victoria at the front office is in a league of her own. The staff is very quick to respond. Will update if any problems arise, but very pleased with this complex.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. I would especially recommend speaking with Amanda on the office staff, she is a fantastic person to guide you through any rental processes.

During my transition from Portland, OR to Atlanta, GA Brookwood Valley was truly trustworthy and dependable during the entire process. Everything was completed electronically and professionally in a timely manner. All staff members were very kind during my entire stay and always had a willingness to help ensuring my comfort was their number 1 priority. Excellent location, very attractive apartments and maintenance was also very organized and knowledgeable in their activities.

Quiet, hidden community that you almost dont know is even there. Good size apartments with nice floor-plans and amenities. Most importantly, the community staff are friendly and approachable, which makes for a great living experience. Overall, you will be hard pressed to find a better apartment in the Midtown/Buckhead area at the price-point of this apartment community.

I had 0 problems with this complex until The Great Water Crisis of 2019. Water went out around 4pm Friday and as of 10:30am Sunday morning, water has still not been restored. If I don’t see an adjustment for water charges in my Conservice statement for this month, I am going to be very upset.

I love this place and the staff here is absolutely amazing! Ive moved around a lot with my job so Ive had many different homes and this place by far is the best. Everyone always seems to be happy to be working and doing their job. Keep up the good work! !!

I did my application one week ago. I called at manager apartment a lot times and never answer the phone. I had to come to the apartments building again. She told me because was busy with another person, I was outside from the lease when I was calling too, and no body was inside, she only ignore the phone, also she told me is a lot work for she alone, I can see is a bad administration.It happened one week and I didnt receive the confirmation for the lease, they told me I should wait another week more.I suppose I was planning move in this weekend.I paid 200 for administration fee and expected good experience but my experience is not good.

Brookwood Valley has the most amazing staff. The office personnel are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team are very knowledgeable. They are always smiling and happy to help. Ive had a great experience at Brookwood so far.

I absolutely adore this place. The neighbors are all really friendly, its quite at night and it feels really safe. Its like a little privatized hideaway in this busy city. I get that a lot of people hate the cable package that cannot be opted out of but I feel like it keeps things perfectly simple. Although it sod DEFINITELY be optional, I see it as a really wonderful amenity. The best part is Sheila, the maintenance lady. She is suprisingly prompt and my favorite member of the staff. I dont know how she does it but every time I have put in a work order, she has been able to fulfill it at an this insanely expedient rate. She always seems to be busting her ass, always in like a gazillion places at once. But it is really comforting to know that if ever I have an urgent request, Ill not have to worry about whether or not it will be fixed. Because Sheila will probably come to the rescue. Someone get her white horse instead of a golf cart.

Although we have only lived here less than a month, we really love it so far. It is without a doubt the quietest apartment complex Ive ever lived in, you cant hear traffic, and all the neighbors are respectful and kind. We worked with Victoria in the leasing office and she was wonderful, the move-in process went smoothly and they were so attentive both before move-in and following. Maintenance requests were filled, and theyve continued to answer any questions we may have! It is a great apartment for the price!

Moved in about a month ago and love the location. Victoria was great in the leasing office and is always quick to respond to any questions. There were some issues at move in but they were repaired immediately by the maintenance staff. The apt is a great space and so far its a pretty quiet neighborhood with friendly people. (Only 4 stars because I havent live here long enough to rate it a 5 out 5 yet)

Friendly office staff, gated and quiet! I have the large one bedroom plan, and I love it! Definitely great to have a washer and dryer included..... I love coming home here.Edit: it is now October 2016, and they have upgraded! Fixtures, counters, lots of little things that add up to a better value for your $$Also, Victoria in the office was so patient with my renewal, and quick to respond to concerns and emails!

Visited recently and Im overal impressed! The apartments are older but very well maintained. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Gives me the feeling once I move in I wont have problems with them. Definitely recommend the lady that helped me. I believe her name was Nadean. Very helpful!

If I could give a 0.5 Star I would!!! My boyfriend moved here 6 months ago. I am here with him maybe three times a week. First off they lied about the apartment he would get, the model they showed was the remodeled version, they never told him he would get an old one. So the day we walked in with all his belongings, it was to our surprise, they gave him a dump. Well about a couple of months later they sent out the notice for remodel and had the meeting, ok so his was one of the first to get done, he got a new kitchen, GREAT! I kind of calmed down. But the mess the construction company did was insane, they didn’t clean, the entire place was dusty and they didn’t finish for like two weeks after they started, so he had to live in that dusty mess? He had to stay a few days with me until they were truly done so he could start cleaning THEIR mess. The leasing office didn’t do anything but get him in contact with the supervisor of the construction company. Which I do not understand why? The apartments where the ones to hire them, the leaseholders have no business being in contact with the constitution company. Either way they (construction company) gave him a $100 gift card to use towards a cleaning service, which a full deep cleaning costs more then that. NOW, a month ago a tree fell (apartment property) on a few cars, his was one of the affected. Insurance covered majority, he still incurred expense in the rental car as he had to pay a percentage of it. He approached the leasing office and they said they will not reimburse. Why would a leaseholder pay for an error of the apartment complex? As this tree was marked to be cut down and NEVER was. And to top it all of, both gates are ALWAYS broken. It has only been 6 months but it seems as if he has been living there three years with all the mess he has had to put up with. PLEASE, if you value your time and money, do NOT consider this place.

