DO NOT COME HERE. I’ve come here before to get highlights done by Rikki and she did an amazing job so I came again to get lowlights but Rikki was booked so I went with another stylist named Hannah. She couldn’t even do a simple lowlight technique in my hair. My hair wasn’t blended at all it looked muddy and green after toning. She didn’t even blend the roots she just lighted them and then toned the rest. Looks absolutely horrible. Didn’t even give a full refund . There are some good stylists here and not so good so be careful who you go with.

ROSA IS AMAZING !!! Came in looking like a total disaster with 4 different colors in my hair & it was so uneven. I was very embarrassed with it until I got my hair done today. Today we did full head of highlight & color. She is very professional. Knows exactly what shes doing & hows she gonna give you the results you want. Very sweet & fun to talk to. I enjoyed Rosa & her service today with me. Ill be coming back for my next appointment with Rosa

After my first visit I wrote a review that was five stars. However, after my second visit, I can not warn you enough DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I will attach photos, to reference what Im about to say. My first visit I showed her what I wanted: very light blonde with peak a boo lavender highlights. Very light, summery, and not too much color. My hair was too dark, we decided to lighten only by putting in some blonde streaks. The second visit, about 2&1/2 months later, I showed the same stylist, the same picture: light blonde with light lavender highlights. She tried to do this by bleaching more streaks and then depositing purple (a darker purple than I wanted but I was okay with it since it was just supposed to be highlights) Somehow it came out HORRIBLY. Im not a stylist so Im not sure what she did but it was bad. She then said she couldnt let me leave like that and the solution was to dye my whole head purple. Not only did I end up with the opposite of what I wanted, this lady deposited THREE tubes of dye and then rinsed my hair for maybe a solid minute... Then dried it and styled it. She told me I couldnt wash my hair for 72hours because of the bleach. But, since she did not rinse all of the dye from my hair it stained EVERYTHING. It stained the pillow case of my air bnb and my hands were purple for a week.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

My daughter had picture day today, and she needed her hair cut. I made an appointment for 12:30 pm. We waited 30 minutes past, and werent seen at all. There was no communication what-so-ever. I had to watch my beautiful daughters face fall minute by minute as she lost hope of getting her hair cut....Well, we went to Super Cuts and were seen in 5 minutes. Twenty minutes later, we walked out with my daughters hair washed, cut, and styled for her pictures! She had the biggest smile on her face. Please! Dont waste your time on cutters, go to Super Cuts!

A wonderful place. Susan cuts my hair. She does an absolutely wonderful job. I tell her the length I want. Since I have naturally wavy hair, I just let do whatever she wants with the rest of my hair. Its always a pleasant experience going to this salon. They use all the safety measures for Covid-19. I am going Brown to blonde and will be visiting with my amazing hair stylist Rosa again soon.

As a shear sharpener I enter many shops on daily basis and rarely leave a review. This shop is dedicated to its clients and very reasonable prices for a great quality cut. Positive atmosphere and owners are dedicated to making your experience as nice as possible. Investing money back in to remodel a shop nicer than most in the area. Great job lady’s!!

The ladies here are friendly and kind. They listen to your requests and check with you throughout your cut/color, ensuring you get what you want. Have been going here for 15 years. Sticking with a good thing! Never had a bad cut/color.

Really talented, nice folks at this long established salon! Karen M. has been cutting / styling my wifes hair for several years. She also cuts my hair. Lupe gives wonderful pedicures. I hear she does a nice job with manicures also.

Went in not happy at all at what splat had dont to my hair. I had Cherise take super good care of me despite the advice of fellow colleagues encouraging her that she shouldnt work on hair that had just been dyed with splat. Apparently there are several factors when it comes to splat that could have ruined my hair. She spent over six hours on my hair, despite what I went in asking for, she gave me sound advice. I walked out of that salon and have never been happier with a hair stylist in my life. It looks amazing. No one besides Cherise will touch my hair again. Thanks Cherise.

My visit to Cutters was great. I got my haircut at a reasonable price. I returned a couple of weeks later for a perm. Susan is very well. qualified. She gave me an exceptional perm and was friendly.and extremely efficient

I have been going to this salon for a little over a year. Susan always gets my cut and perm just right, for years I have done my own perm, but it takes me so much longer with a great deal of time and effort. Im loving my salon.

Dont go here they made my son cry of how bad of a haircut they gave him. They dont listen to your request. they kind of just do whatever they want and give you whatever haircut they feel like giving you. My son asked for a comb-over and the lady started cutting way too high basically gave him a mohawk. Fortunately his hair will grow Soon, too bad for my 15 bucks.

I came in there with a REALLY bad matted knot and a bunch of matted knots in my hair and these ladies sprang into action. I felt so comfortable, I was treated right. The cut is adorable and they are all fabulous women. I cant wait to go again!!!

Laurie was a very nice lady however, I was very unhappy with her service. She did the bare minimum and did not take the time to be thorough nor did I receive the cut or style that I asked for. So, no I would not recommend.

Unfortunately they didnt listen to anything my husband asked for and literally did whatever they wanted. He was pretty annoyed when he left, considering they made him look like a bird. Wouldnt recommend men going to this salon.

Unfortunately this is the LAST time this place will have my business. I have been very happy in the past but Laurie changed all that today. I had a beautiful short hair cut that i had done elsewhere that just needed to be trimmed up for Christmas. I showed her how it looks when its at its proper length and she said she could see the cut. While I had my head down so she could cut it she took it upon herself to cut it to be more manageable (her words). She got rid of all the length, layers and style. She took my hair from an edgy hair style that fit a 26 year old to a plain bob fit for a 50 year old. I didnt ask for more manageable i asked for a trim and now its too short to be fixed.FYI, update a week later.You apparently cannot put an honest review witthout then being privately harassed. Yes my hair was short. Never claimed it wasnt. But it was absolutely adorable and now it is so plain and OLD looking that i dread even looking in the mirror. It s no where near more manageable it takes so much work just to be bearable and more often then not I end up putting a beanie on to cover it up.So yes i was a victim. But at least i wasnt a victim to her political opinion like my mother was month ago.
