They completely botched my nails for homecoming this next week. They are fat and the nail tech laughed when she messed up the design on my other hand. The design is also blotchy and looks like it is just a rough draft. I’m never getting nails there again.

Do not recommend! I called ahead of time to assure pricing and availability just to take off my acrylic nails. They said $10, I told them I will be on my way. As I got there, I’m not sure if it’s my skin color or what but now $10 extra $15-20 to remove nails, no manicure.

DO NOT RECOMMENDthe lady who did my pedicure did okay but the man who did my sisters nails did a really bad job and all they told us was to come back. The lady at the counter even said they were messed up and they still charged 50$ for a bad job.

My daughter & I wanted a pedicure before our trip to the beach. Normally our polish lasts weeks & weeks without chipping when we get our toes done at Longs, our regular place. Longs Nails was booked & unfortunately, we ended up here. Just over one day later, both of our French manicures were chipping. One of my daughters was completely gone! They redid her nails when we returned to town, but they didnt look good on vacation and had to take more time out of my busy day to get them fixed. Ugh 🙄

Nails turned out great. Took alot longer then Ive ever waited there before. Three different people worked on taking my acrylics off. My regular nail polish turned out so pretty but sadly they only lasted a day.Thats not what bothered me tho. What bothered me is that out of all the times Ive been here I was asked to pay ahead before the service was done. I was confused it was a first for me but I just assumed maybe something had happened to them to make their clients pay in advance. Idk. I didnt ask. I went ahead and payed and tipped like always. Im just confused about it tho. I thought it was illegal to ask to pay for a service in advance before the job has been performed. If anyone has a recommendation on where I can go to get great service for returning friendly customers Id greatly appreciate it.

They do such a good job that other nail techs will demand to know where I had my nails done. I was also very impressed by their response to COVID. Someone is checking temperature, wiping everything down, hand washing, etc

John did an AWESOME job on my nails. The first time I went in for a fill, he helped me. I went in a second time for a full set and he was available to help me again. He takes pride in his work and even got rid of that extra little piece of acrylic that forms underneath the nail while theyre being done. To me, be went above and beyond and I appreciate the extra attention to detail. I believe this will be my regular nail salon from now on.

They took us as a walk in, no problem, very nice people.

They take so long! I have been getting the most basic “spa pedicure” and it has taken 1.5 hours to finish it. There was no extra massage or anything that made this pedicure special or good. It’s just plain uncomfortable at this point. I witnessed 2 people leave because they were waiting for so long.

The lady made me bleed and then told me it doesnt hurt, didnt give me the shape or design I wanted. She told me before I started it would cost $45 and then at the end charged $65 to my card. When I asked her about it she said it was because of the design which was just gold glitter on the tip of one of my white nails. Never going back and I strongly urge you to NEVER EVER go there

This was my first time trying this place since I don’t live in the area but needed a regular fill and pedicure and that would be the last time EVER! I went in with perfectly fine toes and now being 2 days later my toe swollen and bruised. I’m not sure what that mans name was but he had a really short spiky haircut.. I literally paid $25 for a busted toe .. DO NOT GO HERE!

Wont be returning. We have gone here before and it was mediocre, but the price wasnt bad. This last time they charged more than the previous times. Didnt give me the design I asked for even with a picture reference and me repeating myself over and over. And on top of that, my 7 year old daughter was left sitting at the pedicure station the majority of our visit while they lady that did her nails sat across the room on her phone and getting a massage. I now its not a babysitting service, but they could have helped her down so she could sit with her mom, grandma and cousin...

Great experience

It was a good experience. My wife sent to get a pedicure for the first time and it was weird but the lady who did it was super good and took care of me like I was a regular ofcourse with never getting one before,she had to work a little bit harder but wow did my feel great after. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could make my next appt with her.

Terrible! I don’t know how the others work, but the guy I got was horrible at painting. Most have horrible manners! One guy reached over me to grab a pen didn’t say excuse me, one lady gave me a dirty look because their machine turned off, and another guy pushed his chair into me while I was drying my nail polish. I don’t know if it just wasn’t my day, but I will NEVER go back. Only good thing there is their massage chairs. I never complain about any nail salons, but this one was definitely one to complain about.

Over all I have had good experiences with this place. I have been coming here for just 8 months now, and I have found them to be very friendly and curtious. My nails always come out great, and my pedicures are so relaxing and enjoyable. Theyre always very clean and do sterilize their equipment when I go. They are a lil pricey but who isnt now days, and there is a bit of a wait if u just walk in, but that just proves they do good work. I will continue to keep going back.

I have been going to this nail salon for a while now and was taken there by a friend who has been there for years. They are always friendly and I am always impressed on how attentive they are to me and my friends. I was there when the below event happened. It is true the person that was working on her nails did cut her. I felt so bad for the both of them. However, in the salons defense the person was preoccupied with her cell phone and the business she was conducting on it. It was a recipe for a mistake; moving hands and sharp objects and all. I hope her finger is better and that you take the time to review the salon yourself. Have a great day!

My 17 yr old daughter was very happy with her full set and pedi today

I went in there with a photo of nails I wanted and it was totally different color, it was my hole nail when I asked for clear nailbed they didnt shaped them how I wanted them and they do no 3d art its just hard for them to understand what we ask for after all they serve u with a no long wait and was a good price

Ive had good experiences here. I keep going back. Sometimes the wait can be very long, so I do recommend that you get an appointment.

First manicurist that didn’t tell me how thin my nails are (I truly appreciated this) and only filed as I asked....fabulous job, very clean, quick to be serviced and prices are good!!!!

Do not go here!! Girlfriend got a fill...on sat and Sunday the sides flaked off!! Went to see if they could fix it ...first thing they gave us was attitude . We tried to explain. What happened but they dont care!

Worst place ever. Asked for deluxe spa then changed my mind before they started because I was on a time crunch and the man there gave me the dirtiest look because I changed my mind asked him if that was ok with him and he stared acting different. Actions speak louder than words. It made me very uncomfortable. Go somewhere else. This hasnt been the first time Ive been treated me that way. I tried to give them a second chance.

Came here several times but wont be returning after being cut very badly on my toe the last time I went. Had a vacation shortly after but was so sore from my tetanus shot I received from urgent care following the incident.

HORRIBLE!!! Ive gone in 3 different times asking for different people and all 3 times my nails were so poorly done! they are always too small for my nail, they always have bumbs, bubbles, and lines, they forget steps and half butt it, they are rude, pricey, dont speak well English ect,.. just horrible service.LAST TIME I WENT I TOLD HIM I DIDNT LIKE MY NAILS SO HE TOOK MY HAND AND CUT MY SKIN. LEFT A GASH IN MY FINGER. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

My wife went and asked for a certain way for her nails to be done, and the man decided to charge her extra since she wanted them a certain way, which was the shape and size and he kept giving her attitude, if you put this man next to a pile of trash you wouldnt be able to tell the difference . Thanks to this one man they get a terrible review and rating.
