They would have gotten five stars but I felt rushed a little bit, my pedicure was interrupted by the tech doing a brow for a another customer. Also I did still see a tiny bit of dry callus on my side of my right foot at the end. But overall I think it was a decent experience

I had they worst experience ever here. As you can see from the photo I attached a manicure is $15, without polish, and $25 with. So they charge $10 for the .0008 oz they put on your nails. And see where it says lotion massage, yeaj it doesnt exist they dont give you one. And my nails were so bad, I went home and redid them myself. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dont get me wrong they treat u nicely but when it comes down to the the actual service I wanted, I was dissatisfied with the young lady who did it. First of all she took like 20 minuted just on one foot . Then. She pulled on my skin on the side of my toe twice. She tried over charging me. $54 for a gel pedi. What they think they on Sunset in Santa Monica. This was the end result. Uneven polish and crooked nails. Most expensive fail pedi ever. $37 never again.

I have never done a pedicure and let me tell you this place is awesome. I tend to lean more on the simplistic side. My nails are so beautiful to me I could cry. They listened to what I wanted and they didnt make me feel bad for how short I wanted my nails. Every other place I go to makes me feel like Im just wasting their time. Im definitely coming back.

Most of the technicians were very nice. However I asked for shorter ballet shape acrylic nails, showed a picture, and got short coffins. they were all crooked and the acrylic was not smoothed out, no apex on some. Also, one thumbnail is already lifting and the other wasn’t smoothed out by the top of the nail. It’s going to snag on something. My mother wanted a polish change manicure with French tips and the technician started filing her nails with the drill as if for acrylic. Can’t reach anyone by phone. I imagine this is because we were outside and it felt rushed but I won’t be back til after it’s business as usual hoping for a better experience but not sooner.

Did my nail with out hurting my fingers and how I wanted them done. The price didnt break me like the last place I went. Ask for duewy

It was cool, yet i cant wait for other nail shops to open, this place is PRICEY!$55 for my nails, however the young man who changed my bill, was very adamant about me tipping both ladies, telling me to not asking, which I planned on doing, yet telling me the way he did was very rude. Tips for a $80 bill are earned and optional, not mandatory. Spent $90 out the door for a powder ombre nail set and pedicure with tip(s).

I went in about a week ago and made an appointment with Donny and let me tell you, he definitely delivered. I showed him a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and he definitely made them the exact way. Thank you so much. It’s been tough finding the “one” and I definitely found it in him. Thanks so much Donny! See you in 2 weeks :)

I am no longer a customer of Glamour nails. I went because they are so close to home and I was disappointed time after time. I had full set, fills, and pedicures done there over the course of many months. Not a client any longer.

Worst experience of my life !! I will never go back !! They cut me 5 times !! Did a reshape and its terrible yet charged me extra for it !! The Polish job is terrible you can see lines in every nail !! And the paint on my toes is the same way !! Dont go by the price list either bc they charge way more then they have listed !!

DO NOT GO HERE!! The worst pedicure ever please make sure you know you will be charged extra for a Cellus removal. The worst acrylic set I’ve EVER HAD. When I went it to ask them to fix the terrible job that was done they told me they were going to charge me $10. Not good customer service at all WILL NEVER BE BACK

I went to get my nails done and I broke it a couple days later. They were so so nice about fixing it and even did a little bit of work on my other ones. All for free. I would highly recommend this nail Solon so anyone. There staff was so nice and respectful.

So far so good. first time i went here and it was amazing. great friendly service, they are gentle, clean and my nails and everyone elses nails looked perfect. they are decently priced. pedicure is $22 and full set starts at $22, total for me was $52. all the workers seemed to be able to do a good job.ill make sure to re update if anything goes wrong.

Pretty pricey but quality was excellent,, however wanted tiger eye polish, paid for it but person didn’t t know how and it didn’t come out right,, looked awful,, so the 5 stars is for the quality of work

Very expensive prices but their pedicures are excellent. Its about $50 for gel pedicure but you get salt scrub, callous remover, hot stones, and I forget what else. It takes a good hour. I love itm my feet stayed nice for a good month!!

I came into today wanting to get my pedicure and full set done.. Excellent job. Everyone is very nice. I had my nails done with coffin shape with gel, length and shape is the exact way I wanted. Im very picky myself and was able to voice my opinion and they were gladly able to listen. I would highly recommend!

