The teachers are really good with the kids. My kids love them and always have fun. The facilities are good and include various mats, gymnastics bars and beams, a mini-zip line, and lots features to climb and jump from.

Very disappointing experience for me and my kids. We did the trial class which was great. The kids loved the class itself and the instructors were awesome. We signed up to start regular class on August 9th. However when we showed up to start they didnt have us on the schedule. There was a gal behind me whos kids were also supposed to have class that day who they didnt have on the schedule either. They did have enough spots for all my children to go to a class that day even though some of them went to a class younger than what they should be in. However I ended up paying $80 for all five of my children to attend a one-hour class--- due to the prices being misrepresented beforehand (more about that later).We were also told that you pay for a spot not for an individual child. We have foster children so we planned to have two spots and let the kids rotate through the two spots each week depending on who lives in our home at the time. When we showed up for class they said the opposite, that you pay for the individual child and not for the spot in the class.We were also quoted a different price when we originally told even though the price that we were told was on the membership contract that they wanted me to sign. When I pointed this out to the girl at the front desk she said they werent offering that option anymore. If you arent offering that option anymore then take it off of your advertisements and off of your contract. The original price I was quoted would be $189 a month for 5 spots for dynamic daytime pricing. The gal at the front desk quoted me $230 a month for 5 kids.I also confirmed before signing up for a regular class that we would be with specific instructors that worked well with my children during the trial class. However the instructors that we were told would be teaching the class where not there. They also had me fill out and drop off a contract prior to my kids starting class. Yet they couldnt find my contract and asked me to fill out a new one.We did not end up signing up for a membership. I did not have a good feeling after this experience or any trust in their business. This company is either incredibly disorganized or just plain dishonest.

My son loves his weekly parkour classes that he takes here. His skills and level of fitness have really improved notably over the past few months! He looks forward to it every week!

Really fun place for kids to grow and exercise with some serious obstacles. The kids love it!

My children have been going to the open gyms consistently for about two months. My sensory needs son struggles with following directions so we thought they open gyms would get him used to the facility before we began classes. The coaches are nothing short of amazing and patient, talented as well! It is such an uplifting and fun environment not to mention healthy and educational. My five-year-old and 10-year-old have really enjoyed going to flip and twist.

I love it here. They are great to meet each child where they are at and develop them into the best they can be. You can tell that they care. They are very talented individuals and teachers.

Justinas yoga class is the perfect blend of stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Being able to take her class over Zoom is a JOY. She will guide you through a series of yoga postures with kindness, support and grace. You will leave class feeling lighter, calmer and in a better mood. I highly recommend taking her classes either via Zoom or in person (when possible). You wont regret it, I promise

Great seeing the kids (and adults!) having fun and learning new skills in a safe environment. They have taken great precautions in this current climate and have adapted classes. The staff obviously love working here. Work in collaboration with the yoga studio next door - think they provide family classes there as well.

We love this gym! My kids are so engaged. They are learning so many new skills. They love all of the instructors. It is a very positive experience for our kids.

Our family loves Flip & Twist! We have one in intermediate gymnastics and one in Ninja green. The coaches are amazing! My daughter loved participating in their obstacle course. There is something for everyone at this gym...it’s fun for the whole family!

High quality instruction, very interactive with the participants. They have great deals for the family.

Flip & twist has been great. My 7yo loves American Ninja Warrior and flip &twist gives him the perfect place to Ninja! We also came as a family and had a blast. Who knew this mom could get up the curved wall?!

The kids LOVE this place. The coaches are so awesome about teaching the kids to stretch before they start and how to be safe while the learn new skills. Id highly recommend!!!

Finally Idaho Falls has an indoor facility for people of all ages to run, jump, tumble and play. Not only do they offer recreational gymnastics classes- they also have parkour classes and ninja warrior inspired obstacles to build strength and just have a great time. Our whole family cant get enough of this place- we LOVE it!!

The adult classes are great. Good workout while having a lot of fun. Dan is awesome.

They have great ways of teaching new skills! I always have fun when I go in! I definitely recommend!! They always make sure we are having fun in safe way!
