Ryan is amazing. He is so sweet and always does the best job. I always give him creative freedom and he never disappoints. I wish I could give this salon more than 5 stars. They deserve it😍!

The service was quick for a manicure or a gel manicure for the price of it. Uneven layer of the quality of the polish, unless you are getting a new set or something more expensive the value of a person interest is not valued. The same tools they use on a pedicure was use for my manicure. I wouldn’t come back.

It started out great when getting a pedicure. But when they started doing the fingernails, they got a lot busier. That was when they declined. I wanted a manicure and dip nail polish. I got acrilic with no manicure. There were many issues but when I tried to point out things to fix, she didnt even care and hurried through it. My moms turned out the same way. So, if they are not busy, great job. When they are busy, you get what you get.

Use to be my absolute go to place. My most recent visit was my last visit. I came in for a fill the girl insisted on a new set and when she proceeded she rips my nails off. No soak, when I tell her it hurts she just laughs it off. I showed her the design I wanted and in the end I just got scribbles all over my nails, she didn’t even paint my nails all the way so it already looked grown out. Hopefully they get rid of this girl soon. So y’all can be on the lookout if they tried to give you her. She’s a young girl with blonde hair, I think her name was Hannah.I’m telling you to run away from her!!!!!!

One of my favorite places to get my nails done! Everyone is always kind. The salon is clean and inviting. I can always feel confident when I show a reference picture that my nails will look exactly how I want them to! One of the most efficient nail salons in Albuquerque! I will continue to go back!Tip: If possible pay with cash and avoid the card fee! Its not that much I just like to save where I can.

Pedicures were great but my manicure is not good. Nails are not completely done, some are 3 quarters of the way done, see pictures. Wouldnt recommend for manicures but the pedicures I would definitely recommend.

The environment is not soothing at all the workers yelled to each other the entire time. I got a deluxe pedicure and so did my boyfriend and they were rushed. It was apparent they were trying to get us out. The water was cold and when we asked for it to be warmed the turned on the waterFor a few seconds. The website showed a price other than the actual price I was charged and I paid for my toes to be painted horribly.

I went to Nini’s for a new acrylic set. They were friendly and helpful, though the nail tech rushed through the service. My nails are thick, uneven, and look like they’ve grown out for a week even though they are new. I do not recommend. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Great place to get your nail done on a monday

I made an appointment to fix a broken nail so that way I can have the specific nail tech that did my nails fix the nail I broke. I show up on time. I’m told by the owner Nini says someone else can fix my broken nail. I replied, “I made an appointment specifically with You (NINI) I would like you to fix my nail.” I prefer her because in the last 8 mths that I have went here. I have been to others and I don’t prefer the way they do my nails. NINI got an attitude, her demeanor completely changed. She was already doing someone else’s nails. Which clearly meant she over booked and had intentions on someone else fixing my nail. She sat me down and didn’t speak one word to me, which is not like her. On top of that she did the absolute worst job on my nail. She slopped on the product, because she was in a hurry. My nail is super bumpy not blended and the shape looks terrible. She rushed fixing it and didn’t file and buff like normal. I paid $60 for these nails. Yes, it was my fault I broke one, but I did make an appointment to fix it for that reason. Super disappointed! And very unprofessional. Save your money...go somewhere else.

I had a rushed manicure and pedicure. The nail tech could not bother removing former nail polish, barely got some off, left nail polish all over my fingers. You can see the former nail polish under the new nail polish. I also have never been to a nail salon that doesn’t massage your legs during a pedicure. If I just wanted my nails polished that looks like it was done by a 5 year old; I could have just painted my nails at home, done a better job, and saved $45I uploaded the pics to show how bad of a job but they only allow pictures of persons who had their nails done right.

Enjoyed the pedi/mani. The hot towels and hot rocks were awesome. Place is nice. People are sweet.

