Got a gel manicure done with Kim and I think she did a very good job! She is very nice and the prices are very good too. I paid $25. Definitely coming back here

I got my nails done by Hannah and I loved my nails. All my friends and family really liked them too. Shes fast but very very good. The price was really good for the work she did, I sent my 2 nieces there but they didnt get Hannah. They came out good but not gonna lie Hannahs work was way better. Dirty salon and prices are too high for the poor quality of work. My fault for not driving the extra mile to the salon I been going to for years. I prefer luxury nails on paseo they do amazing!

Im over this salon. At first I was totally excited to walk in on a Sunday and be taken care of so quickly. My nails were beautiful !!! I sent my mom and my sister and even got a gift certificate for my niece. About 4 days later my nails were trash . Lifting, hurting, gel polish flaking, its like the product was cheap or the nails werent prepped properly. I went back again on a Sunday. The next Sunday to be exact. The girl looks at me like Oh these are new they are all lifting I said yeah I was just here last week, Ill get the same colors since this is practically a new set she goes on to do my nails with a hateful attitude. Shes more concerned with EVERYONE else in the salon shes barely looking down at my nails. She finally finishes they look awful. The acrylic is all over my nail beds, over my cuticle and I need to file them down myself cause they are so everywhere. Her we are a week later both thumbs are broken. Down a ring finger and they are ALL lifted 🙄🙄

As we were waiting for a pedicure a roach started walking towards us. We let the lady know and she simply shrugged and told us to sit for the pedicure. IMMEDIATELY left. If they have that much care for their space’s hygiene I can’t imagine how dirty everything else is.

I don’t even want to give this place a star. I came in to see if my usual lady is in and of course she no longer works here. She was the best. Anyways I wanted to show the lady how I always get my eyebrows waxed and she insist she knows how to do it. I get that but I’m showing her how I wAnted MY eyebrows done. They came out not how I wanted them I should’ve known better!!!! Ughhhhhh I hate it when the workers try to tell u how to get what u want done their way so annoying!!!!

It was the worst pedicure Ive ever received. I literally was a 5 minute pedi and the tech didnt even trim my toe nails. Dont bother wasting your money.

Just went here for memorial weekend. Just got a pedicure for myself my nails look really good & I enjoyed coming here. They also made my daughter feel welcomed and Charged on 5bucks for her to get her toes painted and a design. Great place!!

My nails started lifting after a week and they refused to fix! I got a rebase on a Thursday and my nails were already lifting and getting stuck in my hair by Monday. I went to get them fixed and they started arguing in a foreign language amongst themselves. The girl who did my nails initially told me i had to wait since she was busy (there were 3 other nail techs available). Once ANOTHER tech started working on them she asked if it was only 1? Obviously over 4 nails needed work. I looked at her in disbelief took my hand back and said no thanks! They should correct their mistakes and speaking in a foreign language is extremely rude. Im never going back.

Went in and waited for 2 adult pedicures and a child pedicure, whole reason for my visit was to get my daughter a manicure and pedicure. She started the two adults pedicures 1 of the chairs had baby cockroaches crawling on the chair and floating in the water I was supposed to be putting my feet in. Didnt even bother. Got my child and left. Lady is rude and yelled at me about a question I asked.

This is my main and only nail salon. The customer service experience is amazing. Yes they do get quit busy sometimes thats why its best to set an appointment on weekends. But its absolutely the best priced and best quality of nail work Ive got here in albuquerque.

If you SERIOUSLY cannot pay for BOTH The Work Being done On You and A reasonable Tip or even a Tip AT ALL For The Nail Techs Having To Touch you In your Stank Spots, Then you really shouldnt be Getting your Nails Done at All... The Spa is a place to relax, not too be stressing out and getting fustrated cause its gonna Cost This much For This and That.. The techs waste money and product when you ask for one thing and then tell them to take it off cause it cost to much or you dont have enough.. Time and money 💰 that they KNOW for sures Will not show up in there TIP from You..

Poor service. It says on their website that they do powder dip nails, but when I got there they said they do not offer that service. I called and made an appointment the day before for 3 pm and at 3:45 I was still “waiting” in line to have my nails done and there were people waiting ahead of me. A lady walked in and said she had an appointment also, and they told her to leave and come back later.

Lazy staff, lazy service, poor attitude this was my first and last time at this salon! I came in for a pedicure The pedicure was really lumpy and looked horrible the shape was lumpy and they handed me to a inexperienced boy who didn’t know what he was doing he rushed the job and burned my legs with the friction no moisture.. Salons like this should be closed.. These people don’t have a passion for what they’re doing.

Had a set of nails done here before I went on vacation because the place I use to go to is far and busy (I am sure because of the quality of there work). My set of nails came out ok I really enjoy having my nails look nice so I went back for a few months to keep them up, I found every time I went for a polish in place of the gel they where rude to me for not spending the extra on the gel. I took the fake nails off over the winter to let my natural nails grow back I went in Easter weekend for a pedicure and manicure for me and my daughter, I was talked into the gel polish because it would last longer which peeled the text day! I went back in and they asked what did I do to it and again where very rude made me leave and come back to correct because they are to busy! I dont recommend this place to anyone they are rude, expensive and the work dont last with the wide selection of nail places save your time and money go somewhere else!