Don’t move here! My boyfriend just moved in a week ago and they towed his car from in front of his apartment that was parked in a regular parking spot. They didn’t send out a notice or let him know when he moved in that their were designated parking spots. He payed all this money to move in for him to turn around and pay the tow truck company $200 to get his car back. Please be aware of this before filling out a application. Also there is no parking at night. You pay all this money for rent to have no where to park and when he did find parking they towed his car. His is currently looking for another place to live!!!!

I moved to Brookwood March of 2018. For the first month of my residence I had no working light in my bedroom. I called several times and placed several work orders. All of my requests were met with promises that maintenance will fix it ASAP but no one would follow thru. This went on on for the first month. And then shortly after that my bathroom flooded and that took 4 days to fix and I had no running water for those days and the spare apartment they granted me access to was not live able with roaches everywhere. And then it was my A/C unit not working, & several issues from there. Some of their maintenance staff are rude and unprofessional, I caught one them calling me names right below my window. The management team can at times be rude, even at my very last day at my apartment during our walk through the manager seemed upset after I inquired about things she was charging me for, and it made the experience incredibly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this complex, though appliance issues can not be avoided I believe that you should live in a complex where the team and community treat each resident with respect and dignity and regards to the time and money they spend to live there. The location is great and the rent is reasonable.

After reading the negative comments from ACTUAL residents, PEOPLE take heed!!! It Changed our mind from applying, and their response is a JOKE!!

Ive only lived here a couple of weeks, but so far, so good. Michelle is wonderful, as well as the rest of the leasing office staff. Its a fantastic location for a good price. There are only a couple of issues Ive noticed, but nothing major so far: residents of a neighboring apartment building regularly slip through the gate to use the facilities and there seems to be a lack of security on the premises, spiders love my porch (they do have an exterminator on hand, which Im scheduled for next week), the cabinets in the kitchen are pretty shallow, and the ceiling fan in my bedroom is REALLY low (my 6 1 friend wont walk in my bedroom with the fan on). But, like I said, so far it seems like a decent spot to live.

Moving across the country isn’t as easy as it seems but Victoria made moving into Brookwood Valley a piece of cake! She was very accommodating and attentive to my moving needs. I couldn’t ask for a better leasing agent! Thank you for all you’ve done and assisting me along the way!

Victoria has been so great to work with! I am relocating to Atlanta for a new job and was overly stressed finding a new place. Victorias personality and helpfulness really made the experience less stressful. The entire office staff have been so welcoming!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! Michelle and Victoria are so sweet and always going above and beyond for me. Michelle made moving in a breeze and she spent her time going over the apartment with me and my parents, as well as giving us pointers on local restaurants and shops since we are from out of town. Victoria, Michelle, and Courtney are so helpful, prompt, and professional. Relocating from Miami was difficult. However, they have a genuine concern for residents safety, quality of life, and our economic statue. For the value and location you cant beat it. Thumbs up!

In the past few weeks I stumbled across this hidden gem in the heart of Buckhead! I immediately knew this was where I wanted to live so I paid my application fees before I even saw the model. From the first time I spoke to Victoria on the phone I felt confident that I had made the right choice. For about a week Victoria helped get everything ready and was always available to answer any of my questions. She was very responsive and professional. During the time that I was waiting to be approved she called me and told me that she had an awesome unit that had become available gave me the option to pick that one! I thought this was so kind of her. I have never met a leasing agent who would do that for me and it made me feel even better about my new home. It was such a pleasure to work with her and I trusted that she had my best interest every step of the way!

If you like your water being turned off at least once a month with little to no notice, come on over!

They discriminated against me and my service dog, whom is a Rottweiler mix. A woman approached from the building next to where I was, and called out that I can’t be on the property and needed to leave without allowing time for an explanation. I don’t live on property and was visiting, but I would never live somewhere that discriminates and assumes the worst out of someone. A yelp review also stated that they were offering rent discounts for good reviews, so I assume that’s why the google reviews and the yelp reviews are totally different.

Ive only lived here for a couple weeks but Ive really enjoyed it so far. I especially that work orders are taken care of quickly and that the complex is very quiet in the midst of a busy/loud city! It makes me feel like Im living outside of the city.

