This salon is great. They were able to get my friend and I in for a same day appointment. They started our nails right on time. They were fast but not sloppy at all. Sometimes I dread getting my nails done because of how long it takes. Not here! Very efficient and prices were great too. We will be back for sure.

Ive been going to NV Nails for the last year and a half. The staff if very professional and they all do amazing jobs. Helen is the kindest owner and I have developed a friendship. I have never left disappointed and I am always in love with the final product. I usually give Helen an idea and she always makes it 10 times better!

The people there are incredibly talented and, very nice, but they are also very smooth operators and before you know it your $50 bill has turned into a $110 bill with offered additions that you dont even realize are being tacked on. Ultimately, the finished product was worth it. I just hadnt planned on spending quite that much.

Minnie did a great job on the designs! Definetly will go back. The manicure was a little more than I normally would pay, but with the designs it was totally worth it.

I decided to wait a bit to leave feedback on another nail salon. This time, I couldnt be happier. Ive been going to NV Nails and Spa for 2 months. Ive had 2 pedicures (my last pedicure was AMAZING) and my nails done 4 times. The first times they did an acrylic refill, then I switched to nail dipping.Im glad I switched to dipping AND to NV Nails and Spa. Their work never leaves me disappointed, the atmosphere is light and happy, and the techs never seemed rushed. The staff is very friendly and caring. My Mom gets her nails and pedicures at the same time I do. Her nail tech, (Christina aka Trouble), my nail tech (Helen), my mom and myself have a great time laughing and joking most of the time we are there. It really helps to set a great mood for the day.

I went in for a manicure and gel polish removal today, and left with residual gel polish still on my nails, drill marks, cuticles cut too deep, no finishing polish, and poorly filed nails. The technician was nice, but I feel like I wasted $26.

My nails came out good. my daughter pedicure was overpriced and I am very unhappy with them..... I also got the 45.00 pedicure and didnt get the full service....

I was INJURED at this establishment the owner Helen just blew it off instead of apologizing . Helen then says- My insurance will not cover because your not infected etc.-* I do not recommend this place unless you like LINES & INDENTATION ON YOUR NAIL they use a high powered Dremel which leaves this on your real nail. The tools they used on me I noticed were RUSTED and not sharp to cut clean. I will be following up as I am in pain from them cutting back my nail to the socket. The nail was injured previously by them and they made it worse now my nail seems to be impacted and growth at the area under the cuticle is interrupted by injury and not growing out. The worst service Ive ever received in my life. I am constantly reminded of this by the throbbing pain. I will see what recourse I have. However know I will not pay for service when I am injured by your establishment. I thought you would make it right by relieving pressure or something and hopefully recommend a podiatrist. BAD business will eventually catch up to you Helen. I can not be the first this has happened to BEWARE!

I moved to Albuquerque 7 months ago and I am so glad I found this place! NV nails is the cleanest shop I have ever been in! I get so many compliments on my nails! I would recommend this nail shop hands down!!!!

This is not only the best shop in town, it is also the cleanest. The owner has 10 years of medical work under here belt and she has the most hygienic store in Albuquerque.

I love this Spa! Helen and her staff are very professional and this place is very clean! They also do dip nails which I love because it is better for your nails and stronger, lasts longer than regular polish and or gel.I wrote this review nearly 2 years ago and have to share that I continue to pleased with Helen and her staff. She has very high standards for cleanliness, sterilization techniques and single use products. She has new colors every time I visit. Helen and her staff are also very up to date with new techniques and are very skilled!

I came into NV nails for the first time about 3 months ago. I will never go anywhere else!! Helen and her staff are prompt, professional, and personable!!! I look forward to my visits. The salon is always super clean. Helen does amazing nail art. Im never disappointed.

Ive been to a few places in town but this is my favorite for a pedicure. I never have to wait, all of the nail techs are very professional and skilled. I never end up with sore or bleeding toes. The staff is always pleasant and nice. Im not a big talker and just want to enjoy the silence while I get my feet worked on, and they dont push for conversation which I love. Highly recommend this place.

UPDATE: I have several ingrown toenails which were not at all painful when I went into the shop. The tech was somewhat dismayed at the length of time since my previous pedicure and asked if the ingrown nails were painful. I am sure she was attempting to give a cleaner, more attractive look to the nails but she began by digging the ingrown areas out and clipping them. The worst of the nails was VERY painful for the next two weeks and pain is just now beginning to calm down. Lesson learned - do not allow nail technician to do anything but trim nails straight across the top - no digging/trimming allowed if I ever decide to get a pedicure again.Great day for a pedicure - no one else was in the shop so technician could take her time and she did a very nice job.

Helen does THE BEST nails. She is truly a master of her craft. I highly recommend NV Nails now that it is under new management, Aside from the excellent nails, everyone there is really friendly and the overall vibe is positive. I tried many different nail techs all over the city and finally my search ended when I found Helen If I could I would give 10 stars!

My wife got her nails done and hair removal by NV Nails Salon for our wedding party celebration we were having on Dec. 15, 2018. I have to say I was highly impressed by the staff, the salon and the owner, Helen. The salon is super, super clean, the nail technician was very professional, using hygienic gloves and all the latest technology and the owner was very friendly, treating my wife so nicely. NV Nails is absolutely amazing! Helen is a perfectionist and takes pride in every detail of her work. You can tell from the moment you walk in that the shop has been remodeled and is exceptionally clean. The massage chairs are brand new and the services are affordable and everyone is so friendly. I have been to so many shops and will never go to anyone else but Helen!!!

I showed up and asked for a pedicure, they said it would be 15 minutes and put me in a chair to soak my feet. 45 minutes later, my feet are still in the water and nobody has helped me. Glad the salon employee had time for 5 speaker phone calls though. Go to Majestic on San Mateo. They’re far more competent.

Emma did an amazing job!!!! I went in to get the acrylic taken of my nails and have gel put on. She was very attentive and checked to make sure my nails were the right length and shape. She trimmed my cuticles and my nails look amazing!!!!

Then he got mad and told me we were not welcomed back when I told him his service and his nail job sucked and they were ugly and wanted them removed and her money back. This salon actually is NOT permanently closed. I went in yesterday as a walk-in for an eyebrow wax. Having moved from FL barely a year ago, Ive been on the hunt for a salon with a skilled eyebrow waxer, and I finally found it! Emma takes you to a room with a padded table to lay on- five minutes later she has expertly applied wax to the top and bottom of your brows and between them, with minimal tweezing afterwards. Shes very fast and very good at it, I was amazed, especially for $9. Ill be going back many, many times!

Employees constantly on their phone. My new set looks so bad and very bulky and not at all what I asked for. Edges very uneven. I want a refund with these nails taken off right away.

Paid for my girlfriends pedi and mani.poor customer service, pedicure was rushed and done half-assed. We had a picture of the shape and color of nails she wanted, and got something completely different.

Horrible customer service Emma was very rude the day she did my Gel nails on a Friday. By Saturday my nails started coming off called her and she lied to me saying there was no appointments available cancelling my appointment on Sunday. My gel nails didn’t even last a day.