Never been to this nail salon until the other day the lady was very unprofessional I went in for a soak off and a new set she then started ripping my nails off with another fake nail took off half of my nail made my nail bleed then when I asked if they soak off nails she gave me attitude about it like it was a big deal to soak my nails off she then continued to do my nails she again cut my nail and kept hitting my nail with the drill she had no patience she was just rushing the entire time I will not be coming back to this nail place again very bad service

I went in on Friday with a friend of mine to get our nails done. not only was I cut twice (blood and everything) Not once was it acknowledged and I received the most messy haphazard service Ive ever received anywhere in my life. My nails are misshapen, dont look good, are lifting everywhere, are not wedged to the cuticle correctly. All around the messiest job Ive ever seen I honestly want to take them off now which is fine I wont have to wait long considering the fact that theyve been lifting for 3 days even though I got them done 7 days ago today. They ripped off my old nails without even soaking them. did I mention the fact that they overcharged me??? DO NOT GO HERE. youll end up spending just as much as you would at paxiao but trust me at least paxiao knows what they are doing and I can guarantee their results for at least 3 weeks. save yourself from this place!!! I am not the type to leave bad reviews but trust me this place deserves it, Im so nice that Ill always pay for a job done even if they dont deserve a cent... Im amazed this place is still in business. You could pay me and I would never step foot in that place ever again.

Been here multiple times before, usually happy, but this time they over charged me. I said only gel nails, the man “did manicure” my nails are lumpy and peeling by second day. It was near closing time, everyone was in a rush to leave, I didn’t see any employees sanitizing equipment.

People Working without Licensing and when I Confronted the Owner about this, I was thrown out!

I normally love this place but I tried their dip powder for the first time and sadly they let me down. They looked great the day of but 80% of my nails have broken in less than a weeks time. Dip powder will usually last me until my nails grow out.

I had a pedi done here and had to return like 2 3 times to get my gel fixed the first time because it was a messy job the second time because my gel was also not dried correctly and had to return to get it fixed also had my acrylics taken off this week and the same lady that did my messy pedi helped with this and made one of my nails bleed they don’t soak and file they try to soak and take them off by ripping them off with tips witch was painful just not a good experience overall should of never returned since my pedi but now will definitely not go here

It was good at first but she was rushing on my nails. The tools she used werent cleaned properly prior to her sitting down to start. She didnt smooth out the gel on my nails, she filed too much now its crooked, theres scrapes and bumps under the coat of my nails. Overall the worst nail experience ever! I also dont understand why she was rushing because there were only 3 customers inside including myself and there were a bunch of other employees there. Also when I tried to chime in between her and another employees conversation to tell her my nail was crooked she completely cut me off and continued. Completely unprofessional! I dont recommend this place at all.

Nini and her staff are great I have been going to her for over 8 years. She does the best designs and my nails are so strong they dont break when I play sports or move heavy equipment around! I receive so many compliments on the amazing designs she creates too.

Girls day.....made an appt...Worst experience. I didn’t even get my nails done.....what was the point of the appointment?????? I was also the one paying... Took forever. Nails look terrible. Wont be back ever again. Also charged my daughter who is 7...full price...no...absolutely not. such a shame I talked so highly of this place. Literally will not step foot in this place again.

I have used this place in the past and yesterday took my granddaughter for a Mani/Pedi’s for us both. Service was great, the salon was very clean and fast. My only complaint was the cost of the services. $200 for both of us. They explained it was due to COVID-19 rules and restrictions and that they had had to raise their prices. I would still recommend Nini’s, maybe just wait until prices go down👍🏼

My daughter’s nails were a disaster! Mine was ok but I felt really bad for her because the removal of the old set was extremely painful. I asked for the same service and my service was completely different. No pulling the nails off my fingers, very gentle. They’re not perfect but I was satisfied. I’m sorry my daughter had to have such a bad experience. Next to that, my granddaughters feet were not massaged, only painted and they charged for a full pedicure. The other granddaughter had nail polish on her arm which she sat pretty well for a three year old and only messed it up a little bit no one even offered to fix it. Too bad, Sparkle Nail Salon would have done it. Next time we go back to them

This salon is a rip-off!!! They charged $40 for a basic pedicure with gel color.. quality very bad.. added more to my bill then they should because I paid with a debit card! They wanted cash! Don’t go there!!! Unless you want bad quality service along with over charging

Always get my nails done exactly the way I want by any one of the technicians, can be busy but never more than a 15 minute wait (for walk-ins) many nail technicians so even when its full it runs efficiently. Could use a little update of decor but great service none the less.

Service was fast but I feel their price was extraordinarily high. Over $50 (with a$7 tip) for a pedicure is a price I would expect to pay at a five-star hotel. They have lost a customer.

When you’re looking for services such as nails you always want to look at the pictures they have advertising their work, i don’t know if the pictures that are posted are someone else’s work but this is one of those moments when you want something specific, but you get something totally different. From the shape, the color and everything in between, it’s already hard to find a good nail tech in town then you have experiences like these

I’m from Massachusetts and was visiting my family here in New Mexico. I decided to get my nails done with my cousin and I’ve never had such beautiful nails before. They came out perfect!! Definitely recommend getting your nails done here!!