Im so happy I found this place! We just moved to Atlanta from 1,000+ miles away and Brookwood is a perfect starter place for us. I love my apartment, I love the location, the girls in the office are amazing and accommodating and the maintenance guys work hard to make your home comfortable. The minor issues in our apartment were dealt with promptly. My son gets to go to a great school, and were close to everything. Thanks Michelle, Monyea, Victoria, and Amanda for all of your help. :)

I have been living here for almost a month and so far everything is great. Victoria & Lakeysha have been completely helpful and easy to work with as I moved here from out of state for my job. All maintenance issues are addressed within a day or two which is fantastic. My only reason for not giving five stars is the gate is not always closed (Which I believe they are trying to fix) and the fitness center is not what I expected. Once those things are updated it will be a perfect 5 from me, but I would recommend anyone relocating to move here.

Called to inquire about leasing for a friend who then lived out of state. I later toured the apartment and received the best customer service I’d ever experience from Courtney and the team. Great and caring management team.

12/13/19 @ 10:04pm. Water main break occured at 4:10pm . Please fix. For the inconvenience, I would like $200.00 to be taken off my rent for January 2020. I have no running water. I am being forced to go to hotel. $200- hotel cost, food cost.

I really enjoy living in this apartment complex! I have one bedroom apartment here and I can say that it is one of the best areas I have lived in ATL. The community is safe and quiet. People living here are friendly, and willing to assist you. I really love the location, since you can enjoy of a quiet place without giving up the advantages and benefits of living in a city. Finally, the friendly administrative staff is always helpful and competent, especially Amanda, who is always attentive of my well-being and comfort, as well as of having all my paperwork up to date. They are always on top of everything. They assist you and get things fixed almost immediately after you notify that something needs fixing in the apartment.

I recently relocated from Florida to Atlanta. The staff at Brookwood Valley did a great job of making the transition as smooth as possible. Any issues that arise are taken care of immediately. Also, the location of the complex makes it easy to get anywhere in the city.

I have been a resident of Brookwood Valley Apartments for 2 years now. I havent had one problem. Its quiet - you dont feel like youre in the city, yet the location is perfect. All of my neighbors are nice and the front desk is very responsive. I definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable spot in the city!

Will like to give a shoutout to Courtney, she helped me with the lease and made everything go smoothly. She is super nice and on top of her game, ask of her when next you go to the leasing office. I am new in town so I look forward to enjoying my stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Water has been shut off since Friday afternoon. It’s Sunday and we still don’t have running water in my building. They sent out an email stating the want to give free bottled water to residents to make up for it. That’s their solution for 2 days worth of no running water. The management staff is rude and unprofessional. They are a nightmare to deal with. It’s not worth it at all.

I just moved from out of state on a whim to Atlanta, and Victoria is the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever met!!! She and the Brookwood Valley team has made my transition easy and seamless! Highly recommend that you consider Brookwood Valley as your temporary or forever home! Its private and safe but so close to the hottest Buckhead attractions!

Location! Location! LOCATION!! Conveniently located to everything! Beautiful community. Friendly staff. Oh.. & did I mention its superbly located? If you work at Piedmont or the Shepherd Center... and/or enjoy having an active social life... its by far, the most ideal place to live!

I have been here for a year ... to be honest all the 5 star reviews are only because they tell you to give them a good review for a $50 gift card. Which I have not received so here is my real opinion. My car got broken into here (no surveillance even though the sign says there is), nothing gets done within your apt or in the community. ALSO....someone got shot and murdered here... I will leave it at that.

I have a one bedroom here and I absolutely love my apartment. Its a safe and gated community. It was an easy transition to the city and the location is amazing! The staff and managers are so nice and caring! Im so glad that my husband and I chose these apartment for our home.

Read the reviews on Yelp. I was seriously considering, but the crime map for the past year has me doubting. Still gonna go check it out but the lack of concern from management to improve safety is probably going to end up being a deterrent. How do yall seriously expect to get new tenants with this kind of management?

This is a great place to live. Lakeisha is truely awesome and so is the rest of the staff. They all remember your name and everything thats going on with your new home. They made a stressful event a smooth transition for me. On top of that the trash service and amenities are awesome, and the location is perfect for city living. Im sure you all will live your newly renovated apartment as much as I did.

I have lived here for over a month and overall it has been a good experience. The properties are nothing special but its in a great location. I will say the service and friendliness of Victoria in the front office is awesome!

It was a beautiful experience moving here, the process was easy, and Rhonda made sure I was provided with the best customer service experience. They worked great with me and even stayed a little late in the office to make sure I got moved in safely. My apartment was larger than expected, clean, and safe. It really is worth more than I pay but I am not complaining about that at all.

So far this place has been wonderful! Victoria was great about showing me the actual unit I was getting, putting in work-orders, and getting everything signed. She continues to be fantastic about my sometimes ridiculous questions, and my new apartment is everything I wanted. I like that cable and internet are included in the utility bundle, as is valet trash! Overall, this place wins everything.

Ask for Vinetta! She was a huge help throughout our entire moving process. She completed all of our paperwork expeditiously and made us feel comfortable about the leasing decision we made. Although Victoria wasnt our consultant she also was a joy to be around and was readily available to assist us if needed. Great staff. Love my apartment.
