I just left the shop feeling four out of five. I like this color though. Would have been nice if my nails were trimmed and filed properly. Next time will be better. My mothers nails were done properly at least.

Just got my nails done here for the first time and, Im super unhappy with them. I waited very patiently for multiple people to come work on them, yet theyre very uneven, and not like the picture I showed. They were very busy, so I cant blame them too much. But, I definitely wont be coming back :(

I stopped in for a pedicure without an appointment. They were busy but accommodated me. This is my first time here.. Diane was great! Ill be back.

I went here to get dip powder nails they barely acknowledged me and rushed through my service and had 3 different people do my service my nails weren’t even and they were super messy there was chips in the powder on multiple nails. I had to come back three times total and had one ripping off in less than a week. Literally the worst place i have ever got my nails done the biggest waste of money. Not to mention they laughed and talked about me when i came back to get their mistakes fixed.

I’m never in a hurry, but I assumed the time I had my appointment would give me enough time to get to another place on time. I waited for a half an hour and not one person came to tell me how long I would have to wait or not even a “ thank you for your patience”. I ended up leaving because I asked how much longer and I never received a direct answer. I work in customer service myself and I just didn’t feel like I was being treated properly given the situation. I don’t think I’ll be going back because it’s not the first time this has happened there! Don’t bite off more than you can chew a day!

1st time making a appointment. what a joke. sat and waited while they accepted every walk in. they couldnt provide the service I wanted. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. this is a rare TREAT for me. the man who was accepting all the walk its was telling everyone to calm down. with so many nail places around Ill NEVER go back.

The technicians there are great, they really do a great job and know how to do it right. I really appreciate the work they do.

I had an appointment but had to wait 40 minutes; no one welcomed me or let me know about the wait. Also note that there are no responses to the many bad reviews.

I have been going to a shop in the cities for the past 10 years after living in Burnsville for 4 years and with the pandemic I got a recommendation for this shop. I can honestly say I have found my new nail shop. Very professional and I must say the man that put my set on and shaped them did a wonderful job. The girl that designed and painted them very neatly. I will be coming here from now on. You have a forever customer. Thank yall so much

Had a pedicure here. The woman who did it took her time to give me a great massage during the pedicure even though I picked the cheapest one. Ill go back again!

Ive been going to this shop as long as I can remember and truly love it but lately have been spending too much time here. They are very short staffed and don’t really make time for the customer. Each time I’ve gone I’ve been waiting for at least 2 hours just get a fill while sitting and waiting in between each step. Very disappointed and will be looking for a new shop.

I went in last week to get my full done, I was there for 2 hours and had to leave to go to work with unpainted acrylics. A few days later I went in (today) to get my nails finished…. I just needed them painted ans was in there for 2 hours. 15 minutes. And they knew they hadn’t done my paint from my last appointment. It was extremely frustrating to have to come back ans for it to take 2 hours for them to paint my nails

Apple nails does really good acrylics. and the prices are super affordable. i don’t like the customer service though, they switch people a lot and it seems really un organized. Tammy does a great job!

I booked a gel mani pedi and I happened to go at a slower time, so they did my hands and feet at the same time!! I felt so good and like they took care of me. I went just to have some cute nails on vacation, (I haven’t had my nails done for like two years probably like 7 for my feet for reference), and I’m 100% percent staying a customer. They made me really enjoy having my nails done again

I do not like the attitude of the lady that did my nails... Shes mean, not nice. She keep yelling at me to be careful putting on my hands inside the electric dryer for gel manicure of mine. She treats you like a little child that doesnt know how to be careful. Shes the only one there that I dont like, the rest they are ok. Shes different. She didnt even colored my whole nails and not cleaned good, theres more cuticle left. Not happy for her service, the owner is always nice though...

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had!Triple booked people actually 5 woman waiting to have their nails done. I had an appointment!They soaked my nails in polish remover I HAVE NEVER HAD IT DONE LIKE THAT. This dries out your nails HORRIBLE so Unprofessional the shop was dirty I just left after having my polish soaked off and still waiting an hour.... NEVER EVER GO HERE!!

I would rate them a 10 if I could! Wear mask, first thing you have to sanitize your hands. Then pick polish. If too many people you have to wait in car. Plexiglass shield between you and attendant. Plastic bags in bowls. Plexiglass shield between you and chairs on either side.My pedi was GREAT!! I highly recommend this shop. They are the.best in the area!!

