I just left there and I must say that my experience was great. I got the Brazilian Wax (front and back) with underarm. I’m a beginner and I was very nervous coming in but Marcela Alfonso made me feel very comfortable and taught me breathing exercises while in the process. I will definitely be coming back. This is my to go place. No more razors! Thank you Marcela!

This is my third time at this placeFirst time experience was okay because Erika was servicing and she did a good jobSecond time, not so good, Marcela was Servicing me she didn’t do a good job on my wax and didn’t take her timeThis Third and final time I booked Erika but instead she send me the Marcela to take her more important client. Marcela once again did a poor job on my wax and eyebrows. Can’t show my wax but here’s a photo of my eyebrows.Will not recommend and will not be going back.

I really wanted to love this place, I used to go to Uni k wax but a friend recommended here since it was “good and affordable” Marcella is a sweet person but there was two occasions where I would get attended 20 minutes after my appt and once it went to almost 50 minutes so I just rescheduled it ... I’m currently pregnant and she tried talking me through it but she wouldn’t be as gentle. Im probably comparing to uni k wax but they would place the hand immediately with pressure to help ease the pain after pulling wax off and they didn’t do that here at Erika waxing studio .... I would always leave with wax still stuck on me and down there wouldn’t be as smooth as uni k wax used to leave me ... maybe she wasn’t applying the wax correctly like towards where the hair was growing or maybe it was the wax they used ... I’m back at uni k wax and yea I Pay more but it’s so much more worth it

I found this place by chance as I was receiving horrible customer service from other waxing studios over the phone.Erika was very attentive to me over the phone and answered every question I had with no problems and helped guide me in the right direction on how to get there since Im new to the city.First off, the studio is beautiful, cozy, and sanitary. I got a Brazilian for the first time and my eyebrows done and my tech was guiding me through step by step on what she would do and what to expect and made me feel comfortable. I loved my overall experience here and Ill be sure to come back frequently for all of my waxing and facial needs.

Erika is the absolute best. I have being to her for the last 10+ years for a variety of service. I mainly go for Bikini wax, underarms, i no longer own a razor or use hair cream removal. She has specialty facial treatments that are amazing. She’s my one stop shop of beauty need. Love her, Try her, you will not regret it. Oh and she also does massages post cosmetic surgery.

Erika is absolutely amazing. Found her from Groupon and I was so impressed that Ive already been back twice and plan to be a regular. Ive only gotten waxed here, but plan to try a facial soon. She is very friendly, welcoming, and excellent at what she does. When getting a wax, she has me in and out in 20 min or less and is thorough. Somehow without causing much pain. She also has the best prices Ive been able to find in Miami. Highly recommend!

The appearance inside was nice and Marcela was very nice and conversational but the SANITARY AND CLEANLINESS is Disgusting. The same Spatula was used multiple times on my skin and dipped in the wax. I was hoping and praying that they use a new spatula and new wax for each person but to my awareness the Same spatula was used on my friend and the Same wax. To make matters WORST all of the hair wasnt even removed properly. Nor was she doble checking to remove extra hair. Waist of Money and Time.

I came here to get a bikini wax and it was the smoothest ever from what my boyfriend says lol!! Erika was really nice and made me feel really comfortable she is really sweet. As soon as you walk in you can smell and see the cleanliness. I have now gotten a facial here too and my face looks and feels devine. I have now scheduled an eyebrow threading. I love this place and highly recommend it !!!!
