Service is great and I never felt rushed or given the feeling of bugging them with my non stop questions about certain products.I asked about what polishing pad/compound to use on my car so he took a look at my paint and offered his advice. You dont get that reading reviews and going in blindly with Amazon. Support the local team! Highly recommended.

I went there for the first time today with my daughter to purchase products great products they have there. The employees were friendly personable and very knowledgeable about their products which helped in making the right decision for what my daughter needed. She is detailing her own car now not quite finished yet and its looking great.

I purchased a new Tacoma. I am not the type if woman that details my truck. I pay someone to do it. The moment I drove my car off the lot I knew that it was my responsibility to take care of it. More importantly take care of the things that God gives us. So u watched a few videos online and went to Walmart to pick up some detailing products. I had a hard time choosing the right product. Another woman who was shopping in the same isle asked me what I was looking to do with my car. Than she told me about Detail Garage Hawaii. Another blessing. The next day I immediately Watched several YouTube videos and decided it was time to check it out. I have a few products in mine upon entering the location. The staff made me feel welcome and they were very helpful. Especially to someone new at detailing. I greatly appreciate that and I look forward to purchasing more products from them. So far I have visited this location 2 times spending over $200 on each visit. I think I have enough product for now but I definitely will be keeping my eye out for more videos and product recommendations.

Staff are super friendly and they have every product you would ever need to take care of your car. I can see myself spending waaaaaaaaaay to much money here lol. The plus side is the 2 cars in my household get the attention they need and I dont have to spend an arm and a leg in the long run going to automatic car washes. Initial cost is high but well worth it.

The first visit here I thought I was getting good advice, I followed the instructions given exactly as directed and swirled the paint on my brand new 4Runner. That visit recieved two stars.I went back the next day to seek advice on repairing the damage I did to my clear coat. I was provided with much better advice and guided to purchase the proper tools to get the job done. Kamu provided me with the best of customer service and if I would have spoken with him on the first day they would have gotten a five star review.

I didnt catch the gentlemans name, but he was extremely helpful show me where all the products were by category and answered all of my questions. What a great place to have on the island where everything costs a fortune to ship to!

Love this place they have everything I need to keep my car clean and shining inside and out. I had some hard water damage that wasnt coming off with any luck or chemicals I used. Then I met these guys. They are problem solvers and I loved the knowledge of thier products! They definitely made a customer out of me! Great products and great service!

Walking in there is like going into a candy store.They have so much to play with n choose from.I went for something that would clean my hard water spots on my windows.They guy was very helpful n shared what to use.He also shared how to use it n what to do.Than I got carried away n bought more stuff ... lolBut it will all go to good use n for future use as well.The guy had great service and very polite.He answered all of my questions I asked.I was pleased n very happy.Thanks again. 🙏🤙🙏🤙👍

The staff here is amazing! The products really do what they are supposed to! If theres a project in detailing, this is the place to go! Ive tried everything from everywhere, i never seen results until now. Tanner is the bestest if you ever need help!

If you are looking for anything auto detail/care related look nowhere else. Sure there are cheaper product lines at the national chain stores but you get what you pay for. Top quality products and really the only place on island that has all of the detail supplies and accessories you need.

Went by the shop for the first time and I wished I decided do it sooner. They have a WIDE selection of Chemical Guys products. I only picked up some vinyl wrap cleaner but will most definitely come back for more car care products. Customer service is top notch. Tanner did an excellent job going thru each section of the store and briefly explaining what it does. The cashier, I didnt catch her name, did an awesome job explaining the rewards program and helpful with signing me up for it. Overall a great experience!

Shop is always changing things up on where their products are located, employees are super easy to talk to especially about their products and what they recommend. Love this place! Friendly staff and a lot of things to use for your cars personal care...However the roadway to get there is pretty rough and parking there can be pretty tough at times...it really depends on the time of day BUT its worth it to me...it satisfies my car cleaning addiction 🙂

I used to get my Chemical Guys stuff on Amazon, but after experiencing the awesome customer service at Detail Garage and the wide variety of products they have, Im buying locally from now on.

Place doesn’t disappointment. I have been here multiple times and I have always received a “Welcome” when I walk into the store. Everything is stocked neatly and the layout of the store is easy to navigate. They always have different events for all kinds of different rides and motorcycles. Everyone that works there has awesome customer service. Constantly walking around making sure customers are ok and answering any questions they may have. Sometimes I just go to the store for the great conversation 🤫. Honestly this place is awesome and they have a ton of car clean products to help with my OCD when it comes to cleaning my cars.