I liked how friendly the staff is. Immediately when you walk in the shop, you get friendly hellos from the staff. I personally went in the day before to try out this new shop and see if they could do the kind of natural matte nail I wanted and honestly they delivered. I’m very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The nail tech let me know like if I wanted to cut the nail more or make them longer she was willing to change it at any time to ensure I was happy with the service . 😍😄

The prices continue to rise, and the service continues to decline. They constantly juggle you with other customers, even when you have a scheduled appointment.

Got the classic spa pedicure. Loved it! Soaked my feet, trimmed my mails and cuticles, scrubbed of the rough skin and callouses, rubbed my feet and calf muscles with lotion, then applied a hot towel to my legs while she painted my toenails. Went for regular mail polish because gel NEVER comes off, even when you want it to!! Also got a massage from the massage chair while I sat and read during the manicure. Nice!! Lena was very good.

I have been going to Apple Nails for over 10 years now. I even travel out of my way to Apple Valley from Excelsior because I trust them, and the price cannot beat anyone else. Tom and Mia always do top notch!

12/14 I came in for a Gel Manicure and a Pedicure they were so kind and welcoming. I started off with a Pedicure and they were so respectful of my time that they started doing my Manicure chair side of my pedicure. Amazing experience and they got me in and out in less than an hour! I would recommend to anyone!!!

I wouldnt suggest this place, my friend and I went in on a Friday afternoon(we understood that it would be busy). We waited about 20 mins to be seating then once we were seated my feet soaked for about 30 min(much too long in my opinion) My friend that I was with was done with her pedicure before they even started on mine. Not to mention there were 4 people who came in after me and had got their nails started before me. One person was even finished before I got my toes started. Overall the people were nice. But, not worth it.

Waited 50 minutes past my appt time for a manicure. Then the technicians went back and forth between customers . The nails turned out fine, but this was an unpleasant experience overall. Will not return.

I go here regularly. Yes you might have to wait a little bit but not too much in my opinion. The price you pay is amazing for the nails you get. If they take the time to do your nails you will be very happy walking away.

One star is too much. Tom sat and argued with me about reshaping my nails. The shape looked fine BEFORE the multiple layers of gel polish. I asked that he sharpen them back up because the polish made them look bulky and round. He told me no and continued to go back and forth with me about it. Very rude and unprofessional! If I am paying you for a service you need to do exactly what I ask of you. No if’s ands or but’s.

Come here regularly and they are amazing always seem to get me in busy or not sometime I have to wait but it’s worth the wait! I always have my own design in mind and they always try there best to do it for me!

Don’t come here Tom the manager is beyond rude, he messed up my nail shape- I asked for my money and he said no and he told me to sit and wait for an hour if I want them fixed. So I left and came back, to him telling me that I should not come back to his salon again, as he was talking to another customer about me. Don’t waste ur money and go to 3L nails instead if you want quality nails

Today i spent most of my day at this horrible nail salon. They were very aggressive with my nails. They ruined my friends nails and talked back when she asked for more help. They were rude, lazy, and careless. They switched to person to person and I had 3 different workers fix my nails and it just made it more difficult. They did not have a plan so they went from person to person and everyone in the salon was so annoyed. I would not recommend coming here. They will seriously ruin your nails.

I have come here tens of times and it’s the same experience every time. Making an appointment is useless, it doesn’t get you in any faster than just walking in. If your appt is at 4:30, don’t expect to sit down until at least 5. The appointments are just a joke. It is 5 o’clock currently and my appointment was at 4:15 and I am still sitting and waiting. They are constantly very busy with not enough staff for the people. They do a good job on my nails like 4/5 times. I love how my nails look but the service just sucks :( I wish it would be better. I gave 3/5 stars because they normally do a good job on the nail portion of the experience. sadly I think I will be changing nail salons shortly.

Rip-Off!Truly the “$23 full set acrylics” coupon was the biggest April Fools joke Apple Nails has ever played. With no details regarding the coupon on the actual ad, the average person is led to believe that a “full set of acrylics” is the acrylic nail, one color polish, and no additions. Nope! By full set of acrylics, they mean acrylics as short as they can possibly cut them + a white tip. Not even a genuine French!Because they wouldn’t accept my coupon, I paid $35 for the worst nail job I’ve ever had done.- Acrylics were crooked and lumpy. Paint was thicker in some areas more than others.- I felt bad because the person I went with told me I was being rude by telling the nailist that my nails were crooked, but I told her countless times but she didn’t fix them.- didn’t even cover to the base of my nail! I can still see my nail and it looks like I need a fill the DAY I got them done!- the lady didn’t clean my cuticles at all.- All nails on my left hand were like twice the length on my right hand, and I told her this and she did not fix them.You get what you pay for... maybe less.$35 is cheap for a set of acrylics anyway. Honestly, save your time and spend the extra $10 to go to a better salon where you know for sure you’ll be able to communicate and fix possible mistakes to the nail. This place was unfortunately a waste of $35, because I was looking forward to loving this place.The only salon I trust is the one near Joann’s, Savers, and Chipotle, off of 42.