The are the best nail salon I have ever gone to. Nini and her team does an amazing job and are very creative and artistic in their technique. They are very hip and up to date in the new trends to satisfy your style regardless of what it may be you are looking for. They are genuinely friendly and are great at what they do and will go out of their way for you to make sure you are satisfied. What a great, fun and happy experience. I cant wait to go back to see them again .

I have not had a bad experience with getting my nails done here. Everyone is very friendly and they also have a pretty good pricing on nails. They are pretty good at getting spot on with the design you pick as well.

Used to love coming here. Came here for years. Have seen employees come and go. Loyalty means nothing here. The vibe used to be great. Now its quantity over quality, they rush you into a chair and out of one. ALWAYS feel rushed in the shop. I have had to go back for repairs several times now. Time to look for a new shop. Dont waste your time here.

First experience was for prom of my sophmore year in high school. Now, 6 years later I have never wanted to go anywhere else!! Most of the staff have been there for several years so their product knowledge is really top notch and on top of that whether youre calling or going in the customer service we receive as customers is seriously fantastic. LOVE THIS PLACE !!!Ive been coming to Ninis for over two years. Ive lived in Albuquerque all my life and used many nail salons. I no longer need to search, Ninis by far is the best salon in Albuquerque. Her place is extremely clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The product is of high quality and every one of the girls in the salon are nothing short of artists. Using different types of media whether it be, acrylic, paint, or her 3D dimensional art . Its a little more expensive,not much maybe a dollar or two. But the quality of the product and service you recieve is second to none... This is one case of you get what you pay for.

Everyone at Ninis is skilled at what they do and very sweet and friendly. I always receive WONDERFUL service. Pedicures are done with care and precision. My nails are always beautiful and LAST -- they rarely lift or break and of course the polish is perfect the entire time. I rarely have to wait at all, and if wait is long they tell me when to come back. Try em, youll like em!

Incredibly strong odor that burns your throat and nose when you walk in. Just moved to ABQ and needed a full gel set. Asked for price when I walked in and was quoted $28. She did a fine job, but trimmed my cuticles AFTER applying the nails. So they already look like they need to be filled. I was charged an additional $10 for a hand massage (about 3 min total) and $10 for trimming the cuticles. Frustrated and I wont be back.

Worst place ever for pedicures and manicures I paid $95 for them to LITERALLY paint my nails and toes and daughter toes, for my pedicure she took my old polish off and soaked my feet for 10 min and then painted my toes... and she ripped my old set of nails off and new how much pain it was Causing and just kept going, my “manicure” looks horrible she didnt clean my cuticles or anything, ripped my nails off and painted my nails... I asked for them to change my toe nail polish because she couldnt do the flower I wanted and they didn’t. I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I will make sure everyone I know to never come to this place ever and to tell everyone they know to never go here either. I’m so upset with this place. I can’t Believe How awful I was treated...Update.. so 2 days later my gel nail polish started peeling off on 3 of my nails.. went in and she said she would fix them but I need to change my color so I picked another color.. not my favorite but I was rushed to pick a new color and they didn’t even get off all of the previous color.

I want to do my own color and they dont let me leave without one. They charge me different every time. Last time 40 dollars then this time 60 dollars. I dont know why

I just got my nails done here a day ago, and the shape and color were exactly what I wanted. However, the woman who did my nails made them so thin that my ring fingernail already broke. I haven’t even had these nails on for 24hours. The worst part about it is I’m on the road going to a wedding out of town and it broke.

Nails broke 2 days later diomnds came right off and Lady was very rude all becuase I didnt lile the blue they had so i picked anoyher colpr and she got rude.

My first an last time ever going there, I had them take my old set off, the guy was so rough he took skin with it. One design on my finger is correct the other looks awful! The gel on my toes are already coming off an I just got them done on Sunday 😭. I wont ever go back to this place. If I could Id leave them with no stars.

They trim cuticles after applying your nails so they already look old. Was told the first time i went in its an extra 5 bucks for coffin shape nails on top of the 40 for a full gel set. On the second visit i picked a polish and had gel fills. I was told at the register after everything is said and done that the polish i chose cost an extra 10 bucks. Ridiculous. Will not return. This place is a rip off. Prices come at the whim of the technician.