The lady who did my daughters nails was wonderful! She did a beautiful job. The woman who did my set and the man who did my friends gel polish change were both awful. I pulled my hand back and she got upset. I told her she was being rough and cut me and she had the nerve to say she cut me because I moved! And the man had the worst breath, through the mask! He didnt paint to the edges and didnt fix them. He ignored the fact that she even mentioned it. If we go back it will only be to see the one woman who worked on my daughter.

I went to envy spa on May 29, 2019. The costumer service is very poor, considering the fact the nail lady was yelling at me and giving me attitude because she couldn’t do a simple obre nail on my index finger. Now, here’s a little insight on how she did my nails which came out too thick where they look like gummy bears are stuck on my fingers. She couldn’t do an obre on my index finger, or looks very rough. Today, A WEEK LATER!!! My pinky nail just came off. All of this nonsense for 40 dollars is ridiculous!

Horrible service!!! The girl that did my nails got super upset when I asked her to file down one of nails a little note because it was very bumpy. They are supposed to make sure their customers are satisfied not get mad about the customer complaining on the very noticeable crappy work they do!!

I tried going to Envy spa and nails today. Every single spa chair was taken and more than half were waiting to be worked on. Not to mention, there were at least 3 manicure chairs taken. They were at least being worked on. But when I walked in, they said 15 minutes. Half an hour later, still waiting. I ended up walking out. There was only 5 employees working on a HOT Saturday afternoon. How do you expect to run a nail salon during the summer with 5 employees working?????!!!!! I wont be returning.

My first time coming here and I had a good experience. All I got was gel nails with no polish and it was $32.25. It is a little pricey but Im a satisfied customer.

My second bad experience with either the product or customer service! I went in for a pedicure and they told me the wait would be 15-20 minutes. 1 hour later I still was waiting to start my pedicure. Being a single mom time is of the essence as I have to get a sitter. Very unhappy and I will not be going back to this nail salon again.

Best mani pedi in quite some time! I have left numerous salons on multiple times feeling that the service I received was just so-so. I had an appointment at a nearby salon, only to get there and be told it would be a 45 minute wait - for a scheduled appointment! So I drove the few blocks away and was a walk-in at Envy nails, I was pretty skeptical. But to my surprise both the mani and pedi I received from Nini was the best that I have received in several months!! It has been a little over 3 weeks and I am going back today and hoping for the same wonderful experience!

A refused service for my daughter, Was very rude.

Guy rushed in without asking what I wanted. He did his own thing. The left side of my nail is messed up and the toe nail on my big toe was jacked up bar not to mention he did some ugly Brown color for nail tips instead of the white I wanted. Hubby surprised me with a mani pedi day and went off reviews to find this place and we will NEVER again be back. I will post pictures.

First time was ok second time was for a rebase I paid the same.price as a full set over only had them on for two days i paid for gel nails! And the color is already chipping i always get gel at other places and the color last longer then two days!!! Not to mention when he did my rebase he didnt even get to the root of the nail looks like its already growing out cause he didnt color them right even the sides are missing color then I asked for them to redo them and they want to charge me again!! Never again!!! Worst nail place

After the first time going to envy spa and nails I was very unhappy Ive been there about 5 times since then hoping to get the service I received thd first time! Worst shop ever! The staff is rude, they rush and do not care how the customer feels or how they look. One of the ladies cut too much of one of my nails and it was really obvious and she didnt want to fix it until i told her i will not be walking around with one of my nails so much shorter than the others. Instead of just fixing her mistake which I would have been happy with she got very angry and pushy with my hands. I also got a pedicure a well and it was very rushed and did not feel good or make my feet look better at all. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS SHOP EVER!

Really bad costumer service, they treat you as if they were doing the job for free, I believe they forget it is not for free and the costumers are the ones who give them business. They have a very negetive attitude towards costumers and get mad when you request certain things. I do not this place! They rush to try and get more clients but do a sloppy job. I was treated horribly today never again amI going back.

Went In for a Manicure and lady butchured my nails! As i kept telling her she was cutting too Short!!! She then offered to fix it with an overlay....then wanted to charge me for the over lay on top of the manicure!..... I tried talking tot he manager and she looked at me like i was crazy.

Honestly every time I go my nails are messed up and its expensive. I go because its really close but its not worth it. Ive been going on and off for a year and theres always something wrong with my nails.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been a customer for a year now and today I went in for waxing service and i was denied because i previously had a bad experience with one of the other girls(despite of the other girl not doing a good job, I still went back and gave them the benefit of the doubt). I am a paying customer and I am allowed to complain if the job isn’t being done right.. the ONLY reason I go back is because of ANNE. I spent more time talking to the girls when the service I requested could have been done by then, and on top of that both girls were rude. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back now..

Got my nails done last Wednesday. Got poor costumer service and the lady had rude gestures towards my hands. She kept pulling my hands. Plus my gel nails are peeling off and usually they peel after 3 weeks