The worst! Upon reccomendation I took an adult who is vulnerable to have her eyebrows done. After being instructed to have a seat in the back we waited. About 7 minutes later a group comes in for pedicures. We are then asked to leave and come back later that they are now busy. I stated that we were here prior to the other arrivals and she needed her eyebrows done. Here are their exact words...She has a lot of eyebrows and the other clients need to be started first. One customer said no go ahead I can wait. Technician said no it would take to long. Never ever ever again. As I left in disgust and went to Beyond Nails around the corner. Much cleaner professional, pleasant and less expensive. DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED QUALITY SERVICE. EVER!

This place is really nice and the staff is very friendly! Came to get a mani-pedi with a friend. We did make an appointment and we’re both in and out with no wait. There were a few walk-ins that waited MAYBE 8 minutes before they were helped. I got gel polish and she got a fill in on her acrylics. They were very efficient and did a good job (doing nails takes some skill) and we both left very satisfied!

I have been going to Apple Nails religiously for the last 4 years. Their prices and quality cannot be beat in the metro area. I drive all the way from Minneapolis and dont trust any other salon with my nails. Only downside is that they can get quite busy and dont always honor appointment times. Dont go here if you are in a rush, or call ahead and ask how busy they are.

You can have an appointment and still be waiting to be seen. They want to get keep everyone coming in the door as a customer happy even if its at the expense and time of their regular customers. I shouldnt have to set aside 3 hours for a manicure when I make an appointment

Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this nail salon. I was highly dissatisfied with the service. To begin, the staff had very poor customer service and was not attentive. They continued to make mistakes by making my nails bleed through improper cutting. Furthermore, they caused my skin to bleed with improper waxing techniques in addition to not providing a room for privacy. My experience was embarrassing and frustrating. I will be sure to never return to this unprofessional salon in the future.

Wouldnt suggest this place if it is busy. Waited a long time to be seated for a pedicure. My feet soaked in water for 15+ minutes cause no one was available. The lady rushed it so bad that it hurt and I didnt get to even enjoy it. I have never had a painful pedicure until that one. My cuticles on my toes hurt the next day and Im surprised there was no blood after that. Also, could not find any prices anywhere.

They do not properly sanitize the soaking tubs or jets and share nail files. Yuck! Nail fungus is so easy to catch and very hard to get rid of. Dont go to Apple Nails. This place is cheap for a reason!

I wouldnt recommend. They dont seem prepared with enough nail techs or enployees to accomodate walk ins. I went twice for an eyebrow wax and every time I go they say its too busy. My opinion, they shouldnt allow walk ins then if they cant handle it. Will never go again, unprofessional as well in the way they speak to customers.👎🏼

What sets this place above many of the other nail salons is that the staff is respectful and nice to its clients, and typically talks in English (in other nail salons you sometimes wonder if they are disparaging theirCustomers in their language..)? They also do a really great job with your nails and, my favorite is their massage chairs (pedicures). Also, Ive always found the owner gentleman to be helpful, polite and professional. Lastly, I was very pleased that after pedicures, they clean out the foot tubs with Lysol/ bleach -thank you!!

Love going here to have my nails done and a good pedicure. Everyone there is super nice, even grumpy Tom... Lol! That guy always has something to complaint about or to argue about, but imagine he is the only guy working there.Anyway Tom and his wife Lyn will be there more than happy to help you with all your hand, nails, pedi and facial waxing too.

Passed 3 nail shops to give this place a try because of a coupon. Never again - not worth the extra time/drive. Had to pay extra to get gel nail polish removed (there goes the coupon savings). Asked for my nails to be shaped differently (pointed at the tip), she did rounded square (like they were before), final paint job on both nails and toes look ok, like I did them myself. Not impressed. Will not be going back. Will not recommend.

Ive given this place at least 10 chances. Everytime I came out disappointed. This time the nail tech started slapping my feet and yelling at me in her language!Lmao! Apparently I wasnt putting my feet in the right spot for her. Usually Im a $10 tipper for just a basic $23 pedi. I tipped her $2 cuz she was a little violent...still have to laugh about it. Wont go back ever.

Service was horrible, appt @ 3 didnt get in till 330pm. The gentlemen who assisted me was very rushed, rude and kept changing prices. I would not recommend ever, i was better off doing my nails @ home . 😒😒