Received a Pedicure and Manicure. I Got a horrible fungus on my nails and I had to go to Urgent care and get treated for the fungal infection on my foot. When I returned to the shop to talk with the owner he threatened to call the police when I asked for his license information. I feel that this place don’t deserve even 1 star. Look on Yelp for the picture of the fungal infection on my foot. NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL

I had a stroke just recently. Basic things like doing your own nails, is very difficult to impossible. I am a male and asking your friends to do the task, well, dont. they beg off. So, reading the various comments here ... I am sold

Kinda feel like they ripped me off. Got a gel manicure an pedi of one solid color ($70) Guy offered to put powder on my thumbs. Later he ended up charging me for the powder. Ended up being $105.00 dollars. Yes I would go and make sure Id get a breakdown.

LOVE this place. I have never been in a nail salon as friendly as this one. My hubby and I walked in an were helped right away. Michael did an awesome job on my toes and John did great with my nails. The space is super clean and I will definitely be going back.

They said my fill was $13 when they start at $18 they have no sign in the shop disclosing all their prices which is worse when you can’t understand them. Victorville Swap-meet is way more affordable for those of you in Apple Valley

They do excellent work

Bad practice and bad service nail shop! This place provides quick and lousy nail services for your money. They finished a pedicure job in 15 minutes and when confronted, the owner’s response was “$22 is the price for 15 minutes pedicures”. Excuse me? That’s the price everywhere else close by or even a few bucks cheaper for a 45 minute pedicure normally. 15 minutes time is just about for the feet to be soaked! We will never be back to this nail shop!!!

I love the way they did on my nails- amazing job. the shop is very clean&people were nice&friendly.i like the way buffers&files...one time use-they throw away....&the they use a plastic liner for pedicure chairs,& throw away after every use,&i saw they always use a brand new one for a next customers.never see that way before in another the nails salon.I Will be back for sure.

Prior to the sale of the nail salon it was extremely friendly and welcoming. Continue change of employees (Some of them NOT good) ignore the customers. If Kne, Cindy, or John arent there no one speaks or greets the customers. Many changes which is common when there is an ownership change. The pedicures have been bad one time and selective since then as to who I allow to do them. Definitely it needs to have some continuity. Today the spa chair did not vibrate, whats up with that??!! I have witnessed customers walking out as insufficient people to help them and is like no big deal.

Awful! One of the worst nail shops in the desert! Theyre way overpriced for horrible work!! Almost $60 for a bunk pedicure! Theyre seriously a joke I would recommend literally anywhere else over them!

Prices are outrageous and staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. Even when I was spending over $100 in services. If I could give 0 stars I would. Put a cracked tip on my friends nail then said the acrylic would hold it (which it didnt) and wouldnt fix it while we were there. Then they had the audacity to charge her for a fix when it broke and because we said it was previously cracked we were told not to return and made her leave with blue paint smeared all over the fix. Horrible experience.

Clean and do awesome work

I had asked for a gel pedi and they went ahead and did nail polish and charged me for it! Very rough and kept hurting me. My toe nails are uneven now, and my small pinky toe was bleeding, and in pain . he cut my toe nails way shorter than I wanted . Nail polish bubbled up. Not worth it. I Won’t be coming back here. First and last time.

Decent pedicure spa but, WAAAYY over priced... Same thing for gel polish ($15 REALLY!!???). I got regular polish and it bubbled all to h=!! in uner 30 minutes!!! And dont even think about having rhinestones! They dont even use the right product to bond them to your nails (I told them to take them off after 3)!! Needless to say, I will NOT be going here again! Im going back to 3D in Ontario!!

Not even worth 1 star, very poor customer service. I waited 1 hour, 4 people came on after me and were taken before me. You cant tell me they all had appointments.Had my nails done by owner 1 week ago and they are lifting. He does a terrible job. I have never had nails lift in 1 week.

It’s pricey for eyebrows and lip, I payed $18 plus a dollar for being card... I gave a tip but didn’t realize she burned my eyebrow I thought it was the usual sting but when I saw later it was a burn!!! Both eyes... never again.

Sad to say but the new owner isnt like John & Cindy.He forces his employees to reuse files, buffers and other one use items in an effort to save money.He upcharges people for every little thing to try and squeeze a little more from each customer.He wont provide sanitation items even when failure to do so puts customers at risk.In short, he doesnt care about his customers. He only wants your money.

They do mylar foil, go see Ben, or Michael, or John for that you will be happy you did. .I wont be going anywhere else for my nails and pedi I am soooo happy with the new ownership and how they have turned this place Around.

The lady I think shes the owner had made my mom cry because she made her feel bad about her toes and feet. Very inconsiderate and not customer friendly. Not even worth a star.

I like the pedicures. New and clean tools. They also use new plastic linings in foot tubs. Lots of colors to choose from.
